3	Anthony Thomas Jackson, (18 February 1944 -- 26 November 2006), was a British actor best known for playing Trevor Lewis in ''Series/BlessThisHouse'' and Fred Mumford in ''Series/{{Rentaghost}}''.

5	His career began at the Birmingham Repertory Theatre. After a period of studying at Rose Bruford College, he won the Carlton Hobbs Bursary in 1956 and joined the Radio Drama Company. Jackson also appeared on stage at the Mermaid Theatre and the Nottingham Playhouse.

7	In 1959, he provided voices for ''WesternAnimation/IvorTheEngine'', later returning to the series in The70s when it was {{Reviv\|al}}ed in colour. That same decade he starred in ''Series/YoureOnlyYoungTwice1971'' and appeared throughout all six series of ''Bless This House'' as the Abbott's neighbour, Trevor Lewis. In the [[TheMovie 1972 film spin-off]], Jackson didn't return, and Trevor was recast with Creator/PeterButterworth. He was one of the original cast members of ''Rentaghost'' but left the series after the death of co-star Michael Darbyshire in 1979.
