But the characters still refer to it as "D&D" ("Dark & Dungeons"?), which makes it even more obvious what he's ''really'' talking about (which is helpful, because the game's not very recognizable otherwise).

The illogic of this is compounded by Chick's clear failure to understand how D&D works -- you could always try to [[BackFromTheDead resurrect your character]], or failing that just draw up a new one, but Chick apparently plays for keeps. The protagonist's reaction suggests that maybe she just had issues:
