9	** Said Clowns also have the ability to make whatever they see explode whenever their noses are pressed.
10	* The Chief Blue Meanie [[MoodSwinger who perpetually changes his mood whenever he's on screen]]. He can go from [[SoftSpokenSadist being eerily serene while talking about the most horrendous things]] to [[SuddenlyShouting immediately shouting terrifying death threats]]. There's also his [[WingDingEyes occasional changing rings inn his eyes]] that indicate he's truly insane.
11	* The Dreadful Flying Glove. Most of the other Meanies are a zany type of evil with crazy designs to boot, but the Glove? Even with him being a literal flying glove, ''nothing about him is zany.''
12	** Especially with that deep, terrifying laugh of his. Brrr...
13	** He's also a {{Sadist}} shown with the opening scene when he slowly prolongs hitting the Pepperland citizens slamming just inches away from them.
14	* The Sea of Monsters, with all the multicolored, smiling creatures and strange noises were just so unsettling.
15	** It gets worse when the [[VacuumMouth Vacuum Monster]] shows up and begins devouring everything in sight, including the background. The Beatles only escape due to the monster sucking itself up when nothing is left. [[AssPull Although why only they are freed is never explained...]]
16	* The "Sea of Time" is sort of creepy for those afraid of mortality and aging.
17	* The weird maths equations, soundwave diagrams (the only live-action effects within the movie itself), and Creator/AndyWarhol-esque portraits of the Beatles floating in the Sea of Science, along with George's creepy, passive-aggressive "Only A Northern Song", make for one of the most ''inexplicably'' disturbing moments in the film.
18	* Jeremy. In his entirety. Every single moment. Always.

20	* When the boss Meanie raked his claws across his face and said "O-BLUUUUUUUUUUE-terate them!"
21	* The Beatles' home. Highlights being those that run up and down the corridors when nobody is about and the jump moment with King Kong.
22	** And John's initial appearance as a very creepy Frankenstein.
23	** And the scene in which a door is opened, showing a view of an oncoming train ''speeding towards the viewer'' with tense music. Fortunately the door is slammed shut before the train runs anyone over.
24	* The fate of the conquered Pepperlanders. They seem to be frozen and senseless, but then we see a few of them [[AndIMustScream shedding tears]], or trying to move only to get even more forcibly put down.
25	* The Foothills of the Headlands.
26	* The cancelled remake would've had the characters in 3D and aside from the Beatles themselves (who are simply smack in the UnintentionalUncannyValley with their noodly limbs), [[https://lostmediawiki.com/Yellow_Submarine_(partially_lost_production_material_for_cancelled_CGI_remake_of_Beatles_animated_film;_2010-2011) they looked very scary!]] The Vacuum Monster in particular is just ''flat fucking terrifying,'' going from a fairly goofy-looking armless biped with a catlike tail and a funnel for a mouth/nose, to a vicious-looking reptile-creature with a [[NestedMouths nested]] LampreyMouth extending from its gaping fanged maw!
