Go To

* In the episodes involving Ben's alternate versions, it's stated that their dimensions/timelines are connected to Ben prime's dimension/timeline. If that's the case, then why are their eye/hair colors different from Ben prime's. Also, if eon's space/time bomb wiped out all the omnitrix Bens, then why did professor Paradox and no omnitrix Ben go to the beginning when Ben prime found the omnitrix instead of going to a point in time to sabotage or stop the bomb from being activated.
** Because they aren’t copies of the prime timeline. They are just connected. You can be connected to your twin via DNA but they can always dye their hair or have different jobs because they aren’t you. Same with Ben and his counterparts. While they look similar. They aren’t the same person.
* The new artstyle is supposed to be a hommage to the original series; yet, even the aliens and characters from that original series who had not changed so far were redesigned, including the OS aliens in the 11 years old Ben’s flashbacks.
** In the “Ultimate Heist”, how did Albedo instantly recognize Astrodactyl as Ben? He couldn’t have seen the Omnitrix symbol because he was facing backwards, not to mention that Astrodactyl was a new transformation that he never encountered before (and most likely doesn’t even have in the Codon Stream).

* Despite this Omnitrix being the perfect Omnitrix, it apparently lacks the function present in the Alien Force Omnitrix that was mentioned by Creator/DwayneMcDuffie and allowed Ben to instantly know what his aliens did. Granted, this is probably just CanonDiscontinuity, but still...
** It's possible Ben simply doesn't know how to work the dang thing or Azmuth just didn't unlock everything for him and basically gave him the 'factory settings' like the original Omnitrix started with. Though we see in 'Of Predators and Prey' the new Omnitrix does retain one upgrade; Ben can transform without reverting back to Ben. So it's not quite ''as'' bad as the original in that regard.
** The New Omnitrix stores DNA in digital form. It doesn’t need Primus.
*** It's almost 100% certain that the wrong transformations are Ben's fault. In ''Many Happy Returns'', it shows a close up of the Omnitrix's display. Ben wants XLR-8, but when he spins in the dial, it very clearly lands on Rath before he hits the button. Then he's surprised that he got Rath instead of XLR-8. So yeah, it's really just his fault for not bothering to look at the dang thing when picking an Alien.

* Related to the one above, but does anyone else think that the Omnitrix has actually been downgraded in terms of accessing the aliens? We've gone from silhouette's, to holographic representations to just the head. Seems like the holographic representation should be the final upgrade.
** I agree. To be fair, they said it was intended to look more like an ipod thing or something, but in fact, it really seems AwesomeButImpractical.

* I don't see how this Ben 10 has taken a level in Jerkass. He actually seems nicer in Omniverse than he did in Ultimate Alien.
** The 16 years old Ben 10 is nicer, yes; the 11 years old one, on the other hand, acts even more obnoxious than before, especially in ''Trouble Helix''. I mean, just watch the episode; he outright tells Azmuth he messed up, keeps acting like an idiot even after seeing those Galvanic Mechamorphs being hurt, and mocks Gwen more than she does (in reverse to the situation in the original show). So yeah, TookALevelInJerkass.
** Actually, 16 years old Ben is also a jerk. Yeah, Ultimate Alien flip-flopped on how mature Ben was, but Omniverse isn't that way at all. Let me clarify. 16 years old Ben is way too arrogant and conceited to be likable, with the biggest example being when he took credit for Rook's idea in front of Rook, and refuses to accept that Rook was right about having to save Ben's skin since it would be a blow to his ego.

* Guys from Wildvine's species were first shown in ''Secret of the Omnitrix'' and portrayed as aggressive, carnivorous beings who almost ate Gwen. In Omniverse, Pax, who also is from Wildvine's species, is portrayed as a pacifist and perfectly civilized (if crazy) individual, now to mention he wears clothes.
** MySpeciesDothProtestTooMuch could work, but still doesn't explain why they were more like predators while he was a civilized individual.
** Humans have become feral before, due to all sorts of circumstances. Maybe those were born there or had been bred/trained to act like that. Or maybe Azmuth had a bad day and made them like that.
** Pax could have prevented a FridgeLogic on how the Omnitrix could take in a supposed non-sapient species when it supposed to be in the Nemetrix instead!
*** Given that non-Wildmutt Vulpimancers are portrayed as vicious and animalistic creatures, yet Ben suffers no mental trauma from transforming into Wildmutt, perhaps the Nemetrix aliens are just particularly unstable species?
** The Wildvines from the film weren't from the species' native planet, but from Xenon, which was where Azmuth was dicking around for most of the original show. (WordOfGod says the Wildvine home planet is called Flors Verdance.)

* How could Khyber kill an Ultimate Humongousaur, considering the Ultimate forms were clearly not a natural case ? Did he kill the sentient Ultimate Humongousaur from ''Ultimate Sacrifice'' ?
** Yes. Or its a Continuity Nod.
** Khyber never killed an Ultimate Humungousaur. The sentient one is alive and well. The skeleton we saw in Omniverse belongs to base humungousaur. The helmet is commonly worn by humungousaurs.
*** It's not an Ultimate Humongousaur. It's an Appoplexian (Rath's species).
*** Actually, if you take a close look, there is a Ultimate Humongousaur helmet as well.
*** Well that could have been artificially made.
** Albedo has a different look on Ultimate Humongousaur. Khyber could have only killed something that looked by the previous version of Ultimate Humongousaur.

* Did Ben already forget about Julie, his GIRLFRIEND???
** I am wondering myself the same thing. At least when Eunyce shew up, Gwen did remind him of Julie. This time... it's like she vanished out of thin air. Even if they don't like Julie, that's a pretty lame way to deal with her.
*** And on the Ben 10 wiki and Wikipedia say that Julie's voice actor will be in the series as Julie. So... yeah...
*** I am aware of that, but still, they could have had her show up. Hope they don't intend to break her up with him.
*** Sadly, many fans hope the opposite.
** Cute girl showed up and started flirting with him and he flirted back a bit. It doesn't mean he's forgotten about his girlfriend.
** You are right... guess we are overreacting.
** This will probably get awkward considering that [[spoiler:Ben is now engaged to someone]] who is most definitely ''not'' Julie.
*** Being fair, [[spoiler:he has three years to figure out how to get out of it. Kevin was able to get out of it. Yes, he screwed Ben over in the process, but he still got out of it.]]
*** Those events are ''totally'' going to come back to bite him, and I'm betting Julie will be around when it does. The show will probably still be on in three more years, right?
*** Oh, it's obvious that his show will be on for the next three years. The real question is [[ComicBookTime Will they age]]
** However, WordOfGod has confirmed that Julie [[http://www.formspring.me/DerrickJWyatt/q/407231768609971838 will be returning in]] ''Omniverse''.
*** She does... turns out they broke up... but Ben didn't know, which doesn't make things better.

* ''Predator and Prey'' reveals that [[spoiler:Malware provided Dr Psychobos with the means to create a counterfeit Omnitrix, leading to the creation of the Nemetrix, and that Khyber was hired by Dr Psychobos to provide the DNA samples from Ben's original Omnitrix.]] That's alright, but does anyone care about explaining why [[spoiler:Khyber waited ''six years'' to go after Ben]]?!!
** I just thought it took him around five years to get all the DNA. Do we have any idea how long it took Azmuth to get all that DNA? And that's the universe greatest mind! This is a hunter, working for an insane criminal and a subpar genius. The galaxy is a big place, and that's assuming he didn't try getting the DNA of the predators for the Andromeda Five.
** That would make sense, I guess.
** That and Khyber ''is'' a hunter. He didn't just run around collecting all the DNA, he probably ''hunted'' the aliens himself.
** Jossed. Part two reveals he already had the DNA caught by then. The problem was finding a suitable host for the Nemetrix.
*** If that's the case, why did he travel to the Andromeda Galaxy for Slamworm's DNA, given that it's Armadrillo's natural predator, when it would not be until Ultimate alien that Ben even unlocked it.
** Amusingly, Ben actually lampshades the question when taunting Khyber.

* Crabdozer is supposed to be Heatblast's predator; how can that thing be from the same planet, seeing how Pyronites (Heatblast's species) are from a ''star'' ? Plus, when chasing Cradbozer in its environment, Khyber is shown on a jungle-like planet rather than Pyros.
** For the first part, I simply believe that the star Heatblast's race came from is a bit different somehow than normal stars. Obviously ours doesn't have life, so something must be. As for the second, Derrick stated on his blog that that planet was not Pyros.
** Maybe it was zoo...

* How does it come the Nemetrix doesn't share the Omnitrix's glitches, seeing how [[spoiler:it was created from a ''corrupted'' sample of the prototype Omnitrix]] ?
** 'Cause Azmuth is a dick and Psychobos isn't? Best I got. On the other hand, there was a recent episode where the Nemetrix broke down and needed a part from the Omnitrix to be repaired. So it's possible that the Nemetrix might glitch less, but it's less stable...even though that seems kind of like a paradox. Alternatively, the Nemetrix is very simple compared to the Omnitrix (It can't be used on anything with self-awareness without breaking them, for instance).

* How was Animo able to escape his cell in ''It Was Them'' despite the forcefield revealed in ''Outbreak'' ?
** Maybe they put up the forcefield after Animo's escape, wanting to avert the Cardboard Prison trope.

* Here's one that I have. This could also be above on another headscratcher, But I fell this one should be addressed on it's own. I know the new Omnitrix is supposed to be better then the old omnitrix. I'll accept that Ben is messing up on choosing aliens. But when Ben times out at inconvenient times... he turns right back into an alien, 5seconds after he went normal. Can someone explain this to me?
** The new Omnitrix doesn't seem to have a downtime. Ben can transform into an Alien at any time, even if he just reverted from an Alien form.
*** Okay... Then why does he turn back into a human at the most inconvenient times?
*** The fact that it turns him back when it's inconvenient is just kind of part of using it (He almost always uses it to fight, so any time that he transforms back before winning is inconvenient), but the new Omnitrix still times out. It just has no downtime anymore.
*** But wasn't the reason that it timed out to recharge the Omnitrix? I'm pretty sure that was the reason in the original series, so that's understandable. But it times out just for him to change back? Either it's bad plotting, or the new Omnitrix has the weirdest battery ever...
*** The timing out thing ''doesn't'' seem to be to recharge. Remember that in the early days, it was very clear that Ben ''had no idea how to work the thing.'' So when he'd suddenly change back and not be able to change again for a while, everyone made a ''decent guess'' and assumed it was recharging. However, when the Omnitrix's "master control" was unlocked, he could stay alien for as long as he wanted. There have been other times the Omnitrix or Ultimatrix was interfered with and it trapped him in alien form for much longer than the Omnitrix usually takes to time out. Why the Omnitrix does time out, then, is a good question, but it's been demonstrated repeatedly that the Omnitrix has the power to keep him in alien form longer than a few minutes, ''if'' you can figure out how to get it to. Now, it ''can'' run out of power, but that takes a while (such as the one where he was stuck as Ditto because his selves were separated, and the Ditto with Max and Gwen had to find the other Dittos before the Omnitrix well and truly ''did'' run out of the ability to keep him in alien form and in multiple places at once. That took most of the entire episode, though.) But, why it times out, why you can't go alien for a while after it does, and why how long it takes to be ready again is sometimes seconds and sometimes the better part of an hour (no, really. Even in the original, ''that'' was plot convenient. Sometimes less than a minute it'd work again, sometimes hours would have to have passed in-story and it was still in the red.) is one of the mysteries of the device. Azmuth being Azmuth, he probably either (a) had a good reason for it to work that way that people who are not alien supergeniuses can't figure out, or (b) he ''thought'' he did, but was in one of his more jerkish/BunnyEarsLawyer moods at the time.
*** I'm gonna go with that second option, [[RuleofFunny mainly because it made me laugh.]]

* When P'andor was attempting to get out of his armor, it took a ''Taedanite''-powered Kevin to open it. Yet, when the Krahoo opens NRG's armor in ''Hot Strech'', they did it with ''bare hands''. Did NRG's armor got less solid or what ?
** They were kinda rubbery. Maybe they hardened themselves to the point of Taedanite Hardness?
** They managed to open it not to break it. Since this suit was made be Omnitrix, maybe it can be removed.
*** Wasn't P'andor's suit a prison suit Aggragor stuck him in to limit his powers? It would make sense that Ben would have one he could get out of if he needed NRG's full unrestrained powers.
*** Wasn't Aggragor; P'andor's own people threw him into that prison suit, as its used for Prypiatosians-B criminals, which he was. As for NRG's case, it could be more easier if he needs to use NRG's true form if the armor is not working out.

