4	* The "Choose Wisely" stage, is a very fun and interesting level, but the random noise generator is set on ''human screaming'', which you hear constantly until you finally pick it up.
5	** [[NightmareRetardant Of course, one of the screams is a]] [[StockScream Wilhelm...]]
6	* Normally, the effects of the Slow Time dimension on paintings only changes it so the subject is looking at their watch. For the painting of Grandma Triwrangle, however, all that changes is the sudden addition of the GrimReaper in the background and an OhCrap expression on her face.
7	** [[NightmareRetardant The Reaper, however, is also looking at his watch.]]
8	* Quadwrangle points out that thanks to the IDS glove, the player character won't be affected by the dimension's theme. A loading screen tip points out how this is a good thing, "you wouldn't want lungs made from cotton balls."
9	* The [[{{Unobtanium}} Science Juice]] is a yellow liquid obtained from an [[{{Squick}} "undisclosed biological source"]].
10	* Though it's PlayedForLaughs, the ending is rife with FridgeHorror, considering that [[spoiler: the Super IDS has made the ''entire planet'' susceptible to its effects.]]
11	** And since the protagonist and likely Quadwrangle are the only ones [[BodyHorror wearing the IDS glove]]...
12	** TheReveal of what exactly happened to Quadwrangle is pretty chilling, especially since it happens [[NowYouTellMe moments after you've]] [[NiceJobBreakingItHero set it in motion again]]:
