9	* ADayInTheLimelight: Plastic Man's home life gets a lot of attention and he has almost twice as much screen-time as Batman does in this episode.
10	* DeathGlare: Ramonda in response to Plastic Man getting into a fight while out with their child. Then she starts yelling.
11	* DumbMuscle: Rubberneck, being a dimwitted bruiser that can barely remember instructions he was just given.
12	* EverybodyLaughsEnding: Parodied. After Kite Man and Rubberneck get turned to stone, Plastic Man calls them hardened criminals. Plas and Woozy proceed to laugh heartily, going on through an FakeOutFadeOut. An annoyed Batman eventually just leaves.
13	* FakeOutFadeOut: An IrisOut occurs, as Plastic Man and Woozy laugh, but they won't stop, so it just reverses itself instead. The episode fades out for real after a few more seconds of laughing and Batman just leaving.
14	* FieryRedhead: Plastic Man's wife Ramonda though she has every right to fly off the handle when she hears what Plastic Man does when she's not around.
15	* FreudianExcuse: As a child, Kite Man was obsessed with Benjamin Franklin and even attempted to recreate the famous kite experiment. However, due to some cut corners and downright stupid additions, he got struck by lighting. Batman surmises this incident caused a trauma that made him a kite-related criminal. He also came to hate Benjamin Franklin.
16	* GetAHoldOfYourselfMan: As Plastic Man blames himself for his family being kidnapped by Kite Man, Batman shakes him while shouting this.
17	* HenpeckedHusband: Plastic Man constantly defers to Ramonda. Her being a FieryRedhead makes it easy to see why.
18	* HoistByHisOwnPetard: Kite Man after a blast from his machine hits him, making his whole body stretchy like Plastic Man. [[SubvertedTrope This however]] gives him the strength he needs to deliver a CurbstompBattle to his foe Plastic Man.
19	* LittleNo: Plastic Man when he realizes that Kite Man is going after his loved ones.
20	* LyingFingerCross: Batman stresses that Plastic Man should stay put, until they know more about Kite Man's plan. Plastic Man and Woozy do this when promising to stay in the house.
21	* MotiveRant: Seeing how his family's been restrained, Plastic Man calls Kite Man sick. Kite Man cops to that and explains his backstory. Afterwards, he rants about his revenge plan and how he will take his rightful place in history.
22	* MundaneUtility: A montage shows Plastic Man using his powers for such trivial reasons as catching a foul ball before others could.
23	* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: Plastic Man when he realizes that not staying at home like Batman suggested led to Kite Man kidnapping his family.
24	* NiceJobBreakingItHero: Kite Man's plan described in WeNeedADistraction might've failed, if Plastic Man had done as Batman suggested and stay at home.

Ramonda, upon hearing the doorbell mistakes this for being her husband and is shocked when she opens the door and instead sees Kite Man having never met him before Baby Plas, her, and the family dog are tied to a giant kite.
40	* WhatDidIDoLastNight: Plastic Man plays dumb with Batman when the caped crusader asks who has a bone (or lack thereof in Plastic Man's case) to pick with him so Ramonda won't find out.
41	* WhatHaveIBecome: Kite Man has this reaction right after he runs into the path of a laser blast that hits him and changes his molecular structure to become more like that of Plastic Man's molecular structure.
