!Goldstar Family
----
[[foldercontrol]]

[[folder:General]]
* AdaptationalBadass: While still a BadassFamily here, many Goldstars are much more powerful compared to their canon counterparts due to [[PointOfDivergence changes]] in character, circumstances, and choices. Some of them went on to Ascend to godhood or, in Speedwagon's case, go further into eldritch godhood.
* AdaptationalNiceGuy: This applies to the entire Goldstar Family. In canon, the Joestars were introduced as a gentlemanly, polite, and altruistic family, only to become increasingly ruthless and pragmatic [[JerkWithAHeartOfGold jerks with hearts of gold]] in succeeding generations. The ninth Joestar, Jodio Joestar, is a SociopathicHero and a criminal who doesn't have any qualms with selling drugs (Giorno Giovanna is also a criminal via being part of the mafia, but aspires to be a FriendlyNeighborhoodGangster). Here, the Goldstars are much nicer and go through genuine CharacterDevelopment, and Enrico Pucci's [[RetGone actions]] in ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureStoneOcean'' do not happen here.
* AdaptationNameChange: The Joestars of ''Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure'' are renamed the Goldstars here, in keeping with the PunnyName convention in ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic''.
* AdaptationSpeciesChange: They were humans in canon, but here they are a family of mostly Ponies and Ascendant Alicorns.
* AlliterativeName: They generally have names that start with 'G' to match the Goldstar family name, though there are exceptions like Holy Goldstar.
* ArchEnemy: As in canon, Godly Brand, aka Dio Brando, is the Goldstar Family's biggest arch-nemesis, which started with Godly Brand's adoptive brother, Gifted Goldstar. Not only did Godly Brand try to usurp Gifted as heir to the Goldstar Family fortune, but he also killed off a few Goldstars (including Gifted himself) and tormented many more over the centuries, whether directly or indirectly. While this seemingly ended when Gotaro Kujo and the Stardust Crusaders killed him, Godly Brand would come BackFromTheDead in the Fourth Age thanks to [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5076288973 Mistletoe Dreamer]]... until he was killed again for good by the combined forces of the Goldstar Family, their allies, and others who wanted him dead.
* BadassFamily: Like their canon counterparts, the [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure Joestars]], the Goldstar Family is a clan of warriors, [[ThePowerOfTheSun Ripple users]], and [[FightingSpirit Stand users]] spanning multiple generations. Even illegitimate offspring like [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureDiamondIsUnbreakable Gosuke Goldstar]] (now Zeppelin-Goldstar) and [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureGoldenWind Morning Glory Goldstar]] aren't exempt from the family's badassery. However, due to changes in character, circumstances, and choices, the Goldstars survive past the events of ''[[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureStoneOcean Stone Ocean]]'' and become more prolific, its lineage spanning tens of thousands of years. Many of them went further by [[DeityOfHumanOrigin Ascending to godhood]].
* DeityOfHumanOrigin: Many Goldstar Family members would go on to legitimately earn godhood, whether during their lifetime or after death.
* {{Irony}}: Godly Brand, one of the Goldstar Family's biggest enemies, is also a Goldstar via adoption, making their conflict entirely familial.
* PointOfDivergence: The attempted RetGone of the entire universe in ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureStoneOcean'' does not take place because the Goldstars had more allies backing them up and were able to stop it early. This allowed the Goldstar Family to live on without alterations.
* TangledFamilyTree: As in canon, the Goldstar Family has its share of illegitimate children and other oddities. Dio Brando/Godly Brand, through his parasitic possession of Gifted Goldstar's body, sired Morning Glory Goldstar and his half-brothers, making them biological uncles of the much older Gorgeous Goldstar. Then there's Gosuke Goldstar, who is Holy Goldstar's much younger half-brother thanks to Gorgeous' infidelity.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Gracious Goldstar]]
Gracious Goldstar (first introduced [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5119898236 here]]) is a hero and First Age ancestor of all succeeding generations of the Goldstar Family.
----
* AdaptationNameChange: [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureSteelBallRun Johnny Joestar]] is changed to Gracious Goldstar here.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureSteelBallRun Johnny Joestar]].
* HeroicLineage: As a heroic Goldstar from the First Age, all members of succeeding generations of the Goldstar Family -- including illegitimate offspring like Morning Glory and Gosuke -- are descended from him.
* InSpiteOfANail: Like in canon, he predates all succeeding generations of his family, though here he predates even Gifted Goldstar, the expy of [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventure Jonathan Joestar]] from the manga's original continuity.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Generous Goldstar I]]
Gifted Goldstar's father and Dio Brando's foster father.
----
* AdaptationNameChange: His name in canon is George Joestar I, whereas here it's Generous Goldstar I.
* {{Expy}}: Of Jonathan Joestar's father, George Joestar, from ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood''.
* HeroicSacrifice: He sacrifices himself to save his son Gifted from being killed by Dio. Unfortunately, Dio still uses his blood anyway to power the Stone Mask, allowing him to turn himself into a vampire. His sacrifice [[SenselessSacrifice later ends up being for naught]] as Dio manages to kill Gifted during the latter's honeymoon with his wife Shining Settlement... though Gifted eventually comes BackFromTheDead by Ascending to godhood.
* IHaveNoSon: As in canon, after learning of Dio Brando's true malice and attempted poisoning via an EngineeredPublicConfession, he disowns Dio as his foster son and lets the police arrest him. Unfortunately, Dio kills him, using his foster father's blood to power the Stone Mask so he can turn himself into a vampire.

\
Lord Arwr Dawnus Grittin, born Gifted Goldstar, is the Alicorn god of Chivalry, Knights, Sun, and Family, and is widely considered to be the first and greatest "[=GoGo=]" to ever live.
----
* AdaptationalSexuality: In canon, Jonathan Joestar is straight and married to Erina Pendleton. Here, Gifted Goldstar is bisexual, being presently married to Shining Settlement, a mare, and Radiant E. O. Speedwagon, a stallion.
* AdaptationNameChange: In canon, his name is Jonathan Joestar, but here it's Gifted Goldstar.
* AdventurerArchaeologist: Gifted becomes one after Ascending to godhood early in [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 one timeline]], traveling the world and uncovering various historical and magical artifacts. His research led to several breakthroughs, changing the social and cultural development of the world.
* AlliterativeName: '''G'''ifted '''G'''oldstar.
* AlternateSelf: [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 One timeline]] had a version of Gifted who was viciously attacked and rendered mute by Dio Brando for [[DisproportionateRetribution daring to stand up to him]]. Despite this, Gifted still meets Speedwagon and Shining Settlement, and the three of them become heroes who save the [[UsefulNotes/{{England}} Isle of Pony]] from Dio's madness. In a departure from the main timeline, Gifted, Speedwagon, and Shining successfully kill Dio and [[DeityOfHumanOrigin become Alicorns]] thousands of years earlier. Gifted also forms a [[{{Polyamory}} romantic polycule]] with Speedwagon and Shining much earlier than their mainline counterparts due to them being outcasts who had to [[LivingEmotionalCrutch depend on each other]] since day one.
* ArchEnemy: As in canon, Gifted's arch-nemesis is Godly Brand, aka Dio Brando, [[CainAndAbel his wicked adoptive brother]]. In fact, the Goldstar Family's antagonistic relationship with Godly Brand started with him.
* BackFromTheDead: Gifted revives himself after the "Void Aeon" event by Ascending as a non-Death deity, which was a very pleasant surprise for the grieving Speedwagon.
* DeityOfHumanOrigin: Following the "Void Aeon" event, Gifted comes BackFromTheDead alongside Shining Settlement and Willful Zeppelin by Ascending to godhood as a non-Death deity; in Gifted's case, he becomes the Alicorn god of Chivalry, Knights, Sun, and Family.
* DidYouJustRomanceCthulhu: By the time Gifted reciprocated Speedwagon's crush, tens of thousands of years had passed, and Speedwagon had become an eldritch god. That didn't stop Gifted and his wife, Shining Settlement, from [[{{Polyamory}} making Speedwagon a part of their relationship]], feeling their old friend deserved better after everything he went through.
* {{Expy}}: Of Jonathan Joestar from ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood''.
* HandicappedBadass: In [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 one timeline]], he becomes mute after Dio viciously attacks him for daring to stand up to him, permanently damaging his vocal cords. Despite this, he became a great hero alongside the similarly disabled Speedwagon (who is blind) and Shining Settlement (who is deaf), and the three of them eventually confronted Dio and killed him. Later, under the tutelage of [[GodInHumanForm Blood Seed and Revelation]], he, Speedwagon, and Shining become Alicorns tens of thousands of years earlier than their mainline counterparts, with him becoming an AdventurerArchaeologist.
* HeroicSacrifice: As in canon, Gifted sacrifices his life to not only defeat the then-bodiless Dio and kill his minion Wang Chan, but also save both his pregnant wife and a baby who would later become Elizabeth "Lisa-Lisa" Goldstar. Unfortunately, it doesn't take as Dio manages to survive by parasitically possessing Gifted's body, and it would take decades before one of Gifted's descendants, Gotaro Kujo, successfully killed Dio.
* KarmicJackpot: In [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 one timeline]], his and his friends' actions in killing Dio in Windknight's Lot (among other achievements) attracted the attention of Blood Seed and Revelation -- really Luminiferous and Golden Scepter in disguise. Blood Seed and Revelation took the trio in as students and whisked them away to train them for godhood. When the trio came back many years later, they had all become Alicorn deities.
* MeaningfulName: His Alicorn name, Arwr Dawnus, translates to "talented hero" in Welsh. It's fitting since he's one of the most beloved and legendary Goldstars to ever live, and the first of his family to oppose Dio Brando/Godly Brand.
* OhCrap: During the "Abyssal War", Gifted stammers Speedwagon's name in horror as he beheld [[EldritchTransformation the direct consequences]] of his friend's fight with some [[EldritchAbomination Abyssal Ones]].
--> '''Gifted Goldstar:''' Sp-Spe... '''''Speedwagon?'''''
* PointOfDivergence: In an [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 alternate timeline]], he was rendered mute when Dio Brando viciously attacked him for daring to stand up to him, permanently damaging his vocal cords. While it still led to him meeting Speedwagon and Shining Settlement, him being handicapped (as well as his friends) led to several changes that separated him from his mainline counterpart -- for one, he succeeded in killing Dio in Windknight's Lot, and both his Ascension and polyamorous relationship with Speedwagon and Shining occur tens of thousands of years earlier.
* {{Polyamory}}:
** After the "Abyssal War", he becomes part of an official, three-Pony polycule consisting of himself, his wife Shining Settlement, and his friend Radiant E. O. Speedwagon. While such relationships were treated as scandalous in their time, both he and Shining Settlement had realized the social norms they grew up with were bigoted and toxic, and they offered Speedwagon a place in their relationship as a respite from all the suffering he went through.
** He also forms this relationship with Speedwagon and Shining in one [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 alternate timeline]], albeit tens of thousands of years earlier due to being handicapped outcasts who had to rely on each other for support, physically and emotionally.
* TookALevelInBadass: In [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 one timeline]], he went from a young colt who was terrorized and abused to the point of being rendered mute by his vicious adoptive brother, Dio Brando, to a powerful Ripple user and one of the greatest heroes in the world. Then, under the joint-tutelage of Blood Seed and Revelation, he Ascends to godhood as an Alicorn.

Gifted Goldstar's son who became the father of Gorgeous Goldstar.
----
* DeadGuyJunior: He was named after his paternal grandfather, Generous Goldstar I. Sadly, like his grandfather, he died at a young age thanks to Godly Brand's surviving minions.
* DisappearedDad: Justified; like his canon counterpart, he was killed by a surviving zombie minion of Dio's who disguised himself as a Royal Air Force superior officer, preventing him from raising his then-infant son, Gorgeous Goldstar.
* DraggedOffToHell: At one point, he became a Death god postmortem. During the "Dark Ages Crisis", after Gifted Goldstar and Gomba Goldstar [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5116474756 teamed up to deal the death blow to Godly Brand]], Generous Goldstar II showed up to help drag his EvilUncle's wicked spirit away to Nekelmu's Hell-Realms.

[[folder:Gota Kujo Goldstar, the Green Rebel]]
Gota Kujo Goldstar (first introduced [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5076199466 here]]) is the younger brother of Gotaro Kujo, and a famous rock musician.
----
* AdaptationalBackstoryChange: In the Creator/{{CLAMP}} doujinshi ''[=JoJo=]'s Bizarre Married Life'', Jota Kujo was born from a large egg that was ([[MindScrew somehow]]) laid by Kakyoin, with the "father" being Jotaro Kujo. Here, Gota Kujo is the youngest son of Holy Goldstar and Righteous Worker, making him Gotaro Kujo's younger brother.
* AdaptationalSuperpowerChange: Jota Kujo's Stand, Charmy Green, is essentially a combination of Jotaro Kujo's [[RapidFireFisticuffs Star Platinum]] and Noriaki Kakyoin's [[GemstoneAssault Hierophant Green]]. Here, Gota Kujo's Stand is [[Music/BillyIdol Rebel Yell]], and it possesses [[MakeSomeNoise sound-related powers]] that are bolstered by his musical skills.
* AdaptationNameChange: Jota Kujo is changed to Gota Kujo Goldstar here. Jota's Stand, Charmy Green, is renamed Rebel Yell after a Music/BillyIdol song.
* AdaptationRelationshipOverhaul: In the doujinshi ''[=JoJo=]'s Bizarre Married Life'', Jota loved his "mother" Noriaki Kakyoin, but [[HatesTheirParent hated his "father" Jotaro Kujo]], for some inexplicable reason. Here, Gota Kujo and [[AdaptationNameChange Gotaro Kujo]] are brothers and on much better terms with each other.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: While cheerful and carefree, Gota can be fairly ruthless when he wants to be. He is also a powerful Stand user like his older brother.
* ColorMotif: Green. Gota Kujo's title is "the ''Green'' Rebel", and he wears green clothes to contrast his older brother, Gotaro, who wears blue.
* CrossoverRelatives: Gota being Gotaro Kujo's younger brother here rather than his son means that he's the biological uncle of Gotaro's daughter, [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureStoneOcean Goldine Kujo]]. It's downplayed as their canon counterparts are from the same series.
* {{Expy}}: Of Jota Kujo, who came from the infamous Creator/{{CLAMP}} doujinshi ''[=JoJo=]'s Bizarre Married Life'' as a FanCreatedOffspring of Jotaro Kujo and Noriaki Kakyoin.
* TheMagnificent: Known as "the Green Rebel".
* MakeSomeNoise: True to its name and musical inspirations, Rebel Yell has sound-related powers that are bolstered by its wielder's musical skills.
* MusicalThemeNaming: Gota Kujo's Stand, Rebel Yell, is named after one of Music/BillyIdol's songs, Rebel Yell.
* PracticallyDifferentGenerations: Gota was born sometime after Godly Brand's death. By then, his older brother, Gotaro, was between his late teens to early twenties.
* RelatedInTheAdaptation: He's the biological uncle of [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureStoneOcean Goldine Kujo Goldstar]] due to her father being his older brother, whereas in canon they weren't related at all.
* RelatedDifferentlyInTheAdaptation: Jota Kujo is the biological son of Jotaro Kujo and Noriaki Kakyoin in the Creator/{{CLAMP}} doujinshi ''[=JoJo=]'s Bizarre Married Life''. Here, Gota Kujo is Gotaro Kujo's younger brother, and the youngest son and child of Holy Goldstar and Righteous Worker.
* SiblingYinYang: Unlike his stoic and emotionally reserved older brother, Gota Kujo is a cheerful, carefree young stallion. He also wears green whereas Gotaro wears blue, and they have different Stands -- Rebel Yell has [[MakeSomeNoise sound-based powers]], while Star Platinum has StarPower and attacks via RapidFireFisticuffs.
* UnrelatedInTheAdaptation: In the doujinshi ''[=JoJo=]'s Bizarre Married Life'', Jota Kujo is the son of Noriaki Kakyoin via an egg he hatched from in Kakyoin's bedroom, making the latter his biological "mother" in a sense. Here, [[AdaptationNameChange Gota Kujo and Clear Bloom]] have no such relations.

[[folder:Gosuke Zeppelin-Goldstar, the Silent Healer]]
!!!'''Classification:''' Ethereal/Ascendant
!!!'''Portfolio:''' Time, Healing, Past, Acceptance
!!!'''Rank:''' Divine (Tier IV/Greater)
!!!'''Affiliation:''' Shinseina Pantheon, Goldstar Family, Zeppelin Family, Warriors of Mareioh

-> ''[Signing: "Sometimes the only way to heal is to let go of past regrets."]''
\
Gosuke Goldstar is the Alicorn god of Time, Healing, Past, and Acceptance, and is a Stand-using resident of Mareioh who is the illegitimate son of Gorgeous Goldstar.
----
* AdaptationalNiceGuy: Unlike Josuke, he matured significantly as a character. He toned down his infamous HairTriggerTemper after learning more of Sacred Peace's traumatic upbringing and realizing his anger made him act like his friend's abusers. He also [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5113035568 didn't beat up Cloud Runner for draining him with Highway Star]] like in canon, being outraged by the flanderization and pointing out it'd be cruel for him to heal and then severely beat up a hospital patient.
* AdaptationalSexuality: In canon, Josuke is receptive to the attention of fangirls and is friendly with them, but doesn't actively flirt with them. The ''Diamond is Unbreakable'' audio drama, "An After School Chit-Chat", establishes that Josuke is [[CluelessChickMagnet not even aware that he's popular with girls until both Koichi and Okuyasu point it out]]. Here, [[AdaptationNameChange Gosuke]] is gay and HappilyMarried to Sacred Peace.
* AdaptationalWimp: Crazy Diamond has powerful healing abilities, but it can't heal its user. Here, with the nature of its healing powers being [[TimeMaster time reversal]], Crazy Diamond gets an additional weakness in being unable to rewind back time past ten days. Vanilla Ice exploited this weakness by blinding Sacred Peace and keeping him prisoner for over ten days, rendering Gosuke unable to heal his friend once he's rescued.
* AdaptationNameChange: [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureDiamondIsUnbreakable Josuke Higashikata]] is changed to Gosuke Zeppelin-Goldstar here.
* AdaptationRelationshipOverhaul: In canon, Josuke didn't befriend Okuyasu until after the latter was [[DefeatMeansFriendship defeated]] and Okuyasu's older brother, [[BigBrotherBully Keicho]], was killed by [[ShockAndAwe Red Hot Chili Pepper]]. Here, Gosuke befriended Sacred Peace sometime before their canon fight, making Sacred Peace's eventual HeelFaceTurn much more solid. Their friendship also gradually evolved until they fell in love and got married as adults.
* AdaptationSpeciesChange: [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureDiamondIsUnbreakable Josuke Higashikata]] is a human in canon, but here he's an Earth Pony-turned-Alicorn.
* AlliterativeName: '''Go'''suke '''Go'''ldstar.
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: He's an Alicorn god who embodies Time, Healing, Past, and Acceptance.
* BattleCry: As in canon, both Gosuke and Crazy Diamond scream "DORARARARARARARARA!!!" whenever they're delivering RapidFireFisticuffs to an enemy.
* DisabledInTheAdaptation: In this setting, Gosuke went deaf trying to heal his friends from grievous injuries inflicted by [[HavingABlast Killer Queen]]'s bombs. This didn't happen to his canon counterpart in ''[[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureDiamondIsUnbreakable Diamond is Unbreakable]]''.
* {{Expy}}: Of Josuke Higashikata from ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureDiamondIsUnbreakable''.
* GreenEyedEpiphany: The first sign of his developing crush on Sacred Peace was when he felt envious toward Sacred Peace's friendship with [[CuteGhostGirl Graceful Cedar]], even if it was entirely platonic.
* HappilyMarried: He is presently married to Sacred Peace, and they are nothing but loving and devoted to each other. Sacred Peace even credits Gosuke for [[BecauseYouWereNiceToMe saving his life in many ways]]. They're also implied to have a healthy sex life, as Sacred Peace admits to him and Gosuke using their PsychicLink for more intimate activities.
* HealingHands: Subverted at first; Crazy Diamond appears to have healing powers, but its true power is time reversal as it "heals" people by restoring them back to their physical prime... as long as whatever affected them occurred within the span of ten days. Vanilla Ice exploited this by keeping his friend, Sacred Peace, prisoner for more than ten days after blinding him so Crazy Diamond can't heal him. Then he Ascends to godhood as a god of ''Healing'', allowing him to heal himself and therefore get around Crazy Diamond's inability to heal him.
* HeroicBastard: He is the illegitimate son of Gorgeous Goldstar, who had an affair with another mare while he was married to someone else. Despite this, he still became one of Mareioh's greatest heroes and a powerful Stand user in his own right.
* InSpiteOfANail: Despite [[PointOfDivergence various changes]], he is still the direct result of Gorgeous Goldstar's infidelity.
* JerkassRealization: As he learns more of Sacred Peace's DarkAndTroubledPast, Gosuke realizes that his infamous HairTriggerTemper makes him act similarly to his friend's [[AbusiveParents abusive father]] and [[BigBrotherBully older bother]], so he reined it in.
* {{Kiai}}: As in canon, his BattleCry is "DORARARARARARARARA!!!"
* TheMagnificent: Known as "the Silent Healer".
* PointOfDivergence: In canon, Josuke never realized that having a HairTriggerTemper is wrong or made efforts to move on from it. Here, he did so after learning more of Sacred Peace's DarkAndTroubledPast, which made him realize his temper made him act too similar to his friend's abusive [[AbusiveParents father]] and [[BigBrotherBully brother]].
* PracticallyDifferentGenerations: As in canon, Gosuke was sired by Gorgeous Goldstar out of wedlock, making him the younger half-brother of Holy Goldstar. Except Gosuke was born when Gorgeous was already an old stallion and Holy was already a grown mare in her forties, meaning he's decades younger than Holy.
* SympathyForTheDevil: Despite being understandably angry with [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5113035568 Cloud Runner]] for draining him and others, Gosuke realized what was going on when he found Cloud Runner recovering from ghastly injuries in the hospital and immediately felt sorry for him. He healed Cloud Runner with Crazy Diamond with no strings attached, pointing out all the trouble he went through could've been avoided if he just asked him for help. This act of kindness got Cloud Runner to rethink his life and future, leading to his HeelFaceTurn.
* WhatYouAreInTheDark: Despite having the opportunity to beat up Cloud Runner in the hospital like what happened in canon, Gosuke changed his mind upon seeing the ghastly state Cloud Runner was in, and decided to heal him free of charge.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Morning Glory Goldstar]]
----
* AdaptationalModesty: Unlike his [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureGoldenWind canon counterpart]], he would dress more sensibly and appropriately as befitting his status as a powerful mob boss. InUniverse, it was [[AdaptationalSkimpiness the other way around]]; he and his friends were rather shocked to find their fictional counterparts [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5116588256 wearing flashy outfits that a runway model would wear]].
* AdaptationNameChange: [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureGoldenWind Giorno Giovanna]] is changed to Morning Glory Goldstar here.
* AlliterativeName: Sort of; his name is Morning '''G'''lory '''G'''oldstar.
* CommonalityConnection: At one point, he [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5077740998 befriended Peaceful Dragon]] over being NeighbourhoodFriendlyGangsters with very idealized views of the criminal organizations they worked for and a desire to return them to their nobler roots.
* {{Expy}}: Of Giorno Giovanna from ''Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureGoldenWind''.
* HeroicBastard: He's still the illegitimate son of Godly Brand, aka Dio Brando, in this setting. While more of an AntiHero, he's still more honorable and benevolent than his biological father, and his actions helped reform the Bitalian mafia.
* InSpiteOfANail: He is still one of Dio Brando's illegitimate sons via Gifted Goldstar's body in this setting.
* {{Kiai}}: As in canon, his battle cry is "MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA!"
* LikeFatherUnlikeSon: He is a benevolent mafia don who is willing to trust those he works with and genuinely wants to help people, even if it meant leading a criminal organization. His father was a power-hungry, megalomaniacal monster who saw kindness as a weakness and trampled on others to fulfill his own ambitions.
* NeighbourhoodFriendlyGangsters: He's a benevolent mafia don who believes the mafia should protect the weak and only use shady methods for the greater good, not for their own sake. A huge reason why he took over the Passione mafia is because he was disgusted by its corruption and wanted to return it to its nobler origins. At one point, he [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5077740998 befriended]] Peaceful Dragon, a {{Yakuza}}, over this.
* NoHoldsBarredBeatdown: During the "Dark Ages Crisis", he used his Reqiuem Stand, Gold Experience Requiem, to deliver a lengthy beatdown to the Stand of [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5077741453 Dragonhead Crimson Tiger]], while his friend, [[VideoGame/LikeADragon Peaceful Dragon]] delivered a beatdown to Crimson Tiger himself.
* PracticallyDifferentGenerations: Because he was sired by Dio Brando/Godly Brand using Gifted Goldstar's body, he is technically the younger brother of Generous Goldstar II, except he's decades ''younger''. This also means that he is Gorgeous Goldstar's uncle.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Goldine Kujo Goldstar]]
The daughter of Gotaro Kujo Goldstar and his wife, Marine Tide.
----
* AdaptationalAngstDowngrade: Because Gotaro Kujo chose to be with his family instead of abandoning them out of good intentions, she has a much more positive relationship with her father.
* AdaptationNameChange: [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureStoneOcean Jolyne Kujo]] is renamed Goldine Kujo Goldstar here.
* AdaptationRelationshipOverhaul: She has a much better relationship with her father due to him choosing to stay with his family and trust his friends to help protect them. In canon, she hated her father for abandoning her and her mother and cutting off ties with them completely.
* {{Expy}}: Of Jolyne Kujo from ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureStoneOcean''.
* FrameUp: Like her canon counterpart, she was framed and incarcerated in the Green Dolphin St. Prison for crimes she didn't commit. This led to [[PapaWolf Gotaro]] investigating what happened, which ends up uncovering an evil conspiracy related to Godly Brand/Dio Brando that was occurring within the very prison she was kept in.
* InSpiteOfANail: Like her canon counterpart, she was framed and imprisoned for crimes she didn't commit. This led to her father uncovering an evil conspiracy related to Godly Brand/Dio Brando that was occurring within the prison she was kept in.
* PointOfDivergence: She has a much better relationship with her parents because her father, Gotaro Kujo, chose not to abandon his family to protect them from his enemies.

The [[{{Polyamory}} joint-wife]] of Gifted Goldstar and Radiant E. O. Speedwagon.
----
* AdaptationalBadass: In canon, she didn't participate in Jonathan's quest to stop Dio Brando or Joseph's race to stop the Pillar Men, having become an elderly lady during the latter and being kept LockedOutOfTheLoop regarding both crises as to not distress her. Here, she joins Gifted, Speedwagon, and Zeppelin in their quest, and not only becomes a Ripple user, but also a Stand user. She is also the group's WhiteMage during this time, specializing in healing and holy magic.
* AdaptationalSexuality: In canon, Erina Pendleton is heterosexual and is married only to Jonathan Joestar. Here, she is polyamorous and married to both Gifted Goldstar and Radiant E. O. Speedwagon, who are stallions.
* AdaptationNameChange: [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood Erina Joestar (nee Pendleton)]] is renamed Shining Settlement Goldstar here.
* AlliterativeName: Sort of; her name is '''S'''hining '''S'''ettlement Goldstar.
* AlternateSelf: [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 One timeline]] had a version of her who was rendered permanently deaf by a fillyhood accident, leading to her being sheltered and spoiled by her well-meaning father, a highly-respected doctor. Despite her handicap, she still meets Gifted Goldstar and Speedwagon, and the three of them become heroes who save the [[UsefulNotes/{{England}} Isle of Pony]] from Dio's madness. In a notable departure from mainline events, she, Speedwagon, and Gifted successfully kill Dio and [[DeityOfHumanOrigin become Alicorns]] thousands of years earlier. On that note, she also forms a [[{{Polyamory}} romantic polycule]] with Speedwagon and Gifted much earlier than their mainline counterparts due to the three of them being social outcasts and having to [[LivingEmotionalCrutch depend on each other]] since day one.
* BackFromTheDead: It's implied that she died from old age like her canon counterpart. However, in this setting, she comes back following the "Void Aeon" by Ascending as a non-Death deity, surprising the grieving Speedwagon.
* CrossoverRelatives: A [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5119898236 drabble]] reveals that she's a descendant of Lucky Settlement, a First Age heroine who later became the ancestor of the Settlement Family. Their canon counterparts, [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood Erina Pendleton]] and [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureSteelBallRun Lucy Steel]], weren't related to each other at all.
* DeityOfHumanOrigin: Following the "Void Aeon" event, she comes BackFromTheDead alongside Gifted Goldstar and Willful Zeppelin by Ascending to godhood as a non-Death deity.
* DidYouJustRomanceCthulhu: After several millennia of matrimonial bliss with Gifted Goldstar, she ends up falling in love with Speedwagon, who by then had become an eldritch god. This didn't stop her and Gifted from offering Speedwagon a place in their relationship, feeling their old friend deserved better after all he went through. The three of them would officially marry as a [[{{Polyamory}} polycule]] in a wedding overseen by Canteros.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood Erina Pendleton]].
* HandicappedBadass: In [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 one timeline]], she becomes permanently deaf following a fillyhood accident. Despite this, she became a great hero alongside the blind Speedwagon and mute Gifted Goldstar, and the three of them eventually confronted and killed Dio. Under the tutelage of [[GodInHumanForm Blood Seed and Revelation]], she, Speedwagon, and Gifted become Alicorns tens of thousands of years earlier than their mainline counterparts, with him becoming an AdventurerArchaeologist.
* PointOfDivergence: An [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 alternate timeline]] was created where she was rendered deaf in a fillyhood accident, leading to her being kept sheltered and spoiled by her father. While it still led to her meeting Speedwagon and Gifted Goldstar, her being handicapped (as well as her friends) led to several changes that separated her from her mainline counterpart -- for one, she succeeded in killing Dio in Windknight's Lot, and both her Ascension and polyamorous relationship with Speedwagon and Gifted occur tens of thousands of years earlier.
* {{Polyamory}}:
** After the "Abyssal War", she forms a three-Pony polycule with Gifted Goldstar and Radiant E. O. Speedwagon. While such relationships were treated as scandalous in their time, both she and Gifted had realized the social norms they grew up with were bigoted and toxic, and they offered Speedwagon a place in their relationship as a respite from all the suffering he went through.
** She also forms this relationship with Speedwagon and Gifted in one [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 alternate timeline]], albeit tens of thousands of years earlier due to being handicapped outcasts who had to rely on each other for support, physically and emotionally.
* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5088362243 At one point]], she brutally deconstructed Godly Brand's motives and character during a battle against the Goldstar Family's ancient ArchEnemy.
--> '''Shining Settlement:''' Hold your tongue. You are no longer Equine and have no right to speak that way with me. Not that you had any right to speak with me when you were a Pony. You spoke and lived and behaved like a gentlecolt on the surface, but you never were one. You have an inferiority complex about your impoverished origins, and that prevents you from improving yourself as a Pony. Let me tell you, Godly Brand: Your poverty did not make you a villain. Your relationship with your parents did not make you what you are. Lack of education or wealth had no bearing. You were doomed by your own inability to look beyond the surface of anything, by your shallow mind, ''and by your overwhelming self-importance!''
* SpoiledSweet: Despite being sheltered and spoiled by her father, a highly-respected doctor, following an accident that left her deaf as a filly, she was able to retain her sense of empathy and compassion for others. She became one of the greatest heroes in the world alongside Speedwagon and Gifted Goldstar, and after Ascending to godhood, she became a nurse and advocate for the disabled.
* TookALevelInBadass: In [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 one timeline]], she went from a young mare who was spoiled and sheltered from the world by her father following a fillyhood accident that left her deaf, to a powerful Ripple user and one of the greatest hero(ine)s in the world. Then, under the joint-tutelage of [[GodInHumanForm Blood Seed and Revelation]], she Ascends to godhood as an Alicorn.

Arch-Prince Rhinwedd Llachar Grittin, born Radiant E. O. Speedwagon (his entry [[https://www.deviantart.com/brutalityinc/art/Codex-Equus-Goldstar-Family-and-Allies-974573079 here]]), is the Alicorn god of Virtue, Mind, Leadership, and Potential, and is one of the venerable Goldstar Family's greatest allies and later members.
----
* AdaptationalBackstoryChange: While still born in Ogre Street, Speedwagon tried fleeing the place with his mother as a young colt, but a passing noble refused to help them, allowing Speedwagon's abusive father to catch them. When his mother died from her abuse, Speedwagon ran away again and became a thief to survive. He was found by a small gang, the Ogre St. Devils, and befriends Spitting Blood and Long Fei Zhua. By the time he and Gifted Goldstar meet, Speedwagon had turned the Ogre St. Devils into the Londoneighium Devils, the most powerful gang in the Isle of Pony.
* AdaptationalBadass: In ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood'', Speedwagon was a normal street thug who used his street-smarts and [[CarryABigStick sledgehammer]] to save the day. Here, Speedwagon led one of the most powerful gangs in the Isle of Pony and gave Gifted Goldstar a hard time in their fight. After his HeelFaceTurn, he became a HunterOfMonsters with PsychicPowers, Hamon, and a Stand, all which increased in strength ''tremendously'' when he Ascended. The "Abyssal War" turned Speedwagon into an eldritch god, making him so incomprehensibly powerful that he had to restrain himself lest he drive people mad.
* AdaptationalJerkass: Unlike canon, where he became a NiceGuy after his HeelFaceTurn, Speedwagon here was a cynical, bitter, and angry stallion who clashed with his more idealistic friends, and was obsessed with avenging his gang's decimation. It took nearly dying and being saved by two helpful gods for him to realize and work in overcoming his flaws.
* AdaptationalSeriousness: Canon Speedwagon is a street thug who, after his first fight against Jonathan Joestar, becomes a HotBlooded CombatCommentator whose suffering (and status as a BadassNormal) is mostly played for laughs. Codexverse Speedwagon started off as a cynical, ruthless JerkWithAHeartOfGold with ''massive'' baggage from his DarkAndTroubledPast. It took Gifted Goldstar's PositiveFriendInfluence and nearly dying for him to lighten up until he became the CoolOldGuy of ''Battle Tendency''.
* AdaptationalSexuality: In canon, he was AmbiguouslyGay with (implied) romantic feelings for Jonathan Joestar, remaining a CelibateHero after Jonathan's death (a man dying a bachelor was a British euphemism for homosexuality in his time). Here, he's bisexual, being presently in a polyamorous marriage with both Gifted Goldstar and his wife Shining Settlement.
* AdaptationalSkill: Unlike his canon counterpart, Speedwagon was an experienced criminal and [[CombatPragmatist dirty fighter]] who used weapons like his bladed bowler hat, strings, and wires. Even before founding the Speedwagon Foundation, he was a very talented leader, having led one of the most powerful street gangs in Bitain's history until he met Gifted Goldstar.
* AdaptationalSuperpowerChange: In canon, Speedwagon was an ordinary human who lacked supernatural powers (he can DetectEvil by [[TheNoseKnows smell]], but it wasn't used very often). Here, Speedwagon not only gained [[KiManipulation Ripples]], but also PsychicPowers and a [[FightingSpirit Stand]]. Even his evil-smelling ability is depicted here as another psychic ability, clairalience.
* AdaptationalVillainy: Downplayed. Here, Speedwagon was a powerful gang leader who committed murder and other crimes besides robbery, but only went after those who deserved it due to his [[EvenEvilHasStandards code of honor]]. He kicked out gang members who didn't get the memo.
* AdaptationalWimp: This was done to Speedwagon in-universe in the fictional adaptation ''[[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure GoGo's Bizarre Adventure]]'', where he was a normal stallion who was quickly defeated by Gifted Goldstar via a buck to the face, and was reduced afterward to a supporting character as Gifted's cheerleader and CombatCommentator. Speedwagon understandably ''despised'' this, noting the writers should have consulted him first.
* AdaptationNameChange: [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood Robert E. O. Speedwagon]] is changed to Radiant E. O. Speedwagon, short for Radiant Evergreen Opalescent Speedwagon. After his Ascension and EldritchTransformation, he is renamed Arch-Prince Rhinwedd Llachar Grittin.
* AdaptationSpeciesChange: [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood Robert E. O. Speedwagon]] was a normal human. Here, he was an Earth Pony who eventually Ascended to godhood as an Alicorn, then underwent an EldritchTransformation where he became a gigantic, Alicorn-like AngelicAbomination.
* AlternateSelf: [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 One timeline]] had a version of Speedwagon who was born blind, forcing him to rely on his gang. Despite his handicap, [[InSpiteOfANail he still meets Gifted Goldstar and Shining Settlement]], and the three of them become heroes who save the [[UsefulNotes/{{England}} Isle of Pony]] from Dio's madness. However, Speedwagon, Gifted, and Shining kill Dio and [[DeityOfHumanOrigin become Alicorns]] thousands of years earlier. He also forms a [[{{Polyamory}} romantic polycule]] with Gifted and Shining much earlier due to the three of them being social outcasts and having to [[LivingEmotionalCrutch depend on each other]] since day one.
* AngelicAbomination: Speedwagon's true divine form post-"Abyssal War" is a huge, Alicorn-like entity with many traits of one, like a body composed of lights, clouds, and skies; multiple wings flanking his body and face; eyes dotting his wings, head, and body; and a large, multilayered halo normally reserved for older Alicorns. Because his true appearance can drive even lesser deities mad, he uses less powerful forms and wears hooded cloaks to hide his eldritch traits.
* AnimalisticAbomination: After his EldritchTransformation, Speedwagon became a huge, Alicorn-like entity composed of lights, clouds, and skies, with multiple pairs of wings with extra eyes, and feathers made of light-based Potential energy. His mane and tail became golden solar flares showing images of people becoming heroes or leaders. His face and parts of his body also have multiple eyes, while his head is adorned with more wings and a large, multilayered halo reserved normally for older Alicorns. Because his true form is unnerving and incomprehensible, he doesn't appear in it save for certain situations.
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: He's an Alicorn god who embodies Virtue, Mind, Leadership, and Potential.
* TheArtfulDodger: As in canon, Speedwagon started out as a lowly thief, though he did it to escape his abusive father. He was later found by the Ogre St. Devils, and proved so charismatic that he turned the gang into the powerful Londoneighium Devils upon taking over. Then he meets (read: [[DefeatMeansFriendship is defeated by]]) Gifted Goldstar and, impressed by the latter's good character, decides to aid him. This leads to Speedwagon [[FromZeroToHero becoming a renowned hero and god, and the esteemed founder of the Speedwagon Foundation]].
* AstonishinglyAppropriateAppearance: Speedwagon's Cutie Mark depicted a speeding wagon before turning into a regal carriage post-Ascension, reflecting his growth from [[RagsToRiches a poor street thug to a stinkin' rich stallion]] (and [[RagsToRoyalty an Arch-Prince]]). His carriage Cutie Mark also bears the Speedwagon Foundation's symbol, a wheel, on its sides, symbolizing his associations with the company as its founder and former CEO.
* BadassCape: In his mortal youth, Speedwagon wore an Inverness cloak with hidden pockets and compartments for his weapons and gadgets. As he got older, he switched to a [[BadassLongcoat trench coat]]. Following his Ascension and eldritch transformation, he donned a hooded cloak made of skies, showing how powerful and otherworldly he became.
* BadassLongcoat: In his old age, Speedwagon wore a trench coat instead of the Inverness cape of his youth. It's downplayed; while still an experienced fighter, he neglected his combat skills in favor of running his company and raising his honorary family. This led to him [[CurbstompCushion losing]] to [[FallenHero a treacherous Straight Path]].
* BadassTeacher: Since Ascending, Speedwagon mentored countless heroes and leaders, including [[AntiHero Morning Glory Goldstar]], who went on to become a powerful mafia boss. He is also presently an eldritch Alicorn god with the power to wreck continents and more when genuinely enraged.
* BeautyIsBad: Downplayed. In his youth, Speedwagon was equal to ''Dio Brando'' in handsomeness and charisma, but was also a ruthless criminal and gang leader. However, even before his HeelFaceTurn, he was a BenevolentBoss and targeted people who deserved it. After meeting Gifted Goldstar, he turned over a new leaf and became completely good by the time he reached old age.
* BeautyEqualsGoodness: Despite his scars, Speedwagon was comparable ot Dio Brando in attractiveness. While he started out as a hardened, ruthless gang leader, he turned over a new leaf and became a renowned hero. He also founded the Speedwagon Foundation, which aided generations of the Goldstar Family. Even after becoming an eldritch god, he never lost his morals or beliefs, and continued promoting virtue and heroism across the world.
* BecauseYouWereNiceToMe: A big reason why Speedwagon fell in love with Gifted Goldstar. Though flawed, Gifted was one of the first people to show Speedwagon kindness while everyone outside his gang dismissed him as a "dirty vagrant" or street thug. It also played into his HeelFaceTurn. Sadly, with homosexuality being taboo at the time, Gifted wouldn't reciprocate Speedwagon's feelings until thousands of years later, when Gifted realized the social standards he grew up with were bigoted and toxic.
* BenevolentAbomination: Speedwagon's true divine form is presently a gigantic, Alicorn-like entity that resembles an AngelicAbomination, and he's a kind, patient stallion who [[RousseauWasRight believes in sapientkind's goodness]]. He also shares Luminiferous' disregard for bloodlines and is a loving partner to [[{{Polyamory}} his husband and wife]]. Then there's how Speedwagon came to be the aforementioned entity in the first place -- he was evacuating civilians during the "Abyssal War" when he was attacked by Abyssal Ones and their mortal cultists. Despite attempts to corrupt him, Speedwagon resisted and defeated the Abyssal Ones, though it's unknown whether he [[GodEating outright devoured them]] or absorbed the divine essences of other fallen Abyssal Ones.
* BenevolentBoss: In stark contrast to [[BadBoss Dio Brando/Godly Brand]], Speedwagon treated his own Speedwagon Foundation agents quite well, even rehabilitating and recruiting former villains like Hol Horse. He also cared a lot for his gang and swore revenge after Dio's zombies reduced them to a few survivors.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: In his youth, Speedwagon was a JerkWithAHeartOfGold ruthless with his enemies, but genuinely cared for his gang and defended the poor and downtrodde. He ended up becoming a kind, patient stallion who believes in sapientkind's inner goodness, and is the loving husband of [[{{Polyamory}} Gifted Goldstar and Shining Settlement]]. However, he is not only an experienced adventurer and warrior, but is also an eldritch, Alicorn-like entity with unfathomable power.
* BewareTheQuietOnes: Having gone through hell over the Ages, Speedwagon became fairly quiet and reserved. He is also an eldritch god with incomprehensible power. Being an adoptive son of one of the Grand Primevals helps.
* BigOlEyebrows: Like his canon counterpart, he has thick black eyebrows.
* BizarreAlienSenses: As a god of Mind, Speedwagon can sense psychic energy.
* BreakingTheCycleOfBadParenting: Speedwagon's birth father was a deeply unpleasant {{Jerkass}} who believed his aristocratic heritage entitled him to anything he wanted, and abused his wife until she died. Years later, Speedwagon became the loving father-figure of Sacred Peace Zeppelin-Goldstar and [[[[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5121159003 Raspberry Beret Speedwagon]], both who loved him back.
* CallingTheYoungManOut: Played for laughs; Speedwagon was ''very'' displeased to hear of his honorary nephew, Gorgeous Goldstar, [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5076014181 peeping on his own mother, Lisa-Lisa, while she was showering]]. Gorgeous shoots back that he didn't know who Lisa-Lisa was at the time.
--> '''Speedwagon:''' You... peeped on ye ol' mum? While she was showerin'?\
'''Gorgeous Goldstar:''' [[{{Beat}} "..."]]\
'''Speedwagon:''' Gorgeous.\
'''Gorgeous Goldstar:''' Look, I didn't even know the broad in that room was 'er, a'ight?!
* CelibateHero: Like in canon, Speedwagon never married anyone following Gifted Goldstar's death, not even the widowed Shining Settlement. This was half out of respect for Gifted and Shining's marriage, and half out of [[TheLostLenore love for Gifted]]. This is eventually averted when Gifted comes BackFromTheDead as an Alicorn, with Speedwagon later forming a romantic polycule with Gifted and Shining.
* ChronicHeroSyndrome: One of Speedwagon's flaws is he's willing to [[{{Workaholic}} work himself to the bone]] just to ensure even one life is saved. As a result, he can be very self-deprecating, and carries a notable GuiltComplex over failing to save more, true or not.
* CloseToHome: Speedwagon despises AbusiveParents and [[AristocratsAreEvil corrupt nobles]] due to growing up with an abusive father, and an elitist noble playing a role in his mohter's death. His grudge against nobles initially fueled his [[VitriolicBestBuds tempestuous relationship]] with his mentor, Baron Willful P. Zeppelin, until he TookALevelInKindness.
* CombatPragmatist: In contrast to the honorable, [[HeroesPreferSwords sword-wielding]] Gifted Goldstar, Speedwagon fights dirty, using various powers, tools, and weapons at his disposal. This is reflected in his Stand, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, which had VoluntaryShapeshifting as its main power. His more fettered teammates initially gave him flak for it, but this led to Speedwagon nearly dying, after which his teammates realized their mistake and apologized.
* CoolOldGuy: While he aged somewhat gracefully thanks to his [[KiManipulation Ripple power]], Speedwagon still visibly aged due to years of disuse. By that point, he had become the kind, empathetic, and benevolent CEO of the Speedwagon Foundation -- which is a complete contrast to his [[JerkWithAHeartOfGold younger self]].
* CrossoverRelatives:
** Speedwagon and [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureStardustCrusaders Hol Horse]] are adoptive cousins via being children of different Grand Primevals -- Speedwagon is an adoptive son of Damiq Anu, while Hol Horse is [[spoiler:a mortal incarnation of Temus Finis,]] one of Ourophion's sons, [[spoiler:before coming to life and Ascending as a separate person]]. In canon, they aren't related at all, with Speedwagon having died long before Hol Horse was born.
** Speedwagon is also the adoptive father of [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5121159003 Raspberry Beret Speedwagon]], who spawned from the ginkgo trees of [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureJojolion Shakedown Road]].
* CurbstompCushion: While he still lost to a [[TranshumanTreachery self-vampirized]], post-FaceHeelTurn Straight Path like in canon, Speedwagon put up a ''much'' better fight thanks to his combat skills, even permanently scarring Straight Path for his treachery.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: According to Speedwagon, his foalhood was similar to Dio Brando's -- he grew up in abject poverty, with an abusive father and a kind mother who eventually died from her husband's mistreatment. Unlike Dio, Speedwagon came from a noble family that fell on hard times by his generation, with his father being an EntitledBastard who believed his aristocratic lineage made him entitled to everything. His mother tried escaping with him, but a passing elitist noble refused to help them, allowing Speedwagon's father to catch and drag them back. Following his mother's death, Speedwagon ran away again, but focused on hiding from his father and became a thief to survive. A small gang of criminals, the Ogre St. Devils, found and took him in, and the rest was history.
* DefeatMeansFriendship: He was originally a hardened gang leader and street thug until he met Gifted Goldstar, who had just beaten up his thugs in retaliation for their mugging attempts (and was looking for a cure for his poisoned father). A fight ensued, but while he gave Gifted a hard time, he was ultimately defeated. However, after Gifted spared him, he proceeded to help Gifted find the antidote in return, and the rest was history.
* DeityOfHumanOrigin: Speedwagon was originally an Earth Pony who Ascended to godhood after training under Luminiferous and Golden Scepter for many years. While he ends up [[EldritchTransformation going even further]] during the "Abyssal War", he doesn't re-Ascend like Moon Ray Vaughoof did because he stubbornly clung to his core beliefs to avoid being corrupted by the Abyssal Ones.
* DetectEvil: As in canon, Speedwagon can detect a person's evil by smell, depicted here as clairalience, a scent-based form of clairvoyance. Following his Ascension, especially after his eldritch transformation, he could penetrate interdimensional barriers and detect scents beyond Equusian comprehension.
* {{Determinator}}: Weaponized. As a god of Virtue, he can invoke the virtue of diligence, which gives him indomitable endurance.
* DidYouJustFlipOffCthulhu: During the "Abyssal War", the [[EldritchAbomination Abyssal Ones]] tried corrupting him by showing him [[HumansAreBastards every single act of evil sapientkind has done since the dawn of their creation]], hoping the truth would [[GoMadFromTheRevelation drive him mad]]. Fortunately, it doesn't work as he resisted by stubbornly clinging to his beliefs in sapientkind's collective inner goodness.
* DidYouJustPunchOutCthulhu: The Abyssal Ones' attempts to corrupt Speedwagon by showing him all of sapientkind's evils fail utterly because of his beliefs in sapientkind's inner goodness, and he attacked the Abyssal Ones head-on. It's unknown whether he devoured the Abyssal Ones or merely absorbed their postmortem essences, but he stil came out of the fight an eldritch god with incomprehensible power.
* DidYouJustRomanceCthulhu: He's the "Cthulhu" in this case, but sometime after his EldritchTransformation, Speedwagon was offered by his old friends, Gifted Goldstar and his wife Shining Settlement, to [[{{Polyamory}} join their relationship]]. While polyamory was frowned upon in Bitain in their time, Gifted and Shining had long rejected the bigoted societal standards they grew up with and wanted to give Speedwagon some respite. He accepted their joint-proposal and married them in a wedding overseen by Canteros.
* DisabledInTheAdaptation: Unlike canon, Speedwagon suffers from multiple psychological issues here -- including [[ShellShockedVeteran PTSD]] from fighting various threats like Dio Brando and the Abyssal Ones, [[HeroicSelfDeprecation low self-esteem]], and a notable GuiltComplex over his perceived failures to save his loved ones from the aforementioned threats.
* DrowningMySorrows: When he received news of Gifted Goldstar's death on the honeymoon cruise, he was so devastated that he started drinking out of guilt and grief -- which was further compounded by his unrequited feelings for Gifted. Fortunately, Luminiferous pulled him out from the brink and helped him cope in healthier ways.
* EldritchTransformation: This happens to him in the "Abyssal War", when he fights a group of Abyssal Ones and their mortal cultists to protect the innocents he was evacuating. While it's unknown whether he devoured the Abyssal Ones who targeted him, or absorbed the essences of many other fallen Abyssal Ones prior, it's clear that he came out of the fight irrevocably changed.
* TheEmpath: One of his PsychicPowers is empathy, which became part of his Mind domain when he Ascended.
* EmpoweredBadassNormal: He started out as merely an experienced street thug, using his street smarts, knowledge of the environment, and various gadgets and weapons to survive. His harsh ordeals caused him to awaken [[TheNoseKnows clairalient abilities]], allowing him to [[DetectEvil smell evil]]. This changes when he meets Baron Willful P. Zeppelin, who teaches him, Gifted Goldstar, and Shining Settlement how to use [[ThePowerOfTheSun Ripples]]. Over the course of his adventures, he gains more PsychicPowers under Luminiferous and Golden Scepter's joint-tutelage, and prior to entering Windknight's Lot, he used a Stand Arrow to gain his own Stand, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap.
* EvenBadMenLoveTheirMamas: Even at his worst, he was genuinely fond of his birth mother, who lovingly raised him and tried protecting him from his [[AbusiveParents birth father]] by attempting to flee Ogre Street with him. A huge reason why he came to despise aristocrats in his youth is because as a foal, his and his mother's escape attempt was foiled by a passing aristocrat who cruelly refused to help them out of elitism, allowing his birth father to catch them and leading to his mother's tragic death. What later motivated him to really work on turning a new leaf and overcoming his worst flaws is [[LoveRedeems his realization that his mother would've been ashamed of him if she saw what he became in adulthood]].
* ExtraEyes: After becoming an eldritch god, he gained extra eyes not only on his face, but [[EyesDoNotBelongThere on his wings and other parts of his body]].
* EyesDoNotBelongThere: Following his transformation into an eldritch god, he gained extra eyes on his wings and other parts of his body that's not his face.
* FamilyOfChoice: While he loves his birth mother, he is much closer to his adoptive joint-families in the Luminiferi and the Benevolusidae. The same can't be said for his [[AbusiveParents birth father]] or, by implication, the rest of the Speedwagon family who came before him.
* AFatherToHisMen: Despite being a hardened street thug, Speedwagon genuinely cared for his gang, the Londoneighium Devils, and swore revenge against Dio Brando after learning his gang was reduced to a few survivors by Dio's zombies. After turning over a new leaf and founding the Speedwagon Foundation, he extends this attitude to the many mares and stallions who worked under him. Part of the reason why Speedwagon steps down as CEO following his EldritchTransformation in the Third Age is out of fear of [[ScrewTheRulesIHaveSupernaturalPowers using his powers to make his agents do reprehensible things]] for the [[UtopiaJustifiesTheMeans greater good]].
* FeelingTheirAge: In his mortal youth, he was quite the scrappy fighter with strong PsychicPowers and [[KiManipulation Ripples]], and proved capable of clashing with various supernatural threats like zombies and vampires. By Gorgeous Goldstar's generation, he's still formidable -- as he was able to [[ScarsAreForever permanently scar]] former ally Straight Path after the latter [[FaceHeelTurn willingly turned into a vampire]] -- but it's made clear years of disuse, combined with personal tragedies, weakened his Ripple powers and therefore caused him to become an old stallion. Because of this, he instead became TheTeamBenefactor, aiding the younger Gorgeous and his friends in their quest to stop the Pillar Men via the Speedwagon Foundation. Fortunately, he lived long enough to earn godhood, returning him to his prime.
* FictionFiveHundred: Like his canon counterpart, Speedwagon became extremely wealthy after traveling to Ponyland and striking oil in Lonestar. He used his his wealth to found the Speedwagon Foundation and financially support the widowed Shining Settlement, her son Generous Goldstar II, and later her grandson Gorgeous Goldstar.
* FireForgedFriends: Despite their initial TeethClenchedTeamwork, he becomes closer to his teammates in Helwyr Nos the longer they continued fighting Dio's forces. In particular, he ends up falling for Gifted Goldstar because of the latter's kindness towards him.
* FlamingHair: Post-"Abyssal War", his mane and tail became golden solar flares that show images of every instance where people become virtuous heroes or leaders.
* FreudianExcuse: Deconstructed. Many of his worst flaws, including his ruthlessness and cynicism, stemmed from growing up in [[WretchedHive Ogre Street]], where pretty much the only way to survive was becoming a criminal. He also had the misfortune of living with an [[AbusiveParents abusive father]]; he tried escaping Ogre Street -- and by extension, his father -- with his mother as a young colt, but they were rebuffed by an elitist aristocrat when they approached him for help, which got them caught by his father and led to his mother's death. Regardless, his issues bled into his interactions with friends that weren't part of his gang of criminals, like Gifted Goldstar, Willful P. Zeppeli, and Shining Settlement, creating tensions that threatened to tear their group apart and led to his near-death experience. Fortunately, he survived thanks to Luminiferous and Golden Scepter finding him, and with their help, he realized he was becoming a stallion his mother would've been ashamed of if she saw him. While not losing his edge in battle, he worked hard in becoming a better Pony; as shown by his [[BenevolentAbomination current status]], his efforts ultimately paid off.
* FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse: Twice.
** During their fateful confrontation in the ancestral Goldstar Family mansion, Speedwagon [[ShutUpHannibal spells out to a then-mortal Dio Brando]] that whatever FreudianExcuse he had, it did not excuse all the bad things he chose to do, such as poisoning Gifted Goldstar's father, or his vicious foalhood bullying of Gifted himself.
** Later, after a near-death experience leads to him meeting Luminiferous and Golden Scepter, Speedwagon realizes that how he grew up doesn't justify his own actions, and that he was becoming a stallion his beloved deceased mother would've been ashamed of. He vows to become better, and actively started working on overcoming his own flaws.
* FromNobodyToNightmare: He went from a poor, abused colt to a [[TheArtfulDodger petty thief]], then one of the most powerful gang leaders in Bitain. By extension, his gang, the Londoneighium Devils, was a small group of petty criminals known as the Ogre St.'s Devils until he took over. This changes when he meets (and is [[DefeatMeansFriendship defeated]] by) Gifted Goldstar, after which he pulls a HeelFaceTurn.
* FromZeroToHero: While he wasn't exactly a "zero" to begin with, being the leader of one of the most powerful criminal gangs in Londoneighium, he still went from a street thug to a heroic rogue (and JerkWithAHeartOfGold), and later, the benevolent CEO of the Speedwagon Foundation. While he eventually became an eldritch god at the end of the Third Age, he remained completely benevolent because he stubbornly clung to his beliefs in sapientkind's inner goodness, and became a GreaterScopeParagon who helped the Goldstar Family and their allies from the shadows.
* GodEating: It's not clear whether he actually did devour the Abyssal Ones who ambushed him while he was evacuating innocents during the "Abyssal War", or gradually assimilated the essences of many other fallen Abyssal Ones unwittingly. Whatever the case, he came out of that fight [[EldritchTransformation irrevocably changed]].
* GodhoodSeeker: Like Dio Brando, he desired to become a god, but with the end-goal of continuing to help others, and pursued godhood honestly. With help from Luminiferous and Golden Scepter, he eventually succeeds in Ascending, becoming the Alicorn god of Virtue, Mind, leadership, and Potential.
* GodInHumanForm: Due to his present status as an eldritch god, he has resorted to appearing in lesser (and weaker) forms so he could avoid driving people mad.
* GodOfGood: After Ascending under Luminiferous and Golden Scepter's joint-tutelage, he became the Alicorn god of Virtue, Mind, Leadership, and Potential. Despite transforming into an eldritch god later on, he still kept those domains because he stubbornly clung to the beliefs that created them.
* GoodCounterpart: To Godly Brand, real name Dio Brando. While they both grew up as street urchins with kindhearted mothers and [[AbusiveParents abusive fathers]], only Speedwagon's mother tried to protect and improve her son's life, giving Speedwagon a bigger moral compass and sense of empathy, whereas Godly/Dio's mother's death served as his StartOfDarkness. While they are both intelligent, talented, and charismatic, Godly/Dio used his talents for his own selfish fulfillment, whereas Speedwagon sought to help and protect others even when he was a simple street thug. And whereas Godly/Dio sought godhood to the point of willingly becoming an inequine monster, Speedwagon only sought godhood to continue helping others and earned it legitimately. After Gifted Goldstar entered their lives, Godly/Dio hated Gifted and tried usurping him in wealth and even in body, whereas Speedwagon became a better person thanks to Gifted's influence, and became his lifelong friend and, later, his husband. It's noted that Speedwagon is very similar to Godly/Dio, but is considered "Dio as he should have been" due to choosing to do good.
* GoodNeedsEvil: As a joint-member of the Benevolusidae and the Luminiferi, he has both acknowledged and accepted the role of evil as a tester and punisher, as nothing could exist without it. The only things that need to be destroyed are "[[ForTheEvulz Destructive Evil]]", and "[[BlackAndwhiteInsanity Destructive Good]]".
* GoodScarsEvilScars: He is CoveredWithScars, with his most prominent scar being a large one running across his face. Despite this, he was noted to be incredibly handsome on par with Dio Brando, and he chose to become good and remained so even while going through terrible suffering and hardships.
* GoodWingsEvilWings: A "Cluster wings" and "Multicolored wings" example. Post-Ascension, he gained a magical wing gradient going from aqua-green to golden-yellow, and following the "Abyssal War", he became an eldritch god and grew multiple wings, with [[EyesDoNotBelongThere extra eyes]] and feathers made of light-based Potential energy. As deities grow StrongerWithAge, his sheer eldritchness is a sign of his sheer, incomprehensible "age" and power by divine standards.
* GreaterScopeParagon: He has become this by the present day. After turning into an eldritch god during the "Abyssal War", he chooses to step down as CEO of the Speedwagon Foundation and lend aid from the shadows, not wanting to stifle sapientkind's potential and fearing what he potentially might do if he stayed in power. The Speedwagon Foundation had been led by mortals ever since, but despite it, the company continued to help both the Goldstar Family as well as countless other heroes.
* GuileHero: Following his HeelFaceTurn, he became a heroic rogue, implementing his street-smarts, experience, and resourcefulness into his fighting style. Not only is he a StealthExpert, but he's also a CombatPragmatist who uses various tools in his arsenal -- including a bladed bowler hat, PsychicPowers, and even the environment itself to gain an advantage over his foes. His deadliest weapons, however, are his use of strings, ropes, and wires, which, with the aid of telekinesis, he can control to a fine degree. Notably, he inspired his honorary nephew, Gorgeous Goldstar, to adopt a similar approach to fights, something that Gorgeous himself confirmed.
* GuiltComplex: One of his flaws is that he has a notable guilt complex over his supposed failures to save those close to him, such as his old gang, Gifted Goldstar, and Generous Goldstar II. This is compounded by his ChronicHeroSyndrome and HeroicSelfDeprecation, downplaying his own achievements while working himself to the bone just to ensure that more lives will be saved. Even with Gifted coming BackFromTheDead, he still blamed himself for not preventing his friend-turned-husband's death at Dio Brando's hooves.
* HairOfGoldHeartOfGold: Like his canon counterpart, he is blond-haired. But unlike the similarly golden-haired Dio Brando, he started off as a hardened street thug before he became a heroic rogue, then later the kind, benevolent CEO of the Speedwagon Foundation. While he later became an eldritch god, he never lost his values or his compassion for others, and continued doing good things, albeit from the shadows due to not wanting to stifle sapientkind's collective potential.
* HandicappedBadass: In [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 one timeline]], he was born blind, forcing him to rely on the criminal gang he led to help him navigate and survive the harsh environment of Ogre Street. Despite this, he became a great hero alongside the similarly disabled Gifted Goldstar (who is mute) and Shining Settlement (who is deaf), and the three of them eventually confronted Dio and killed him. Later, under the tutelage of [[GodInHumanForm Blood Seed and Revelation]], he, Gifted, and Shining become Alicorns tens of thousands of years earlier than their mainline counterparts, with him becoming an AdventurerArchaeologist.
* HappilyAdopted: Having grown up in a broken home with an elitist, abusive father, he ends up being adopted by a sympathetic Damiq Anu, the Good Primeval, long after he outlived his birth parents. This led to a comical situation when it was discovered that Luminiferous ''also'' adopted him with similar intentions. Nevertheless, he accepts both Damiq Anu and Luminiferous as his fathers because of how kind and loving they were to him.
* HatesRichPeople: He developed a grudge towards all aristocrats after an elitist noble cruelly refused to help him and his mother flee his [[AbusiveParents abusive father]], leading to his mother's death. This likely contributed to Helwyr Nos' initial TeethClenchedTeamwork problem, as all of his teammates came from well-to-do families, including Gifted Goldstar, [[PositiveFriendInfluence who showed him nothing but kindness]]. He later eases up on this attitude thanks to Luminiferous and Golden Scepter, improving relations in the team significantly; while he presently still despises corrupt nobles, he doesn't lump in the good ones with them like he used to in his youth.
* HeelFaceTurn:
** Similarly to his canon counterpart, Speedwagon was a street thug and gang leader living in Ogre Street until he met Gifted Goldstar, who was looking for an antidote to cure his poisoned father. They got into a fight, with Gifted barely winning against Speedwagon but choosing to spare him. Gifted's genuine mercy shocked Speedwagon so much that he decided to become the former's ally, becoming a roguish JerkWithAHeartOfGold who uses ruthless methods to save the day. However, it's not until he nearly dies and meets both Luminiferous and Golden Scepter that he really starts making efforts in reforming himself, becoming a kind and empathetic stallion.
** This also happens to the fictional version of Speedwagon in ''[[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure GoGo's Bizarre Adventure]]'', an InUniverse Second Age adaptation of the Goldstar Family's adventures. However, not only did Gifted [[HeelFaceturn defeat him rather quickly]] in the adaptation, but the fictional Speedwagon afterward was reduced to a supporting character who served as Gifted's cheerleader and CombatCommentator, with all his worst flaws completely glossed over. Understandably, the real Speedwagon, who otherwise enjoyed watching ''[=GoGo=]'s Bizarre Adventure'' and other adaptations, ''despised'' this whitewashing.
---> '''[[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5081061018 Speedwagon]]:''' So uh, that's... that's it, then? I take on Gifted an' jus'- jus' one bloody kick to the face an' suddenly I'm an angel? Bloody 'ell, mate.
* HeroicBSOD: He was devastated by the death of Gifted Goldstar in Dio's attack on the honeymoon cruise Gifted and his wife, Shining Settlement, were attending -- not only due to their deep friendship, but also because he had romantic feelings for Gifted. His grief reached a point where he [[DrowningMySorrows started drinking to cope with it]]. Fortunately, Luminiferous would help him during this rough patch, later motivating him to honor Gifted's memory by founding the Speedwagon Foundation.
* HeroicSelfDeprecation: One of his flaws is that he can be ''incredibly'' self-deprecating despite all of his achievements and the sheer power he commands as an eldritch god. Notably, he claims Shining Settlement is better at [[HolyHandGrenade holy magic]] than him, even though he presently far outclasses her. This likely stemmed from being constantly criticized in his mortal youth by his own teammates in Helwyr Nos, who were often appalled by his under-hoofed methods until they [[JerkassRealization realized the fault of their own self-righteousness]] when he nearly died trying to prove himself to the team.
* HeroWorshipper: This is how the in-universe adaptation ''[[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure GoGo's Bizarre Adventure]]'' depicted him -- a supporting character whose role is to essentially be Gifted Goldstar's #1 fanboy and stand on the sidelines commenting on Gifted's battles. Naturally, he was disgusted by the series' depiction of him, noting the writers should've consulted him first.
* HideYourOtherness: After becoming an AngelicAbomination, he has taken to wearing a hooded cloak made of skies to hide his more eldritch traits.
* HolyHalo: Post-EldritchTransformation, he gained a large, multilayered halo reserved normally for older Alicorns.
* HolyHandGrenade: As a god of Virtue, he can not only use various powers that relate to the seven virtues, but he can also use healing and purification-based spells, allowing him to counter foul magics and entities. Following his eldritch transformation, he became so powerful that he is able to purify entire realms and obliterate hordes of undead via his mere presence. However, he [[HeroicSelfDeprecation claims that Shining Settlement is better at holy magic than he is]].
* HonoraryUncle: As in canon, he served as an uncle-figure who helped raise Gorgeous Goldstar and, by implication, Gorgeous' father, Generous Goldstar II, after the deaths of their respective parents (or, in Lisa-Lisa's case, [[DaddyHadAGoodReasonForAbandoningYou disappearances]]). Marrying Gifted Goldstar and Shining Settlement ironically made him Generous II's stepfather and Gorgeous' grandfather by marriage.
