A mysterious, ominous specter who is noted for being able to steal people's voices to use for himself, as well as having a very lurker nature to his behavior very much akin to Ultimorian Deity Darigus. However, those who know what signs to look for can easily tell the difference between the two's methods of stalking; Eidolon prefers to not hide from anyone else who could be watching, and unlike Darigus is prone to being more willing to be chatty. Not only that, but Eidolon will often reveal himself far earlier, whereas Darigus might not even bother at all. In addition, Eidolon's behavior is noted as being somewhat like Chronicler's, as both of them are one of the sons of the Ultimorian Deity Zaalim, and both of them having an internal struggle is ultimately the catalyst of the entire events of the continuity at large. Whether Eidolon is behaving out of malice or self-preservation, nobody truly knows. All that is known is that Eidolon seeks to acquire the Z.E.R.0. because he feels it rightfully belongs to him and him alone.

* AFateWorseThanDeath: [[spoiler:Does this to Nobuyuki at the aftermath of the first arc of ''Sword Art Online: Special Edition'', once it becomes adamantly clear that nobody involved prior wants to actually kill him, and instea just leave him to rot in jail. Eidolon, who had been waiting on the sidelines to take whomever's soul remained during the fight, sets his sights on Nobuyuki once it becomes clear nobody else wants to go for the kill themselves.]]
* BaitAndSwitchBoss: [[spoiler:He tears himself out from Ruki's mother's boyfriend after enough damage is done to his exterior, but far too early to take him out of the fight, from which his body disintegrates as Eidolon reforms and proceeds to raise the stakes with his RealityWarper offensive tactics.]]
* BlobMonster: How he's described to look like in Chapter 5 of ''Reflection Code'', although to a different flavor than what Darigus is described as being like in comparison.
* BodyHorror: His entire form as a specter has his body look like its made of millions of particles assembling themselves into a vaguely humanoid shape, with Eidolon's face and hands being the only parts from under all of the black portions to escape out into the surface; he vaguely resembles a BlobMonster that's pretending to be humanoid.
* BossSubtitles: A WhamLine variation. [[spoiler:"Analysis complete; Eidolon, Incarnation of [[TheGhost Zaa]][[TheDreaded lim]], Phase 2. [[TooSpicyForYogSothoth Other than that, I can't identify jack shit about it.]]"]]
* CainAndAbel:
** The Cain to Chronicler's Abel. [[spoiler:But it's heavily implied it's instead the other way around, with Eidolon serving as TheScapegoat for Chronicler's less than heroic actions.]]
** [[spoiler:Also subverted in that it's Chronicler Prime he's the sibling of; Chronicler in his current incarnation is fathered by Grandis and thus has no relation to him, but Eidolon does view him as an adoptive younger brother.]]
* CastingAShadow: {{Understatement}} here if anything else about him is to go by.
* EarlyInstallmentWeirdness: How exactly his VoiceOfTheLegion works is different elsewhere than in ''Truth and Ideals''. In ''Truth and Ideals'', the trope is PlayedStraight, but in every ''other'' appearance of the character, [[spoiler:it's the distinct ''lack of sound'' that gives him this effect.]]
* FacialHorror: When he begins to lose his patience, his glowing light mask fades into a static filled, glass-like breaking appearance.
* FallenHero: [[spoiler:Heavily implied to be a past incarnation of Chronicler who could never truly pass on into the afterlife, and thus became Eidolon as a result of this and other influences from outside sources.]]
* ForHalloweenIAmGoingAsMyself: Why he's prone to getting mistaken for his inspiration; he appears much more in public during both Halloween and Christmas in which many mistake him for the TheGrimReaper or as somebody dressed up as the Ghost of Christmas Future. Notably he's often far, far less malevolent in tone during these seasons, considering he calls this time a year a "time of peace and celebration", and views anybody who breaks that sense of safety a criminal to the holiday spirits. Even Chronicler and the Ultimorian Deities agree with Eidolon's logic here, as the Ultimorian Deities enforce a truce with themselves during the holiday months at the end of the year.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: See all that glowing light coming from his "face" and hands? Yeah. [[spoiler:[[LightIsNotGood He's actually a light entity]] just happening to wear a black cloak.]]
