4	* The feds are at Frank's mother's house, and she's set out a nice French dessert and coffee. While discussing her son with Hanratty, Amdursky keeps trying to surreptitiously reach across and grab a fork. Hanratty eventually gets fed up, grabs a fork, and hands it to him points first.
5	** When Frank's mother finds out Frank may have stolen money, she breaks out her checkbook.

It's a SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome, and also funny as hell.

26	** For anyone who works in healthcare the way Frank takes the sterile gauze and holds it to his mouth while he thinks is an hilariously wonderful nod to how little he actually does know about medicine (not to mention hygiene). The fact that nobody seems to react and nobody remarks upon it just makes it all the more funny.
27	* Frank [[VomitDiscretionShot blowing chunks]] in the janitor's closet after seeing a boy's injured leg covered in blood while impersonating a doctor. It's arguably LaserGuidedKarma for pretending to be a doctor, which is a pretty awful thing to do.
28	* Carl catches on to Frank's loneliness and laughs, making Frank slam the phone down:

30	* When Frank successfully passes himself off as a Secret Service agent, he gets Hanratty to babysit his room while Frank takes his "evidence" with him. Carl sits by himself before deciding to finally look into the wallet that Frank handed him minutes earlier...only to notice it's filled with food labels to pass itself off as a full billfold. Horrified, Carl runs to the window, where Frank is already in the distance running off, bulky typewriter in his arms.

32	** An overlooked bit in the lead up to this scene, Carl on his way up to Frank's hotel room and clearly on edge, comically stumbles to draw his service revolver, and when the he frightens a maid he reassures her he's FBI while flashing his badge ''to himself'', and ''upside down.''
33	* It's a bit of a MoodWhiplash, given that Frank has just learned that he has lost his father in an accident, but after he runs to the plane lavatory to grieve, Carl tries to get the door open a few moments later to get Frank out. Frank doesn't answer, and after the FBI agents do get the door open, Carl spots screws on the floor, to hold down the plastic frame of the toilet; Frank's slipped out through the empty space surrounding the metal ''toilet bowl'' under the frame. Realizing that Frank has escaped again, Carl frustratingly struggles into the serviceway.