* HowTheMightyHaveFallen:
** His family, the Speedwagons, were an ancient and powerful noble family in the Isle of Pony. Unfortunately, by his generation, the Speedwagons have fallen into abject poverty, reduced to himself, his mother, and his father living in one of the worst slums in Londoneighium.
** He himself applies, as he went from a powerful and respected gang leader to a mere street thug after his gang, the Londoneighium Devils, were reduced to a few survivors thanks to Dio's zombies. Fortunately, he manages to climb back up greater than ever after pulling a HeelFaceTurn and changing himself for the better, founding one of the biggest and most benevolent companies in Known History.
* HunterOfMonsters: He and the rest of the Helwyr Nos were this directly during their fight against Dio and his supernatural minions. His Speedwagon Foundation later plays a supportive role to the Goldstar Line's fights against other monsters such as the Pillar Ponies.
* IAmAMonster: He was initially so horrified by his EldritchTransformation that he chose to [[ScrewThisImOuttaHere retreat from the world entirely]], seeing himself as a monster on par with his ArchEnemy, Dio Brando. Fortunately, he was found by a sympathetic [[GodOfGood Damiq Anu]], who helped his friends and family locate him. With their help, he got over his issues for the most part and returned to the world, but he still carries lingering fears of becoming like Dio.
* ImmortalityBeginsAtTwenty: Subverted. Because he devoured many [[EldritchAbomination Abyssal Ones]] during the "Abyssal War" (or at least absorbing the essences of fallen ones), he physically resembles an ancient, eldritch god yet as someone who Ascended in the Second Age, he is chronologically a god of "Greater" rank, which is fairly young by divine standards. This is due to how [[StrongerWithAge divine aging]] works.
* ImpoverishedPatrician: He and his birth parents were members of an ancient and powerful Bitish noble family, the Speedwagons. By his generation, the Speedwagons have [[HowTheMightyHaveFallen fallen into destitution and disgrace]], as much of his foalhood was spent in Ogre Street living in abject poverty. However, he eventually goes from RagsToRiches when he travels to Ponyland as an adult and strikes oil in Lonestar, making him filthy stinkin' rich.
* IncompatibleOrientation: In his mortal youth, he had fallen in love with Gifted Goldstar, who had been consistently kind to him. But when he confessed to Gifted, he was rejected -- both due to Gifted falling in love with Shining Settlement first and having no interest in the same sex at the time. Naturally, he was heartbroken, but respected Gifted's wishes and remained close friends with him. He eventually gets his wish two Ages later, however, when Gifted ''and'' Shining offer to [[{{Polyamory}} make him part of their relationship]] after his EldritchTransformation, having both fallen in love with him and feeling he deserved better.
* InsecureLoveInterest: Despite being a loving husband to both Gifted Goldstar and Shining Settlement, he is at times wracked with self-doubt and insecurity, wondering if he is truly worthy of his spouses' love or not.
* InSpiteOfANail: Despite the many changes made to his character, he still grew up to become a street thug, befriending Tattoo and Kempo (named [[AdaptationNameChange Spitting Blood and Long Fei Zhua]] here, respectively). Then he met Gifted Goldstar and pulled a HeelFaceTurn following his [[DefeatMeansFriendship defeat]] at the latter's hands, kicking off a series of events that led to the founding of the Speedwagon Foundation, which helped succeeding generations of the Goldstar Family fight various threats.
* InterclassFriendship: While he does have BlueBlood heritage in this setting, circumstances ensured that he still grows up poor, becoming a thief and later a gang leader to survive the harsh environment of Ogre Street. His process in [[HeelFaceTurn turning a new leaf]] began when he met and befriended Gifted Goldstar, the wealthy yet kindhearted heir of the Goldstar Family. This later evolves to OppositesAttract as he falls for Gifted, though Gifted wouldn't reciprocate his feelings until at the end of the Third Age, when he transforms into an eldritch god as the direct result of fighting some [[EldritchAbomination Abyssal Ones]].
* IntergenerationalFriendship: While at Windknight's Lot, he befriends a cowardly colt named Poco, whose real name is Poet's Coast. It was likely due to his influence that Poet's Coast eventually overcame his cowardice to save his sister when she was endangered.
* InTheHood: Following his EldritchTransformation, he started wearing a hooded cloak made of skies, which serves to [[HideYourOtherness hide his more eldritch traits]] and help him blend in with the environment. It also plays up his mysterious, otherworldly character and is a good sign of how [[TheQuietOne quiet and reclusive]] he became since becoming an AngelicAbomination.
* {{Invisibility}}: As a god of Virtue, he can make himself invisible, which is part of the virtue of humility.
* InvisibilityCloak: Following his EldritchTransformation, he started wearing a hooded cloak made of skies. This allows him to not only [[HideYourOtherness hide his more eldritch traits]], but also blend in with the environment easily.
* IWantMyBelovedToBeHappy: Despite being heartbroken by Gifted Goldstar's rejection, he ultimately decided to respect his friend's wishes and not get in the way of Gifted's relationship with his wife, Shining Settlement. This is later averted when, after his EldritchTransformation, he is approached by both Gifted and Shining with an offer to [[{{Polyamory}} join teir relationship]]. He accepts, and the three of them got married in a wedding overseen by Canteros, Amareros' oldest son and child.
* IWasQuiteALooker: In his mortal youth, despite his many scars, he was so handsome that his entry compared him to Dio, who was similarly attractive. While he aged somewhat gracefully thanks to the power of Ripples, years of disuse still caused him to visibly age until he became an elderly stallion. This was resolved when he Ascended to godhood many years after Kars' defeat, restoring his good looks. Then two Ages later, he became an AngelicAbomination, which made him even more beautiful... [[YouCannotGraspTheTrueForm in an eldritch, maddening way]], that is.
* JerkassRealization: Thanks to Luminiferous and Golden Scepter, who saved him from certain death, he realized that he was becoming a stallion his mother would've been ashamed of if she saw, and vowed to be better. On the flipside, he himself ended up inspiring a collective Jerkass Realization in his friends, who all realized their constant criticisms of his underhoofed methods led to his supposed death and apologized to him for it when they reunited.
* KillItWithFire: Both he and Gifted tried killing a newly-vampirized Dio Brando this way by trapping him inside the ancestral Goldstar mansion and burning it down, since nothing else was working. Unfortunately, they failed thanks to Dio's HealingFactor, and they didn't learn of Dio's survival until after a lengthy recovery in the hospital and Bitain was overrun by zombies.
* KiManipulation: Unlike his canon counterpart, he successfully gained the ability to use Ripples, which is essentially this in practice. Using specialized breathing techniques, he can produce and manipulate mystical energy that has properties similar to the sun, allowing him to sense others' life energy, elongate his own limbs, and perform enhanced physical feats, among others. It also slowed down his aging, though years of disuse following Gifted Goldstar's death caused him to age into his twilight years, even if he did so somewhat gracefully.
* KnowsTheRopes: He is incredibly skilled in using ropes as a weapon, even using [[MindOverMatter telekinesis]] to do feats that otherwise aren't possible. He would go on to inspire Gorgeous Goldstar, who would use similar attacks in his lifetime.
* TheLancer: As in canon, he was this to his friend, Gifted Goldstar. Unlike Gifted, who was born into wealth yet was an idealistic and compassionate stallion with a strong sense of justice, Speedwagon was a cynical, ruthless yet honorable street thug who believed in defending the poor and [[PayEvilUntoEvil paying back evil with evil]]. And while Gifted became a [[MagicKnight Ripple-using swordsmane]] like in canon, Speedwagon became a GuileHero willing to [[CombatPragmatist fight as dirty as possible]] to gain an advantage over his foes. Despite their differences, they worked extremely well together, and ironically enough, they [[OppositesAttract eventually]] become part of a [[{{Polyamory}} three-Pony polycule]].
* LaserBlade: Being a [[TabletopGame/DungeonsAndDragons Soulknife]]-type rogue, he can wield blades made of raw psychic power. With them, he can damage people's minds and souls, as well as kill spiritual entities, though it's noted he is limited by Primeval Laws regarding the treatment of souls.
* TheLeader: A "Charismatic" and "Mastermind" example. In his mortal youth, he was so intelligent and charismatic that he eventually took over leadership of the Ogre St. Devils and turned it into one of the most powerful gangs in Bitain. Following his HeelFaceTurn, he moved to Ponyland and founded the Speedwagon Foundation, becoming its leading CEO and using his natural talents for good. However, his EldritchTransformation during the "Abyssal War" caused him to step down as CEO as he realized he could [[ScrewtheRulesIHAveSupernaturalPowers use his now vast power to do whatever he wanted]].
* LightIsGood: He is heavily associated with light, with his mane and tail being [[HairOfGoldHeartOfGold golden-yellow]], his powers including [[ThePowerOfTheSun Ripples]] and [[HolyHandGrenade holy magic]] (including traditional [[LightEmUp light magic]]), and his birth name having words that relate to light and prosperity (Radiant Evergreen Opalescent Speedwagon). His true divine form post-EldritchTransformation is a gigantic Alicorn-like entity made of light, clouds, and skies not unlike {{Angelic Abomination}}s. He is also a benevolent god and a kind, patient teacher who believes in sapientkind's potential to be good, and wants to nurture it.
* LikeFatherUnlikeSon:
** Unlike his birth father, whose BlueBlood heritage made him such an EntitledBastard that he worked his own wife to death, Speedwagon chose to be a hero and eventually got stinkin' rich by striking oil in Lonestar, allowing him to found the globe-spanning Speedwagon Foundation. He also became a god and an Arch-Prince, making his noble heritage seem paltry by comparison. And unlike his father, Speedwagon never treated the people around him like slaves even at his worst, and in fact [[HatesRichPeople despised corrupt nobles]] for their role in his mother's death.
** Downplayed with him and one of his co-adoptive fathers, Luminiferous. While they do share similar beliefs regarding mortal potential, Speedwagon wasn't born a clone of a Fallen god and thus doesn't have Luminiferous' devilish appearance. Instead, he is an eldritch god that looks like an AngelicAbomination.
* TheLoad: This is how he was portrayed in the in-universe adaptation ''[[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure GoGo's Bizarre Adventure]]'' -- a character whose capabilities are diminished post-HeelFaceTurn to the point where he mostly served as Gifted's cheerleader, not using Ripple or even the skills he learned in Ogre Street. Understandably, he was deeply offended by the flanderized potrayal of him, noting the writers behind the adaptation should've consulted him first.
* LoveRedeems: Ultimately, despite already pulling a HeelFaceTurn beforehand, what gets him to actually start becoming a better stallion is his realization that his beloved deceased mother would've been ashamed of him if she were to see what he became in the years since her death.
* MagicHair: Post-Ascension, his mane and tail became composed of Virtue energy. After becoming an eldritch god, his mane and tail became golden solar flares that show images of every instance where people become virtuous heroes or leaders.
* TheMagnificent: Known as "the Teacher of Virtue", due to being a god of Virtue, Mind, and Potential who has mentored countless students, and brought out their better traits in trying to nurture their potential for greatness.
* MeaningfulName:
** The first three parts of his birth name, Radiant Evergreen Opalescent Speedwagon, all refer to light and prosperity. This not only fits him as the first Speedwagon to become divine royalty, but also an an Alicorn god of Virtue whose domain gives him the ability to wield [[HolyHandGrenade holy magic]]. His EldritchTransformation only added to this, as he became an eldritch god with light and angelic motifs.
** His Alicorn name, Rhinwedd Llachar Grittin, translates to "bright virtue" in Welsh. Presently he is an eldritch Alicorn god with light and angelic motifs, and one of his domains is Virtue, which allows him to perform feats like obliterating hordes of undead, counter foul magics, and wield unique powers based on the seven virtues.
* MeaningfulRename:
** His birth name was Radiant Evergreen Opalescent Speedwagon, with the first three parts of his name relating to either light or prosperity. Following his Ascension and later, his EldritchTransformation, he moved to the Grittish Isles, where he was crowned as Arch-Prince Rhinwedd Llachar Grittin, which translates to "bright virtue" in Welsh.
** His Stand, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (or [=D4C=]), is renamed "[[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5079972717 Dirty Deeds Done in Heaven]]" by Gifted Goldstar -- both in reference to his present AngelicAbomination-like appearance and the sheer {{Irony}} of a benevolent god of Virtue having a Stand that is now a vaguely Equine-looking mass of shadows. He loves the name so much that he keeps it, and it becoms something of an in-joke among his friends and (adoptive) family members.
* MentorArchetype: Speedwagon has mentored countless heroes and leaders since Ascending to godhood, including one [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureGoldenWind Morning Glory Goldstar]]. After becoming an eldritch god, he still serves as a teacher, but takes a hooves-off approach due to personal fears and insecurities about his current status.
* MusicalThemeNaming: As in canon, Speedwagon name (and initials) comes from the band Music/REOSpeedwagon. His Stand, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (later renamed "[[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5079972717 Dirty Deeds Done in Heaven]]") is named after a song by Music/{{ACDC}}.
* NeverFoundTheBody: When he tried to [[IWorkAlone fight Dio's forces alone]] in an attempt to prove himself, he ended up getting severely injured, and his teammates thought he died because his body was missing. In truth, he was found and healed by Luminiferous and Golden Scepter, who took him in as their joint-student. Once he was ready, he reunited with his teammates and revealed his survival to them.
* NobleMaleRoguishMale: Speedwagon is the "Roguish Male" to Gifted Goldstar's "Noble Male". Gifted is at heart a kindhearted and honorable warrior who fights in an honest manner, whereas Speedwagon was ([[TookALevelInKindness initially]]) a cynical and ruthless rogue who uses both cunning and [[CombatPragmatist every tool in his arsenal]] to win. This is reflected in Speedwagon's Stand, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (or just [=D4C=]), which grants the power of VoluntaryShapeshifting. This contrast initially caused tension between him, Gifted, and their more scrupulous allies, but they eventually reach an understanding after both sides have their own JerkassRealization.
* TheNoseKnows: Like his canon counterpart, Speedwagon has the ability to [[DetectEvil smell a person's innocence or wickedness]]. However, it's depicted here as clairalience, a form of ESP that psychically obtains information via smell. Following his Ascension and eldritch transformation, Speedwagon becomes one of the foremost users and experts on clairalience in modern Equus, now able to penetrate interdimensional barriers and detect scents beyond Equusian comprehension.
* OppositesAttract: Speedwagon was originally a roguish JerkWithAHeartOfGold who [[CombatPragmatist fought dirty]] and used under-hoofed methods to achieve his goals, in contrast to Gifted Goldstar's IdealHero. He ends up falling in love with Gifted due to his kindness, but Gifted himself wouldn't reciprocate until two Ages later. At the same time, Speedwagon ends up marrying Gifted's wife Shining Settlement, who initially disagreed with his methods before she eased up on her criticisms and gradually fell in love with him, too. However, by that point, he had [[TookALevelInKindness taken massive levels in kindness]] until he barely acted like his youthful self anymore.
* ParentalSubstitute: While it was implied in canon, it's made explicit here that Speedwagon was essentially Generous Goldstar II's father-figure in all but name, having helped Shining Settlement raise him after his father's death via HeroicSacrifice. It made Generous II's early death at the hooves of one of Dio Brando's surviving zombie minions all the more tragic.
* PayEvilUntoEvil: As a street thug and gang leader, Speedwagon's philosophy essentially amounted to this. He committed crimes against those who genuinely deserved it, and kicked out members of his gang who refused to follow his code. After his gang was decimated by Dio's zombies, Speedwagon swore revenge on Dio for what he did, and it's implied from his under-hoofed methods that he still followed his gangster's code despite his HeelFaceTurn. He eventually realizes RevengeIsNotJustice thanks to Luminiferous and Golden Scepter, and starts focusing on protecting and helping others.
* PerceptionFilter: As a god of Virtue, Speedwagon can alter people's perceptions, including [[{{Invisibility}} making himself invisible]], which is part of the virtue of humility.
* PersonalityPowers:
** Speedwagon's Stand, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, not only refers to his history as a criminal and gang leader, but also his roguish character. Fittingly, [=D4C=]'s main power is VoluntaryShapeshifting, though initially he could only transform into something for a limited time. Following his EldritchTransformation, [=D4C=] (now [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5079972717 Dirty Deeds Done in Heaven]]) gained the ability to transform people and objects, though he limits himself out of fear of his Stand's potential.
** Speedwagon's domains of Virtue, Mind, Leadership, and Potential all come from his desire to nurture people's potential as leaders and heroes. Speedwagon's EldritchTransformation, however, brought to light his domains' darker aspects, such as brainwashing people into following virtue, manipulating people's potential, and other things, which he consciously tries to avoid doing.
* PointOfDivergence:
** One of the biggest changes made to Speedwagon's character here is his origin. Like Dio Brando, he was born to an abusive father and a kind mother, but his mother being more proactive in raising and protecting him shaped Speedwagon's personality and gave him a stronger moral compass. His mother also drives Speedwagon's character arc here; while his AdaptationalJerkass personality in the beginning largely stemmed from his mother's death, it's also his mother's love that later causes his JerkassRealization and pushes him towards a true HeelFaceTurn.
** Unlike his canon counterpart, Speedwagon is genuinely capable of using [[KiManipulation Ripples]], making him a student of Willful P. Zeppelin alongside Gifted Goldstar. He also turned out to be a natural [[PsychicPowers psychic]], with his [[DetectEvil ability to smell evil]] being a variation of clairvoyance called [[TheNoseKnows clairalience]]. Speedwagon being able to use Ripples in this setting ended up saving Willful Zeppelin from his canon death, and allowed him to [[CurbstompCushion put up a much better fight]] against a treacherous Straight Path in his twilight years.
** Unlike his canon counterpart, who died an old man, Speedwagon went off to train for godhood under Luminiferous and Golden Scepter. Because he Ascended, he was able to continue leading the Speedwagon Foundation and play a more proactive role in the Goldstar Family's adventures. However, the circumstances of his departure did cause people to think he died, since the real reason was kept secret from all but a few trusted individuals. He also, instead of dying, went further in the opposite direction by becoming an eldritch Alicorn god while trying to save innocents from the Abyssal Ones.
** Instead of remaining a ConfirmedBachelor who had AmbiguouslyGay feelings for Jonathan Joestar like in canon, Speedwagon ends up marrying both Gifted Goldstar ''and'' his wife, Shining Settlement, becoming part of a [[{{Polyamory}} three-Pony polycule]].
* {{Polyamory}}: In this setting, Speedwagon ends up marrying both Gifted Goldstar and Shining Settlement after the latter two offered to include hin in their relationship. While this was scandalous in their time, both Gifted and Shining realized the social norms they grew up with were incredibly toxic, and thought Speedwagon deserved better. The three are now a healthy polycule, but due to his past experiences, Speedwagon sometimes [[InsecureLoveInterest wonders if he really is worthy of Gifted and Shining's love]]. This also happens in one [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5080213636 alternate timeline]], albeit tens of thousands of years earlier due to being handicapped outcasts who had to [[LivingEmotionalCrutch rely on each other for support]].
* ThePowerOfTheSun: Unlike his canon counterpart, Speedwagon can use Ripples, which contain properties that closely mimic those of the Sun's, making it a potent weapon against various undead like Vampires. This led to him becoming a HunterOfMonsters in his youth. Speedwagon is also granted access to its healing properties, which includes slowed aging. Ascending to godhood strengthened the potency of his Ripples and halted his age completely.
* PromotedToLoveInterest: In canon, while [[AmbiguouslyGay implied to harbor romantic feelings for Jonathan Joestar]], Speedwagon was [[IWantMyBelovedToBeHappy ultimately content to remain Jonathan's friend]]. Here, he is [[{{Polyamory}} one of two people that Gifted Goldstar ultimately marries]], the other being Gifted's wife Shining Settlement.
* PsychicPowers: As a god of Mind, Speedwagon is capable of feats like telepathy, empathy, psychic telekinesis, teleportation, and clairvoyance. He specializes in clairalience, a [[TheNoseKnows smell-based form of clairvoyance]] that he had since colthood, and is one of the foremost users and experts on it in modern Equus. Following his EldritchTransformation, Speedwagon could penetrate interdimensional barriers beyond Equusian comprehension through scent alone. At the same time, his domain made him ImmuneToMindControl. Even in his mortal youth, Speedwagon had tremendous psychic potential as he became a [[TabletopGame/DungeonsAndDragons Soulknife]], a type of rogue that wields psychic blades that can damage souls and kill spiritual entities.
* PsychicTeleportation: As a god of Mind, Speedwagon has psychic teleportation as one of his abilities.
* PurpleIsPowerful: In his mortal youth, Speedwagon wore dark purple, Victorian-style three-piece suits. Presently, he is a gigantic, eldritch Alicorn god with enough power to become a PersonOfMassDestruction if he chose to -- which is helped by his status as a joint-adoptive son of two powerful, ancient deities. Even in his mortal youth, he was an experienced adventurer who was not only a psychic prodigy, but also a Stand and Ripple user who fought Dio Brando and lived.
* TheQuietOne: After becoming an eldritch god, Speedwagon became fairly quiet and reserved, which can make him appear cold despite genuinely not meaning to. That said, his sheer physical age and incomprehensible power make it clear that he is [[BewareTheQuietOnes not to be messed with]].
* QuirkyCurls: His entry describes him as having a long, curly golden-yellow mane and tail. He presently is an eldirtch Alicorn god with [[AngelicAbomination angelic traits]], so his curly hair highlights both his benevolence and the sheer incomprehensibility of his appearance and nature.
* RageAgainstTheMentor: After saving Zeppelin from death at the hooves of Tactless, Speedwagon calls out his mentor for trying to throw his life away according to prophecy.
--> '''Speedwagon:''' Look, I don't ''care'', ol' mane! I lost too many blokes in me life 'cause the fakkin' world said 'screw you' an’ made 'em brown bread! I ain't gonna lose 'nother friend early to some ''bloody prophecy!''
* RagsToRiches: After striking oil in Lonestar, Speedwagon went from a street thug living in one of the worst slums in Londoneighium, to the founding CEO of the legendary Speedwagon Foundation. However, a series of events would lead to him [[RagsToRoyalty becoming an Arch-Prince]] by present day. Ironically, he was also of [[BlueBlood noble birth]], but his family was reduced to {{Impoverished Patrician}}s by his generation.
* RagsToRoyalty: Speedwagon grew up as an ImpoverishedPatrician living in abject poverty in Ogre Street, which in part drove him to become a street thug and gang leader. Three Ages later, Speedwagon was crowned as an Arch-Prince following his EldritchTransformation. His adoption as one of Damiq Anu's sons makes him the equivalent of divine royalty on Equus, as the Grand Primevals are some of the oldest deities in existence.
* RazorFloss: Some of Speedwagon's deadliest weapons include strings and wires, which he uses to restrain, puppeteer, and slice his opponents. He can control them to a fine degree, even using telekinesis to do feats that otherwise aren't possible. He would go on to inspire Gorgeous Goldstar, who emulated much of his own attacks after him.
* RelatedDifferentlyInTheAdaptation: In canon, Speedwagon was the HonoraryUncle of Joseph Joestar (and by implication, Joseph's father, George Joestar II). Here, due to marrying Gifted Goldstar and his wife Shining Settlement, Speedwagon instead becomes both Gorgeous Goldstar's grandfather and Generous Goldstar II's stepfather by marriage.
* RelatedInTheAdaptation: In this setting, Speedwagon marries Gifted Goldstar and Shining Settlement, the expies of Jonathan Joestar and his wife, Erina Joestar (nee Pendleton). This makes him the grandfather and ancestor of every single Goldstar of succeeding generations by marriage, including [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureStardustCrusaders Gotaro Kujo]], [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureBattleTendency Gorgeous Goldstar]], and [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureGoldenWind Morning Glory Goldstar]].
* ReportsOfMyDeathWereGreatlyExaggerated: Speedwagon disappeared sometime after Kars' defeat, and because he was an old stallion by then, everyone assumed he died. In truth, he left to train for godhood under Luminiferous and Golden Scepter, and he comes back an Alicorn god after many years.
* RetiredBadass: By Gorgeous Goldstar's generation, Speedwagon was old enough to retire from active heroics, devoting much of his time running the Speedwagon Foundation. He can still fight, but as his fight with a [[FaceHeelTurn post-Stone Mask]] Straight Path showed, he isn't as young or spry as he used to be, and his Ripple powers weakened from years of disuse. Fortunately, Speedwagon lived long enough to Ascend to godhood, restoring his youth and vitality.
* RevengeIsNotJustice: Speedwagon was initially obsessed with avenging his gang after it was reduced to a few survivors by Dio's zombies. Thanks to Luminiferous and Golden Scepter, he realizes his anger was turning him into a stallion his mother would be ashamed of, and starts protecting people from Dio instead. By Gorgeous Goldstar's generation, Speedwagon has let go of his desire for revenge, and even tried to stop his daughter-in-law, Lisa-Lisa, from going on her own RoaringRampageOfRevenge. Sadly, Lisa-Lisa refused to listen and ended up paying for it ''dearly''.
--> '''[[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5077580631 Speedwagon]]:''' ''(to Lisa-Lisa)'' Do what ya will. Avenge 'im, if ye must. I ain't stoppin ya, love. We all adored [=GoGo=] 's much as you did. But know this - whatevah ye do, it'd ''better'' be worth it in the end.
* TheRunaway: An "Abused Runaway" example. As a colt, he ran away from home twice -- the first time, it was with his mother, who tried fleeing with him to [[MamaBear protect him from his abusive father]]. Unfortunately, their escape attempt was foiled when a passing noble refused to help them out of elitism, allowing his father to catch up and drag them back. The second time, he did it by himself after his mother died, except this time he focused on hiding from his father, stealing from others to survive. Then he was found by the Ogre St. Devils gang, and the rest was history.
* ScarsAreForever: He has [[CoveredWithScars multiple scars on his body]], which includes a large one running across his face like his canon counterpart. On the flipside, he himself was able to permanently scar Straight Path, a treacherous monk and former ally,
* ScrewDestiny: When he learned his mentor, Willful P. Zeppelin, was fated to die a gruesome death at the hooves of [[FallenHero Tactless]], he saved Zeppelin to prevent it. He then [[WhatTheHellHero called out Zeppelin]] for trying to become a martyr for him and his friends, not wanting to lose another person he cared about.
* ScrewTheRulesIHaveSupernaturalPowers: Defied. Following his EldritchTransformation, Speedwagon stepped down as CEO of the Speedwagon Foundation because he realized he could do anything with his powers -- including forcing people to be good, even if it'll prevent another Dio Brando from happening again. Since then, he let others take the reins, only checking on the Speedwagon Foundation periodically and covertly aiding its operations.
* {{Seers}}: As a god of Mind, one of Speedwagon's abilities is clairvoyance. As a god of Potential, he can predict someone's future potential and empower them with it, not unlike [[BigGood Luminiferous]].
* SevenHeavenlyVirtues: As a god of Virtue, he can use various powers that relate to the seven virtues, such as invisibility and perception alteration (humility), granting blessings and miracles (charity), indomitable endurance (diligence), and so on.
* SharpDressedMan: As a mortal, he always dressed up in suits; he wore dark purple, Victorian-style three-piece suits in his youth, and a black suit in his old age. This is later averted post-Ascension, when he started wearing divine platinum barding with gold designs instead.
* ShellShockedVeteran: While he's more badass in this setting, his ordeals in fighting Dio Brando and other supernatural threats left him deeply traumatized as a trade-off. Notably, he developed a GuiltComplex over his failure to prevent those close to him from dying, including Gifted Goldstar, despite it being possible for people to come BackFromTheDead. He also developed fear of becoming like Dio Brando after undergoing an EldritchTransformation while protecting innocents from a group of Abyssal Ones and their mortal cultists during the Third Age's "Abyssal War".
* ShutUpHannibal: As in canon, he completely shuts down Dio Brando's attempts to use his [[AbusiveParents abusive father]] as an excuse for his actions, pointing out he could smell Dio's evil and declaring that the latter "smells worse than bloody gut swish". This became the turning point where Dio decided to abandon his equinity and become a vampire.
--> '''Speedwagon:''' ''(about Dio)'' I lived in darkness since birth, mate, an' I met all kinds o' dodgy gits. So I can tell a bad Pony from a good one jus' by me sniffer... An' this guy STINKS! 'E stinks worse than bloody gut swish!
* SoulCuttingBlade: As a [[TabletopGame/DungeonsAndDragons Soulknife]]-type rogue, he can wield psychic blades that can damage or even obliterate souls. This also lets him kill spiritual entities. It's noted he cannot use this ability as often as Primeval Laws forbid the total destruction of souls (unless when someone is so irredeemably wicked that spiritual destruction is warranted).
* SparedByTheAdaptation: In canon, he died an old man at the age of 89, childless and single. Here, while he does have near-death experiences on a few occasions in his lifetime, he ultimately survives long enough to Ascend to godhood; everyone only ''thought'' he died an old stallion due to how he suddenly disappeared and went missing for many years. Being a [[KiManipulation Ripple user]] in this setting certainly helped.
* {{Synchronization}}: As in ''[=JoJo=]'' canon, one of his weaknesses as a Stand user is this. Since his Stand, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, is essentially a psychic projection of his own soul, any damage inflicted upon it transfers onto him.
* TheTeamBenefactor: Speedwagon became this in his old age to Gorgeous Goldstar and his team, providing aid and resources through the Speedwagon Foundation. While he can still fight, his battle with a [[FaceHeelTurn vampirized]] Straight Path made it clear that he was far past his prime.
* {{Telepathy}}: One of his PsychicPowers is telepathy, which became part of his Mind domain when he Ascended.
* TokenEvilTeammate: While it would be a stretch to call him "evil", Speedwagon was a street thug and gang leader prior to meeting Gifted Goldstar, and his ruthless mindset carried over into his actions as an adventurer despite pulling a HeelFaceTurn. This ends up being deconstructed; his methods rankled his more fettered and altruistic teammates, to the point of frequently arguing over how to do things. Feeling marginalized by his own teammates, Speedwagon tried proving himself by fighting alone and nearly died doing so. He does have a JerkassRealization, but his teammates realized how their own self-righteousness worsened the situation, prompting a mutual apology.
* TookALevelInBadass: He went from an abused colt trying to escape his abusive father, to a ruthless, cunning, and scrappy street thug who led one of the most powerful gangs in the Isle of Pony before Dio Brando's zombies decimated them. By that point, he had sided with Gifted Goldstar, and he ended up becoming a powerful rogue with PsychicPowers, a [[FightingSpirit Stand]], and [[KiManipulation Ripples]]. By Gotaro Kujo's generation, he became the founding CEO of the Speedwagon Foundation and managed to Ascend as the Alicorn god of Virtue, Mind, Leadership, and Potential. The Third Age's "Abyssal War" was when he turned into an eldritch god -- he was evacuating civilians when he was ambushed by a group of Abyssal Ones and their mortal cultists. Miraculously, he came out of it alive, yet irrevocably changed with sheer, incomprehensible power in his hooves.
* TookALevelInCynicism: While still possessing a degree of empathy back then, his abusive colthood turned him into a cynical and bitter street thug who was often judgmental of others thanks to his [[TheNoseKnows clairalient abilities]]. He also greatly distrusted aristocrats for the role they played in his mother's death. [[TookALevelInKindness This starts changing]] once he meets [[PositiveFriendInfluence Gifted Goldstar]].
* TraumaticSuperpowerAwakening: As a young colt, he underwent a TraumaCongaLine that included resorting to thievery after running away from home to hide from his abusive father. His harsh life as a small-time crook awoke his [[TheNoseKnows clairalient abilities]], allowing him to, among other things, psychically discern people's morality by smell.
* UnclePennybags: As in canon, he became an extremely wealthy stallion after striking oil in Lonestar. He also helped the widowed Shining Settlement raise Generous Goldstar II and, later, Gorgeous Goldstar following both Generous II's tragic death and Elizabeth Goldstar's [[MissingMom disappearance]].
* WalkingTheEarth: Post-Abyssal War, he frequently travels the world to see what creations and wonders sprung up over the Ages.
* WarriorPrince: He is presently an Arch-Prince, having been crowned as one following his eldritch transformation and his move to the Grittish Isles. He is also an extremely powerful eldritch god who happens to be both a [[FightingSpirit Stand]] and [[KiManipulation Ripple]] user, and was an adventuring rogue in his mortal youth.
* WeakButSkilled: One of his weaknesses is that he was the weakest Ripple user compared to Gifted Goldstar and Shining Settlement, and he compensated for this in sheer skill and utility. However, this was eventually solved by his Ascension, and his EldritchTransformation all but ensured that his Ripples far surpassed all others in terms of raw power.
* WeaponizedHeadgear: Like in canon, one of his most iconic weapons is his bowler hat. It was outfitted with retractable hidden blades, and he can throw his bowler hat like a boomerang that can slice his enemies.
* WhatHaveIBecome: After the "Abyssal War", he was so horrified by [[AngelicAbomination what he became]] thanks to the Abyssal Ones that he retreated from the world, seeing himself as a monster on par with Dio Brando. While various deities and heroes managed to coax him into coming back, his present eldritch status still gives him issues, as he became fairly quiet and reclusive. He even started wondering if he [[InsecureLoveInterest really deserved]] to be Gifted Goldstar and Shining Settlement's [[{{Polyamory}} joint-husband]].
* WhatTheHellHero: Played for drama. His cynicism and more unscrupulous methods in saving the day got him butting heads with his more idealistic, fettered teammates, who often complained about him doing things they considered to be unlawful. He eventually starts feeling so marginalized that he attempts to prove himself by [[IWorkAlone fighting Dio's forces alone]], which only leaves him near death. This leads to a collective JerkassRealization as both sides realize how badly they were treating each other -- while he realizes his own flaws and works on being a better stallion, his teammates understand that his methods are indeed necessary in stopping Dio and stop acting self-righteously towards him.
* {{Workaholic}}: Part of his ChronicHeroSyndrome is that he frequently pushes himself to keep working, hoping that more lives would be saved through his efforts.

