6	** As seen at AgonyOfTheFeet, man buys magnetic insoles for his shoes which are so strong that they pull an entire shelf full of sharp knives down through his feet, followed by an entire refrigerator crushing him to death.
7	** Rock music fans try to crash a concert by pushing a chain link fence down. However, the fence is so heavily reinforced that it just slices their bodies to smithereens instead.
8	** A nurse is drawing blood from a patient, but gets distracted by a phone call. When she returns, the patient is dead and dried-out, and their IV bag is gushing blood.
9	* There's also the illustrations by Basil Wolverton, usually. While still gross, unlike Bunk's reliance on [[{{Gorn}} over-the-top gore]], many of Wolverton's illustrations are [[NightmareFace faces]] or [[EldritchAbomination creatures]] with horribly [[BodyHorror disfigured or twisted proportions.]]
10	* The very first Mad story ever ends with a man walking away with his own severed head.

12	* An off-putting Fold-In, seen in #223 and the ''Mad Gross-Outs'' issue, sports the image of a lady whose right side is ''bare skeleton''; the setup is "What is always the movie industry's ghastliest production?"[[labelnote:Answer]]"The Oscar Award show!"[[/labelnote]]
13	* One of the mags had a back-panel illustration of a nuclear power station going into meltdown, with lava spewing from its cooling towers. In the foreground, [[OOCIsSeriousBusiness a very worried Alfred says, "Yes...Me worry!"]]
14	* The October 2018 edition of the magazine had a good dose of RealismInducedHorror with "The Ghastlygun Tinies", an "update" on Creator/EdwardGorey's ''Literature/TheGashlycrumbTinies''. Instead of telling of kids dying in various ways, it says that kids only seem to die in one way nowadays: school shootings. The story tells more disturbing things happening during the shooting, ending on this note:

20	* "[[MyLittlePanzer Toys 4 Bratz]]" is a little bit disturbing for a kid's show. Considering it shows BLOOD along with a girl getting cut by a Baby Cutz-A-Lot doll, a boy being ''electrocuted'' by a Lectroland Playset, and another boy [[FinGore who lost a finger]] to a Skill Saw.
21	* The ''Series/{{Supernatural}}'' parody scared some people a little, especially when the demon escapes from the girl's soul.
22	* Ghost Rider's Training Wheels also has a demon in it.
23	* ''[=VeggieTales=]'' from the Crypt. [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin the title says it all.]] (''WesternAnimation/VeggieTales'' [[JustForFun/XMeetsY meets]] ''ComicBook/TalesFromTheCrypt'').
24	* One short segment features a dog fetching a bone and a skeleton pops out of a grave saying he's eating his shin.
25	* In [[WesternAnimation/FantasticMrFox Fantastic Megan Fox]], Creator/MeganFox is reimagined as a fox who steals other actresses' body parts (Creator/KristenStewart's hair, Creator/ScarlettJohansson's eyes[[note]]though the camera focused on her breasts[[/note]], and Creator/AngelinaJolie's lips) so she can be the next hot Hollywood star.
26	* The Zombi (''WesternAnimation/{{Bambi}}'' meets ''Film/{{Night of the Living Dead\|1968}}'') sketch is a little disturbing for young viewers.
27	* The dolls melting in Flammable (the claymation parody of Music/KatyPerry's "Firework" music video), is pretty creepy when you look at it.
28	* A Mike Wartella cartoon, features a scene were a lady walks into the kitchen, minding her own business, when suddenly, the GrimReaper appears from nowhere and then outright kills her.
29	* The moment Bear Grylls gets beaten by Winnie the Pooh is a little unsettling, [[BewareTheNiceOnes and for]] [[NoHoldsBarredBeatdown a few]] [[BearsAreBadNews good]] [[HiddenDepths reasons.]]
30	** Also the ''Franchise/WinnieThePooh'' x ''WesternAnimation/{{Frankenweenie}}'' parody, [=FrankenWinnie=], especially Pooh's ''NightmareFace''.
31	* The mayor's design in [[Series/KitchenNightmares Kitchen Nightmares]] [[WesternAnimation/TheNightmareBeforeChristmas Before Christmas]].
32	* The ''WesternAnimation/Cars1'' parody with Lightning [=McQueen=] being slowly and graphically crushed while he pleads for his life.
33	* The ''Series/ModernFamily'' / ''ComicStrip/TheFamilyCircus'' crossover sketch. Seems harmless enough...till the end where it's revealed Billy has been holding his cast hostage against their will and likewise does the same to the ''Modern Family'' cast by [[AndIMustScream making them a part of his comic]].
34	* A deliberate one in which we see a giant rabbit pulling out carrots and picks one that has humans clinging onto it. The rabbit then proclaims that [[KillerRabbit rabbits rule the world]] and makes a [[NightmareFace disturbing and horrifying face]] to the camera, afterwards.
35	** The '''DerangedAnimation''' doesn't help… ''seriously'', TakeOurWordForIt.
36	*** The transcript sells the deal:
