1	* Scamper's DeadpanSnarker lines. Creator/SteveBuscemi was clearly enjoying himself!
2	** When Igor says that it's just "failure after failure" for him, Scamper keeps repeating, "After failure", then says, "I'm sorry, I thought we were listing all your failures."
3	** His repeated teasing for Brain misspelling his own name on his jar, for instance "..., Brian." "My name's not Brian!" "Then you must have his jar!"
4	** Upon seeing Eva making a bouquet, he says, "She must be collecting a club of flowers to beat us with."
5	** After gnawing off his feet and using them to jam the machine that almost kills his friends, he says, "What, [[NoodleIncident like this is the first time I've gnawed my own feet off]]?"
6	*** While dangling from said machine: "When I finally decided I wanna live."
7	** Upon finding out that Eva isn't evil, he says, "What's next; piggybacks?"
8	* [[CloudCuckooLander Brain]], in general. Helps that he's voiced by Sean Hayes.
9	** The RunningGag of him saying, "Bring me back a toy!". The idea of a robot that plays with toys is funny enough on its own, but he even says it to Igor when he's going to places that clearly won't have toys.
10	** The bit with the ribbon, where he plays with it and laughs.
11	** After being called an imbecile: "Oh, parle Italian? Taco grande to me too."
12	** When complaining that ''he'' should be indestructible and not Scamper: "I wanna live forever. I got plans! I got dreams! I got...a squeaky wheel."
13	** When asked if what he's about to say qualifies as an "idea": "Is [[NonSequitur french fries]] an idea?"
14	** When Igor is chasing him with an axe because he's mad that Brain changed the channel and made Eva an actress instead of evil, he yells, "''DON'T LET HIM KILL ME! DON'T LET HIM KILL ME!!!''"
15	** When Brain is using Eva's pendant to hypnotize Igor, it fails. So instead, he ''whacks Igor on the head with it''.