* Isn't the premise of the Nemetrix a gross oversimplification? Creatures exist, and other creatures may feed on them. It's not always a one-to-one correspondence in either direction. Not every creature has a genuine predator; one of the reasons dodos died out so quickly was that they lived without natural predators for a long time and lost their survival instincts. Not every predator-prey relationship is a CurbStompBattle; prey develops ways to at least defend itself over time, and prey species die out less frequently than one would expect. And this is especially jarring when we deal with natural predators of alien species that are clearly portrayed as sapient. (Admittedly coming from a viewpoint of a species that has outlasted any existing focused predators.) A perfect Nemetrix may be a goal, but it's probably not going to be as perfect a weapon as it is portrayed here.
** Keep in mind that the one bragging about it is ''Khyber.'' "A predator for every kind of prey" seems to just be part of his "master hunter" schtick. And the alien predators could be any powerful carnivore (or whatever-the-alien-is-made-of-ivore) from those races' worlds. The sapient races they could prey upon probably keep them at bay with their technology. Problem with Ben is, he doesn't get any of it, so the Nemetrix predators can ruin his day the same way ''you'd'' be screwed if it was your bare hands versus a tiger... and if Khyber did use a tiger morph against a bare-handed Ben, he'd probably ''totally'' call tigers "humans' natural predator." It's just a ''better taunt'' than saying "Technically, this is just a thing on so-and-so's world that ''could'' eat one if they weren't all in zoos or in the depths of jungles nobody's got a reason to go to, and if said jungles didn't probably have better prey for the creature other than them, so really, if a Heatblast just stays away from the eggs and isn't the only edible thing around when the critter's hungry..." (Of course, against a bare-handed Ben, pretty much ''any'' Nemetrix alien would lay down a curbstomp, but that's not the point.)
** In a way, one could consider ''leopards'' as a human's "natural predator", given that they are adapted for hunting primates and according to fossil evidence frequently preyed on our early hominid ancestors. Of course, given how much we've advanced since that is clearly far less of a case, and the same may apply for the Omnitrox aliens and their Nemetrix predators.
** It should also be noted that Derrick has said not all aliens have predators. For example, Grey Matter lacks a natural enemy in the Nemetrix.
** While the term he's using is a predator for every animal is inaccurate Ben 10's universe seems to have a lot of of rock, paper, scissors logic built in. I certainly wouldn't want to be Heatblast in a fight with Big Chill or worse a Humungasaur in a fight with a Way Big.
* When the hell did Trumbipulor become so powerful?! In ''[[WesternAnimation/Ben10UltimateAlien Ultimate Alien]]'', Ben, Gwen and Kevin were enough to handle him, and he was so insignificant that he was only seen in {{Batman Cold Open}}s. And now out of nowhere, he is a GeniusBruiser who requires an entire group of Plumbers to be defeated? Did Ben become ''that'' [[BadassDecay incompetent]]?
** He had the almighty power of peanuts going for him. Peanuts are SeriousBusiness.
** Yeah, maybe he'd had a couple of peanuts, but not enough to grow enormous.
** Also, he already was able to defeat Humongousaur ''before'' taking peanuts. Plus, in grown size he could defeat Way Big, something a giant Vilgax couldn't do. How are we supposed to take Ben seriously after that ?
** Maybe Trumbipulor had been working out since his last capture, taking some classes in robotics, taking some self-help classes. And to be fair, that giant Vilgax vs Waybig fight wasn't exactly a tough fight. Vilgax did more damage in his normal size against the giant alien the first time he appeared.
** Thing about cold opens is, you don't know when it started. Maybe it was always this hard and we were only seeing the wrap-up.
*** May I also say that we don't know everything about Trumbipulor's race. Maybe Peanuts are a from of Unobtainium on his world. What bothers me more-so is in Ultimate Alien his mouth was (presumably) under his trunk. And now it is ''part'' of his trunk. Just my own personal problem with that.

* Here's one. In ''Malefactor'' [[spoiler: Malware has returned and he took something from Rook's truck. Ben chases him and we see him getting away... on foot. Why doesn't he have some sort of flying or motorized thing in him? You'd think that he'd at least absorb a hover-board... Or a motorcycle... Really?]]
** [[spoiler: He absorbed a jet pack in "Trouble Helix." ...that doesn't make it better, does it?]]
*** [[spoiler: [[VoodooShark No]]]]
*** [[spoiler: Wait! Did he absorb it when he was yellow or red?]]

* So, who was Diamondhead fighting in the flashback in "Arrested Development?" It looked more like Captain Nemesis (who is even mentioned multiple times) than anyone else, but it's waaaay too early for him.
** Speaking of Nesmith, he apparently has a building, and one of the reporters asked if he was involved. Seeing what he did in "Catch a Falling Star," ''the'' darkest episode in franchise history, there should be no way, as he should be serving multiple consecutive life sentences. I suppose it's not an error, though, as people would still think of the tower as being his even after his FaceHeelTurn. It's curious, though. I also wonder why they mentioned the guy. He's kinda obscure (memorable, but no Vilgax) and also, Omniverse is a lighter, cartoonier series and Nesmith is pretty much the ''opposite'' of what it's going for. Though they did consistently call him Captain Nemesis, and he did his evilest stuff when not in the suit, so maybe we're supposed to think of "Hero Time" and ''not'' "Catch a Falling Star?"
** To the first question, probably just some burglar. Just some nobody. To the question of why they mentioned him, this show enjoys making references to previous moments. Its done the Kraken, Diagon, and more, so why NOT Nemesis?
** I remember the Kraken, but I don't remember Daigon. When was he referenced?
*** He mentions he defeated him in ''Predators and Preys'' when confronting Khyber.

* WordOfGod stated that Goop's HollywoodAcid was caused by an damaged Omnitrix / Ultimatrix Glitch (which contradicts previous statement that it was his species' way to digest, but that's not the subject); The only time Goop displayed such ability was in season 2 of Alien Force, when Ben was still wearing a non-damaged Omnitrix that not only had ''no glitch'', but actually was working BETTER than the new Omnitrix. So basically, this explanation makes no sense. Again.
** Well, maybe Derrik just retonned that episode out of existance like he did with Primus? Which episode of Alien Force did Goop do that?
*** ''Good Copy, Bad Copy''. And he obviously didn't retcon this episode of existance or that would raise even more question, since this is the introduction episode of Albedo.
*** It also appearead in I Charm's Way, Catch a Falling Star, few video games, Night of the Livibg Nightmare, Nor Irons Bar a Cage and Above and Beyond.
*** Alright, so, unless they decide to remake the episode and cut out Goop's powers, then this is a plothole.

* Here's one I have. Primus is retconned. Now I personally don't see to many plot holes opened up right now. The only thing that really they can say is "Well that episode and that episode never happened." Not too bad considering that they didn't really have that much do do with the current arc, but I do have a question. Where is Eunice living now? Or are we reconning her too?
** It actually raises a bit more plotholes than you think: if there are no Primus, where did Albedo got the DNA for his fake Omnitrix and the Ultimatrix? Where do the Ultimate Aliens live? Granted, Primus did raise Retcon, but this doesn't really help; If I had been them, I would have decided that Primus just worked as an independant reserve of DNA should something happen to the Omnitrix. As for Eunyce, I have no idea.
*** Albedo ''was'' Azmuth's assistant. Maybe Azmuth had some reserves of DNA. As for the Ultimates... I don't know. Did they go to Primus at the end of that episode? If they didn't bring them to Primus, maybe they fund somewhere else. So, I just took care of a few plotholes, now is there anyone who can answer my question of Eunice?
*** Maybe Eunice is working on Primus like Myaxx used to. Ultimates could live on other uninhabited planet, or perhaps they just joined alien society on some inhibited one.
*** ... That... Primus doesn't exist anymore. She used to until Derrik reconned it. Now where is she?
*** Brainfart. I meant Galvan Prime.
*** There we go, that'll work until we get an official answer

* Why does Azmuth suck at building battle suits? No, really. The guy invents the Omnitrix, Ascalon, and any number of other things sought after by supervillains from across the galaxy. But when it comes to the thing that insures his personal protection, in Secret of the Omnitrix, Cannonbolt is able to break it easily, and in Store 23, alternate Ben fries alternate Azmuth's suit with one zap from Shocksquatch. That means if ''any'' BigBad came after him, it would have been a laughably short CurbStompBattle. You'd think if Azmuth built a robot suit, it'd be super-invincible. Alternate Azmuth especially has no excuse. He knows exactly who he's going after and what the Omnitrix aliens can do. ''That's'' what he uses to go after a guy who can become Way Big? (Or Giant Manster, if you prefer.)
** Well, Azmuth did swear off building weapons after Ascalon, and the Omnitrix wasn't designed to be one. He probably intentionally makes the suits crappy, even if it's just a mental block.
*** I don't think the main Azmuth's suit was meant for battle, he ''was'' kinda secluded. I thought it just kinda helped out with building stuff, like for heavy lifting. Same for alternate Azmuth. It seemed that he just sent Tetrax and [[FanNickname Twentythreetwentythree]] after him all the time. I think the better question is why did ''he'' go to confront Ben 23.

* Is it just me, or did Store 23 go a bit heavy on the sweat effect? Or has it always been like that and I'm just noticing it now?
** It might. Depends on what you mean by Sweat Effect.
** The OP means the visible sweating of the characters. And no, it hasn't been like that before.

* So, I just read on the character sheet for the aliens Ben has that Chromastone had gained the ability to fly, but this was reconned by Derrick. If I may be as so bold to ask, ''when did Chromastone fly?''
** Technically, Chromastone never flew, but his DNA donor, Sugolith(sp?) could, so there you go.
*** So, Derrick reconned something that never happened? Alright. I'm cool with that.
*** But he did. Check "The Creature from Beyond" or "The Enemy of my Frenemy" and "The Ultimate Enemy part 2"
*** Whoops, it's been a while since I watched Ultimate Alien.
*** ... FFFFFF-

* Why isn't there a recap page?
** Cause we're lazy?
*** I'd buy that...

* In Special Delivery, Ben destroys Mr. Baumann car. Mr. Baumann says that Ben always destroys his cars in the episode. The first time is when is 5 and he lights it on fire it with his magnifying glass. Second time round is when he's 11 years old and he destroys it using Way Big during a fight with Animo. This one makes less sense asto his claim, but then I remembered that Ben later became famous and Mr. Baumann originally thought it was just another one of those freak alien attacks that were happening all over the country(Which is usually the coverup Ben used in the original series), and I assume that he put 2 and 2 together later on when Ben was famous. Way Big just goes away and avoids the blame. My personal question has to do with the third one. 15-year-old Ben uses Big Chill and takes down a [=DNAlien=]... and freezes Mr. Baumann's car. Thing is, that Ben turned back ''immediately afterward.'' Baumann didn't see Ben turn back from Big Chill but in the flashback he still blames Ben. How does Baumann Ben did that!? And no, Ben fought [=DNAliens=] during Alien Force, Ultimate Alien is when he became world famous.
** Baumann saw Ben transform into Way Big, so he always knew it was him.
*** I didn't see him there when Ben transformed. I think it was safer to assume that he heard a loud noise, went outside and saw one of those aliens that have been appearing all summer on the news and whatnot.
*** Nevermind, I re-watched the episode. He was there when Ben became Way Big.

* Zombozo mentions talking to Vilgax in ''Special Delivery''. How is that possible? I mean, until proof of the contrary, he only is a earthling as well as a second-zone villain, while Vilgax is, well friggin' [[EvilOverlord Vilgax]]. How could they even meet?
** Maybe there's a support group for people who've gotten their butts kicked by Ben, ther's enough of them by now.
*** Can you really imagine Vilgax going to that sort of thing without suffering even more VillainDecay than he did in season 3 of Alien Force?
*** You're going to accept the word of a demented, psychopathic, Monster Clown? How do you know he wasn't lying to make himself seem tougher?
*** Yeah, that's what I thought. Don't know though.
*** Vilgax once teamed up with a psycho 11-year-old, if you recall.
*** Team up ? Rewatch the episode. He basically beat the crap out of him as soon as he got out of that ice, it took them a moment to actually team up. Plus, there is a difference between teaming up with a guy having Omnitrix-based powers that made him the second most dangerous villain in Ben 10's RoguesGallery at the time, and teaming up with a MonsterClown who remains pretty much a second-zone villain.

* This one's kinda related to the Primus retcon. There was an episode in Ultimate Alien where Simian, an aracnachimp who was working for the highbreed, who was thought to be dead, turns out to be alive. However this episode started on Primus, so this episode may have been retconned. So here is my question. Does that mean that Simian is alive or not?And if so, and if he appears, will Ben be surprised or did this episode happen but with a different starting point?
** I think this is a time we're making too much of something. Rather than "everything remotely related to Primus never happened so we're in a heavily altered universe whose shape we barely know anymore," Derrick had in mind more "the Omnitrix has its DNA inside it rather than it all being by remote." Which indeed opens up a can of worms or two, but, well, I think Eunice still exists and stuff like that. But what's Primus have to do with Simian anyway? Simian returns in "Simian Says."
** Primus appears in that episode but only in first minute or so. I think we can safely say that rest episode is solid canon. Al we have to do always replace "Primus" with "lab on Galvan".

* How come Ben was so easily kept under Hypnotick's illusion for so long in Showdown (even during the periods where Khyber's pet was distracted from casting it!) when he freed himself from it on his own in ''seconds'' in Malefactor?
** I thought the same thing. Plus, why didn't he changed into a different alien when Azmuth made the pet turn back to normal? He had quite the time to do so before Khyber whisled...

* maybe i missed it but what was the exact reason for feedback "intervention". While i saw the flaw in feedback, but the conversation seemed like that was not the reason they did not want him to use him. All i got from what was said that overusing an alien would cause problems for the DNA. One would think that the same could be said for four arms, heatblast or diamondhead since he used them a lot before getting new aliens.
** I don't really get that either. Though to be fair, Ben never used those three as much as he did with Feedback...
*** Well, on a technical standpoint, Ben's used Heatblast, Diamondhead and Fourarms much more then Feedback, but he alternated. Where as every time we see him in Omniverse, he pretty much goes Feedback whenever he can. But, then again, I guess we're supposed to assume that Ben became Feedback a lot more of-screen.

