1	* Most dragons will give you tips, advice, comedy, or a mixture of any of them. However, 12 of them just say [[StockPhrases "Thank you for releasing me!"]] and just leave. What's even sillier is that two of them have macho names like "[[Myth/NorseMythology Thor]]" and "[[Film/ConanTheBarbarian1982 Conan]]", yet they have the wimpiest voices you can imagine.
2	* The game's introduction which features an elder dragon interviewed by an unseen dragon and he can't remember the exact number of gems scattered around the worlds. [[FridgeBrilliance Funny as it sounds, it's actually giving a clue about the total number of gems counting the bonus level.]] Then he is interrupted by another dragon who is describing Gnasty Gnorc as a simple, non-threatening, ugly creature.
3	** The interviewer's name is actually [[AerithAndBob Bob]]. That alone is funny by itself, but then it becomes [[HilariousInHindsight funnier]] when you remember who developed the remake...Toys for Bob.
4	* After rescuing Delbin in Artisans, he asks what the dragonfly following him (Sparx, obviously) is doing; Spyro just responds with an "um..." This becomes HilariousInHindsight come ''VideoGame/SpyroEnterTheDragonfly'', where it's revealed that every baby dragon gets a dragonfly when they come of age. Spyro apparently didn't pay attention to that important bit.
5	** Spyro, running around chasing sheep in the background during this moment, headbutts one and causes it to go rolling across the screen with a panicked "BAA!"
6	* The scene with Alvar, who [[LargeHam gets a bit too ahead of himself when warning Spyro about the egg thief.]]
7	-->'''Alvar:''' Hmph, Spyro. Did you see a man dressed in blue running around here? He's [[SuddenlyShouting A THIEF!]] And he STOOOOLE the Dragon Egg! You've got to track him down and-and GET THAT EGG! [Starting to get wheezy] Run! Run...! Iiii'm getting a little winded...
8	* The foot soldiers in the "Peace Keepers" world who moon at you when you burn their tent up.
9	* "Spyro, it's ''great'' to see you! But I've got to go..."
10	* "Be on the look out for attack frogs! They're [[StealthPun cold blooded]] killers!"
11	* "Yeah, well, you could've found an easier spot to get stuck!" (Even Spyro hates [[ThatOneLevel Tree Tops!]])
12	** The dragon in question, Jed, raises his claws after this statement with a look that ''clearly'' says "Don't blame ''me'' for getting stuck here."
13	* "A wise dragon once told me 'Aim high in life, but watch out for flying boxes.'"
14	** The advice makes sense in context, but most players are likely to agree with Spyro: "[[FlatWhat ...huh?]]"

16	* The fact that Spyro basically missed being turned into a statue because he's ''short'' is just funny.
17	* There's something inherently funny about a dragon with a calming, anger management instructor voice (with a fairy doll in the remake) being named "Mudada". [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventure Dio vibes, anyone?]]
18	* Defeating enemies in this game can be particularly hilarious:
19	** The wizards in the Magic Keepers give the absolute lamest "oww...." when defeated, like it's a minor inconvenience at worst.
20	** The soldiers in Peacekeepers give a loud dramatic "BLEAH!!" before falling to the ground, raising up and reaching out before dropping again. Even funnier if you burned or rammed their mooning asses.
