9	After learning about Chibi-usa making a new friend, Usagi worms her way into becoming her chaperone for an upcoming house visit only to experience a great disturbance when she sees an old face from her rogue's gallery. And on the night before, Mamoru requests an audience with the Outer Guardians to gain a better understanding of their rationale while encouraging them to work with the Inners.