Hamona, born Elizabeth Goldstar (first introduced [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/891883225/4949864321 here]]), is the Alicorn goddess of Magic and Mentorship, and the mother of Prince Gunurram.
----
* TheArchmage: She is an extremely powerful user of Ripples, an exotic form of [[ThePowerOfTheSun Solar magic]], and is regarded as the undisputed modern master of it.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure Lisa-Lisa]], the biological mother of Joseph Joestar and a skilled master of [[ThePowerOfTheSun Ripple magic]].
* TheMagnificent: Known as "the Queen of Ripples".
* MeaningfulName: Her Alicorn name refers to "Hamon", the Japanese name of Ripple, a magical energy in ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventure'' that contains properties similar to the Sun.
* OlderThanTheyLook: As in canon, her use of [[ThePowerOfTheSun Ripple magic]] slowed her aging to the point where she [[SupernaturallyYoungParent remained beautiful]] even after entering middle age. This led to an unaware Gorgeous [[ThePeepingTom peeping on her while she was bathing]]... until he discovered [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5076014181 who she truly was]].
* ThePowerOfTheSun: She's the undisputed modern master of Ripple magic, which is explained here as an exotic form of Solar magic. When she Ascended to godhood, she came to embody Magic, which included Ripples.
* RevengeBeforeReason: She tried to avenge the death of her husband, Generous Goldstar II without coming up with a solid plan, and stubbornly refused to listen to Speedwagon when he tried talking her down. She not only gets branded a traitor for her actions, but also was forced to become a fugitive for many years, missing out on raising her son Gorgeous.
* SupernaturallyYoungParent: She was Gorgeous Goldstar's missing biological mother, but despite being a middle-aged mage, she looks much younger and more beautiful due to constant use of Ripple magic.
* ViolentlyProtectiveGirlfriend: Deconstructed. As in canon, once she learned her husband, Generous Goldstar II, was murdered by one of Dio's zombie minions, she desired to avenge Generous II. Speedwagon tried talking her down, pointing out she was essentially abandoning her then-infant son Gorgeous, but she refused to listen and went off anyway. She ends up regretting it dearly, as while she successfully avenged her husband's death, circumstances occurred in such a way that she was branded a national traitor and went on the run as a fugitive for many years.