* Alright, here's one. Eon. What kinda story we going with on him? Is he the same one from the Ben 10,000 Returns? Is he a different one? Is Race against time canon now? I'd like to see some details on this.
** I'm pretty sure he's the same one from Ben 10,000 Returns, or at least very close to it. He shares a voice actor with the Ben 10K we meet at the end of the episode, so it seems he's still an evil AU Ben.
*** Well, you see, I keep hearing that they were acting like the Ultimate Ben 10,000 episode never happened. I'm not sure if it was a full on retcon, or if we're just treating it like [[VideoGame/ShadowTheHedgehog Shadow]] and ''pretend'' that it didn't happen, even though it did.
** Race Against Time was always considered canon and the proper finale to the original series.
** No it hasn't. The proper Finale to the original series was Goodbye and Good Riddance, the last episode of the original series. Race Against Time is canon, though only by Alternate Universal existence.
** Actually, the proprer finale was ''Secret of the Omnitrix''. Goodbye and Good Riddance was a what-if episode in the same style than Gwen 10; hence the comic book thing at the beginning and the end of it.
** Ah, well, I forgot about that. Either way, my point about Race Against Time being canon only though alternate timeline still stands. Now, could someone please answer my question with Eon?
*** Even if DJW said Ben 10,000 Returns doesn't count, it's pretty clear Eon's show-based and not movie-based. He even shares a VA with the Ben 10K we meet at the end of the episode. Also, his grunts are still ninjas with lightsabers instead of... pig dudes in robes or whatever they were in the movie. He's definitely show-based and not movie-based; maybe Ben becomes Eon in more than one version of the future. I think it's a BroadStrokes approach; mostly, they're not married to the UA version of Ben 10,000 being Ben's future.
** Having watched the episode? Obviously neither. It's the showrunners doing whatever they feel like without worrying about how it actually fits into what came before. Again. (Decide for yourself whether I mean 'again' to refer to the previous weirdness surrounding Eon or to the previous actions of the current showrunners).

* Azmuth explains that [[spoiler:Ben could no longer had Feedback due to a failsafe inside the Omnitrix that made it refuse Conductoid DNA. But the Omnitrix Ben has in present day is a new one; how does it come it's still subject to the failsafe ?!]]
** I don't think it was. Ben was just so traumatized he didn't even try to use it. After he came to terms with and got over the trauma he went to town.
*** Alternatively, he didn't even think that it ''was'' in the new Omnitix.
*** And Azmuth didn't tell him because? Also, Azmuth said clearly that Feedback was indeed removed from the original Omnitrix and could never be replaced, so the trauma theory doesn't work.
*** But you just said Original. This is a new one. Maybe he assumed that Ben already knew that Feedback was in the new Omnitrix? Ben... [[TookaLevelinDumbass Used to]] [[WesternAnimation/Ben10AlienForce be a]] [[WesternAnimation/Ben10UltimateAlien smart guy...]]
*** Remember the intervention? Azmuth was there, he didn't tell Ben because he didn't want him turning into Feedback again.
*** Assuming that's the case, why did he put Conductoid DNA in the new Omnitrix to begin with?
*** Because, the reason he didn't want Ben to turn back into Feedback was because he might loose control of his other aliens. That was years ago and Azmuth assumed that Ben learned from his mistakes.
*** Then why didn't he tell Ben about Feedback being inside it again?
*** As said above, He assumed that Ben knew Feedback was in the new Omnitrix!
** I think two things can be assumed. First Ben rescued Feedback from Malware in someway that will never be explained. Second is that anything that makes no sense about the new omnitrix vs the old either is writer error or the Omniverse really means something about stuff crossing over and not always making perfect sense. Which lines up with an entire planet being retconned out of existence.

* So according to her page on [[http://ben10.wikia.com/wiki/Gwen_Tennyson The Ben 10 wikia]], Gwen has Telepathy. But it's not mentioned in her profile on this wiki, so is this an error, or is there an example of her using Telepathy at an point in the Alien Force to Omniverse series?
** Sorta? She never really did telepathy like Ra'ad but many "telepatish" things. She looked into Kevin's mind in "Vendetta" and when she tracks people she sometimes feels their emotions (Catch a Falling Star, X=Ben+2 etc)

* How the hell did Rook get his Proto-tool back after it was absorbed by Malware? I would have expect such a sophisticated weapon to be far harder to rebuild, considering he called it the most perfectionned weapon in the Universe. And yet, they didn't even ''bother'' showing us how he got it back.
** I think that Galvan pretty much manufactures the things for Plumbers. Just my own theory.
*** I am aware it's probably just that, but even then, I find it hard to swallow that something as advanced as that thing could be recreated in such a short time...
*** Well, on that case, we can also just assume that they already had a truckload of the things somewhere. They could have just given him one of those.
*** If it's so easy to mass-produce, how does it come Rook seems to be the only one to have such a tool in the whole galaxy? I mean, seriously, everyone is impressed with it, including ''Malware'', and Rook himself called in "the most advanced thing in the galaxy". You want to swallow that ''this'' is just easy to reconstruct or that there are multiple like a random blaster?
*** Well, I imagine that, while yes, it is in some way manufactured, I also imagine that it's still one of those super rare weapons that is only meant for high-up people, such as elites, magisters, people who have to deal with Ben Tennyson on a daily basis.
*** Wasn't it mentioned somewhere that Rook *invented* the Proto-tool? If that's the case, I'd think he'd be able to make a new one.
*** Nope, the Galvans made it. He did however, make some personal modifications. Also, upon further research, he apparently is the only one in the universe to have one. So... that just makes more confusion then before.

* Sooo... Does the 1,000,000+ aliens in the Omnitrix include both subspecies of Gourmand(Upchuck), or are they counted as one?
** You know, that's actually quite a good question. One that I don't have an answer to. Hm... Subspecies, maybe?
** Well, we saw him transform into both subspecies during the episode, when he's trying to get both of them to stop arguing.
*** Well, at that point, you're just stating what happened. What we want to know is if the Perk Gourmand and the Murk Gourmand are considered different strands of DNA in the Omnitrix or if they are one and the same. Just because he transforms in between them does not mean they have different DNA in the Omnitrix, because Ben can turn into all sorts of different aliens by just tapping on the Omnitrix symbol.
*** If the Omnitrix didn't count them as different species, Ben wouldn't be able to transform into both of them.
*** You have a point there.
** [[http://api.ning.com/files/Fd0Hyt-VB-l-kjNlBcAuOBcasmRV08B2aPmuzOJjnM1AYvS6FwaCmyq*trPVyZtI7s3RD3f2tHSuY9aCsttCZu5B9pSyucgC/holograms.png There are two Upchuck holograms.]]
*** If I remember correctly, that image is actually fan art.

* In The Frogs of War, how come Kevin didn't have Khyber's pet with him? A dog that can turn into all kinds of monster alien beasts would ''really'' have come in handy.
** You forgetting that Khyber took Nemetrix. Still shame.
** Derrick confirmed that she was originally in the episode, but had to be cut for time constraints. He also confirmed that we'll be seeing her in the future though.

* Many of the underground aliens are revealed to have functioning ships in "The Frogs Of War". Between that, the Plumbers' influence/technology and everything else, it's particularly hard to figure out how they could have arrived unnoticed and yet completely fail to be evacuated in even a slightly subtle manner. Also, how'd they figure out the Incurseans were there before any of the humans, Plumbers included?
** For the first question, they probably acted in panic. The biggest question is, why is the population acting all crazy at the "discovery" when previous episodes clearly shew aliens running around amongst humans freely (Beaumann even had alien consummers going freely in his place) and indicated that Earth had become an opened system?
*** Who knows how long they've been on Earth, though the previous Troper is most likely correct that they panicked and took the quickest way out. I never got the impression that Earth had a truly open system, certainly not anymore so than say 1940's America had an integrated system. As for how the Undertown residents knew but the Plumbers didn't the only clue I have is perhaps they were secretly warned. It's never suggested that the Plumbers are actively monitoring signals. If they were A LOT of problems could have gone a lot smoother.
*** I am sorry, but no. just no. Rook explicitly said Earth was an opened system, aliens have been seen running around and even playing in plain daylight, heck there even was an episode about showing how things could have turned out if not for this change (''Store 23''). Plus aliens have been trying to invade Earth routinely in this universe. There are really no excuse to explain this.
*** The poster specifically mentioned 1940's America. It wasn't that Blacks were unknown but a huge number of them in a place you didn't expect them would certainly cause an uproar. In Ben 10 easily 90% of the population's interactions with aliens have been negative. They are either trying to conquer the planet or in Ben's case often causing a fair a mount of collateral damage along the way. This isn't entirely about mankind not knowing what the aliens are it's about (and largely justifiably) being afraid of them. To say nothing of the fact that there is a difference between allowing something and being comfortable with it.
*** The population acting in panic at the sight of aliens even though Earth has been declared an open system was most likely an error on the writers' part. You are right, it IS a huge plothole of the human population acting crazy at the sight of aliens even though Earth was declared an open system.
** According to Mr. Wyatt, after large chunks of Bellwood were destroyed in the Waybig versus Waybad!Azmuth fight in the Destroy All Aliens movie, alien labor was brought in to quickly rebuild the city, and they settled in Undertown. So yeah, not knowing they're there is a pretty big error.

* Do Incursion females eventually grow up to look like the presumably males we've seen so far? I ask because aside from being obviously still a minor Attea is far from the least attractive female alien we've seen. Certainly attractive enough that I don't see why Kevin and Gwen were so squicked. It could have been Princess Looma or Myaxx. Heck some of the species like the petrosapiens are virtually indistinguishable from their female counterparts.
** Judging from how different Ben looked when he changed into an Incursion, and was still recognized as one, it seems that there are several subspecies or somesuch, maybe only some of which just all look the same male or female.
*** WordofGod is that Bullfrag looks so different because he's a peak physical specimen, whereas most Incurseans have poor health due to unhealthy diets.
*** From this we can assume that, as princess, Attea has the resources to have a healthy diet, explaining why she doesn't look like the other Incurseans

* Where the heck did the Incursions get the Waybads from? Is there a population of feral mutant Tokustars the caought, or did they genetically engineer them or what?
** Derrick confirmed that Psychobos genetically engineered them.

* So about Attea's plan. At the end of Frogs of War she [[spoiler: left Earth with her dad in in Plumper's hands and took over Incursian Empire. ]] But why she didnt do that at the end of first part when her dad was first captured? It was the same situation, except that she wasted some [[spoiler: mutated To'kustars since she sabbotaged invasion.]] Honestly it only makes sense if one assumes that Attea just made up whole plan and lied about [[spoiler: sabbotaging Ben's rocket]].
** I think Psycobos worked for her dad foremost. He could have just ordered him to use one of [[spoiler: To'kustars]] to smash her back into her place. Though it would be funny if she did just make up that whole plan on the spot like that.
** It's not that strategically bad a choice, [[spoiler:considering that by making earth and the plumbers go through what was essentially a war and hostile takeover for a month, she made sure that she could get away scott-free by offering a truce. If she had attempted to take over the Incursion empire at the first opportunity, it might not have worked. There's also Psycobos, who rather than working for her dad was probably just working for himself, and she's seen him attempt to seize power, specifically from her, before. So it would be better to wait until he can't fight back using the To'justars either.]]

