3 | Paul Douglas Cornell (born 18 July 1967) is a British writer. He got the chance to become a PromotedFanboy when he was asked to write for the ''Literature/DoctorWhoNewAdventures''. Among his contributions to the Franchise/DoctorWhoExpandedUniverse was Literature/BerniceSummerfield, an EnsembleDarkhorse who spun off into her own series. He also wrote ''WebAnimation/ScreamOfTheShalka'', a (in retrospect) AlternateContinuity web-based animated series in which (he claims) the Doctor and the Master are totally doin' it. Since ''Series/DoctorWho'''s return, he has written two stories for it: [[Recap/DoctorWhoS27E8FathersDay "Father's Day"]] and the two-parter [[Recap/DoctorWhoS29E8HumanNature "Human Nature"]]/[[Recap/DoctorWhoS29E9TheFamilyOfBlood "The Family of Blood"]], an adaptation of one of his ''New Adventures'' books. |