----
* {{Expy}}: Of Holy Kujo (nee Joestar), Jotaro Kujo's mother, from ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureStardustCrusaders''.
* FaintInShock: Her response to Gotaro (nervously) [[SiblingsWanted asking for a younger sister]] was to [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5076188968 faint in complete shock]], worrying her son. Fortunately, she was fine.
* MamaDidntRaiseNoCriminal: Whether she knew of Gotaro Kujo's delinquency or not, she was rather upset to hear of her son's arrest and called over her father, Gorgeous, to bust him out. It turns out to be subverted as the real reason Gotaro was arrested is because he [[CapturedOnPurpose let it happen]]; he grew afraid of the "evil spirit" inside him (actually his Stand, Star Platinum), and wanted to protect everyone from a power he couldn't control.
* MoralityPet: Both she and her husband Righteous Worker served as this for Gotaro Kujo, providing him with unending love, patience, and care despite his autism and delinquency. Gotaro would later admit he would've been worse off if his parents hadn't treated him so well. When she fell deathly ill thanks to Godly Brand, Gotaro risked life and limb traveling to Neighgypt and fighting Godly Brand just to save his mother.
* RelatedDifferentlyInTheAdaptation: In the Creator/{{CLAMP}} doujinshi ''[=JoJo=]'s Bizarre Married Life'', she is Jota Kujo's grandmother due to Jota being the biological son of her son, Jotaro Kujo, and Noriaki Kakyoin. Here, she is Gota Kujo's biological mother instead.

