1	* Richard Dawson's 1980 birthday episode, on which his son Mark and his daughter-in-law (and the show's associate producer) Cathy Hughart-Dawson surprised him with a cake. Later, son Gary Dawson surprised him with a visit, which brought him to tears. Dawson ended up bringing on producer Howard Felsher, whom he infamously never got along with, and introducing him to the audience. The whole event took so much time the rules were modified: both families played two survey questions; [[HilariousInHindsight whoever was in the lead at the end]] got to play a game of Fast Money; the ''second'' family played a different Fast Money game, and both families returned the following Monday.
2	* During the Roach family's run in 1980, mom-to-be Patty brings a blank "baby's memories" book her family's fourth episode for her son Brian. Having been estimated to be two weeks old at the time of airing, Richard signs the front page with "Brian, I was almost at your coming out party."
3	* The Creator/{{ABC}} Grand Finale was bookended by these moments.
4	** As Richard Dawson made his entrance for what he thought was the last time, he was caught off-guard by a standing ovation that lasted forty-five seconds.

12	* When Richard Dawson first walked out onto the new ''Feud'' set on his 1994 return episode, the audience gave him a '''27-second standing ovation''' that almost drove Dawson to tears. The audience continued giving him standing ovations for more or less the entire rest of the season, though they weren't nearly as long.
13	* Richard Dawson pledged not to kiss any women during the 1994-1995, and he kept his word. He promised his young daughter that he wouldn't kiss anyone except his wife.
14	* September 16, 2002: On the first episode that Richard Karn hosted, the audience gives him a standing ovation. Karn says, "You've made me feel right at home."

24	** Erik Holms buzzes in and says "Steve Harvey". Harvey himself is reluctant to ask he's there, and he turns out to be the number three answer. Anders claps and says, "Congratulations!"
