1	Piper and Leo deal with a macho manager when she needs to book a band for P3. Paige's new charge is a street thug who wants to turn his life around, but his parole officer, Henry Mitchell, needs convincing. When Agent Murphy asks the Charmed Ones to help him out with a few potentially supernatural cold cases, Phoebe calls Billie after Piper bails, and Billie finds a belt that turns her into a superhero. Meanwhile, a female demon wants to kill her master, and Billie in her new form might be helpful to her.
