He has this again when Fiona casts him a disgusted glance after Shrek changes (though in fact it is Charming pretending to be Shrek) and when Harold is forced by the Fairy Godmother to slip Fiona a love potion after he realizes Fiona has no interest in being with anyone but Shrek. He has a change of heart last minute, deciding not to give Fiona the love potion after he realizes how wrong it was to impede upon her free will.