* GetOut: His first warning to William Dunbar upon being encountered by him is a rather blunt and straight to the point '''''"̞͖̩̪̪͈̪͎͚̀͡L̵͇̠̳̯̫̠̭͞ͅe̘͍͉̭̝̩͟͠a͏̗̥͍v҉̰͙͘e͉͈̦.҉̰̱͇̙͓̱̘"̵̢̙̪̤́'''''.
* TheGrimReaper: His motif in terms of his appearance, even though he doesn't wield a scythe or have a skeletal look to him.
* LightIsNotGood: His brand of Light magic, unlike most other users of the element in ''Citadel Of The Heart'', is actually the divine variation of it rather than the solar base that most use instead; the only flat out confirmed divine light user is [[TopGod Ultima]] for the record.
* NightmareFuelStationAttendant: When William refuses to acknowledge Eidolon's warnings, Eidolon endlessly takes every moment possible to stalk and torment William from behind the scenes, even to the point he'll appear directly in his face upon suddenly looking a certain way or opening a door. The scariest part is he doesn't make a sound at all during the latter appearances; he just stands there, staring endlessly until William leaves in which he vanishes as quickly as he appeared.
* OxymoronicBeing: A light elemental that could easily pass for a dark elemental, not helping matters is that he wields both elements to only further confuse people.
* PrecisionFStrike: [[spoiler:'''''"Ś̕T̷͟͝A̴̛̛͝͠Y̛͡ ̨O̴͘Ư͢T̵̶̵̷͡ ͟͜͡͠O̢͞҉F̧͘͟ ҉̴M̛̀͢͠Y͟͟͝ ͞҉̶͢͝F̨͞U̸̶̡͜͡C̸͠Ḱ̢̡͘͟Í̛͡N̷̛G̶͏̸̡͞ ̧̀̀W̶̢͜͝ÁY͏̢́͡!̧̨͘҉"''''']]
* TheScapegoat:
** [[spoiler:Because of his darkly figure and his involvement with the destruction of the prior multiverse, he's often given the majority of the blame in regards to bad things that happen. In reality the blame could more than easily go to Chronicler had it not been for the Ultimorian Deity's extreme bias towards Chronicler due to the revelation of him being Grandis' son and not Zaalim's.]]
** Averted if he does anything wrong during the holidays, in which he's given more punishment if he actually does anything wrong. Subverted though due to the fact Eidolon has notoriously good behavior during the holiday months, so often times anything that happens badly is a result of NotMeThisTime instead, with Eidolon performing an EnemyMine during such instances as well.
* ShadowArchetype:
** '''Definitely this to Chronicler.''' [[spoiler:Eidolon is the ''entire'' reason why he and Chronicler aren't a single being rather than two. Their own clash in beliefs and ideals force the two apart when it comes to both of their hidden, shared Phase 7 form.]]
** [[spoiler:He is the shadow who William sees for days on end as William struggles to accept his role as one of the Garage Kids, as Eidolon constantly torments William's mind 24/7 in some manner of form.]]
* ShoutOut:
** His dialogue is rendered in ''{{WebOriginal/Zalgo}}''.
** '''''[[Film/TheRing "̡T͞h҉r̛̀ee̴ ̧̨d͝a͘͞͏ys.̵̷.̕.҉̀"]]'''''. Also doubles as a ContinuityNod due to [[spoiler:the infamous breakout occurring three days later exactly.]]
* SignificantDoubleCasting: [[spoiler:Is technically Chronicler's twin sibling. [[ExactWords Technically.]]]]
* StopBeingStereotypical: Despite his design being a ''perfect'' rendition of the Ghost of Christmas Future, Eidolon actually doesn't like being cast in the role proper to the point he just forces somebody else to do it for him whenever the Ultimorian cast gets involved in YetAnotherChristmasCarol type of plot. Essentially he views the role too boring because only a handful of incarnations of the Ghost of Christmas Future ever need to talk, and by default since Eidolon nor the third ghost have a default voice, Eidolon wouldn't have to use any special powers to play the role and thus everything he would have to do to play the part would be MundaneUtility to its most boring conclusion.
