3	Nancy Novotny (born June 4, 1963) is a Texas based radio personality and voice actress who has dubbed anime titles for Creator/ADVFilms and Creator/SeraphimDigitalStudios. Her first and arguably [[StarMakingRole star-making]] role was [[DeadpanSnarker Yomi]] from ''Manga/AzumangaDaioh''. She is best know for her roles as the aforementioned [[OnlySaneMan Yomi]], [[ClingyJealousGirl Yuka]] in ''Manga/ElfenLied'', [[ProperLady Ren Mikihara]] in ''Anime/FullMetalPanicFumoffu'', and Anime/{{Madlax}}.
