3	* BigNo: Spider-Man says this just as Viktor Larionov is about to shoot him.
4	* CListFodder: Black Cat tells Spider-Man that while she admits that as of now, he's an A-lister, soon, she'll make him a B or C-lister.
5	* FingerWag: Spider-Man does this while telling Black Cat that he won't let her hurt Viktor Larionov.
6	* HesDeadJim: Black Cat says to Spider-Man that she hit Larionov [[AccidentalMurder too hard]] and now he's dead because of it. Black Cat then wants Spider-Man [[AtLeastIAdmitIt to admit]] that Larionov was an [[AssholeVictim asshole]] though.
7	* HeroKiller: Larionov tells Spider-Man that he has always dreamed of killing a superhero, so he guesses that it would be better to do it now [[TheCavalryArrivesLate before the police arrive]].
8	* HeyYouHaymaker: Just before Larionov is about to shoot Spider-Man once and for all, Black Cat from behind, taps his shoulder and knocks him out with a [[ImprovisedWeapon black pepper grinder]].
9	* JustInTime: Spider-Man tells Black Cat that he's always late after she tells him that she was sure that she wouldn't see him this time.
10	* NewRulesAsThePlotDemands: Black Cat tells her boyfriend that even though she's done everything that [[BigBad Incognito]] [[HostageForMacGuffin has asked for]], he's constantly changing the rules.
11	* NonchalantDodge: Spider-Man dodges from Black Cat's attempts to strike him with her claws.
12	* PrecisionFStrike: Larionov tells Spider-Man of Black Cat that the "[[ThisIsForEmphasisBitch bitch]] was trying to steal [[ClassifiedInformation secret financial information]]" from his company.
13	* PrisonRape: Black Cat [[KickTheDog insinuates this]] when she says to Spider-Man to the inmates are going to love having an ex-[[FutureSpandex lycra-clad]] superhero to play with.
14	* SeanConneryIsAboutToShootYou: Larionov points his gun as Spider-Man is lying on the ground, saying that he has now [[ThePunishment punished]] both him and Black Cat.
15	* StoppedCaring: Larionov tells Spider-Man that it no longer seems to matter whether or not he's [[BalanceBetweenGoodAndEvil good or bad]].
16	* SuperheroCapitalOfTheWorld: Larionov tells Spider-Man that if he looks around, there are superheroes and superheroines everywhere.
17	* UnwantedAssistance: Spider-Man tells Larionov after being shot by him that he was only trying to help him.
18	* ThreePointLanding: Spider-Man does this upon his initial arrival.
19	* WouldHitAGirl: Spider-Man ultimately knocks Black Cat out with a kick after she attempts to attack him once more.
