!!Tropes:
* AesopAmnesia: Invoked. Bandit is a bit puzzled that the girls are questioning why they have to do what he says, calling back to the events of "[[Recap/BlueyTina Tina]]", which had the same moral. Bluey cheerfully states she learned nothing from that experience, to Bandit's disappointment.
* BlahBlahBlah: Happens with both Chili and Bandit. When they're giving over-long instructions to Bingo and Bluey (respectively), each time we get a shot from the child's perspective, where she just hears the parent say "Blah blah blah..." with a few random real words interspersed. This illustrates the point that kids tune out when being given instructions that are too complicated for them to understand.
* BlackComedy: When trying (and [[BlahBlahBlah failing]]) to explain to Bluey and Bingo why they should listen to their parents, Bandit concludes his explanation with "solitary confinement". Somehow, this paints a picture that Bandit was trying to explain the progression of not listening to higher authorities, escalating it with a worse case scenario of [[SpaceWhaleAesop solitary confinement being the end result]].
* BrickJoke: Bandit's advise for Bingo about presenting for Show and Tell is to keep things simple, otherwise kids will stop paying attention. This comes back to bite him when he tries to explain to her and Bluey what he's doing when "bossing them around".
* CallBack: When Bluey asks Bandit why she and Bingo have to do what he says, Bandit brings up the events of "[[Recap/BlueyTina Tina]]", which was meant to teach the lesson that adults tell children what to do for their own good.
* DirectionlessDriver: Invoked InUniverse with Bandit trying to teach Bluey and Bingo a lesson, by intentionally ignoring Sat-Nav to the point they end up at a cemetery.
* EurekaMoment: After voicing his annoyance with Bluey counting the time he is "bossy", Bandit get the idea on how to make Bluey stop thanks to the Sat-Nav:
-->'''Bingo:''' Are we at the surfboard shop yet?
-->'''Bandit:'''
-->'''Bluey:''' "Be patient." That's nine.
-->'''Bandit''': Oh, man, I'm done with this game.
-->(cut to the Sat-Nav; it displays an upcoming left turn)
-->'''Sat-Nav''': [[AC:In 50 metres, turn left.]]
-->(cut back to Bandit)
-->'''Bandit''': ({{Beat}}; he smirks) ''[[BigNo No!]]''
* HardTruthAesop: Teaching one's child a specific life lesson isn't always going to be a one and done deal. Sometimes, it will slip their minds, and you may have to keep teaching them.
* NeverSayDie: Bingo calls a certain locale, which is clearly a cemetery, "Statue World".
* NoodleIncident: Downplayed: Although, given the context of the topic, you can piece together where he was going, Bandit trying to explain to Bluey and Bingo about why he's "bossy" gets chewed up by [[BlahBlahBlah them losing focus]], resulting in:
-->'''Bandit''': Let me explain something to you. What you're calling bossing around, I call (cut to the kids' perspective) blah blah blah cleaning toilets, blah blah blah blah blah (cut back to reality) [[MoodWhiplash solitary confinement.]]
* StealthPun: As an attempt to teach his daughters the folly of ignoring those who are "bossing you around" for your well-being, Bandit deliberately ignores the directions given to him by Sat-Nav. As a result, he ends up at a cemetery. This could be his low-key way of telling his kids that ignoring instructions meant to help you ''[[BlackComedy sends you to an early grave]]''. It flies over Bingo and Bluey's heads, but the message is there all the same.
* {{Symbolism}}: After intentionally ignoring his Sat-Nav, Bandit ends up at a cemetery instead of his intended destination--demonstrating that pointlessly ignoring instructions is a great way to wind up prematurely dead with your goals unfulfilled. The specific symbolism is lost on Bingo, who just refers to the place as "Statue World".
