1	Perhaps one of the more overlooked qualities of the 'Boys is their off-beat sense of humor, more often than not created by CloudCuckoolander-in-chief [[Music/BrianWilson Brian Douglas Wilson]].

3	* "Our Favorite Recording Sessions" on ''Music/AllSummerLong'' is ''hilarious''. It gives real insight into the friendship and camaraderie between the boys, and it's all good, clean fun.
4	-->''"...All the way from Hawthorne, California, we're flying over Music/CarlWilson who's going to jump 600 feet into a two foot cup!"''
5	* "Drive-In" from the same album contains a couple of pretty funny lyrics.
6	--> ''Don't sneak your buddies in the trunk 'cause they might get caught by the drive-in''
7	--> ''And they'd look kinda stupid gettin' chased through the lot...''
8	* "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ihVWGKjEKo Busy Doin' Nothin']]" is a meandering little Bossa Nova thing about a pretty neurotically normal day for Brian. In particular, his way of incorporating directions to his house in a repetitive chorus that doesn't seem to want to end. It's ''very'' Brian.
9	* "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XuYOT7wu8gA Chug-a-Lug]]" is a goofy little number from ''Surfin' Safari'' that paints a pretty funny, and possibly true-to-life, picture in your head of the Boys and assorted friends hanging out at the local soda shop. Might make a decent episode of a hypothetical BandToon, for one...
10	* While often considered a bit of an out-of-place AntiClimax to ''Music/TheBeachBoysToday'', "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2dbpnbrrSc Bull Session with The Big Daddy]]" is a blast, in the same vein as "Our Favorite Recording Sessions".

12	* Brian wrote "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_r2mP_jEH3w Vega-Tables]]" while on a health food kick, and would probably be a perfect soundtrack for the wackiest and peppiest "eat-your-greens" PSA of all time.
13	* "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=saWlOBBxHJ0 Let's go surfing now. Everybody's learning how. Come on and safari with us."]] Brian's reluctant reactions and several almost-wipeouts just sell it!
14	* "'Cassius' Love vs. 'Sonny' Wilson" is mostly an uncomfortable HarsherInHindsight thing today, but the part where Brian and Music/MikeLove poorly imitate one another while rehearsing "Fun, Fun, Fun" still manages to be funny.
15	* The live version of the group's cover of Bobby Pickett's "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=np-XhFH3wOM Monster Mash]]", with Mike Love's LargeHam performance of the lead lyrics.
16	* Brian, Carl and Dennis singing "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nG5lujg3E8 I'm Bugged At My Old Man]]". Early on, Dennis forgets one of the lines and actually sings, "Blew my dad", which causes a stunned Carl to look over at him while Dennis grins guiltily. The brothers also devolve into giggles when Brian tries to suppress a cough which makes one of the lines come out croaking like a frog. It triples as a Heartwarming and also Tear Jerker moment for a number of reasons.
17	* When Music/DennisWilson injured one of his hands and was briefly replaced as drummer by Ricky Fataar, his role in the live shows became sort of a co-frontman with Mike Love. Dennis used this (as well as a mutual hostility between the two of them) to sometimes mock him.