* In previous series, Ben didnt have a Plumper badge, cause Omnitrix had all the functions. In new series Omnitrix still has them (comunicator for example), but badge only work as locator and badge. So plot of "Predators and Prey" shouldnt happen. [[{{Retcon}} Intensional retcon]] or [[SeriesContinuityError continuity fail?]]
** Perhaps, but then you realize that [[spoiler: The entire thing was a ruse in order to take Kyhber down, so the logical thinking is that Kyhber didn't know about it and that Ben just didn't use it for the sake of the plan]]
** I have a WMG that when Alien X remade the universe he remade it WRONG. That explains what happened to Primus, that explains why the Omnitrix behaves differently, it even explains the title being Omniverse. That can't be a random title they pulled out of thin air. Especially not when the theme of the show would have been better suited to being called Cronoverse or something else referencing the two different times and Bens.
*** The title of Omniverse is because it apparently take things from all of the [[{{WesternAnimation/Ben10}} Ben]] [[WesternAnimation/Ben10AlienForce 10]] [[WesternAnimation/Ben10UltimateAlien series]] and mushes them together, making the "Omni" In the title mean [[ContinuityPorn all of them,]] while the "verse" part of it mean the Universe of Ben 10. The Omnitrix might behave differently because it's a newer model. And Primus was not in the Universal rebuild of Alien X. So, you at least got one of those theories right. Maybe two, considering that The new Omnitrix might've behaved much differently then before.
*** The Omnitrix wouldn't have been remade anyway, it was a part of Ben/Alien X so it's the same Omnitrix that Ben got at the end of Ultimate Alien.
* The [[EvilCounterpart Nemetrix]] had a predator of Armordrillo's species on it. When did Khyber have time to go all the way to the Andromeda Galaxy to catch one?
** Well, Aggregor did have the time to go himself...
** It's also possible that it could just be something ''similar'' to what the Armordrillo's natural predator would be. After all, that giant worm creature looks awfully like the ones that appeared in the ''Alien Force'' episode "Alone Together"...
* [[spoiler: If Malware and Psychobos are the ones who hired Kyber in the first place,]] why is he concerned with Malware's origin story?
** Because he doesn't trust him.
* If the Omnitrix was left unable to reabsorb Conductoid DNA, then how does Ben have it in the current timeline? Additionally, why was it not made a bigger deal when he transformed in "Store 23"?
** "Store 23" actually was an episode happening after "Showdown" that was casted before it as an error from the producers, as explained in the "Trivia" page. Ben is going to get Feedback back in part 2.
*** [[LateArrivalSpoiler Damn you, Cartoon Network. I wanted to watch that episode spoiler free...]]
* In "Showdown Part 2", Kevin absorbs Way Big's armor to protect himself; HOW DOES IT COME HE DIDN'T END UP ABSORBING HIS ENERGY INSTEAD?!!
** He may need to touch the Omnitrix itself to absorb energy. So just touching an armored part of Ben, that's nowhere near the hourglass symbol, is probably safe enough.
** I suggest you watch the original show again: he absorbed Heatblast's energy by touching his ''back'', and Fourarms' by touching his ''arms'' in his debut episode. And he did it accidentally with Heatblast. So as far as we are concerned, touching any part of an alien might result in an energy absorbsion.
** I assumed he needed some form of skin-to-skin type contact to absorb something's energy/powers. So, since he was touching the armor her absorbed the armor, had he been touching skin/flesh/whatever he would have absorbed Way Big's powers, and if he had been touching the Omnitrix he would have gone all psycho-chimera on us again. Of course, that doesn't explain how he can absorb electricity through machines and wires... Maybe he has to be consciously or unconsciously focusing on what he wants to absorb to get it?
*** Maybe size has to do with it too. Kevin's very small when compared to Way Big. He might've actually absorbed a little energy, but nowhere near enough for him to even use some of Way Big's powers, let alone go psycho on us again.
*** Kevin can absorb properties from armor or clothing without draining energy. Didn't he absorb from Pandor's suit safely back in ''Ultimate Alien''? Presumably he just absorbed from some armor on Way Big, but not Way Big itself.
*** In the OS Kevin only knew how to absorb energy, and we see Aggregor absorb the DNA of a Geochelone Aerio in "Escape From Aggregor"; while he doesn't get the full transformation he gets using his machine he does gain the wind powers they posses, so we can assume this is what Kevin did originally, given he's 6 years older and has had more training, particularlyin absorbing matter, we can assume he know how to absorb the material, not the DNA.
* In "Manny Happy Returns", when Princess Looma fight Gwen, she mocks her, saying she won't lower herself to fight a girl. Gwen's answer is to angrily ask "What did you call me?" before turning Anodyte and attacking her. Considering ''both'' of them are female, this would mean Looma is despising her ''own'' gender and Gwen is taking "girl" as an insult, which makes no sense. Even weirder when you consider it's explicitly stated a bit later in the same episode that female Tetramands are stronger than males, so Tetramands should logically not despise girls.
** RuleOfFunny
*** [[DudeNotFunny I honestly don't see anything funny with that]]. Hell, I saw people [[UnfortunateImplications talking about how that sounded mysogynistic on a forum]]!
*** It doesn't matter what others perceive it as, the writers' intent, as far as I know, was to be a joke.
*** Then the writers either are idiots or have one hell of a sick sense of humor.
*** I think you're taking a simple joke way too far. There will always be slackoffs on the Internet who overanalize kids jokes in a kids show so much that they'll take offense.
*** HypocriticalHumor Funny?
*** On the matter of mysogyny... how many female characters who are not villains or sympathetic villains are there on this show ? Nerd-Gwen does not count given how useless she is the rare times she appears.
** Don't forget that Looma was there to get married, and at the time more interested in a courtship battle. Looma was trying to say "Don't get in the way of our fight" and "I'm not into girls". Gwen read it as "You're a puny weakling". Cultural dissonance.
*** That works slightly better, at least on Looma's side. But even then, Gwen should have replied something in the vein of "What's wrong with being a girl", or something...
*** That could lead dangerously close to being an {{Anvilicious}} moment of girl and boy equality. Maybe best to avoid that anvil entirely and just go straight into a fight?
*** And as a result let the scene with absolutely no sense plus tones of fans interpreting it as mysogynistic? [[SarcasmMode Yeah, great idea.]]
*** I just figured she was using it in the sense of Gwen being a unworthy opponent, like she's a child. And Looma might consider herself a warrior before a girl.
*** Okay for Looma's perspective, but that doesn't explain Gwen's over the top reaction. Would have made more sense if she had just said something like "In case you didn't notice, you are a girl too". Would have been much funnier too.
*** Gwen is at the age where she wants to be called a "woman" not a "girl".
*** Now that's a more interesting explanation. Though doesn't really sounds like her. Then again, ''Omniverse'' doesn't exactly gets characterizations right.
*** Alternate theory: Gwen misheard what Looma said.
*** That one would be interesting. Just wish they had actually shown that.

* This is really just a general Ben 10 Headscratcher. Why does the Omnitrix time out so quickly? It's not until the Frogs of War that we're shown that Ben can lock into an alien for an extended period of time. Which raises the question of why he doesn't do that all the time, but previous this there is no hint that Ben can lock in a form. Remember Azimuth as pointed out that the Omnitrix wasn't meant to be a weapon, it was really meant as diplomatic tool of sorts. His exact words are "it lets you walk in someone else's shoes for a while." Lets pretend that timing out wouldn't be fatal even though there are a fair number of species that if you timed out on their planet it would probably be fatal. I'd still expect that the normal duration would be measured in hours, or possibly days. Enough time to actually learn what it's like to be a member of that species. As it stands the Omnitrix really isn't a particularly good tool for it's stated primary purpose. Despite Ben making it work, it's not really an ideal weapon either for the same reason.
** I think that the real reason that it keeps timing out so quickly is because the Omnitrix has suffered the same Flanderization as everyone else. What I think the in-story version is is that while the Omnitrix is meant for people to walk in another's shoes with, Ben keeps using it to fight, which stresses whatever keeps him in alien form.
*** It's not really flanderization since it's been timing out since the very beginning. It's possible that the stress of combat causes it to time out more quickly than it otherwise might and while I doubt it (since Azimuth didn't mention it during the War of the Worlds vs the High Breed) it's possible that Ben just never knew how to lock in a form indefinitely until the Frogs of War. That however seems, even for Azimuth JerkAss that he is a little late to be mentioning a possibly life saving feature when all of reality has been threatened a few times before.
** Part of it has always been Ben's lack of control. He could stay alien for as long as he wanted whenever Master Control was unlocked, and with Azmuth's help, he ''was'' able to stay Bullfrag as long as he did. Also, timing out wasn't a problem for Ben 10,000 (version one, that is.) If he mastered it, he could do that whenever he wanted. From ''day one,'' it's always been that Ben doesn't know how to use the thing.
*** Ben's lack of control is fine for most of the series but how did the High Breed Invasion, which was going to exterminate all life in the galaxy, or Agregor rate high enough for Azmuth to show Ben how to access the Master Controls? I can halfway justify Ultimate Kevin since in all likelihood he would have killed Ben, Gwen, Grandpa Max, a few assorted bad guys and then burnt out. The others were literally universe wide threats. Frankly much worse than the Incursion who's invasion would probably have hit a rather hard wall when they finally ran into the the High Breed.
*** Neither Aggregor nor the Highbreed required an extended transformation of more than a few minutes. The Incursean required Ben to be Bullfrag for hours, maybe even days. Plus it was a new Omnitrix, meaning that it would possibly require different unlock codes.
*** How did they not "require" an extended transformation? Aggregor was going to absorb an alien that would have allowed him to re-write reality as he saw fit aht the Highbreed were going to wipe out life in the universe. The fact that Ben defeated both of them without the form lock doesn't mean it wasn't "necessary" had the writers felt like it he would have beaten the incursean threat without it. They were certainly a lesser threat.
** In "For a Few Brains More", Azmuth explains that when Ben "bangs on" the Omnitrix, the impact randomizes the time limit. Considering he blamed it on his "fat fingers" rather carelessness, it seems Azmuth expected Ben to push the button with the amount of pressure typical of a six-inch tall Galvan.
*** Which considering his inteligence makes very little sense. The first Omnitrix was sent to Max who is larger and stronger (though perhaps smart enough to handle the device with care) The Ultimatrix however was created by Albedo to be used (at least once) by a human and the current Omnitrix was designed and worked on for six years by a the smartest being in three, arguably five galaxies who had fully intended to give it to Ben most of that time and didn't calibrate it properly to Ben Tennyson? Azmuth either lied or isn't nearly as smart as he likes to think.
*** That, and Azmuth said it randomized the ''time limit'', NOT the form Ben would turn into. Also, the flashback episodes show the original Omnitrix working EXACTLY the same way than the present new Omnitrix.
*** He's a jerk. He probably couldn't be bothered to, or somehow expects that everyone using it ''can'' be that gentle. In other words "Your fault, not my design choices".

* In "Vilgax Must Croak", we are introduced to Eighteight, Sixsix and Sevenseven's sister. If Sevenseven is said to be more dangerous than Sixsix, wouldn't that mean Eighteight is more dangerous than her brothers?
** Most propably. She sure seemed to be more dangerous.
** Confirmed via WordofGod.

* If Omnitrix isnt a weapon, than why is Way Big wearing an armor?
** Perhaps it's not really armor and is actually something closer to a girdle? Way Big is. . .well way big and while their planet probably has extremely low gravity allowing them to grow to such monstrous sizes on any other planet the strain might just be too much. The better question is possibly why any of the aliens come with cloths at all aside from the obvious answer of it's a kid's show.
*** Actually, Way Big's species are born in space storms. Don't ask me why, I'm not a scientist of the Ben 10 Universe. Although, that armor might be Way Big's equivalent of the Omnitrix's clothing onto the alien thing.
*** Alternatively it's a natural armour, like several other aliens Ben uses have.

* In Frogs of War, Ben spent a whole month in space, and he was at some point, rescued by Azmuth. Why couldn't Ben just use the time he had after being rescued by Azmuth to gather an army to defeat the Incurseans? Ben is well known throughout much of the universe and logically has since gained the respect of several alien races. He could've, for example, contacted the Highbreed to help him, or he could've rallied any Plumbers that were outside of Earth. Or, considering he was with Azmuth, he could've requested that Azmuth send the Galvan military against the Incurseans, given that Azmuth stated that the Galvan Military is capable enough to match even the Highbreed. Had he done that, the Incurseans' morale would be too low to be a threat as opposed to the Incurseans withdrawing, yet still be powerful enough to pose a future threat to the galaxy.
** Icurseans can blow up planets. Just beacause some species respect Ben doesnt meant that they gonna risk getting themselves on Insean "things to destroy" list. He the hero after all, he suppose to deal with these things himself. You think if taking them down would be so simple, someone would already do it. About Galvan military. Did Azmuth really said that? They seemed pretty useless, everytime Malware striked. In the end there is also Ben's mentality of doing things himself. And finally, that would take too long.
*** Ben had approximately a month, which was how long the Incurseans took over Earth, and I'm sure other races owe Ben favors. In "War of the Worlds", Azmuth did say that the Galvan Military was capable of matching the Highbreed head-on. The only reason the Galvan Military could not take down Malware was because they were not prepared for Malware's attack. Here are several races that would most likely respond to Ben's favor--The Highbreed, the Kraaho, The Galvan, The Revonnahganders, the Galvanic Mechamorphs, any uncontacted or out of Earth Plumbers, etc. I mean why would there be a risk of ending up on "things to destroy" list? The incurseans would then be too decimated ordemoralized and they would be given a message that would make them think twice before blowing up another planet. Saving the world is never a one man job. I mean, Avatar Aang didn't face the Fire Nation alone, he had his friends to help him.
*** Alternatively, if Rook had a null void projector that could capture the Way Bads, why couldn't they also use it on the Incurseans ships? Those ships were about the same size or smaller than the Way Bads.
*** Also, the Hightbreed had a fleet powerful enough to ''almost destroy the Universe''. I am pretty sure the Inkurseans, despite possessing the tech to blow up planets, are a joke to them. A shame the writers didn't think about that, because the Hightbreed coming back to save Earth would have been one big SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome, not to mention {{irony}}.
*** Maybe he didn't want the loss of life. The Incursions don't seem like the type to surrender without a fight, especially with their Waybad army. Ben's plan probably saved a lot of lives that could have died.
*** Good point. That, and the Hightbreed might not be able to reach Earth in time. After all, they did require portails to bring their forces on Earth in the season 2 finale of AF.
*** However, there was an episode where Ben had to stop a Highbreed fail safe device, and Ben was able to get Reinrassic III without a portal. They didn't even need a portal to reach galvan prime. Also, like I said, Ben could still rally other off world plumbers, the galvan military and other races that he gained the respect of because not being able to go near earth gave him a huge advantage. Emperor milleus said that if Ben is seen anywhere near Earth, the Waybads would destroy everything he loves. As a result, Ben pretty much had plenty of time to call in favors and gather an army. Ben could still go in to earth disguised as Bullfrag while his army takes care of the incursean fleet.
*** Note that while Ben is on decent terms with the Highbreed, they are not his personal army. It's also entirely possible that just a few of the leaders, or maybe even just the one he spend time trapped with like him. Maybe most of the army still hates him. Most of the other races could be explained away as well, but yeah no excuse for not getting plumbers.
*** The Highbreed may not like Ben, but at minimum, Ben has earned their respect. No doubt Ben has earned the respect of most alien races after defeating the Highbreed and Diagon. I really don't think there's an excuse for the writers to not have Ben call in favors.
*** Do the Highbreed even still have that fleet/army? Considering they no longer aim to destroy all other life, they might have decommissioned and dismissed most of their forces.

