5The comic follows Nato-San, an anthropomorphic squirrel in feudal Japan who makes a living as a wandering samurai alongside his brother, Malak-qui. One day, the two are attacked by a group of ninjas. They manage to fight them off, but Malak-qui is mortally wounded and dies in front of Nato-san. Nato-san vows he will avenge his brother's death, and begins his quest. Of course, in his quest, he runs afoul of an evil Emperor named Mordak.
