* In Ariana's VillainSong, she sings, "...just because we tried to kill him and his wife. A little treason, not a lot! He took away our land, which wasn't what we planned. He put us on a pig farm and ''forgot''!" Indeed, the king doesn't seem to remember or recognize Ariana at all. Well, how the hell do you forget ''that''?!
** I have the idea that what happened was Ariana's parents tried to kill Peter and Danielle when they were young kids, like four or five. The reason they're referred to as "him and his wife" is because it possibly was an arranged marriage that was already set (it happened!), or Danielle just happened to be playing with him that day and was almost killed as well. Being young, they could have forgotten it after the forty years between then and the movie.
* How on earth did the conversation between Ro and Tallulah actually work? How did a conversation done simultaneously in 2 different language work? It's either Ro speaking Monkey or Tallulah speaking English, which they didn't.
** This troper always thought all animals could understand each other AND humans, but humans cannot understand animals (unless they've grown up to learn the language like Ro).
* How did it took a night to poison all the animals in the kingdom?! To add that mice were doing it, it got to be a miniscule kingdom.
* How did Ariana know where the well was, and why was it discussed in-universe by the prince?
** In her VillainSong she states she used to live at the castle with her parents, before they tried to kill Peter and Danielle.
* Ro managed to survive the savage island for years and still retain human grace and civilized attitude. Not a single wild behaviour showed. Plus she wore eyeshadow. It has to be from the trunk.
* Do the animals have the natural ability to read English? Because evidently they could since Ro was called Ro from the chest they found.
** Ro was six when stranded so she was old enough to have learned to read a little prior to the shipwreck and it's possible she managed to remember how (even if she forgot how she learned it). She herself could have been the one who read it and came to the conclusion her name was Ro.
* Why ever did Antonio expect Ro to be able to read, since he wrote her a letter? She's been on this island since she was approximately six years old, and Antonio for sure didn't teach her reading in the few days she's been around him.
** He likely just DidntThinkThisThrough.
* Where did Ariana get Luciana from? She explicitly stated to have married "the oldest king she could find" and that she was married to him only for three days before he died because of a heart condition. She claims he was Luciana's father, but with that short time of marriage and his old age, that seems highly unlikely. Also, she needed a ''daughter'' she could have marrying King Peter's son; how on earth would she have made sure of that if she just got someone to knock her up?
** It is possible that if Arianna and her husband consummated the marriage at least once, she STILL could have gotten pregnant. It IS possible that even an elderly man can impregnate someone if their partner is still able to have children. Also, Arianna was likely already pregnant when she heard the news about King Peter's son and just ''hoped'' her child would be born female...and she got what she wanted.
* If Ro lived ten years on a tropical island raised by animals, how is she still very pale and still have perfect hair and makeup? All that sun would've tanned her skin.