* AdaptationalBadass: He was a karate champion in his youth and taught Gotaro Kujo how to fight, a skill that Sadao Kujo did not have.
* AdaptationNameChange: His canon name, Sadao Kujo, is changed here to Righteous Worker.

* PapaWolf: He didn't like how Gotaro was constantly bullied for being autistic, with the schools [[AdultsAreUseless refusing to do anything about it]], so he taught his son karate to give him a means to defend himself. Unfortunately, this led to Gotaro becoming a violent delinquent and BullyHunter who used his karate skills to beat people up.

\
Sacred Peace Zeppelin-Goldstar (his entry [[https://www.deviantart.com/brutalityinc/art/Codex-Equus-Goldstar-Family-and-Allies-974573079 here]]) is the Alicorn god of Space, Destruction, Suffering, and Endings, and is the husband of Gosuke Goldstar.
----
* AbstractApotheosis: After dying to protect Iggy from Stray Cat, Sacred Peace meets the Grand Primevals and turns down a chance to reunite with his dead mother in favor of helping his friends defeat [[SerialKiller Fortunate Shadow]]. As a reward, the Grand Primevals bring Sacred Peace back to life as an Alicorn demigod of Space, Destruction, Suffering, and Endings. He would Ascend to true godhood once all his friends Ascended as well.
* AchievementsInIgnorance: By virtue of being blind, Sacred Peace ends up being [[NoSell completely immune]] to [[GroundhogDayLoop Bites the Dust]]'s effects. Once he discovers this, however, he puts it to good use by helping Quick Stream trick Fortunate Shadow into publicly revealing himself, setting up the circumstances that ended Bites the Dust's loops and led to Fortunate Shadow's downfall.
* AdaptationalAngstUpgrade: Okuyasu's DarkAndTroubledPast is given much more focus, especially its psychological impact on him. Years of abuse from his [[BigBrotherBully older brother]] and [[AbusiveParents father]] left Sacred Peace aloof, solitary, and submissive, and he developed a GuiltComplex over his actions as Blessed Wealth's accomplice once the ramifications hit him. He also gained PTSD from his fights with enemy Stand users, including Vanilla Ice (who blinded him and nearly turned him into his host body) and Fortunate Shadow (who temporarily killed him with Stray Cat's air bombs). Sacred Peace also admitted to having panic attacks over everything after his blinding being a DyingDream he had while stuck in captivity.
* AdaptationalBackstoryChange: Downplayed. Sacred Peace's backstory is more or less the same as Okuyasu's, save for a few changes -- his father was turned into a Vampire instead of being given a flesh bud that mutated him into a hideous monster. His older brother never intended to give him a Stand, but included him anyway after he was accidentally pricked by the Stand Arrow, gaining The Hand. Sacred Peace also befriended Gosuke and Dutiful River beforehand, which explained how Josuke and Koichi stumbled upon Okuyasu's house in canon -- Sacred Peace was experiencing a HeelRealization over helping his brother and his strange behavior was making his friends suspicious enough to investigate him.
* AdaptationalExplanation: How Okuyasu got The Hand in canon is explained here: [[AdaptationNameChange Sacred Peace]] was accidentally pricked with the Stand Arrow, leaving his older brother, Blessed Wealth, no choice but to include him in his plan to MercyKill their vampirized father. However, was also given the role of luring people into Blessed Wealth's shooting range and protecting their house from intruders.
* AdaptationalHeroism: While still complicit in his older brother's plans and actions regarding the Stand Arrow, Sacred Peace had his HeelRealization much earlier thanks to befriending Gosuke and Dutiful River way before their canon fight in the "Nijimura Brothers" arc.
* AdaptationalIntelligence: Sacred Peace is a far cry from his canon counterpart. Whereas Okuyasu is an IdiotHero who acted impulsively and relied on others to think for him, Sacred Peace is much smarter thanks to Speedwagon taking him in as his ward. He's also more understanding of the nature of his powers, including his [[PowerOfTheVoid Stand]], whereas Okuyasu's main method of attack is "[[DumbMuscle Swipe and punch]]". As an architect, he's knowledgeable in construction and architectural design, which Okuyasu does not have.
* AdaptationalNiceGuy: Okuyasu is a HotBlooded IdiotHero who can be crass and impulsive, but is ultimately a nice guy who is loyal to his friends. [[AdaptationNameChange Sacred Peace]] is much nicer and more empathetic, notably sympathizing with disabled creatures after being blinded by Vanilla Ice as a teenager. He's also fond of kids and is a HumbleHero who doesn't brag about his achievements. When he first fought Gosuke and Dutiful River, Sacred Peace was reluctant to do it because he didn't want to hurt his friends, whereas in canon, Okuyasu was very callous to Josuke and Koichi and [[BloodKnight eager to fight them]].
* AdaptationalSeriousness: Okuyasu Nijimura was a HotBlooded yet goofy IdiotHero who's [[ButtMonkey usually the first victim of an enemy Stand user]], and is [[HeroicSelfDeprecation well aware of how dumb he is]]. Sacred Peace by contrast is much [[AdaptationalIntelligence smarter]], yet also shyer and more socially awkward to the point of appearing aloof due to being abused by his father and older brother growing up. He does get better thanks to Gosuke and Dutiful River, but he's still reserved at times.
* AdaptationalSexuality: In canon, Okuyasu was only attracted to girls, crushing on [[CuteGhostGirl Reimi Sugimoto]] and finding Josuke and Shigechi's mothers [[StacysMom attractive]]. Here, he's gay and HappilyMarried to [[AdaptationNameChange Gosuke]].
* AdaptationalSkill: Sacred Peace is a certified architect in this universe, working for the Speedwagon Foundation in making buildings more accessible for disabled people. This was based on a passing comment Okuyasu makes about liking Italian architecture and design in the "Let's Go Eat Some Italian Food" arc.
* AdaptationalUpbringingChange: While still raised by his abusive father and older brother for much of his early years like in canon, Sacred Peace ends up becoming the ward of Radiant E. O. Speedwagon, who is alive and had Ascended to godhood by then. This made Sacred Peace more empathetic, smarter, and independent, a complete contrast to his [[IdiotHero canon counterpart]].
* AdaptationalWimp: In canon, [[PowerOfTheVoid The Hand]] can erase ''anything'', including abstract concepts like space. The implication is that it can erase even immortals like Dio Brando or Kars. Here, The Hand can't kill people, which Sacred Peace admits is a self-imposed restriction on his part -- likely due to The Hand's sheer power the Stand possessed and his discomfort with killing.
* AdaptationNameChange: [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureDiamondIsUnbreakable Okuyasu Nijimura]] is changed to Sacred Peace Goldstar here. A [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5118949548 Codex drabble]] reveals that with his marriage to Gosuke Goldstar, his full name is now Sacred Peace Zeppelin-Goldstar (Zeppelin being his mother's surname before she dropped it upon marrying his father to protect her sons from discrimination).
* AdaptationPersonalityChange: Unlike Okuyasu, Sacred Peace is much shyer and more reserved due to his abusive upbringing. He does become friendlier, cheerful, and empathetic thanks to Speedwagon and his friends, which is closer to his canon personality, and after being blinded, he developed the desire to alleviate people's suffering. Sacred Peace is also much smarter and has a bigger grasp on his powers; notably, he helped defeat multiple villainous Stand users, whereas Okuyasu was usually the first to fall victim to a villain's Stand and only managed to defeat a few, including the BigBad of ''Diamond is Unbreakable''.
* AdaptationRelationshipOverhaul:
** In canon, Okuyasu didn't befriend Josuke and Koichi until after he was [[DefeatMeansFriendship defeated]] and his older brother, [[BigBrotherBully Keicho]], was killed by [[ShockAndAwe Red Hot Chili Pepper]]. Here, Sacred Peace befriended Gosuke and Dutiful River sometime before their canon fight, making his eventual HeelFaceTurn much more solid. Sacred Peace and Gosuke's friendship gradually evolved into love and they got married as adults.
** While they barely interacted in canon, Okuyasu was attracted to Reimi and wished he was born in her time so he could hook up with her, but nonetheless helped track down her killer. Here, Sacred Peace and Graceful Cedar are good friends, bonding over being fellow dog owners. Sacred Peace notably plays a huge role in not only exposing the identity of Graceful's killer, but also helping her recover her memories regarding her violent death.
** Sacred Peace is also on much better terms with Young Fruit (Shigekiyo Yanku) and Quick Stream (Hayato Kawajiri). Because Sacred Peace saved him from being blown up, Young Fruit witnesses crucial evidence that pointed to the identity of Killer Queen's user, Fortunate Shadow. Saced Peace's friendship with Quick Stream influenced the initially sullen, apathetic colt to become kinder and braver, playing an important role in Fortunate Shadow's downfall like in canon. It also made Sacred Peace's desire to see Fortunate Shadow stopped a little more personal when the latter murdered Quick Stream for ratting him out.
** Sacred Peace's relationship with his older brother, Blessed Wealth, is much rockier compared to canon. Whereas Okuyasu struggled to step out of his brother's shadow, Sacred Peace betrayed Blessed Wealth once he learns the full scope of the harm his brother caused, and helped Gosuke defeat him. He did try to redeem Blessed Wealth later on, but when he proved too stubborn to listen, Sacred Peace decided to cut him out of his life so he could get rid of his brother's toxic influence on him.
* AdaptationSpeciesChange: [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureDiamondIsUnbreakable Okuyasu Nijimura]] is a human in canon. Here, he's an Earth Pony who Ascended and became an Alicorn upon being [[BackFromTheDead revived]] by the Grand Primevals.
* AllYourPowersCombined: After Ascending, Sacred Peace gains the combined magic of all existing mortal Pony tribes.
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: He's an Alicorn god who embodies Space, Destruction, Suffering, and Endings.
* AnArmAndALeg: Due to [[PowerOfTheVoid The Hand]]'s inability to kill people being [[WillfullyWeak self-imposed]], Sacred Peace ends up doing this to his foes instead. He ensures the downfall of Fortunate Shadow and later [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5116474756 Godly Brand]] because their Stands relied entirely on their front hooves -- once The Hand destroys their front hooves, their Stands no longer worked.
* AstonishinglyAppropriateAppearance: His Cutie Mark is a swirling void, which is fitting for someone who not only embodies Space, but also has the power to destroy things.
* TheAtoner: Deconstructed. Once he learns Blessed Wealth had killed a lot of people, directly or indirectly, Sacred Peace betrays his older brother and helps Gosuke defeat him. Since then, Sacred Peace did everything he could to make up for his actions, even fighting the very Stand users Blessed Wealth created, even though everyone acknowledges he was just a victim manipulated into doing bad things. Unfortunately, his guilt grows until he develops a GuiltComplex, which influenced many of his decisions and culminated in him accidentally letting Judging Shadow escape. Gosuke eventually calls Sacred Peace out on his constant self-pitying, pointing out he's only hurting himself by clinging to his past mistakes. Sacred Peace finally lets the past go after talking with Speedwagon, who also struggled with his own guilt.
* BadPowersGoodPeople: Sacred Peace not only has a Stand that could [[PowerOfTheVoid destroy anything he wished]], but also is a god of Destruction, Suffering, and Endings. However, he's an agent of [[DestroyerDeity Naqaru]] whose job is to destroy what needed to be destroyed, such as overgrown forests and corrupt realms. He also desires to alleviate people's suffering, and it's noted his domain of Endings lets him do things like stopping deadly diseases, break destructive time loops, and make deaths final for either the wicked or [[MercyKill those who are in great suffering but can't die via conventional means]].
* BashBrothers: Like in canon, he and Gosuke were this, as they frequently fought evil Stand users together. They eventually evolved into a BattleCouple once they fell in love, and they became a GodCouple once Gosuke Ascended (Sacred Peace had Ascended beforehand when he died to Killer Queen's air bombs and then came BackFromTheDead shortly after).
* BattleCry: Unlike in canon, Sacred Peace has one: [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5119145563 "KESU KESU KESU KESU KESU KESU KESU!"]] (Japanese for "erase" or "destroy").
* BewareTheNiceOnes: Sacred Peace is a very kind stallion who desires to alleviate people's suffering, and pursued architecture as a career path because he wanted to disabled creatures' lives easier. As a god of Destruction, he believes part of destroying things involves letting them go. However, he also embodies ''Suffering'', which lets him inflict various kinds of suffering upon others, and is the wielder of The Hand, which can erase anything; while it can't kill people outright, The Hand can still inflict [[AnArmAndALeg amputation]] or alter the environment. While not as bad as Gosuke's, Sacred Peace still has anger issues and can fly into a rage when provoked
* BewareTheQuietOnes: Due to an abusive foalhood leaving him with NoSocialSkills, Sacred Peace is much shyer, socially awkward, and reserved, and he retains these traits to a degree after pulling a HeelFaceTurn. However, he's the oldest of his friends by divine standards, having Ascended first, which makes him the strongest of the Warriors of Mareioh. He's also a powerful god of Space and Destruction, and possesses a Stand that can erase anything he wished to; the only reason why The Hand doesn't outright kill people is because he chose not to kill with his Stand. And while not as bad as Gosuke, he can also fly into a rage when sufficiently provoked.
* BigDamnHeroes: Like in canon, being revived by the Grand Primevals as an Alicorn [[SemiDivine demigod]] allowed Sacred Peace to save his friends in their DarkestHour. First, he used The Hand to erase [[BlowYouAway Stray Cat]]'s air bombs and capture its wielder, [[{{Planimal}} Tama]]. Then when Fortunate Shadow reveals his last Stand ability, [[SuicideAttack Under Pressure]], in a desperate attempt to kill the Warriors of Mareioh, but then Sacred Peace [[AnArmAndALeg slices off his hooves]], depowering him. This in part gives Gotaro Kujo the opening to kill Fortunate Shadow using Star Platinum.
* BlindPeopleWearSunglasses: After Vanilla Ice blinded him, Sacred Peace took to wearing sunglasses. They hide his closed eyes and the scars he got when he was blinded.
* BlueIsHeroic: His primary color is dark blue as shown in his clothes, and he's one of the founding members of the Warriors of Mareioh who helped protect the group's namesake town from evil Stand users. After Ascending, he became an agent of the [[BigGood Grand Primevals]] -- specifically Naqaru, the [[DestroyerDeity Destruction Primeval]].
* BookDumb: Justified; as in canon, living in HorribleHousing with only his older brother raising him led to Sacred Peace having a stunted education, diminishing his intelligence. His plan of enrolling in Grape Hill High School to help his brother look for potential Stand users backfired because of this, and he fell into delinquency. Fortunately, this is resolved once Sacred Peace becomes the ward of Radiant E. O. Speedwagon here, making him far smarter than his canon counterpart.
* ButNotTooForeign: Like Gosuke, he turns out to be of mixed nationality, though in his case he's a quarter Bitalian through his mother (who is half-Bitalian, half-Neighponese), and three-fourths Neighponese through his father, a full-blooded Neighponese citizen.
* CainAndAbel: He's the Abel to Blessed Wealth's Cain. While initially his older brother's accomplice in his plan to kill their vampirized father, Sacred Peace slowly had a HeelRealization through his friendships with Gosuke and Dutiful River, which led to a full-blown MyGodWhatHaveIDone moment after learning the full scope of the harm his brother's actions caused. With encouragement, he betrayed Blessed Wealth and fought him together with Gosuke, weakening his older brother enough for him to be subdued by the Stardust Crusaders. Sacred Peace does try to redeem Blessed Wealth, but after enduring verbal abuse and having his efforts rejected at every turn, he eventually cuts ties with him to get rid of his older brother's toxic influence.
* CommonalityConnection: He befriended Graceful Cedar over being fellow dog owners (Sacred Peace had Iggy, Graceful Cedar had Dover), much to Vanishing Beach's dislike and Gosuke's envy.
* CoveredInScars: He is covered with numerous scars, including burns from Killer Queen’s bombs, slash marks on his eyes where Vanilla blinded him, and two lines crossing his face to resemble an 'X'.
* CrossoverRelatives:
** After his older brother was defeated and placed in the Speedwagon Foundation's custody, Sacred Peace became the ward of [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood Radiant E. O. Speedwagon]], making him Speedwagon's adoptive son in all but name. Years later, Sacred Peace married his friend, Gosuke Goldstar, making him the son-in-law of [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureBattleTendency Gorgeous Goldstar]], the brother-in-law of Gosuke's older sister [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureStardustCrusaders Holy Goldstar]], and the uncle-in-law of all their descendants, biological or adoptive. This didn't happen to their canon counterparts.
** A [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5118949548 Codex drabble]] reveals that Sacred Peace and his older brother, Blessed Wealth, are members of the Zeppelin Family through their mother, Gentle Presence Zeppelin, who is the daughter of one of [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureBattleTendency Caesar A. Zeppelin]]'s younger sisters. This makes both Sacred Peace and Blessed Wealth are Caesar's maternal grandnephews, which also makes them great-grandsons of [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood Baron Willful P. Zeppelin]], Caesar's paternal grandfather. By contrast, their canon counterparts weren't related to each other at all.
* CustomUniform: Similarly to Gosuke, Sacred Peace wears a custom-made ''Gakuran'' school uniform; in his case, with a double-breasted jacket decorated with money and number symbols (including the word "Billion"), wide-legged pants, and two belts.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: Sacred Peace grew up during an economically unstable period in Neighpon, lost his mother to illness at a young age, and then dealt with his father becoming an abusive monster and, later, a vampiric minion of Godly Brand. Said father becoming a bloodthirsty monster over time provokes Sacred Peace's older brother, Blessed Wealth, into becoming obsessed with creating a Stand user who can MercyKill his father, which unfortunately turned him into an abusive BigBrotherBully. When Sacred Peace manifested his Stand, The Hand, he worked as Blessed Wealth's accomplice, not knowing the ramifications of his brother's actions until the Stardust Crusaders explained to him how Stand Arrows actually worked, driving Sacred Peace to [[HeelFaceTurn betray Blessed Wealth]]. While he became Speedwagon's ward afterward, Sacred Peace's abusive upbringing left him with [[FreudianExcuse a lot of issues]] he had to overcome.
* DeathByAdaptation: Like in canon, Sacred Peace is grievously wounded by Killer Queen/Stray Cat's air bombs, though here he died for real while protecting his guide dog, Iggy. Fortunately, his death was temporary, as the Grand Primevals bring Sacred Peace back to life as an Alicorn demigod after he chooses to help his friends instead of reuniting with his dead mother in Neighpon's Heaven-Realms.
* DelinquentHair: In his youth, Sacred Peace had a pompadour like his canon counterpart. But after he was blinded by Vanilla Ice, he wore a ponytail instead.
* DestroyerDeity: After Ascending, one of the domains Sacred Peace got was Destruction. This not only gave him powerful destructive magics on top of his Stand's ability to erase things, but also lets him negate healing factors, empower himself through acts of destruction, and sense what needs to be destroyed. He can also combine his power with his domain of Space to cut through the fabric of space-time, allowing him to make portals and banish foes, among other things. Being an agent of Naqaru, the Destruction Primeval, Sacred Peace's duty involved destroying things like overgrown forests and realms that have become stagnant and corrupt.
* {{Determinator}}: Sometime after his fight with [[{{Yandere}} Beautiful Child]], Sacred Peace was kidnapped by a vampirized Shining Rock and brought to Vanilla Ice. Vanilla Ice blinds and keeps him imprisoned in an abandoned factory, both to weaken him and keep him from escaping as he intended to possess Sacred Peace's body to replace his original one. Despite this, Sacred Peace absolutely refused to give up, and through sheer force of will, he secretly taught himself spatial perception as a way to compensate for his blindness. This proves to be instrumental in his fight against Vanilla Ice once he's rescued, as having spatial perception allowed Sacred Peace to easily counter the Vampire's Stand, Cream, which due to its [[PowerOfTheVoid nature]] can turn invisble.
* DidYouJustPunchOutCthulhu: Sacred Peace helped kill two vampires to protect Mareioh -- one is Vanilla Ice, an old enemy of the Stardust Crusaders who survived a previous fight with them at the cost of his own body. The other is Flourishing Harvest, [[{{Patricide}} Sacred Peace's own father]].
* DisabledDeity: Sacred Peace is presently an Alicorn god who embodies Space, Destruction, Suffering, and Endings. He was also blinded by Vanilla Ice as a mortal teenager, and it stuck thanks to Vanilla Ice exploiting Crazy Diamond's weaknesses and Sacred Peace having since come to terms with it by the time he Ascended. He relies on his spatial perception, his friends, and his guide dog Iggy to get around.
* DisabledInTheAdaptation: Sacred Peace is not only blind thanks to Vanilla Ice, but also suffers from PTSD from both his abusive upbringing and fighting evil Stand users -- including dying briefly to Killer Queen's air bombs. He also has a huge GuiltComplex believing that he is guilty of his older brother's crimes by proxy, since Blessed Wealth's misuse of the Stand Arrow caused multiple deaths and Sacred Peace helped him find targets to shoot at. He even [[ItsAllMyFault blamed himself]] for Gosuke's grandfather's murder at the hooves of a SerialKiller Blessed Wealth had empowered. All these weren't present with Okuyasu Nijimura in ''[[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureDiamondIsUnbreakable Diamond is Unbreakable]]''.
* DivineDate: Initially his relationship with Gosuke was this once they got together, as he had become an Alicorn demigod while Gosuke was still mortal at the time. Once Gosuke also Ascended, their relationship turned into EternalLove.
* DoesNotLikeSpam: As in canon, Sacred Peace doesn't like spicy foods. The only exception to this is the dishes made by SupremeChef Priceless Taste, where the spiciness actually serves a role in [[MedicinalCuisine healing physical ailments]].
* DumbassNoMore: Like his canon counterpart, Sacred Peace starts off being BookDumb due to his abysmal family situation preventing him from having a good education. He was also a very poor fighter thanks to his inexperience with [[PowerOfTheVoid The Hand]]. Fortunately, it's amended early here when Speedwagon takes him in as his ward, resolving years of academic neglect. He continues to get smarter from there, notably teaching himself how to use spatial perception after being blinded by Vanilla Ice through sheer force of will, and learning how to use The Hand more effectively.
* DyingDream: He admits to having [[FreakOut panic attacks]] over the thought of never truly escaping captivity and everything after it being a dream he had in his last moments, especially since Vanilla Ice was the last thing he saw.
* EternalLove: Originally, Sacred Peace's relationship with Gosuke consisted of a mortal Pony dating and later marrying an Alicorn [[SemiDivine demigod]]. This changed when Gosuke Ascended, too, with their marriage staying strong well into the Fourth Age.
* {{Expy}}: Of Okuyasu Nijimura from ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureDiamondIsUnbreakable''. Like Okuyasu, Sacred Peace is the wielder of an incredibly powerful, grew up with abusive family members (with his father becoming a minion of Dio Brando/Godly Brand), and for a time served as his older brother's accomplice in his plans to MercyKill their transformed father. However, thanks to factors like [[SparedByTheAdaptation Speedwagon being alive]] and making friends way earlier than canon, Sacred Peace becomes far more intelligent and powerful than his canon counterpart, fighting many villainous Stand users on more even grounds. He even Ascended to godhood after coming BackFromTheDead.
* EyeScream: After he was kidnapped by a vampirized Shining Rock, Sacred Peace was blinded by Vanilla Ice to weaken him and keep him from escaping until it was time for him to become a host body for the Vampire. This ends up backfiring as Sacred Peace learned spatial perception through sheer force of will, allowing him to fight and kill Vanilla Ice with Gosuke's help after he was rescued.
* FaintInShock: He fainted in shock over the discovery that both he and his older brother, Blessed Wealth, are [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5118949548 Zeppelins by blood through their deceased mother, Gentle Presence Zeppelin]], making them maternal grandnephews of Gorgeous Goldstar's friend Caesar A. Zeppelin.
* FamilyThemeNaming: Sacred Peace's name is similar to that to his mother's, Gentle Presence, both indicating a kind character. Meanwhile, his father and older brother are named after prosperity and wealth, such as Flourishing Harvest and Blessed Wealth.
* FantasticRacism: In his guilt and anger over being unable to prevent the end of the Third Age, Sacred Peace started blaming the Oceanaiads who pulled off the suicidal gambit that destroyed the Third Age as much as he blamed himself. Fortunately, his husband and friends helped him recover from his trauma.
* FoolishSiblingResponsibleSibling: Zigzagged. Sacred Peace was initially the "Foolish" to Blessed Wealth's "Responsible"; he didn't know how to use his powers well, and he relied on Blessed Wealth to look after him since their mother is dead and their father had become a bloodthirsty vampire that had to be chained up. However, it soon becomes clear that Sacred Peace has better moral fibre compared to his older brother, and while he did help Blessed Wealth in his plans, he didn't cause multiple deaths with the Stand Arrow in a poorly thought-out attempt to MercyKill their father. After pulling a HeelFaceTurn and ending up in the care of Speedwagon, Sacred Peace learns to break the cycle, eventually cutting Blessed Wealth out of his life when the latter proves too toxic and stubborn to be redeemed.
* FreakOut: He admits to having panic attacks over the thought of never truly escaping captivity and everything after it being a DyingDream, especially since Vanilla Ice was the last thing he saw. During the "Dark Ages Crisis", he would [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5119145563 have a big panic attack]] from the sheer stress of learning of both Gosuke's kidnapping and Vanilla Ice's resurrection, which his friends helped him recover from.
* FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse: After Gosuke calls him out on his GuiltComplex, Sacred Peace realizes that his friend was right: He was hurting himself by beating himself up for not only his own mistakes, but also mistakes made by others. Talking it out with Speedwagon helped him let it go.
* FriendToAllChildren: Sacred Peace is very fond of kids; two of his friends, Young Fruit and Quick Stream, are both young colts. His actions in protecting both from Fortunate Shadow end up turning him into a major SpannerInTheWorks for the SerialKiller.
* GodCouple: He and Gosuke are presently ancient Alicorn gods, but they're also HappilyMarried and form a BattleCouple when fighting.
* GodIsGood: Despite having "evil" domains like Destruction, Suffering, and Endings, Sacred Peace is a kind and empathetic god who desires to ''alleviate'' people's suffering or get rid of it altogether. He also uses his domains to promote positive destruction, like getting rid of old buildings and stagnant overgrowth to make way for new life.
* GoodCounterpart: To Vanilla Ice. Both were subservient to blond-haired Stand users who manipulated them into following their plans, and wielded powerful Stands that could [[PowerOfTheVoid erase anything in their paths]]. However, whereas Vanilla Ice was slavishly loyal to Dio Brando/Godly Brand to the point of being unable to think for himself, Sacred Peace was far more empathetic and moral, and later broke free of his brother's toxic influence thanks to his friends' positive influence. Sacred Peace's Stand, The Hand, is essentially Vanilla Ice's Stand, Cream, without its glaring weaknesses, and being rendered blind by Vanilla Ice only made him more skilled in using The Hand. Vanilla Ice's UndyingLoyalty to Godly Brand ultimately led to him dying at Sacred Peace's hooves twice -- first in the Second Age, then in the Fourth Age after he was [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5119145563 revived]] as a [[OurVampiresAreDifferent Pillar Pony]].
* GoodIsNotSoft: Sacred Peace is a kind, empathetic god who desires to help ease people's suffering. However, not only does he embody "evil" domains like Destruction, Suffering, and Endings, he also possesses The Hand, an extremely powerful Stand that can erase ''anything'' it touches or swipes at. He may not use it to kill people (and in fact [[WillfullyWeak made The Hand literally unable to do so]]), but he won't hesitate to dismember his foes -- Fortunate Shadow and Vanilla Ice learned this the hard way.
* GoodWingsEvilWings: A "Multicolored Wings" example. After Ascending to true godhood, he gained a magical wing gradient going from brown to black, which is an eldritch trait all Alicorns develop as they get "[[StrongerWithAge older]]".
* GravityMaster: As a god of Space, Sacred Peace can control gravity, even affecting time directly by either burning through it or slowing it down further just by changing locla gravity.
* GrewASpine: Like in canon, Sacred Peace was reliant on his older brother, Blessed Wealth, to take care of him as their mother had died, while their father had become a vampire maddened by bloodthirst and had to be chained up. This made him reluctant to fight Blessed Wealth when he started attacking his friends, Gosuke and Dutiful River. After learning the full scope of what his brother had done and receiving encouragement from the Stardust Crusaders, Sacred Peace finally confronted Blessed Wealth and helped Gosuke defeat him. He does try to redeem Blessed Wealth after the latter is put in the Speedwagon Foundation's custody, but later cuts ties with his brother when Blessed Wealth proved too stubborn to listen and too toxic to deal with any longer.
* GuiltComplex: He develops a guilt complex over the actions of his brother and other mistakes on his part. It becomes toxic and it takes finally being called on it by Gosuke to let go of it.
* HappilyAdopted: After his older brother was defeated and taken into the Speedwagon Foundation's custody, Sacred Peace became the ward of its CEO and founder, Speedwagon himself, making him Speedwagon's adoptive son by all intents and purposes. He was pretty happy with this, however, as his living conditions were abysmal and both his [[AbusiveParents father]] and [[BigBrotherBully brother]] were abusive to him growing up.
* HappilyMarried: He is presently married to Gosuke Goldstar, and they are nothing but loving and devoted to each other. Sacred Peace even credits Gosuke for [[BecauseYouWereNiceToMe saving his life in many ways]]. They're also implied to have a healthy sex life, as Sacred Peace admits to him and Gosuke using their PsychicLink for more intimate activities. When a [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5119145563 resurrected Vanilla Ice]] had Gosuke kidnapped, Sacred Peace had a [[FreakOut huge panic attack]] from the stress of worrying over his husband's safety, and worked with his friends to free him.
* HeelRealization: Befriending Gosuke and Dutiful River caused Sacred Peace to develop a conscience, leading to him feeling conflicted towards his actions as [[BigBrotherBully Blessed Wealth]]'s accomplice. This prompted Gosuke and Dutiful River to investigate Sacred Peace, suspicious of their friend's increasingly strange behavior.
* HeroesLoveDogs: He's a blind member of the Warriors of Mareioh, and he is presently the owner of Iggy, a guide dog who helps him get to places. A huge factor in his friendship with Graceful Cedar is their status as fellow dog owners. He even died protecting Iggy from Killer Queen's air bombs, though the Grand Primevals brought him BackFromTheDead.
* HeroicLineage: A [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5118949548 drabble]] revealed that Sacred Peace is a biological member of the Zeppelin Family through his mother, making related to not only [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureBattleTendency Caesar A. Zeppelin]], but also [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood Baron Willful P. Zeppelin]] and [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureSteelBallRun Gyro B. Zeppelin]]. All of them were heroes who helped stop the most dangerous threats of their time.
* HeroicSacrifice: During the final confrontation with Fortunate Shadow, Sacred Peace dies protecting Iggy from Killer Queen's air bombs. Fortunately, his death is temporary as the Grand Primevals revive Sacred Peace as an Alicorn demigod to reward him for making the choice to save his friends, allowing him to disable Fortunate Shadow as a threat.
* HolyHalo: Post-Ascension, he gained a halo made of Destruction energy.
* HumbleHero: He's very humble and, despite taking down foes stronger than himself, doesn't brag about his achievements. This includes his role in [[SerialKiller Fortunate Shadow]]'s defeat and death.
* ImmortalityBeginsAtTwenty: Subverted. Being a "Tier IV"-ranked god from the Second Age, Sacred Peace is tens of thousands of years old, which gives him eldritch traits like a wing gradient, a HolyHalo, and a magical mane and tail due to how deities "[[StrongerWithAge grow]]". And because he was only a teenager when he Ascended to demi-godhood, Sacred Peace is the oldest of his friends by divine standards; he didn't move on to full godhood until all his friends became demi-deities, too.
* InSpiteOfANail: Despite all the changes made to Sacred Peace's history, character, and powers compared to canon, some things remained the same.
** Despite befriending Gosuke and Dutiful River much earlier than canon, Sacred Peace still ends up fighting them when they stumble upon his house, leading to Dutiful River being shot with the Stand Arrow and getting a Stand. Sacred Peace also is defeated by Gosuke due to his inexperience with [[PowerOfTheVoid The Hand]].
** Sacred Peace still fights Shining Rock (Akira Otoishi) after his brother, Blessed Wealth (Keicho Nijimura), is attacked by [[ShockAndAwe Red Hot Chili Pepper]]. The difference is that the moment RHCP runs out of power, Shining Rock [[ScrewThisImOuttaHere flees]] instead, taking the fight to a local power plant.
** Sacred Peace still befriends Young Fruit (Shigekiyo Yangu), the wielder of [[MicrobotSwarm Harvest]], though he successfully saves Young Fruit from Killer Queen's bombs with his [[{{Seers}} precognition]] and [[CanineCompanion Iggy]]'s purification powers.
** Sacred Peace also meets [[CuteGhostGirl Graceful Cedar]] (Reimi Sugimoto), though they're able to forge a stronger friendship through their shared love for dogs and their desire to see Graceful Cedar's killer brought to justice.
** Sacred Peace also dies when he is blown up by [[BlowYouAway Stray Cat]]'s air bombs, only to be shortly brought back to life to become a massive SpannerInTheWorks for the main villain menacing Mareioh/Morioh. However, the difference is that Sacred Peace was revived as a demigod by the [[BigGood Grand Primevals]], giving him more than enough power to not only neutralize Stray Cat as a threat, but also weaken [[SerialKiller Fortunate Shadow]] even more by [[AnArmAndALeg cutting off the latter's hooves]].
* IntergenerationalFriendship: Sacred Peace was a teenager when he befriended Young Fruit and Quick Stream, both of them young colts, which ends up saving their lives from Fortunate Shadow later on. On the flipside, his other friend, Graceful Cedar is older than him chronologically despite being a teenage ghost, having been the foalsitter of a then-young Vanishing Beach (who himself is one of the older Warriors of Mareioh) prior to her untimely death.
* {{Irony}}: When Sacred Peace gained [[PowerOfTheVoid The Hand]], Blessed Wealth forbade him from killing their vampire father, only having Sacred Peace help out lure people into shooting range and defending their house from intruders. Sacred Peace ends up killing their father anyway after Shining Rock releases him during the Warriors' pursuit, motivating Sacred Peace to [[WillfullyWeak impose the "No killing" restriction on The Hand]].
* ItsAllMyFault: Sacred Peace is ''devastated'' when he learns among the victims his older brother killed (either with the [[ArtifactOfDoom Stand Arrow]] or the people he empowered) is Gosuke's maternal grandfather. Even Gosuke tells him that he wasn't responsible, Sacred Peace insists that he is and begs Gosuke to [[DoWithHimAsYouWill punish him as he saw fit]]. This gradually evolves into a GuiltComplex that turns toxic, forcing Gosuke to [[WhatTheHellHero snap his friend out of it]].
* JapaneseDelinquents: By Sacred Peace's admission, he fell into delinquency due to both his abysmal family situation and poor academic performance in high school, doing things like smoking and [[SirSwearsALot cussing]]. He also wore the typical [[DelinquentHair pompadour]] and customized school uniform. It's subverted as he was more a JerkWithAHeartOfGold; once he befriends Gosuke and becomes Speedwagon's ward, Sacred Peace becomes much nicer. After being kidnapped and blinded by Vanilla Ice, Sacred Peace switches out the pompadour for a simple ponytail instead.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Before meeting Gosuke and Dutiful River, Sacred Peace was shy to the point of appearing cold and solitary. He was also a delinquent who did things like smoking, swearing, and causing trouble. By the present Age, he had mellowed out significantly, if still a bit reserved.
* KarmicJackpot:
** Sacred Peace betrayed Blessed Wealth when he learned his older brother played an indirect role in Gosuke's grandfather's murder by empowering SerialKiller Angel Eyes, whom Gosuke's grandfather previously arrested. This catches the attention of Radiant E. O. Speedwagon, who learns of Sacred Peace's horrible living conditions and adopts him as his ward.
** Along with Gosuke and Mysterious Pattern, Sacred Peace chose to show Single Field kindness and listen to his problems despite the latter being tasked to kill Gosuke, removing the need to fight. In return, Single Field gave a vital clue that directed the heroes to Judging Shadow, the one who ordered him to kill Gosuke.
** Despite dying and being offered the chance to reunite with his deceased mother, Sacred Peace chooses to help his friends stop Fortunate Shadow instead. As a reward, the Grand Primevals revive Sacred Peace as an Alicorn demigod, giving him the power to neutralize Fortunate Shadow as a threat. Then he is enlisted by Naqaru, the [[DestroyerDeity Destruction Primeval]], to serve as one of their agents as a reward for stopping Fortunate Shadow.
* {{Kiai}}: Unlike in canon, The Hand has one [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5119145563 here]]: "KESU KESU KESU KESU KESU KESU KESU!" (Japanese for "erase" or "destroy").
* KindheartedCatLover: As in canon, Sacred Peace captures Tama after coming BackFromTheDead, and tames the violent animal-turned-plant to neutralize both him and Fortunate Shadow as a threat. After Fortunate Shadow's death, Sacred Peace officially adopts Tama as a pet.
* LikeFatherUnlikeSon: Flourishing Harvest was an abusive father to his sons, willingly became a vampire minion of Godly Brand for money, and later became a feral, hateful beast in his quest to satiate his bloodthirst. In contrast, Sacred Peace became a kind, compassionate stallion despite the abuse he suffered as a colt. While he does have the power to destroy things, he uses it for good and feels uncomfortable with killing people outright. Ironically, Sacred Peace lost his sight to a vampire.
* TheMagnificent: Known as "the Hoof of Destruction".
* MindlinkMates: He and Gosuke are presently married, and they share a [[PsychicLink telepathic link]] that lets them read each other's minds. For Sacred Peace, this is very convenient as the link lets him see through Gosuke's eyes, allowing him to learn things he otherwise couldn't. However, he admits to him and Gosuke [[PowerPerversionPotential using their link for more intimate activities]].
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone:
** What cemented Sacred Peace's HeelFaceTurn was learning that one of the Stand users his older brother created was Angel Eyes, who murdered his friend Gosuke's grandfather, Virtuous Path, with his newfound powers. Not only does Sacred Peace reveal everything about his older brother's plan, but he also tearfully apologizes to Gosuke for his role in Virtuous Path's death and begs Gosuke to punish him however he saw fit.
---> '''Sacred Peace:''' I'm sorry! ''I'M SORRY!''\
'''Gosuke Goldstar:''' Sacred, you didn't kill-\
'''Sacred Peace:''' But I did! Even if I didn't do the deed myself, I still helped guide my brother's Arrow! Therefore, your ojiisan's blood… is on '''''MY HOOVES!''''' Punch me, kick me, beat me up, I don't care! If it makes you happy, I'll allow it!
** When he fulfilled his older brother's objective of killing their vampirized father by doing it for him, Sacred Peace proceeded to celebrate... before tearfully breaking down in guilt over what he just did.
---> '''Sacred Peace:''' I did it, aniki! I killed him! I… I killed our dad… just like you wanted…
** This was also Sacred Peace's reaction when his furious outburst led to Judging Shadow's photograph escaping. It ends up being deconstructed as he had developed a huge GuiltComplex that stemmed from his gulit over his father and especially his older brother's actions. Gosuke eventually calls him out on his constant self-pitying, pointing out that Sacred Peace was hurting himself by continuing to beat himself up for even things that weren't his fault. This caused Sacred Peace to finally let go of his guilt.
* NoGoodDeedGoesUnpunished: Despite helping save the town of Mareioh from a superpowered SerialKiller, Sacred Peace ends up being discriminated against as a blind Pony due to Neighpon's toxic social/cultural attitudes at the time. Fortunately, many people simply didn't care and lauded him as a hero regardless, and he continued protecting Mareioh alongside his friends.
* NonUniformUniform: As in canon, he wears a custom-made ''Gakuran'' school uniform with a double-breasted jacket decorated with money and number symbols, as well as the word "Billion".
* NoSell: Sacred Peace being blind made him immune to [[GroundhogDayLoop Bites the Dust]] because it relies on entering people's eyes in order to work, allowing him to survive each explosion. He exploited this by helping Quick Stream trick Fortunate Shadow into publicly revealing himself, ruining all of the SerialKiller's plans in the process.
* NoSocialSkills: Justified. Sacred Peace's abysmal living conditions and being raised solely by a BigBrotherBully left him with poor social skill, making him appear cold and solitary. Befriending Gosuke and becoming Speedwagon's ward made him more cheerful and better at socializing, if still reserved at times.
* {{Patricide}}: He kills his own father, by then a feral, hateful, and bloodthirsty Vampire, to prevent him from preying on innocent civilians. While it was necessary, he still broke down from guilt over what he had to do.
* PointOfDivergence: Sacred Peace befriended Gosuke and Dutiful River ''far'' earlier than canon. This strengthened his HeelFaceTurn -- Sacred Peace didn't want to hurt his friends, and betrayed [[BigBrotherBully Blessed Wealth]] when he learns of the sheer amount of people his older brother killed. And instead of Josuke fighting Keicho alone, Sacred Peace helped Josuke weaken Blessed Wealth enough for the Stardust Crusaders to subdue him. Afterward, Sacred Peace is taken in by Speedwagon as his ward, resolving years of neglect. This not only impacted his character development, but also changed how the fights in ''[[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureDiamondIsUnbreakable Diamond is Unbreakable]]'' went.
* PositiveFriendInfluence: Sacred Peace served as this for Quick Stream. Quick Stream was initially a sullen, apathetic colt who took to spying on his neighbors, but after befriending Sacred Peace, he became friendlier and braver. He even risked his own life uncovering evidence of [[SerialKiller Fortunate Shadow]]'s crimes and warning the heroes about him, leading to the "[[GroundhogDayLoop Mareioh Time Loops]]".
* PowerfulButIncompetent: The Hand is an incredibly powerful Stand can erase ''anything'', even the distance between people and objects. However, Sacred Peace initially was inexperienced with it, allowing Gosuke to defeat him. After Speedwagon took him in, Sacred Peace became ''much'' better at using The Hand.
* PowerOfTheVoid: As in canon, The Hand can erase anything it touches or swipes at with its right hoof, even ''space itself'', letting Sacred Peace perform short-range teleportation and limited environmental alteration. When Sacred Peace Ascended, The Hand's power increased in the form of multiple limbs that let it surgically erase things without causing collateral damage. By extension, Sacred Peace's domain of Space and Destruction allows him to rip through the fabric of space-time, create black holes, and destroy armor and weapons. However, he can't [[RetGone erase people from existence]] because he made The Hand [[WillfullyWeak literally unable to kill anyone]]. It's believed that had Vanilla Ice succeeded in possessing Sacred Peace, The Hand could drastically empower Vanilla Ice's Stand, Cream, through their similarities.
* PowerPalms: The Hand can can erase anything it touches or swipes at with its right hoof, including objects, distance, or even parts of the environment itself. After Sacred Peace Ascended to godhood, The Hand gained multiple limbs with which it can surgically erase things without causing collateral damage.
* PowerPerversionPotential: He admits to him and Gosuke using their PsychicLink for more intimate activities as [[MindlinkMates husbands]], like sex.
* PromotedToLoveInterest: In ''[[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureDiamondIsUnbreakable Diamond is Unbreakable]]'', Okuyasu Nijimura becomes close friends and BashBrothers with Josuke Higashikata after pulling a HeelFaceTurn. Here, [[AdaptationNameChange Sacred Peace]] went further by becoming the Love Interest for Gosuke Goldstar. Gosuke first developed signs of crushing on Sacred Peace when he started envying the latter's friendship with [[CuteGhostGirl Graceful Cedar]]. When Gosuke finally confessed his feelings years later, Sacred Peace returned them, and they got married in a wedding overseen by [[LoveGod Canteros]].
* PsychicPowers: In addition to erasing things from existence, Sacred Peace gained [[{{Seers}} precognitive powers]] after he was blinded by Vanilla Ice. His divine Ascension enhanced his pre-existing powers, with his domains of Suffering and Endings giving him the power to do things like [[MasterOfIllusion creating illusions]], break time loops, and outright remove a person's potential future.
* RedOniBlueOni: Unlike in canon, Sacred Peace is the Blue Oni to Gosuke's Red Oni, exemplified by his preference for (dark) blue clothes. Sacred Peace's shyness made him appear aloof and solitary, whereas Gosuke was more cheerful and outgoing, but had a [[HairTriggerTemper nasty temper]]. However, it's later zigzagged -- while Gosuke mellowed out over time, Sacred Peace became more cheerful and better at socializing thanks to his friends, if still reserved at times. And while not as bad as Gosuke, he also has anger problems and can fly into a rage when sufficiently provoked.
* RepressedMemories: The reason why Sacred Peace never told anyone about his vampirized father is because his older brother, Blessed Wealth, made him swear to keep their father a secret. But trauma from his foalhood abuse and other things made him repress his memory of it. The fights with his father and Shining Rock made him remember again, leading to a huge GuiltComplex. Fortunately, everyone helped him recover as they recognized him as a victim in all this, with Gosuke [[TookALevelInKindness toning down his temper]].
* SeeingThroughAnothersEyes: Sacred Peace can use the telepathic link he shares with Gosuke to see through his eyes, letting him learn things he couldn't by himself.
* {{Seers}}: As a god of Endings, Sacred Peace has strong precognitive powers and can predict good and bad endings. Even before Ascending, he was a natural Seer with the ability to predict bad endings, which saved his friends' lives multiple times. It's believed his power awoke when he was blinded by Vanilla Ice.
* SelfMadeOrphan: When he was young, Sacred Peace's mother died of an illness that wasn't treatable due to lack of money. Years later, Sacred Peace would defeat and kill his vampirized father to protect Mareioh from his bloodthirsty rampages, effectively leaving himself and his older brother orphans. While he had no choice in the matter, Sacred Peace still broke down out of guilt over what he had done.
* SemiDivine: He became an Alicorn demigod after the Grand Primevals revived him for choosing to help his friends defeat Fortunate Shadow, Ascending him in the process. He opted to stay like that until all his friends -- including his love, Gosuke Goldstar -- Ascended, too, after which he Ascended to true godhood.
* ASharedSuffering: Sacred Peace greatly empathizes with abuse victims and disabled creatures due to experiencing the same hardships as he did. A huge reason why he chose to become an architect is so he can make disabled creatures' lives easier by making buildings more accessible to them.
* ShutUpHannibal:
** Sacred Peace does it twice to [[ArchEnemy Vanilla Ice]].
*** During their first fight, Vanilla Ice is both shocked and frustrated by Sacred Peace's continued survival despite the latter's blindness, and demands to know why he wouldn't "give up and die already". Sacred Peace shouts back that he is "fucking done with being used by others" and declares that he'll be nobody's pawn... before "erasing" a wall to let the sunlight in so Gosuke can knock Vanilla Ice into it with Crazy Diamond.
*** In the Fourth Age, after getting over his initial terror from learning of Vanilla Ice's resurrection (and Gosuke's kidnapping), Sacred Peace [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5119145563 confronts and fights him alone]]. During their fight, Sacred Peace gives Vanilla Ice a TheReasonYouSuckSpeech, deconstructing the latter's UndyingLoyalty to Godly Brand and how it not only weakened him, but also made him a potential liability for his master. Vanilla Ice is so enraged that he realizes too late that he was lured into a trap, which spelled his doom.
** Sacred Peace also did this to Fortunate Shadow. After Fortunate Shadow [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5119561677 reveals his plan to blow up the town of Mareioh]] (and [[TakingYouWithMe take the Warriors with him]]) and boasts about how a killer always has a trick up their sleeves, Sacred Peace responds with two words: "'''THE HAND.'''" Cue Fortunate Shadow discovering to his horror that [[AnArmAndALeg his front hooves (as well as his Stand's) had been erased]], leaving him completely powerless.
* SirSwearsALot: As in canon, he had a foul mouth during his time as a delinquent, which he admitted to. Becoming Speedwagon's ward curbed this significantly.
* SpaceMaster: As a god of Space, Sacred Peace can not only spatial energy in various ways, but also teleport, create black holes and pocket dimensions, and bend space to reflect or dodge attacks. He can also create spatial shockwaves, compress space into projectiles, and become intangible via spatial detachment. He can also [[GravityMaster manipulate gravity]], notably affecting time directly. Sacred Peace also notably has strong spatial awareness that makes him particularly sensitive to the space between things, even sensing the fabric of space-time itself.
* SpannerInTheWorks: Sacred Peace ends up being this twice.
** Sacred Peace ruins Vanilla Ice's plans of [[AvengingTheVillain avenging Godly Brand]] after being blinded -- first by teaching himself spatial perception through sheer force of will, then by telling his friends of Vanilla Ice's survival after he was rescued. Needless to say, Vanilla Ice had a very difficult time fighting someone who could effectively counter his Stand, [[PowerOfTheVoid Cream]], leading to his second defeat and final death.
** Sacred Peace also plays a much bigger role in hindering Fortunate Shadow's plans. His precognition saved many people from [[HavingABlast Killer Queen]], while his guide dog, Iggy, can purify Killer Queen's bombs. His blindness also makes him [[NoSell immune]] to [[GroundhogDayLoop Bites the Dust]], as it activates by entering people's eyes; when Sacred Peace attacked Fortunate Shadow in retaliation for Graceful Cedar's murder, Fortunate Shadow withdrew Bites the Dust to defend himself, ending the "Mareioh Time Loops". And while Sacred Peace is killed by Killer Queen's air bombs, he comes BackFromTheDead as an Alicorn demigod and screws over Fortunate Shadow even further: He captures and tames Tama (who was weaponized as part of Killer Queen), and uses The Hand to [[AnArmAndALeg erase Fortunate Shadow's front hooves]], preventing him from using Killer Queen. This gave Gotaro Kujo the opening to beat Fortunate Shadow to death with [[RapidFireFisticuffs Star Platinum]].
* {{Synchronization}}: While having a telepathic link is very convenient for both Sacred Peace and Gosuke, it also makes them vulnerable to psychic attacks, with the other feeling intense pain if one of them is affected.
* TalkingTheMonsterToDeath: During their fight, Sacred Peace tried talking [[{{Yandere}} Beautiful Child]] down, but this (along with Dutiful River's defiance) led to Beautiful Child attempting to strangle everyone with [[PrehensileHair Love Deluxe]]. Fortunately, Sacred Peace cuts off her hair with The Hand.
* TookALevelInCheerfulness: He was initially aloof, solitary, and shy due to having NoSocialSkills. Thanks to his friends, he opened up and became cheerier as a result.
* TookALevelInKindness: Due to having NoSocialSkills, he was incredibly shy to the point of appearing aloof and solitary. He also became a delinquent who smoked, swore a lot, and caused trouble. Thanks to his friends and Speedwagon, he opened up and became more cheerful and much friendlier.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: His favorite food is salmon.
* TraumaInducedAmnesia: The PTSD Sacred Peace gained at the hooves of his abusive father and older brother caused him to forget that Blessed Wealth made him promise to keep their vampirized father's existence a secret. Fighting Shining Rock and killing his vampirized father caused Sacred Peace to remember again, leading to him breaking down and developing a huge GuiltComplex over his actions. Fortunately, everyone recognized Sacred Peace as a victim in all this and helped him recover.
* UnskilledButStrong: As in canon, Sacred Peace started off as being very inexperienced in using The Hand's erasure powers. This allowed Gosuke to defeat him in their first fight. Fortunately, Sacred Peace learns how to use The Hand more effectively after becoming Speedwagon's ward and especially after being blinded by Vanilla Ice, and he gets even stronger from there.
* WhatYouAreInTheDark: When presented the chance of ending his own suffering by joining his deceased mother in the Heaven-Realms, Sacred Peace chose to help his friends stop Fortunate Shadow instead. This impressed the Grand Primevals so much that they obliged his request and revived him as an Alicorn demigod.
* WillfullyWeak: The Hand is an incredibly powerful Stand and it can erase theoretically anything. Sacred Peace's Ascension evolved The Hand to where it can surgically destroy anything it touches or swipes at... but it is unable to kill people. Sacred Peace admits to it being a self-imposed restriction precisely due to its sheer power.

