3	Carly, Sam and Freddie read the Jonas Book of World Records, where they notice one record for the world's most longest, continuous webcast - 24 hours and 8 minutes. They set out to break the record, but it'll be challenging with loads of disturbances in between.

9	* BittersweetEnding: Carly and her friends fail to break the record, but they do help Spencer in his project to accomplish one part more, and with that, they get their picture in the book after all.
10	* ComicallySmallBribe: When the Jonas Book of World Records Representative tells the iCarly's that they didn't win the record because of them being off the air for 4 seconds, Spencer tries to show her skee ball tickets in order to get her to call an exception. When she points out that she doesn't accept bribes, especially not this kind, Spencer points out that he's saving them up to buy a giant harmonica.
11	* ConsolationWorldRecord: The iCarlys fail to break the record, but it turns out ''Spencer'' broke a record for most parts on a sculpture, and he has Carly, Sam and Freddie finish it for him so they can be in the book with him.

17	* LoopholeAbuse: When Spencer manages to break a record for most moving pieces on a sculpture, a rule states all participants get credit. He uses this moment to have Carly, Sam, and Freddie stick one last piece on the sculpture so they can be in the record book with him.
18	* NiceJobBreakingItHero: Spencer has been building his sculpture out of many power-using electric items that take up a lot of energy. Therefore, when he activates it in the [=iCarly=] studio just as they are about to break the world record for continuous webcasting, the sculpture turning on and working causes it to drain the electricity in the studio, which includes the live webcast. This causes the feedback to go down for 4 seconds, which means that their webcast had been interrupted.
19	* ReasonableAuthorityFigure: The representative from Jonas, Marilyn. She likes the kids, but can't bend the rules or accept a bribe for them, and she's sympathetic when a screw-up that wasn't even their fault blows their chance at the record. When Spencer has the kids add to his sculpture at the last second so they technically contributed and are thus eligible to share his record, she obviously knows what he's doing, but plays along and says yes, of ''course'' anyone who helped with the sculpture--even if they only put on a single piece at the very end--is obviously one of the artists and deserve to be in the book.
20	* RunningGag: Sam mentioning the world's fattest priest. Also the "Random Dancing".
