7	* For something actually in the movie, Heiter's [[LargeHam behavior]] throughout the movie can easily come off as hilarious and more than a bit {{Narm}}. [[MemeticMutation "FEED HER! FFEEEEEED HEEEERRRRRR!"]]
8	* Heiter's monotonous way of describing the surgery required to create the Centipede can be seen as a little humorous.

11	* Martin at one point interrupts angrily chasing someone with his typical violent intentions to imitate a baby to calm it down, and then immediately goes back to snarling with anger. The MoodWhiplash created is hillarious.
12	* Can't really be described in text but the manner in which Martin's neighbour says the word "fuck" when discovering Martin's mother's corpse is pretty funny.

15	* On the whole, the third movie seems more like BlackComedy than anything.

19	* This line is delivered just after Tom has been sick all over the window as he sees the dismemberment of the inmates for 'The Human Caterpillar'. The MoodWhiplash is ridiculous.
20	* Dwight describes the concept of the prison centipede. The way he pronounces the word 'buttocks' has to be heard to be believed.