* Why didn't the Kraaho just move to Venus? 800 degrees should be hot enough for them.
** I am not an expert, but I'd say it's because Venus doesn't have a breathable atmosphere for them... That said, it does raise an entirely different question: if they can't stand Earth's climate, then what are they even doing here to begin with?
*** Earth probably fits a fairly narrow group of criteria. A planet that they can survive on, maybe uncomfortably but survive, with a native population that lacks the technology to notice them and the local military to do much about it. Plumbers on the whole in addition to being intergalactic don't really seem capable of stopping much of anything and they are they and Ben are the only "Earth" based forces remotely capable of sending the Kraaho packing.
** On a related note, why did they settle in America and not say the Sahara Desert?
*** Deserts get incredibly cold at night and they already have troubles in what is considered extremely hot weather for us.
* If I understood the Nemetrix concept correctly, that thing doesn't work on humans and sentient beings as a whole because they can't handle the change from sentient to feral predators. Following that logic, how can Ben handle the transformation in Wildmutt? As far as I am concerned, the Vulpimancers we saw in the show all were animals just like the Nemetrix's predators...
** Maybe the Wildmutts are slightly more intelligent than the average predator. Like chimps and wolves. Chimps aren't as smart as us, but can still make tools and such to help their lives. Other animals just aren't as smart or have a too different way of looking at things.
*** I guess so. Which would make Ultimate Wildmutt being able to speak FridgeBrilliance: Vulpimancer are only a few step before gaining the ability to speak in term of evolution.
*** And if that theory falls flat on it's face, humans have gone feral. Look at Phil. Maybe those Vulpimancers just went feral?
*** Even though they're more animalistic, Vulpimancer's are sentient. For example, all the roars and growls they make aren't jsut roars and growls, but are they're language, kinda like Shyrwook for Wookies.

* How the hell does Malware ability to destroy Feedback make any sense (or for that matter, his ability to absorb Ben's form in ''Showdown Part 2'')? I mean, this is illogical in two ways: first, his origin episode clearly etablished he had a specific set of abilities, that allowed him to absorb ''technology''. Ben's alien forms are biological in nature (except for Upgrade), so by any logic, he shouldn't be able to affect them (the Omnitrix dial I can accept, but the whole forms? Not so much); second, it has been etablished right from the beginning of the show that Ben wasn't inside the forms, he litterally transformed into the aliens, so how the hell can Malware pull him out of Feedback? Seriously, this doesn't make any sense even by the standards of the franchise...
** Perhaps Feedback is somewhat Biomechanical?
*** That still doesn't explain how he absorbed Way Big and Humongousaur, who are both clearly biological, in ''Showdown Part 2''. Nor does it explain how he can pull Ben out of Feedback.
*** I assume that Malware simply destroyed Feedback's data,[[RuleofCool writers just wanted to make it look cool. ]] And Humungosaur and Way Big werent really absorbed as much as "drowned" in Malware.
*** That changes nothing to the fact this is a HUGE case of NewPowersAsThePlotDemands. Malware ''already'' was cool, they really didn't need to make his whole story arc completely incoherent for the sake of it. I am asking for an explanation in-story for how he could do that, not a dumb excuse like "the writers thought it was cool", otherwise it's just a proof of their bad writing.
*** OK, remember when Kevin absorbed Heatblast back in original series? Yes, now its retconned that his species can do that, but back then that implied that that alien arent 100 perecent biological.
*** I don't see how this implied aliens aren't 100 percent biological; to me that just meant Kevin's powers allowed him to absorb some kind of natural energy. Especially since the Ben 10,000 episode where his future version shew up hinted quite clearly that he could absorb the energy of regular aliens as well (he clearly stated he did so in the Null Void). So yeah, still don't see any sense in this.

* How does the whole reboot thing make any sense to begin with? I mean, if I got right, the idea is that Ben re-made the Universe as Alien X, but due to flaws in his memory it didn't make a perfect copy. However, Ben obviously never saw EVERYTHING in the Universe, so how can he rebuild things he never saw to begin with? Also, are we supposed to believe he was idiotic and amoral enough to forget, not only to include Primus, but also Eunyce, who he almost had a relationship with?! That's kinda sick when you think about it.
** Dude, "Universe rebuild wrong" was never mentioned in cartoon, so its not really Canon. Just assume that Primus and Eunice are still in the same place. BTW someone said that Eunice isnt canon anymore?
*** According to the character page, WordOfGod said that both Primus and Eunyce are RetGone. Now if the "Universe Rebuild wrong" isn't the cause, then the writers basically inexplicable removed of continuity half the stuff that happened in the AUF era and replaced it with their own nonsense. And people complained AUF was full of plotholes?!!
*** Dwayne McDuffie said that nothing nothing is really canon unless its said in show. I fully approve of that approach. Maybe Wyatt wasnt serious when he said abut [[RetGone RetGoning]] stuff. Why he just didnt said "We wont ever metion them" is beyond me, but in the end result is the same. [[MST3KMantra Remember the Mantra.]]
*** - For all we know, Eunice is just hanging around on Galvan Prime as a general assistant. And I wasnt aware one and a half episodes was half the series. Removing Primus means the episode Primus is removed, the fact that conniving, traitorous Vilgax, would never release Zsskayr for any reason removes that couple of minutes from Ghost Town, and it would simply mean the Ultimatrix glitched for an entirely different reason, as it is wont to do, in Simian Says especially considering a simple one-way transmission from Eunice couldnt possibly interfere with the transmission from Primus since its powerful enough to reach every point in the universe, at least a few light-years out of the universe, into numerous dimensions, and into the past and future all without interfering with itself when multiple versions of the same Omnitrix or Ultimatrix are present within a few meters of each other. Further, Azmuth himself stated that the DNA is stored in the Omnitrix itself, which was why he was against Ben going into battle with it in War of the Worlds. Removing Primus simply returns the series back to a simpler, less snarled continuity before Primus existed. Its a logical decision considering the problems its existence created.
*** That doesn't change anything from the fact that 1) This is extremely questionnable morally in-story, 2) It makes absolutely no sense Ben would change such things just because he has no control over Alien X. I don't care if it's convenient scenaristically, those plotholes are solved by creating even more plotholes that are just as silly. Why would Ben be unable to use Alien X to make a perfect copy, seeing how he isn't even the only one in control? How can he re-create a universe he never saw as a whole? Why did Bellicus and Selena agree so quickly to rebuild the Universe, without any argumentation from Ben, when it took so much to convince them previously? For the matter how did Ben turn back to normal without apparent resistance from them? How could that change whole events from the past (seeing how some incoherences are in Ben's past now)? My point is, if they wanted to remove Primus, there were better way to do it; they could have just say Primus was just a reserve and the Omnitrix could work independantly. Also, for the last time: if it hasn't been really confirmed that Eunice was RetGone, then it might be a good idea to remove that trope from Eunyce's profile on the character page?
*** - Why is it morally questionably? Theres nothing on the planet but a useless transceiver and a giant river of DNA goop that no healthy mind would think to create! And what plotholes? One almost completely stand-alone episode and only the vaguest of relations to two other episodes, while its removal repairs the plotholes related to the base workings of the Omnitrix itself as well as allowing for all the stories involving DNA being obtained from the Omnitrix itself. And, as for Bellecus and Serena rebuilding the universe, they like to argue. Without a universe, there wouldnt be anything to argue about; of course theyd repair it! And, along the way, remove a completely useless and unnecessary plot tumor. Its also possible that Alien X simply rewound time to prevent the AnnihiLARGH from even activating. As for your past events, there was one episode removed that has nothing to do with any others and two minor plot points that can be resolved by: the Ultimatrix being a piece of junk and Vilgax being ruined by AF. And why would there be a planet-sized reserve for something that is stored in a watch-sized device? In a completely idiotic river of DNA goo, might I add? At no point is Primus necessary and at many points is intrinsically damaging to the entirety of Ben 10s continuity. Furthermore, Wyatt often responds to questions he deems annoying or stupid with sarcasm or goofiness: what normally wouldnt be a problem is amplified by the fact that this fanbase appears to be mentally disabled, with EVERYTHING ending up on the Wiki no matter how ridiculously stupid it may be. The answer could easily have been in jest. Maybe you should ask him yourself. Also, for the first time: Im not in charge of what goes on Eunices page. I dont CARE what goes on Eunices page. The WRITERS dont even care what goes on Eunices page: none of them want to write for a creepy, Freudian love interest with no concrete personality.
*** Yeah, so basically you are saying it's okay to create even more plotholes and incoherences with both AUF AND the original shows if it's for the sake of cancelling bad things from the previous sequels... yeah, that's a very mature approach. All I am saying is, a reboot of the whole series would have been a smarter idea to my opinion if they wanted to clean up the continuity. Now the show is becoming a comic book-style mess. Also, rewatch the episode, your argument that Alien X went back to time and stopped the Anihilarg from working doesn't work (Ben clearly said he re-made the universe as a copy, and if they did that, they the CosmicRetcon no longer works as an excuse for all the errors). Also, Selena and Bellicus refused to save the Universe before (in ''Forge of Creation''), so ew no, that wouldn't be enough to convince them. And for the past events, you seems to forget things such as : Billy Billion being jealous of Ben's popularity despite Ben being clearly unpopular back then if you watch the original show (and PLEASE, don't give that "his vision of things are warped" crap, I already have an answer to that in the SeriesContinuityError entry); Beauman having his car destroyed by Ben several times even though according to UA, he didn't see him since he was a child; Feedback being unavailable due to a failsafe measure on the Omnitrix that logically shouldn't have been present on the Ultimatrix and new Omnitrix, since they were separate devices (and since Primus isn't involved anymore, no connection exist between them). And I could go on with that. And I already asked DJW all those things, he flat out ignored most of my questions. As for the morally questionable aspect, I admit I was wrong. I do however think it's not important that neither you or the writers care: even if the character is bad in itself, you at least need a good explanation to write her off, otherwise it's shitty writing. This topic is about coherence in a plot, not what the fans (and writers that behave like fanfic writers) think about a character.
*** - Again WHAT PLOTHOLES? There is ONE episode that the removal of Primus would interfere with and a scant total of TWO that it only has the most vague connections to that could easily be explained as anything else, as Ive said. As for Alien X stopping the Annihilargh, Ben is also clearly an arrogant glory-hound; what better glory than to claim to have remade the universe? Its entirely probable he doesnt even know what happened regarding the device and is just trying to make himself appear more than he is. Serena and Bellicus were upset at Ben and were acting as such; theres nothing saying they wouldnt have acted to stop Aggregor, who seemed to only vaguely want vague power for truly vague reasons much less destroying reality as a whole. As for Billy clearly his vision of things were warped; hes a sociopath; he doesnt have a firm grasp of reality and only saw that Ben was getting attention, disregarding the fact that it was because Ben was a trouble-maker and was only chosen before him. He wasnt at all sane even before being trapped in Dimension 12. As stated in the episode, the only concrete thing was that Ben hadnt been in Baumanns store since he was twelve, not that he hadnt seen him since then; remember, Baumanns behavior was skewed by trying to protect aliens from discovery. And who said Feedback was unavailable in the Ultimatrix and second Omnitrix? Ben had been traumatized by Feedbacks destruction and had developed a psychological block against using the Conductoid DNA even after it became available again. Derricks been getting those sorts of questions constantly; hes only going to repeat himself so many times, so youll need to look deeper to find those answers again. And wheres the incoherency? Eunice isnt around. She could be off somewhere else on Galvan Prime. She could be off doing work for Azmuth again. Wherever she is, it isnt plot-related and there is no reason anybody would just bring her up, considering how anti-social Azmuth is. Trying to shoehorn a character into a situation she has no business being in isnt coherent to any plot.
*** .... You clearly haven't been listening, have you? I told you to not give me that "Billy has a warped vision of things" crap. Since you apparently can't bother check SeriesContinuityError, I will specify: even then, it makes no sense that he would get jealous from the troublemaker nobody cares about (back in the Original show, Ben didn't get attention by being a troublemaker, he was litterally IGNORED) when there were probably more popular guys who would have made MUCH more sense to be jealous of. Hell, ''JT and Cash'' would have made more sense! Not following this logic isn't being a sociopath, it's just being an idiot, and Billy clearly isn't one. Plus, even if that excuse is true, the writers didn't show it in the actual episode, so I don't consider it valide. As for the psychological block thing, well maybe it would have been nice to EXPLAIN, instead of making it appear like a DeusExMachina.
*** - You're trying to apply logic to an obsession. Obsessions rarely follow logical rules; why else would someone with OCD have to, for example, spin in a circle exactly four times before opening a door or why Adolf Hitler was obsessed with wiping out all non-Aryans even though he himself didn't match his own description of an Aryan? Billy's an insane sociopath; he latched onto the troublemaker sitting in front of him in class that happened to be the last person picked before him in gym and raised him up on a pedestal he didn't deserve.
*** So basically, you are trying to say that "Billy is a sociopath so we don't have to explain it?" That's as lazy as saying AWizardDidIt. An obsession had to have a source: again, I don't see why he would get jealous of someone being just slightly more popular than him instead of someone being actually extremely popular in school. Especially silly considering how rich he is.
*** JTroper - Hi. How you doing? New guy here. I have a theory I'd like to share, and I can understand if you don't go with it. At one point, Billy sees Ben turn into Diamondhead, therefore, he has vague enough knowledge of the Omnitrix. So... that ''might'' have something to do with it. Oh, well, I don't know, I could be wrong, whatever. I will let you two go back to your argument of continuity.
*** Interesting theory... maybe you could develop?

