Conditions in the prison continue to worsen: with 100 new inmates and the same budget, such "non-essentials" as maxipads are unavailable. Suzanne and Lorna play sleuth to try and catch the "shower pooper." The Latina inmates build their panty business. They're clueless until Maritza remembers she drives the prison van. Piper hints to Piscatella that the Latinas are up to no good.