[[folder:Raspberry Beret Speedwagon]]
Raspberry Beret Speedwagon (first introduced [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/974573079/5121159003 here]]) is the adoptive daughter of Radiant E. O. Speedwagon and a Stand-using Pony who was "born" from the Ginkgo trees of Mareioh's Shakedown Road gaining sapience.
----
* CrossoverRelatives: Of a sort; Raspberry Beret was "born" when [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood Speedwagon]] imbued his divine essence into the Stand-using ginkgo trees of ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureJojolion'', creating a young, innocent Pony filly. She was then adopted by Speedwagon as his daughter, which made her the younger sister of his ward, [[Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureDiamondIsUnbreakable Sacred Peace Zeppelin]].
* DivineParentage: She was "born" when Shakedown Road's ginkgo trees became fully sapient, and was shortly adopted by Radiant E. O. Speedwagon, an Alicorn god.
* GeniusLoci: Raspberry Beret started off as a group of Ginkgo trees whose collective Stand, Les Feuilles, was used by the residents of Shakedown Road to extort people out of their money. After Speedwagon sensed the Gingko trees were close to forming a full-fledged intelligence, he imbued them with his own divine essence, birthing a young, innocent Pony filly with Les Feuilles as her Stand.
* HappilyAdopted: After her strange birth, Raspberry Beret was adopted by Speedwagon as his own daughter. Speedwagon apparently raised her well, as Raspberry became a respectable heroine and Stand user who ended years of crime in Shakedown Road.
* {{Irony}}: The Stand Les Feuilles was used by the residents of Shakedown Road to extort or con people out of their money. Once Raspberry Beret was "born", she gained Les Feuilles as her Stand, and turned Shakedown Road into a much safer street once she grew up.
* LaserGuidedKarma: Raspberry Beret served as this for the residents of Shakedown Road. The residents of Shakedown Road exploited a supernatural phenomena to con and extort people out of their money for years, giving Shakedown Road its name. The Second Age's low magic levels at the time also helped them get away with their crimes. Then Raspberry Beret was "born", and her loving upbringing would motivate her to put an end to the extortions once and for all.
* MusicalThemeNaming: She's named after the song "Raspberry Beret" by Music/{{Prince}}. Her Stand, Les Feuilles, is named after a [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autumn_Leaves_(1945_song) French Jazz standard]].
* TeleportInterdiction: Les Feuilles can transport anything from objects to people along paths formed by the leaves, making it a form of teleportation. Unfortunately, various residents used this to extort money from passerby until Speedwagon arrived and Raspberry Beret was "born".
* UpbringingMakesTheHero: Raspberry Beret becoming a famous hero and Stand user was thanks to Speedwagon lovingly raising her as her adoptive father.

[[folder:Marine Tide]]
The wife of Gotaro Kujo Goldstar, and the mother of Goldine Kujo Goldstar.
----
* {{Expy}}: Of Jotaro Kujo's unnamed ex-wife from ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureStoneOcean''.
* NamedByTheAdaptation: Her canon counterpart didn't have a name, but here she's called Marine Tide in reference to her husband's love for marine biology.
* PointOfDivergence: Due to Gotaro never going through with his plan to [[ItsNotYouItsMyEnemies abandon his wife and daughter to protect them from his enemies]], she doesn't end up having to raise their daughter Goldine alone, resulting in Goldine being much closer to her parents.

\
Volta (her entry [[https://www.deviantart.com/brutalityinc/art/Griffish-Bio-Volta-the-Last-Pillar-Pony-979877334 here]]) is a surviving Pillar Pony who became an ally of the Goldstar Family, both to stop Kars' mad quest for immortality and avenge her people's destruction at Kars' hooves.
----
* TheAce: She's actually ''Kars' equal'' both mentally and physically, being a prodigy on his level who helped him with his Stone Mask project and being able to fight him on equal ground when they turned on each other.
* ActuallyPrettyFunny: After he earned her respect, Volta chuckled at Gorgeous Goldstar's cheeky joke about her stunning looks and responded with a witty comeback of her own.
* AmazonianBeauty: By all accounts, she's stunningly beautiful as she is strong and powerful like most Pillar Ponies, with even Gorgeous Goldstar cheekily commenting on it.
* ArchEnemy: One for Kars next to Gorgeous Goldstar and Lamia the Betterpony, being his former partner in both romance and research.
* DeadpanSnarker: Has a sense of humour which goes into this. When Gorgeous Goldstar dropped an off-colour joke about looking forward to seeing her stunning looks without modesty in the future, she responded by chuckling and warning in jest that he should only do that if he fancies [[IAmAHumanitarian being added to it]].
* DefrostingIceQueen: Volta looks down on Ponykind initially and doesn't believe Gorgeous Goldstar and his group has any chance against Kars' group, but their repeated survival and ultimate success eventually impressed her enough to consider them worth observing and preserving, becoming an ally to the Goldstar Line and Ponykind.
* EnemyMine: With Lamia the Betterpony and the Somaneium. Being descended from Traasena and Immortis' uplifted races respectively, the two peoples are natural enemies, but Lamia went out of the way to save Volta's life in the distant past and opposes Kars, leading to Volta allying with Lamia out of both gratitude and also against their common foe.
* EvilFormerFriend: Kars is Volta's ex-lover who became her ArchEnemy after massacring their people, leaving only her, Kars, and his own loyal followers.
* IAmAHumanitarian: Being a Pillar Pony, Volta have eaten Ponies, or at least fed on their LifeEnergy, even joking about it with Gorgeous Goldstar.
* ItsPersonal: Volta has a serious beef to pick with Kars for genociding their own race.
* LifeDrinker: She like the rest of her kind are a superequine race whose life and incredible powers are sustained via absorbing the LifeEnergy of the other living things.
* LovecraftianSuperpower: Volta shares all the powers of other Pillar Ponies, enhanced further by the Stone Mask, with her specialty being hair manipulation.
* TheMagnificent: Known as "the Last Pillar Pony".
* MeaningfulName: Volta befits a Pillar Pony whose main 'Elemental Mode' power is [[ShockAndAwe electrical manipulation]].
* MusicalThemeNaming: Keeping with the [=JoJo=] series' heavy usage of music references, Volta's name is derived in part from the name of Music/{{ACDC}}'s debut album, ''Music/HighVoltage''.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: Volta is implied to regret her role in helping Kars create the Stone Mask, since it led to a chain of events causing the death of her people at Kars' hooves and nearly allowed Kars to become an ultimate life form which threatens all life on Tellus/Equus, even though she realised her error quite soon and tried to stop him.
* PrehensileHair: Volta's LovecraftianSuperpower specialty involves manipulating the hair on her body, particularly those on her mane and tail. She uses it to many great effects, such as forming clothing, sucking the life out of prey, creating deadly whips, interfacing with technology combined with her electrical powers, among other things.
* ShockAndAwe: Volta's main Elemental Mode power is electrical manipulation, generating bioelectrical bursts, shocks and other forms of attacks from her body, such as her PrehensileHair.
* SmallRoleBigImpact: Relatively speaking. She helped create the Stone Mask, then discovered its flaws and later warned the rest of her kind of Kars' ambition when he refused to abandon it. In a sense, she's partially responsible for not only the destruction of Pillar Ponykind in the distant past, but also the rise of Dio Brando and the Goldstar Family.
* WeUsedToBeFriends: Volta used to be a colleague and even lover of Kars and worked together on Kars' Stone Mask project. Unfortunately, discovering the threat of the Stone Mask to the existence of life on Equus as well as Kars' refusal to abandon his mad quest for immortality turned her against him, which was solidified when Kars wiped out his entire race to prevent them from stopping him, leaving her the [[LastOfHisKind one of the last remaining Pillar Pony]].
* YouAreACreditToYourRace: Due to coming from a race that's much stronger and longer-lived than most creatures, she initially lookoed down on Tellusian Ponykind, seeing them as a food source for her kind. Over time, she grew to respect at least some of them after they show their potential, and considers them interesting enough to be worth preserving afterwards.
