A group of rebels directed to [[TheAlcatraz The Well]] manages to overrun the astroship they are on and arrive on Earth in search of a rare metal for repairs. Unfortunely, it can only be found in the Principate of Stahlburg, who mistake them for invaders and ask Paperinik's help to fight them. Meanwhile, an old Evronian admiral plans to use the situation to his advantage.

!!Tropes:
* AttackAttackAttack: Darko has no intention to stop until the alien astroship leaves Earth.
* [[TheAllegedCar The Alleged Ship]]: The Evronian heavy cruiser ''Centurian'' cruiser has enough firepower to overpower Stahlburg's army, but she's so old, her engine keeps crashing down.
* BatmanGambit: [[spoiler:Admiral Argon brainwashed Kurg in making them escape and crash the control panel, which would force them to land on Earth for getting the metal they need to repair it. This would have given Argon the excuse to attack Earth and conquer it.]]
** After his cruiser had to stop for being too damaged, he tries to lure the humans into attacking the rebels again in hope to find them both too exausted to keep fighting after his ship is back in order. It would have worked [[spoiler:had Paperinik and One not acted as SpannerInTheWorks.]]
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: [[spoiler:Poor, dumb Krug.]]
* CarFu: How Paperinik knocks down the giant robot in the beginning.
* ConflictKiller: Just as Stalhburg's army and the rebels are about to resume fighting, the ''Centurian'' arrives and start attacking both sides.
* DumbMuscle: Krug: when T99 gives him a powerful bazooka to fight, he uses it to impale his opponent. [[spoiler:Which is the reason Argon chose to brainwash him.]]
-->'''Yak:'''"By the way, can I suggest you to use the trigger next time?"
-->'''Krug:'''"Naa... too little and light. [[ComicallyMissingThePoint It wouldn't have the same effect!]]
* EvilCounterpart: Darko and Admiral Argon have much in common: both are glory-seekers and difficult to reason with. The big difference is that Darko ''will'' listen to you if you have a good enough reason, and he is more interested in defending his country than hog the glory.
* EvilCannotComprehendGood: Argon never considered that [[spoiler:the shock of fighting his best friend might free Krug from his mind control.]]
* {{Expy}}: An organization called the Axe that has a giant flying base? {{Shield Mmmm...}} It's now HilariousInHindsight, since Dysney owns Marvel.
-->'''T99:'''(after pointing out what the other three did) "While until now your role has been fairly... small!"
* GoodVersusGood: Neither Darko nor the rebels are bad guys: Darko attacked them because he mistook them for alien invaders, and they are just defending themselves. Of course,when the Evronians arrive, things quickly change...
* HumongousMecha / MiniMecha / PoweredArmor: Stalhburg has them all.
* KillerRabbit: Apparently the inabitants of Lycon XI are extremely cute puppies... who like to shoot down visitors ''for the hell of it''.
* ImpaledWithExtremePrejudice: Krug does this: they get away with it because it was done to a MiniMecha and clearly missing the pilot inside it.
* MechanicalEvolution / MechanicalLifeform: T99 comes from a planet of those. Scientists are still baffled as how a completely mechanic lifeform came to life.
* TheMole:[[spoiler:Krug is one, but not of his choice.]]
* NegatedMomentOfAwesome: When the ''Centurian'' arrives, she starts owning both the human army and the rebels, and Paperinik's new weapon barely scratches it. Then her antimatter alternator breaks down... [[BrickJoke again]].
* NiceJobBreakingItHero: Had Krug not crashed the control panel with the head of an Evronian, none of this would have happened. [[spoiler:But to be fair it isn't his fault, since ha was brainwashed by Argon.]]
* OnlySaneMan: Paperinik tries to convince both Darko and the rebels in talking the situation out, but he fails with both. [[spoiler:That is,until the end...]]
* PercussiveMaintenance: This is how the Evronian mechanic fixes the ''Centurian''[='=] antimatter alternator. It's eventually deconstructed when it broke down in the middle of the fight because it took too many hits.
* PowerUpLetdown: One installs a beam cannon and a force field to the Pi-kar. Neither of them end up being very useful.
* SecretTest: Darko makes Paperinik fight his HumongousMecha to see if he really is good enough to help them out.
* SharkMan: The issue introduces Ergonians, aliens from the same system as Evronians who looks like a water-adapted counterpart who doesn't feed on emotions. Unlike other Evronians he's green-skinned, with a massive dorsal fin, smaller fins on his arms and gills on the sides of his body where the neck should be. Subverted as, compared to actual Evronians, they're not a threat.
* SpannerInTheWorks: Paperinik's presence is the only thing that makes [[spoiler:Argon's]] BatmanGambit fail.
* {{Unobtanium}}: Tetranium, a ''really'' rare (according to One, for over ten star sistems it can be found only on Earth) metal the rebels need to repair the control panel.
* VitriolicBestBuds: Krug and Yak.
* TheWorfEffect: Of course, the HumongousMecha of Stalhburg's army is the first to get destroyed by the ''Centurian''.