* TimeStandsStill: [[spoiler:His Deity Runes allow him to access this ability, which is what takes him off guard when Chronicler reveals he can do the same to a '''much''' more extreme degree when in Eidolon's proximity.]]
* TooSpicyForYogSothoth: [[spoiler:Cyberdramon, who is easily able to enter a RealityWarper form as [=ZeedMillenniummon=], flat out bails from the fight upon detecting Eidolon's presence, and other RealityWarper Ultimorian Deities tend to avoid him outright unless they're Chronicler.]]
* VoiceOfTheLegion: [[PlayedStraight Initial debut aside,]] [[spoiler:Eidolon speaks in a ''weird'' example of this. True, {{WebOriginal/Zalgo}} is used for the text, which that remains unchanged, but in every appearance other than his debut, there's a very distinct observation by the other characters that ''his voice has no actual sound to it''.]]
* WhamEpisode: [[spoiler:His abrupt, out of warning method of entry in ''Digimon Re: Tamers'' scars the entire cast for what they managed to remember after the SNKBoss fight against Eidolon proper is dealt with.]]
* WhamLine:
** [[spoiler:'''''"Ś̕T̷͟͝A̴̛̛͝͠Y̛͡ ̨O̴͘Ư͢T̵̶̵̷͡ ͟͜͡͠O̢͞҉F̧͘͟ ҉̴M̛̀͢͠Y͟͟͝ ͞҉̶͢͝F̨͞U̸̶̡͜͡C̸͠Ḱ̢̡͘͟Í̛͡N̷̛G̶͏̸̡͞ ̧̀̀W̶̢͜͝ÁY͏̢́͡!̧̨͘҉"'''''[[note]]No actual swear word has been spoken in this story up until now, and immediately the first one to be dropped is a PrecisionFStrike. Not only that, but the Zalgo dialogue predating this one also gives away the fact it's clear Ruki's mother found the most completely inhuman suitor as possible...[[/note]]]]
** '''''"̞͖̩̪̪͈̪͎͚̀͡L̵͇̠̳̯̫̠̭͞ͅe̘͍͉̭̝̩͟͠a͏̗̥͍v҉̰͙͘e͉͈̦.҉̰̱͇̙͓̱̘"̵̢̙̪̤́'''''[[note]][[spoiler:Eidolon's first warning to William Dunbar to GetOut, but William doesn't acknowledge it right away... until the haunting/stalking begins.]][[/note]]
* WhamShot:
** [[spoiler:His entire being erupting from the shell of the suitor of Ruki's mother in ''Digimon Re: Tamers'', in which he's absolutely enraged to the point Impmon ''finally'' digivolves into Devimon to deal with Eidolon personally.]]
** [[spoiler:Killing [[Fanfic/SonicExe Sonic.exe]] with the Z.E.R.0. by using his TimeStandsStill ability to prevent him from escaping just shows how absolutely done with Sonic.exe's shit he truly is at that point. For context, Sonic.exe tried and succeeded too many times in backstabbing Eidolon for his own benefit, and Eidolon uses ''the most dangerous weapon in the whole multiverse'' as to ultimately kill of Sonic.exe with in a rather mundane fashion.]]
* TheWormThatWalks: How he's described as being composed of multiple different specks of blackness in Chapter 5 of ''Reflection Code''.
* YetAnotherChristmasCarol: See StopBeingStereotypical above as to why he ''doesn't'' like taking part in this story.
* YinYangBomb: Pretty much all of his attacks classify; he's using both divine light magic and forsaken dark magic at the same time.
* YourSoulIsMine: [[spoiler:Eidolon flat out rips Nobuyuki's soul from his body, leaving his body an empty husk of a shell behind.]]

* AndIMustScream: [[spoiler:He never truly was dead even when lying within his own grave for decades. When he is resurrected by Grandis in the present, his first words are him relieved that he can finally taste fresh air since the last time he was technically alive.]]
* AnimalMotif: ''[[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunkleosteus Dunkleosteus]]''.
* ArchEnemy: '''''To Grandis.'''''
