1	* The dark but funny moment when Julie complains about a bad day at work and says it’s the “second worst work day” in recorded history. This was a very quick reference to the 9/11 attacks since Julie’s job is to take calls from the survivors and victims families.
2	* Julia's second attempt at the Le Cordon Bleu exam:
