Lisa Olivia Munn (born July 3, 1980 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) is an American actor and TV personality. She is better known as the former co-host of Creator/G4TV's ''Series/AttackOfTheShow'' with Creator/KevinPereira, where much of the show was dedicated to her comedic antics, not to mention her MsFanservice moments. She left G4 in 2010 for a correspondent position at ''Series/TheDailyShowWithJonStewart'', which was her breakout into the mainstream, after which she garnered more prominent acting roles, including financial analyst Sloan Sabbith in ''Series/TheNewsroom'' and ComicBook/{{Psylocke}} in ''Film/XMenApocalypse''.

!!Tropes associated with Munn's work include:
* AndStarring: Got this credit when she appeared in the G4 Holiday Reunion special in 2020.
* DeadpanSnarker: Her preferred comic style.
* GamerChick: People will debate this until they're blue in the face, but yes, Olivia Munn ''does'' have geek/gamer cred. Her biography ''Suck It, Wonder Woman!'' details that she played video games as a kid, she can assemble [=PCs=], and likes ''Franchise/StarWars.'' Also, in her biography she says she always felt a kinship towards geeks since she was a socially awkward child.
* {{Gasshole}}: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NH6sgGP4qbs&p (0:37)]]
* HiccupHijinks: She occasionally gets hiccups when getting too nervous, which is usually remedied with deep breathing.
* LegFocus:
** It goes along with the rest of the {{Fanservice}}. Notably, the introduction of her character on ''Series/{{Chuck}}'' was a long, slooooooow pan up her legs as she strutted in slow-mo across the Buy More while wearing a short skirt.
** Also notably, she played Comicbook/{{Psylocke}} in ''Film/XMenApocalypse'', who is considered Marvel's ''poster child'' for this trope, to the point that her backside gets more MaleGaze than [[MostCommonSuperpower her chest]]. And yes, she ''DID'' wear Psylocke's iconic [[LeotardOfPower purple leotard]] in the film, with Munn directly commenting on the strappy thigh-highs in interviews about the costume. She actually insisted on wearing that outfit, because it was [[PromotedFanboy more accurate to the comics.]]
* MsFanservice:
** And ''how''. This actually led to a mini-controversy when she was hired on ''Series/TheDailyShowWithJonStewart'' since she doesn't have a background in comedy and it was perceived she was only hired for [[MaleGaze eye candy.]]
** Noted in-series in ''Series/TheNewsroom'', when the EP offers her an effective promotion. When her character suggests others who might be better equipped to do the job, the EP points out that "they're not going to have [[LegFocus your legs]]".
* SugarWiki/SheReallyCanAct: Between the hot dog swallowing, pie-jumping and sexy cosplay, people forget that Olivia Munn is first and foremost, an ''actor''. Her role as Sloan Sabbith in ''Series/TheNewsroom'' has [[http://cartermatt.com/27930/the-newsroom-review-olivia-munns-finest-work-ever/ made critics sit up]] [[http://www.avclub.com/articles/bullies,82876/ and take notice]]. [[invoked]]
* WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes: She's afraid of [[http://youtu.be/JPNJbgJjzO0 balloons.]]
