Wavern is a white dragon, which in Vestroia stands for a powerless entity, which means she can never travel between worlds on her own power, and means her body simply fades into dust upon death. Drago treats Wavern as a normal person, and it is heavily implied she fell for him out of this very reason, especially given it is strongly implied that most white Bakugan are discriminated against because they do not have an element, therefore leaving them shunned because they are powerless.
