1	* Vera and Merrill meeting is quite emotional, with sweet music and both women holding roses. Then they turn it into NarmCharm with the two waitresses sniffling over the affectionate reunion in the background (with one girl saying "They both want a mimosa" like it's the most meaningful thing in the world), and the sweet music stops.
2	* The ending. Nobody wins the money. They donate it all to charity. We were all sort of expecting it to be a draw, but it's just so heartwarming to see it go to charity and not just shared. [[LittlestCancerPatient The little kids thanking them, and the little girl]] saying that they are just like the twelve disciples - and that's not a big deal until you realize that there are twelve of them only because they really did all join up on the way to get the money together.[[note]]Originally eight players (six keys), but then you add Mr. Pear's family (three), as well as Tracy (who accompanies Nick Schaffer)[[/note]]
3	* The moment where Nick talks about how he met Tracy "And, well, great things happen all at once." Then they share a kiss, which is sort of helped along by Smash Mouth saying, "[[ShipperOnDeck Oh this is beautiful!]]"
4	* Owen was a disgraced football referee, but after this kind of publicity, there's no football team in the world that ''wouldn't'' employ him.
5	* Blaine begging Duane to donate the money along with everybody else, with his pierced tongue. He looks like he's about to cry.
6	-->'''Blaine:''' Mom is watching us from Heaven right now... It's for STARVING CHILDREN, Duane! Do it for Mom.
7	** When Duane puts his money in the bag, Blaine gives him a kiss on the head.
8	* The people Vera and Merill steal the jet from are happy rather than upset after watching the jet break the sound barrier, even the man who was supposed to be driving it.
9	** The man that watches them stumble in out of the desert is incredibly concerned about them, and immediately gives them some water.
10	* After the I Love Lucy fans accidently lose the bus's spare tire and it falls on its side, Owen is left sobbing on the side of the road in despair, which prompts them to try cheering him up and promise not to let the company fire him. It's immediately subverted by him confessing which turns them into an angry mob, but moment was nice.
11	* The ''Series/ILoveLucy'' fans meeting a bunch of male fans dressed like Ricky Ricardo in a deleted scene.
12	* Blaine's mutual LoveAtFirstSight meeting with his DistaffCounterpart.
13	* Blaine and Duane surprisingly have a lot of sweet moments.
14	** While getting the key copied, they hug and say they love each other.
15	** When Duane gets the key back after the balloon chase, Duane jumps into Blaine's arms and Blaine kisses him on the forehead.
16	** When Blaine and the piercing girl are flirting, Duane is clearly happy for his brother.