* A minor one, but why do Khyber's trophies include a Geochelone Aerio (Terraspin) shell ? I would expect a guy like [[EgomaniacHunter Khyber]] to hunt down dangerous, or at least hard to catch preys. By that logic, trophies such as [[AttackOfThe50FootWhatever Vauxasaurians]], [[TimeMaster Chronosapiens]], [[PileBunker Talpedeans]] or [[LeeroyJenkins Appoplexians]] do make sense, but Geochelone Aerio are clearly shown in ''[[WesternAnimation/Ben10UltimateAlien Ultimate Alien]]'' to be harmless, pacific and remarquably easy to catch (seriously, it took Aggregor like five secondes to get Galapagus). Why would Khyber think that hunting one of those would be entertaining?
** Maybe he hunted it under some very specific conditions that made them worthy prey such as a weapon that uses only mana attacks. You might not be able to hit the Geochelone Aerio but you can effect the environment and with enough skill probably capture one. Alternatively the artists just forgot which is just as likely.
** Maybe he needed his skin to make mana-proof armor.
** Or maybe the fact that it is from the Andromeda Galaxy makes it worthwhile ?
** I kinda dig the mana-proof armor explanation.

* Uh, why is it that the characters seem to be able to breathe in space? It's happened a few times now where there will be a hole in a spaceship somewhere right beside them all, yet nothing happens. Am I missing something?
** My best guess it that ships create short range atmosphere. And Upchuks can somehow survive in space after consuming enough matter, apparently.

* Seeing how Fistina can survive separating her head form body, can control/locate her fists and last episode specifically said about her armor that Acrosian containment suit is made on Techadon what is exactly Fistina? Is she just a head?
** [[BluntYes Yes,]] [[WesternAnimation/PhineasAndFerb yes she is.]]

* Why would ''anyone'' be interested in the Anihilarg? I mean, that thing destroys ''the entire universe'', cannot be set to have a lesser destruction scale, and no one in Ben's RoguesGallery so far has the mean to travel between universe. What's the point of having such a device if you cannot use it without killing yourself in the process? I can see why the Vreedle Brothers would not think this through, but you would expect guys like Milleus, Argit or Psyphon to be a bit more pragmatic...
** Bragging rights. Perefectly in character with Milious. Argit would propably sell it to rich eccentrics. And Psyphon said himself "Fear is my currency". No one messes with guy who can destroy universe.
*** Precisely my point: YES they do; ''Especially'' with him. If you can't destroy the Universe without destroying yourself, everyone know you bluff when you say you will do it, unless you are a psychopath with concern for your life (which Psyphon ''isn't''). Having that kind of device is the best way to have everybody teaming up to attack you and take it from you.
*** Most people don't know Psyph well enough to take chances. And attacking someone armed with reality destroyer in fear that he uses it is dangerous move. Most will assume that if he didn't push, then he wont push it - but precious few superstitious cowardly criminals are probably worth it.
*** Remember that the omnitrix is also a device fully capable of destroying the universe due to the amount of power it has, and how it is able to change someone's DNA before reverting to the correct form, and once ''changed the entire DNA of the Highbreed all across the galaxy'' to save them from their fate. While most people wouldn't want the Anihilarg to go off and destroy everything, finding a way to use it as a power source is both a viable and very dangerous option.
** Why do a lot of nations have Nukes? May be smaller scale than the Anihilarg but they are the same premise.

* Ditto's official bio stated that his species developped the ability to duplicate as a mean to escape its natural predator. When said predator appears in ''A Fistful of Brain'', it turns out to possess exactly the same ability. Doesn't that kinda defy the purpose?
** Maybe only the original is "real".
*** I guess so. After all, Khyber ''did'' mention they brought improvements to the Nemetrix.
** Or it's possible that Panuncians developed their duplication ability "in response" to Splixons doing so. I mean if antelope get faster to avoid cheetahs, it's only natural that cheetahs would get faster to catch them, right? Maybe Splixons started duplicating to avoid Panuncians, so Panuncians started duplicating to hunt them better. Or maybe Panuncians aren't the predator they were trying to avoid. Perhaps they began duplicating to avoid another predator, only to have that fit them cleanly into the Panuncian diet. Not as likely as the other one, but who knows.

* Ok, the Ultimatrix evolves a race as if it had been stuck in 10,000 years of fierce war correct? Why do Galvans in that time period grow physically weaker to the point of having atrophied limbs? Even the stupidest Galvan would be able to see the flaw in and exploit such an obvious weakness.
** Their physical form is weaker, but their intelligence has increased to the point where they have powerful telekinesis. Not exactly defenseless.

* How are Upchucks "top of the food chain, baby" if they can't eat food?
** Top of the food chain here is clearly a bit of an in joke about all the things they can eat. It's probably worth noting that in a children's show (or even in standard Layman's terms) the top of the food chain could easily refer to any animal that nothing actively preys upon. It's often explained to children as grass-->Antelope--->lion. However both elephants and Blue Whales could easily be considered (again in Layman's/Children terms) as the tops of their respective food chains.
** They retconned that weakness away anyway.

* One Ditto got clawed down by a Panuncian and disappeared as if it's destroyed. Shouldn't that affect the remaining clones?
** I think Omniverse retconned the whole "if one dies the other too" thing as "if the original dies, the others too". Which doesn't make any sense considering how Ditto duplicates, but whatever, I have given up trying to find good justification to Omniverse's retcons long ago.
** The only time the "one gets destroyed, they all get destroyed" weakness occurred was with Animo's mutant Splixson/Lepidopterran/Whatever-else-he-crammed-into-it. Even the original series, in the pop-up version, establishes the Splixson's ability to duplicate as a defense mechanism against predators; if the weakness from Animo's mutant was native to the Splixsons, this would be a phenomenally poor defense mechanism. It's entirely likely that the weakness only existed in the mutant and Splixsons only feel the pain from the other clones as a way to tell when they're being hunted.
*** The dialogue in the episode made it quite clear that the weakness was possessed by Ditto as well.

* When we first saw Phil in "The Truth", he was an out-of-work Plumber whose crime was releasing creatures from the Null Void so he could be hired to capture them (fraud and reckless endangerment). When we first saw Kevin in "Kevin 11", he was a neglected and bitter child whose crimes were largely misdemeanors, but by the end of the episode was planning on crashing subway cars with passengers in order to collect the contents (mass murder and grand theft). Character analysis and ''Alien Force'' HeelFaceTurn aside, doesn't Ben sound a little off in "Max's Monster" when he claims that Phil is less redeemable than Kevin was? Kevin had a longer rap sheet, less heroic history ''and'' malicious intent. Even in the context of this episode, [[spoiler:he was RightForTheWrongReasons, since it wasn't so much Phil taking advantage of Max as the energy-devouring creature doing so, as he admitted that Phil was long gone by that time]].
** WordOfGod is that Kevin was "just a messed up kid who made mistakes", while Phil was a "crooked cop." To put it another way, Kevin was mentally unwell and needed help, whereas Phil knew exactly what he was doing.
** Keep in mind that this is Ben talking, who's good friends with Kevin at this point. Max, on the other hand, maintains even at the end of the episode that Phil didn't deserve to be trapped in the Null Void.
** It's probably an attempt to retroactively make a mass-murdering sociopath appear sympathetic, disregarding the fact that he is, in fact, a mass-murdering sociopath. It's just bad writing and the continuation of the desperate attempts to let Kevin off scot-free for all of his crimes, which is one of the two things I don't like in Omniverse.
*** Kevin has been getting off more or less scot-free since Alien Force so it's hardly fair to bring it up as a fault against Omniverse. Especially after Ultimate Alien confirmed that Kevin was in fact sick, something the original series didn't even hint at.
*** - And I hate that it's being continued in Omniverse. It doesn't change the fact that it's bad, plothole-filled writing. Plus, Kevin being "sick" wasn't brought in the original series because he was just a mutant who enjoyed hurting others in the original series. It wasn't until Ultimate Alien Force needed to excuse his crimes that he became an alien hybrid, regardless of the massive continuity errors that arose from doing so with both the original series and UAF itself.
*** While I agree the whole story with Devlin DOES causes major continuity errors, I think the alien-hybrid origin itself doesn't really cause that many continuity errors. I mean, he was never really referred as a Mutant in the Original Show, that was a WordOfGod thing only.
*** - Some continuity errors include: Kevin being able to use a full 100% of an aliens powers while using them one at a time (Kevin 11) when an Osmosian can only utilize 10% whenever, he didnt go insane when he accidentally absorbed the energy from hacking the Omnitrix (The Vengeance of Vilgax) or when he purposely reabsorbed the energy from the Dominus Librium (Trade-Off), when he did go insane as Ultimate Kevin he wasnt acting so much insane as much as mentally retarded while his young self and Aggregor were cunning and intelligent, and, for his father Devin to exist as established, Kevin would have to either have time-travel as part of his backstory or being thirty or forty years old at the beginning of the series.
*** Kevin was able to use 100% of an alien's power when using them one at a time. That Osmosian 10% thing is the error that doesn't hold up to scrutiny.

* How can Azmuth [[spoiler:hack Albedo's Ultimatrix to trap him in a 11 years old Ben body]]? I mean, aside from the whole age thing which already is convoluted, Albedo was the one who ''made'' that thing. He should by all logic know exactly how it works and be capable to fix it by himself. We are not talking about an fake Omnitrix here, damn it!
** Like the original Ultimatrix, the technology used to create Albedo's new Ultimatrix is still apparently beyond him. He can duplicate it in much the same way that I can copy a working car, I can even put a spoiler (Evolution function) on it but I don't really understand how the engine actually works. Azmuth does. It was explained that the Ultimatrix treated Ben as the "base" form and that was why Albedo was trapped as Ben. Why any of the devices currently around would have ten year old Ben stored at all is interesting since the original was destroyed when he was fifteen and he was is sixteen now.
*** You seem to miss the point that Albedo BUILT that thing! He just took the Ultimatrix and completed it, but his adaptator was entirely done by him, so he should by all logic know exactly how it works, and it should be a much simplier piece of technology than the Omnitrix. Especially since the device had a different intended purpose than the Omnitrix, so to create that different purpose, he HAD to know how it worked. This is an entirely different Ultimatrix than the original Ultimatrix.

* In ''Food Around The Corner'', Blukic and Driba had to build a device to keep Ben in alien form without timing out. However, doesn't the Omnitrix already have a life-lock function? That is much easier than installing a device on the Omnitrix.
** Guess they didn't know how to activate the life-lock function.
** But Ben DOES know it, because in ''Frogs of War'' Azmuth taught it to him, so that he could masquerade as an Incursean. My question is why didn't ''Ben'' just activate the life-lock function?
*** My understanding was that Azmuth activated the function in that instance, but did not actually teach Ben how to do it himself. StatusQuoIsGod and all that.
*** Well, he pretty much showed him how to ''disactivate'' it, since Ben does that himself. Not explaining to him how to activate it as well would have been pretty dumb.
*** But perfectly inline with Azmuth's JerkAss persona and there are lots of features on real computers where turning it off is a simple function of one button but activating it requires some skill.
*** - The code that Azmuth used on the Omnitrix in "The Frogs of War" was specifically stated to be for the Incursean DNA; it only works to lock Ben in the form of Bullfrag. Logically, Ben could transform into Bullfrag and remain like that indefinitely, but that's not the most feasible strategy, particularly when he needs to be life-locked as a Galilean. Since he only had the code to lock himself as Bullfrag, Blukic and Driba needed to jury-rig a life-lock for the Galilean DNA.

* In 'Something Zombozo This Way Comes' Zombozo comes up with the brilliant plot to turn the citizens of Bellwood into Zombie Clowns so he can feed of their fear, but just like zombies in every other franchise they don't seem to be capable of fear. His circus appears to be genuinely entertaining on top of it all. I know he's incompetent but this goes several notches beyond clutching the idiot ball tight and well into what was your plan exactly?
** Well, people were scared during the period right before being turned into zombies. But Zombomozo's main goal was to scare Ben, since Ben's fear was particularly satiating for some reason.
** He clearly made sure to leave few people un-zombiefied. Unlike real zombie apocalypse, zombie clones werent infecting others, except for Rook who did it to free himself.
** Who's to say [[AndIMustScream that the Zombie Clowns are not conscious inside their bodies, unable to control their bodies]] is there no greater a source of terror than that?

* The new Omnitrix is programmed to only be usable by Ben, right? But it accepted Ben saying he was afraid of peacocks as proof of identity. On two occasions Rook has demonstrated that he knows this about Ben just from reading Ben's file in the Plumber database. This doesn't seem all that secure, especially since Plumber headquarters is so easy to break in and out of.
** The easiest answer to swallow here is that Azimuth is a JerkAss. Even the original Omnitrix and later Ultimatrix had voice commands that could be used for self destruct and other functions. The fact that Azimuth wants him to say something embarassing for proof of identity fits in rather well with Azimuth's established personality.

* How did the cowardly, neurotic Hobble manage to become part of the Plumbers' Alpha Squad? Aren't they supposed to be the best of the best?
** I'm guessing he's ether a green recruit BunnyEarsLawyer, usually competent when he isn't facing monster-themed aliens, or afflicted with some form of stress or PTSD. Also a certain pair of Galvan scientists lead me to assume that their standards are really ''really'' low.
** Perhaps he has a [[ActionSurvivor great record of surviving despite impossible odds.]]
** Reportedly he's an expert sharpshooter.

