It's unclear whether he actually is or just using better equipment (he goes down pretty easy once Numbuh Two disables his DeflectorShields and it's easy to call the hit that took him down in that fight a lucky one).

18	* DisneyDeath: Numbuh 2 thinks the Kid died when he crashes Mr. Washer's plane, but it turns out he survived the crash.