* Charmcaster has proven in the past to be fairly logical and we learn at the end of 'Charmed I'm Sure' that she's still not insane. Is there a reason why she didn't stick with the very well thought out Plan A. [[spoiler: Defeat Ghostfreak which logically should have shifted to defeat him and drain the Alpha Rune's power from him AND THEN kill Ben 10? Not only is impromptu usually not how she operates but this wasn't even taking advantage of a good an unexpected situation. This was almost like getting frustrated and taking it out on the nearest person.]]
** She's taking advice from [[spoiler: Adwaita, the guy that slaughtered her entire culture for likely no reason, and what is probably Michael Morningstar, who subjected her to the entirety of a Gwevin-esque relationship in a single episode.]] She may not be [[spoiler: schizophrenic]], but she is at the least crazy. Another factor might be the Alpha Rune itself; her shift in motivation happened after she put it on, possibly indicating it causes insanity.
*** The Alpha Rune thing is {{Jossed}} in that it ''does'' cause or increase insanity but was ''not'' the reasoning behind her shift: [[spoiler: that was all Adwaita's advice. Ben even references it in "Charm School", though he is unaware of Adwaita being in the bag and just thinks Charmcaster believes it can talk.]]

* Why Ben is the only one that citizens from Anur Transyl call monster? Even if Hobble is ugly enough, you think they would attack Rook, Rad...CHARMCASTER?

* Ok, if Ghostfreak has no mana or life force that other beings have, then Ben should've used Ghostfreak in ''Enemy of My Frenemy'' when Charmcaster's machine was draining everyone's life force. Clearly, the machine wouldn't have worked on Ghostfreak, because he has no mana. Then, if everyone was drained, Ben as Ghostfreak could still stop Charmcaster and reverse the machine's effects before they are given to Diagon. Ben did use Ghostfreak during ''Ultimate Alien'', and with no problem.
** It's possible he didn't know about Ghostfreak's immunity to LifeDrain at the time. Even if he did, he also (unless Gwen failed to tell him) knew that Terraspin was [[AntiMagic immune to mana]] and failed to take advantage of that too, so making a poor alien selection given the situation would be perfectly in character.
** Discounting his one appearance in Ultimate Alien (which I took as an obligatory nod to him, given that the episode was about some of Ben's transformations becoming sentient and rebelling against him), Ben is shown to be afraid to turn into Ghostfreak due to being scared Z'Skayr taking control again.

* RuleOfCool aside, why does Gutrot has a gut-window on his chest?
** Some people assumed Gutrot is a living gas cloud in a containment suit, similar to how Echo Echo is living sound waves in a containment suit, but that's since been Jossed.

* The Ben 10 universe has two known shape-shifting species (the Limax and Sludgepuppies) and holographic ID mask technology seems to be reasonably common. Why is it then that everyone is completely and totally fooled by impersonations that use these methods? By this point you'd think they'd have a way to defend against these methods, or at least not be horribly shocked when they find out they've been subjected to them.
** Uh, which moment exactly troubles you? Because Gwen wasnt surprised to see Darkstar, and Psyphon had a good reason to trust "Vilgax". He just run into bunch of his monsters, their master shouldn't be far. There are probably some goggles or something, that counters their effect, but no one wears them all the time.
** Limax and Sludgepuppies seem to be pretty rare. In fact if you ignore Undertown and the Plumber Academy it seems that most species primarily keep to themselves and have no particular reason to be on guard for any of these things. As the above mentions there are probably a number of ways to detect some or all of these things. I doubt any of these disguises would fool a keen sense of smell. Sludgepuppies don't seem to have much in the way of bones or internal organs. A being who could see in infrared would probably be able to tell.

* In ''The Vampire Strikes Back'', Rad threw Ben out the back of his ship just because he annoyed him or something. I know Ben could survive anyways, but why couldn't Rook, a ''Plumber'', just threaten to arrest Rad for attempted murder of a plumber instead of threatening not to pay him? The threat of arrest is clearly more convincing than the prospect of not being paid. Plus, what Rad did still counts as attempted murder in the eyes of the Plumbers.
** Gwen also threw Ben and Kevin out of ship, in ''Showdown''. No one even threatened her. Welcome to [[DenserAndWackier Comedy Land]].
** That wasn't what I meant. That was an entirely different situation. Rad actually ''intended to leave Ben behind'' in Anur Transyl whether or not he would survive.
*** Leaving behind isn't murder. Ben had the same survival chances as he had with Gwen. And if you want to stick arrest, murder or not, remember that Ben propably had no right to mess with Harangue's Dna. [[DenserAndWackier Comedy Land]].
** It's heavily implied that Rad is one of the baddest men in the universe. Rook threatening to arrest him would have been greeted with a prompt "you and what army". As for Gwen dropping Ben and Kevin given the number of flying aliens Ben has access to and the general toughness of the remaining ones dumping him out of a plane is more rude than deadly, Kevin on the other hand was in something resembling real danger. Ultimately Ben would have gone back to the Plumber, had them make a call to send someone to get him. Or baring that several of his forms are capable of surviving in space and even with the Omnitrix stuck on monster it would shock me if he doesn't have access to Big Chill.
*** Ok, forget the part about the murder, and the situation with Gwen is far different. The point I was trying to make was more about how Rook could've convinced Rad. In this situation, Rad intended to leave Ben behind knowing full well that there would be no way for him to leave the planet. It has been made clear several times that no one, not even the plumbers would have the mind to enter the Anur System. Rad is the only known being brave enough to enter the Anur System. The Anur System is considered no-man's land. I just want to address why couldn't Rook just use the law to threaten Rad instead of refusal to pay. We've already seen that Rook is more than capable of facing even dangerous enemies.

* In ''Catfight'' the reason Looma gave in her monologue for wanting a bride was that she wanted to sire an heir to continue the bloodline. Ben's speech about not needing a man to rule was all well and good for Attea, but it didn't address Looma's motivations, which she seems to have forgotten by the end of the episode.

* What that metal thing all Incurseans except Attea and Millious are wearing on their back for? Even Bullfrag has it.
** They look like jet packs, though I can't recall them ever being used as such.
*** Except Bullfrag also has it, and I doubt Omnitrix would give him jetpack.
** At a guess I'd say they're some kind of air tank for the event that they arrive on a planet with an atmosphere they cannot breath.

* Is anybody feeding Lord Transyl? If they're not, they why not just kill him? Did Ben really left villain to starve? And if he is fed, then with what? You cant exactly buy life-energy in a store.

* What happened to the Omnitrix's time limit in ''Catfight''? It's not even mentioned, and all the characters act like Ben is going to be stuck as Rath indefinitely.

* At the end of ''Collect This'', Ben dismisses the need to rescue Simian from Collectimus because he's sure Simian will talk his way out of it. But how can Simian talk his way out of ''anything'' when he's been turned into a card? Given Collectimus' obsession with "pristine condition", it seems unlikely that he'd revert Simian back to normal for a chat.

* Why was Rook's video feed to the Plumbers in ''Catfight'' also being displayed to the prisoners? That doesn't make much sense.
** He was apparently transmitting on a universal Plumber channel. It makes sense that they would have one since the Plumbers seem to have lots of prisoners some of whom a fairly low tier. Low enough that if the Earth was potentially trapped in cross fire between Attea and Looma's respective armies that they wouldn't be left to rot. So the channel was probably initially opened like a fire alarm to inform the prisoners that they might need to be moved to a safer facility or in a worst case scenario simply cut loose. Then Rook hooked into what was an Emergency Broadcast to all Plumbers and Plumber facilities to inform them that they didn't need to panic.

* If Ben turning into Grey Matter makes him smarter because of Galvan's natural intelligence, shouldn't Albedo turning into an alien make him dumber because he's turning into a species that lacks that natural intelligence? Like how turning into Rath makes Ben dumber?
** It probably does but it's not noticeable in most cases. Only a few aliens seem to change Ben's intelligence much one way or the other. Grey Matter, Brain Storm and probably Jury Rig all make him smarter. Rath (really seems to make him more impulsive than stupid), Wild Mutt (who might be intelligent but unable to speak simply because he lacks the necessary parts) and Ditto all seem to make him dumber. All the other forms seem to be more or less the same intelligence as Ben. I think a lot of that who's the smartest race in the galaxy is just Galvan and Cerebrostacean pride anyway.
** An equally good question is why does turning into a smarter race give you skills and knowledge? Ben has been shown transforming into either Grey Matter or Brain Storm and suddenly understanding how a piece of alien tech he's never seen before functions. If I for example took some caveman and transformed him into Leonardo [=DaVinci=] or Albert Einstein they wouldn't instantly pick up an [=IPhone=] and know how it functions because being smart doesn't instantly flood you with all the knowledge of the world, it just makes you better able to process the information your given.
*** My headcanon is that the Omnitrix contains some kind of information database that it automatically puts in Ben's head when he turns into aliens with the capacity to handle that data.

* This is more of a general question than an Omniverse question, but what's the point of doing a TakeThatAudience? Wouldn't telling viewers that there is something wrong with them for being fans of the show (that they're nasally-voiced, collection-obsessed, temper-tantrum-prone nerds in this case) have a negative impact on viewership?
** Same reason why BitingTheHandHumor exists, and similar to SelfDeprecation. You are expected to have a good sense of humor about it. Just like show makers have a sense of humor about implying that their show is terrible and only losers like Collectivus would watch it.

* If Sludgepuppy is an offensive slur, why has that never come up before? They've almost exclusively been referred to using the term, by themselves and others.
** The only Sludgepuppy we've seen take offense to the term was a prissy actor. It may either not be a slur at all or may be something like the difference between calling someone black or African American. Some people prefer one or the other, not a lot of people are offended by either and there are certainly worse things they could have been called.
** On a related noted why didn't Grandpa Max at any time during the series correct Ben on the names of his aliens? Some of them like Wolf Blitzer are probably so bizarre as to be not offensive (Though Rocket Raccoon really hates being called a racoon) but some of the names he comes up with have to be fairly offensive. Calling a Petrosapien Diamond Head can't possible be politically correct.

* This is more a general question since Ben in Omniverse is more or less fully grown but why does the Omnitrix turn Ben into adult forms of his aliens instead of children? Especially after the reveal with Albedo that the Omnitrix is aware of the age of the wearer and regressed Albedo down to young Ben's form.
** Presumably all of the aliens that Ben transforms into mature a lot faster than humans do. In one of the Original Series episodes, Heatblast, Fourarms, Wildmutt and Stinkfly do look different when Ben is temporarily four years old, so their species likely reach adulthood somewhere between the age of four and ten.
** An example of this aging would be Looma. She was about the same size as 12-year-old Kevin five years ago, but is now a full sized Tetramand.

* In ''T.G.I.S.'', any reason why he considers Rook second best to Gwen and Kevin? Rook was quite disappointed when Ben told him that in response. Ben has spent so much time with Rook and to the point where in ''Store 23'' , he considers him his best friend. Rook and and Ben are very much like BashBrothers at this point. Rook has proven himself so much, yet the thanks he gets is being Ben's number 2 partner? Favoritism aside, I think it is quite an understatement to say that Rook is number one next to Gwen and Kevin. Even a show which was based off of Ben 10 made by a hero wannabe Lenopan where Ben's partner is based of of Gwen and Kevin instead of Rook definitely shows how much Rook is overlooked despite being with Ben for quite a long time.
** Ben has shown multiple times that he misses Gwen and Kevin so NostalgiaFilter is partially at play. It should also be noted that Rook actually hasn't been with Ben that long. In one of the first episodes of Omniverse Max says that Ben will be seventeen "in a few months." His birthday hasn't been shown or referenced since then and even if it was Rook still wouldn't have been working with Ben for that long (not even a full year.) Meanwhile he and Gwen have been working together since they were 10 and Kevin has been around for about a year and a half. It's understandable that Ben would consider them better partners due to both knowing them much longer and genuinely missing them. It's also understandable that the fake Ben had "Gwevin" rather than "a Rook" due to the fact that Rook hasn't been around long enough to have his time with Ben be twisted into that horrible show. While I can't deny that Rook is a badass I feel like you've overhyped his abilities and have forgotten that Gwen is a mixed-martial artist and that Kevin is a fairly decent street fighter. So basically all of this is understandable from an in-universe point of view and also from Ben's own point of view. Besides no one can deny that Ben is a little Tsundere towards Rook in a bromance sort of way.
*** I'm sorry, I don't get how I am overhyping Rook's ablities. Rook has a proto-tool that can enable him to do anything in combat, hence the "versatility" part, he can hold out against a pack of Kraahos and Incurseans.
*** Yes but that does not necessarily make him better than either Gwen or Kevin. Take his weapon, and their powers away and you've got a girl who knows mix-martial arts, a guy who is both street smart and a street fighter, and a cat man with Plumber training and what ever other fighting skills he gained while on his farm-world home planet. These three are essentially equal in terms of skill. I'm sorry if I offended you with the "overhyping" comment but it genuinely feels as though you are ignoring Kevin and Gwen's accomplishments over the series in favor of Rook. Such as the fact that they too fought Incurseans and won. Or the fact that they have both gone up against much stronger enemies than the Kraahos. Anyway the point is, I answered your question already and I would believe it better for everyone who visits this page if we don't allow this to turn into a full on debate. However, if you have anything else to state and/or ask I'd be happy to continue this conversation.

* You know, I sometimes wonder why people throw a tizzy over some of Ben's more useless forms (like Walkatrout or The Worst). There are over 1 million alien DNA signatures in that watch. If we reverse the SturgeonsLaw trope definition, logically, that would mean that there are some alien species in the Codon Stream that are just not cut out for the hero business. After all, the Omnitrix's only ''real'' limitation is that the alien species in question has the capacity for hyper-sentience. Not everyone can be winners.
** That's not the problem; the problem is they have poor designs and bring nothing to the story. Just because Ben has some non-powered aliens doesn't mean we ''need'' to see them.

* Since Vladats can shoot Corrupturas, what's even the point of hypnosis?
** Hypnosis doesn't burn off in the sunlight. It also can't be spotted and removed.

* If female Tetramands are officially stronger than males, then why all guards are men?
** We've only seen one female Tetramand (And one female half-Tetramand/half-human). Perhaps they have an uneven gender ratio.
** In addition, having male guards could just be tradition on Khoros. Plus, just because females tend to be stronger doesn't mean Tetramand men can't be good soldiers, similar to how on Earth human females on average tend to be weaker, a female soldier is still a valuble asset in a pinch.

* If Ben could just undo the effects of the Chronosapien bomb with Clockwork, why was it necessary to go back and mess with the origin story?
** It's a StableTimeLoop. The only reason why the other Bens (and thus the Omnitrix) were even there was because Ben had tampered with the origin story. Now technically there isn't much reason why Paradox couldn't have taught Ben how to use the Omnitrix, skipped right to the end with Clockwork (whom Ben 10,000 told him about) and then went and recruited good Ben's afterward. Obviously order of operations can get a little twisted when you've got dueling time lords.

* How did Ben's Omnitrix survive the time bomb? Shouldn't it have been destroyed with the rest of his timeline?
** That bomb did not work as advertised. The Vilgax in the episode is presumably Vilgax Prime. The one from that universe would have never heard of Ben 10 to care about him and without chasing the Omnitrix apparently stayed away from Earth. Regardless the point is that bomb should have been deadly to him as well and it seemed specifically tuned to Ben. It destroys Gwen who is specifically NOT a Ben, and if it destroyed the alternate Timelines there is no good reason why a Vilgax from another timeline should have survived. Alternately whatever knocked it off Ben Prime and onto survivor Ben made it enough a part of his timeline to survive.

* What is the deal with Benzarro? All the Bens are simply from alternate realities with one small change (Ben 23's Grandpa Max died before he got the Omnitrix, Gwen 10 got the omnitrix instead of Ben, etc), and the other evil Bens are simply a moody teenager, a punk, and a jerk. Exactly what happened in this one AU that caused Ben to become a [[HulkSpeak Hulk-speaking]], bald, emaciated, undead maniac in a straitjacket? WordOfGod also says that all his alien forms are undead, which stresses the point: what the hell is his deal?
** Assuming all Ben's unlock their aliens in roughly the same order, a huge assumption, the adventure on Anur Transyl went radically differently.
** I figured Zombozo had something to do with it, based on some design similarities.
** Actually, according to [[WordOfGod Derrick Wyatt]], Benzarro was "Patient 10" of a zombie outbreak on his world.

* What ever happened to the "original" Ben 10,000? Originally it was presumed that he was effectively wiped out by Ben deciding he didn't want to be that person, but now that the multi/omniverse is confirmed that doesn't fly. His universe should still not only exist it should be one of the more "common" versions. He was a jerk and clinical and no where near as much fun as his replacement but Eon still exists in at least a few universes.
** When the multiple timeline thing was introduced back in ''[[WesternAnimation/Ben10UltimateAlien Ultimate Alien]]'', the original Ben 10,000 was discussed as an example of an alternate timeline that existed in crosstime. He is unambiguously still around.
** Actually, the original Ben 10,000 is back through the fact that the ''Omniverse'' version of Ben 10,000 is the same Ben 10,000 as the original series version. Also, the Ben 10,000 future has been confirmed as the future that Ben (the main one) will have and Ben 10,000 is an older version of him from the future.
*** Well Derick says that but there are flaws with that, mainly that the OS Ben 10,000 uses the original Omnitrix, while the Omniverse version uses the Biomnitrix, so Omniverse Ben 10,000 is similar to the original but they are different versions.
* How old is Ben supposed to be at this point? It seems that they have completely dropped any pretense of him still being in school, but we know Gwen went away to college early suggesting she's (or at least was as of last season) no older than 17. However we know how old Ben was in the original series. Ten. It was part of the running gag. Vilgax claims to have been in conflict with Ben for ten years. While it's possible that this isn't Vilgax Prime or even Ben Prime but it seems we should assume that both Ben and Vilgax were the ones we are familiar with.
** WordOfGod is that Ben is 16 years old in Omniverse and that's not going to change. Vilgax might have been Vilgax Prime from a few years in the future or he might have just been being imprecise with his use of the term "decade".
*** Calling six years give or take a decade is not being imprecise. It's being flat out wrong. Not something that is impossible mind you or maybe like in MIB an intergalactic decade is based around some other accepted planet with shorter cycles than Earth. Though the most likely answer is it's a writer goof. The show started in 2005 meaning (as of this writing 10/15/2014) we are rapidly approaching ten years of Ben 10 and the writers either threw it in as a throwaway line or forgot for a moment that Ben hasn't aged much. Though honestly Ben has been driving since the beginning of Ultimate Alien. Which in most states means he was at least 16, assuming Ultimate Alien starts on his 16th birthday that means all of Ultimate Alien and Omniverse have taken place over a period of less than twelve months. It would be different if Ben was a show like the Simpsons with NegativeContinuity but it's not. The idea that Ben is still sixteen instead of creeping up on if not nineteen or twenty at least eighteen requires a lot of willing suspension of belief WordOfGod or no.
*** Ben states he's still 16 in ''Arrested Development''. Time has passed since Ultimate Alien, but not that much time. Plus, you can have continuity without the character aging. Look at Sonic the Hedgehog. Sonic games have continuity, loose as it is, yet the main character has remained 15 years old the entire time.
*** A lot of imprecise language is being used here. In Weapon Xi Kevin writes a love letter [[spoiler: Secret Message]] to Gwen mentioning that she has been a great girlfriend for years. It's impossible to get any solid grasp around how much time has passed but it took a while in Alien Force before they were dating and Ben was 15 when that arc started. Assuming that ALIEN Force started on his 15th birthday in order for Kevin to be properly using the term years at least two are necessary making Ben 17. Of course it could just be rampant writing errors with Vilgax using decade to mean roughly 6 years and Kevin using all these years to mean less than 2

* If Osmosians are now just another name for mutants and each one has a unique ability, then what was the deal with Agreggor?
** I believe DJW confirmed that Aggregor was an attempt by the Rooters to mimic Kevin's powers. What his story is beyond that, we don't know yet.
*** Where did he confirm it. Also Osmosians are a sub-branch of humans. There's a difference between Osmosians and mutant humans.
*** [[http://ask.fm/DerrickJWyatt/answer/120506341492 Here.]] They planned to explain Aggregor was as an experiment to replicate Kevin's powers. And no, there isn't a difference between Osmosian's and mutant. Servantis states that Kevin has a one of a kind mutation in his DNA. [[http://ask.fm/DerrickJWyatt/answer/120506341492 And Devin Levin doesn't exist either]]. Osmosian is just a term Servantis made up, Kevin is just a human with the ability to absorb energy. He's just a mutant, like Darkstar.

* Were the mothers of the Plumber's Helpers in on Servantis plan and played along or have they been brainwashed too? It's one thing to erase Devin out of existence, but Kevin's mom is still his mom? Is she his real mother? Did Servantis just abduct random children, make them think they're orphans when their actual parents are on earth worrying about them, then sent them back to their parents after he had declared them a failed experiment?

* What happened in Mad Ben's world exactly? The initial implication is that his world breaks off from world where there was a massive Chronosapien explosion of some sort. But they still have a Ben, meaning it's not the distant future from Ben Prime. Despite the fact that Rook found him because was in an alternate universe the Ben that belongs in that world would likely have "died" in that explosion. Why is Rook even on Earth? He's on Earth to partner with Ben. This Rook has no reason to even be on Earth. Mad Ben seems to be an entirely localized to Earth problem.
** Considering Maltruant's key was buried there, it may have been one of the battlegrounds of the Time War, with the destruction being a consequence. As for Mad Rook; Perhaps he was sent by the Plumbers to help fight against Mad Ben's reign, and for some reason or other, decided to switch sides.

* Why was Charmcaster taking advice from Adawaitha and Darkstar? I get turning people you hate into stone statues and carrying them around in your purse if you are capable of doing such a thing but there doesn't seem to be a good reason to listen to to either of them. It explains why she decides practically mid battle to turn on Ben instead of finishing off Ghostfreak AND THEN attacking Ben. She still doesn't seem to be crazy as much as frustrated at everything but taking advice from the person who exterminated your species and the guy whose primary use for you is as a battery is a very special kind of stupid.
** Not sure on Darkstar, but listening to Adwaita makes sense. Charmcaster IS frustrated at everything, one of which is having to rule Ledgerdomain. It's tough, and she needs advice on how to do it from the guy who has spent a long time doing it. She can look past what he did to her people and father because she believes making him a stone miniature and forcing him to be her servant is appropriate punishment. She is too blinded by emotion and ego to think that it's possible he is advising her into an eventual defeat so that he can be free again.
* More meta, but where exactly do most Ben 10 fans even meet and discuss? I noticed Skurd was listed as a "big BaseBreakingCharacter," but when I checked the Wiki, Tumblr and Reddit, he was meh or well-liked. (Not that I'm mad that he's disliked, I don't care.)
* What is up with Ben's personality change? I mean, I know the meta reason why, but what about inverse? What could have happened to Ben, that caused him to revert back to his original 10 year old personality? I mean, from what I can tell, it doesn't seem like a ''sudden'' change; everyone seems to be okay with Ben acting less mature than he originally was. So that indicates that the change was gradual, and over a period of time.
** See the response to two points below.

* In second to last episode, it was said that Kevin took over Rook's job in Null Void because "someone has to keep Rooters in line". But does that mean that Rooters are still a threat that he fights off or that he's leader of Rooters?

* What are the Segmentasapien's true forms supposed to be? Are they StarfishAliens disguised as Lego? Nothing from WordOfGod on this.

* How does Ben not suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder? He's had a lot of experiences where his enemies seriously hurt him to the point of near death, and an event most tragic was when Malware attacked him, almost killed him, and ripped Feedback out of the Omnitrix and turning him into dust. Given Ben's character, it's rather astounding.
** [[AlternativeCharacterInterpretation Who's to say he doesn't?]] Indeed it's possible that his entire ManChild persona is a result of it.
* If the Omnitrix wouldn't let him die like he says at the end of the series, why didn't it stop the Chronosapien time bomb?
* According to the writers, Ben and Kai are destined to be together, despite [[StrangledByTheRedString the lack of chemistry between them in the show]]. One of the reasons given for them to get together is the existence of Kenny/Spanner, their future son, being at stake...but that reasoning falls flat thanks to the existence of TheMultiverse. Wouldn't there be multiple different Kennys out there, perhaps even versions that are the exact same as he is on the show thanks to the differences in those universes not affecting his birth or personality?
* Even though he has full control over Alien X now, why doesn't Ben use him more often? After "Universe vs Tennyson", he only made ''two'' more appearance, and each of them were fairly minor. (The Rooters weren't as big on the scale of threats, and the other time was just a cameo.)
** After nearly falling into AGodAmI with Azmuth's sword in Ultimate Alien, it's possible he's afraid of doing the same with Alien X and [[GodzillaThreshold only uses him as a last resort.]]
* The official record of times Ben saved the galaxy is 3, with the main page citing Secret of the Omnitrix, the Aggregor case and Diagon's return. It should be 5, the Anihilarg and the Highbreed, hell even if we count that most people don't remember the Anihilarg the count should be 4.
* Azmuth told Ben that the Omnitrix couldn't handle hard impact, and he was turning into the wrong alien all the time because he was slamming the dial. But Azmuth had seen Ben use the Omnitrix before, so why had it never crossed his mind to say "Hey, that's not how you're supposed to press the dial" earlier?
* Something bothers me about they way people address Rook. "Bros in Space" reveals that Rook is in fact his family name, and his given name is Blonko. Outside of episodes featuring his family this is never brought up and everyone refers to him as Rook, it can be understood that initially people would get confused, and it's not really surprising from Ben, but you'd think Max would have been aware of how Blonko should be addressed properly. Furthermore why doesn't Blonko ever correct anyone?
** I feel like you answered your own question? People still refer to Rook Blonko as "Rook" because Rook Blonko has never told them not to. Clearly, he's okay with it. Also, referring to people by their family name instead of their given name is 100% a thing that occurs in real life.
* Um... what exactly is the point of the randomiser? I mean from a storytelling perspective Ben needed a nerfing to extend the invasion to a two parter, but why did Azmuth add it? Seriously.
* Something about the Feedback intervention bothers me; how the hell do they know? Azmuth, it is arguable he'd know about something like that, but as "Primus" revealed, he may know how to make the Omnitrix, but he is not actually all that good at using it. As for Max, he has never had any powers like Ben's he has absolutely no frame of reference for Ben's powers. Also the whole 'loose the ability to control other forms' seems... thin. A more logical warning would relate to the fact that Feedback, while useful, is not a jack of all trades that can be applied to any situation, and in certain scenarios other aliens might be more useful, which would've tied neatly into the fact that hat's exactly what happens later in the scene; Ben chooses to use Feedback against Malware when Diamondhead would be a better choice as a result, he looses Feedback.