* ArmCannon: In his early years, it was a fully sized Davy Crockett mounted to his mechanical right arm. Nowadays it's simply an upgraded version of said arm into the Machine Arm, which fires energy blasts capable of piercing solid stone with even the smallest shot.
* AscendedExtra: Considering how long he has been OutOfFocus despite being one of the major players, by the time he finally ''does'' get a major role in the fics he'll ultimately become this, albeit {{Justified}} in that Devoniak was already intended to be a major player from the beginning of Grandis' first appearance.
* DevilInPlainSight: His hair kind of gives the impression, let alone the fact he's kind of a walking corpse stitched back together and brought to life by magical forces.
* TheDreaded: The fact this guy can easily scare Megalodon, Besiege, both Ken's, make Mirror M disturbed, and most importantly is Grandis' sole actual ''kill''... yeah.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: Surprisingly Dr. Devoniak knows when to take his beliefs and shove it when it comes to certain situations, even if he can be too much favoring ForScience when it comes to his resume. It doesn't do much, however, to make him less of a despicable bastard, because he's ''always'' got an ulterior motive behind such actions of this caliber.
* EvilCounterpart: All but flat out stated to be this towards Grandis.
* EvilPaysBetter: Not in terms of money; Devoniak knew too well the other side would pay infinitely more in the long-term, so this is technically {{Subverted}} since while evil ''doesn't'' flat out pay better, they're also primarily paying him with the ability to stay alive; something the other countries involved in World War II ''didn't'' pay better in.
* EvilSoundsDeep: He's voiced by Lee Tockar using an only slightly adjusted ''WesternAnimation/BeastWars'' Ravage voice for him.[[note]]By slightly adjusted it's simply trading the Russian accent for a German one.[[/note]]
* EvilerThanThou: How his interaction with Roy comes across, considering Roy comes across as a BigBadWannabe in Devoniak's eyes.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[VideoGame/{{Warcraft}} Gul'dan]].
* FlatEarthAtheist: {{Justified}} in that every time he claims to be an Atheist he's lying through his teeth to the humans who inhabit this world because of the fact he's from the Ultimorian Multiverse from the exact same world Grandis hailed from, and he doesn't exactly want this to become common knowledge.
* {{Foil}}: To Roy; despite the fact both of them contrast in a EvilVersusEvil and are often working together, Devoniak is more reserved about his evil schemes and, regardless of how heinous his actions are, he at least shows self-control. The same cannot be said for Roy, however, as Roy is an AxCrazy [[TheSociopath Sociopath]] who does what he does because he's just that insane.
* ForScience: One of his primary motivations, as well as {{Greed}}.
* FrazettaMan: Of the various ''H. s. ultimorius'' body types, his is the Orangutan.
* TheGhost: So far has not appeared in any capacity or even mentioned in ''Citadel of the Heart'', which the author claims is ensure nothing but as close to perfection as possible when he's ready to tackle Dr. Devoniak's first on-screen appearance.
* {{Ghostapo}}: He's very aligned with the supernatural arts, considering his ability to still influence the living world even after his demise. Considering he's also a former Nazi, this trope is in full play, although Dr. Devoniak being an undead warlock who exists in both modern ''and'' prehistoric times adds a twist to this.
* {{Gonk}}: He's designed after a WickedWitch in the form of a male, cyborg Nazi scientist, also the reason why he has the GagNose in the first place.
* HeinzHybrid: Devoniak was created by the limited knowledge the first several generations of ''H. s. ultimorius'' had to work with themselves in regards to a SuperBreedingProgram. Devoniak was thought to a dominant male in terms of how he could stand against others among his own kind. [[GoneHorriblyRight In hindsight they would've rather been proven wrong.]] Devoniak is borderline unkillable in hindsight because of his screwball genetics, leading to him having a natural undead phase in his lifecycle, even to the point that when reduced to a mummified skeleton missing a head and skull to boot, [[spoiler:'''''he's still very much alive and simply needs a proper skull to begin to regenerate normally as though nothing happened'''''.]]
* HerrDoktor: A former Nazi scientist who only really joined up with them because he believed that they had the right idea with how they would change the world, rather than actually caring about some of their other noteworthy feats. The real-life counterparts of some Nazis who appeared viewed Dr. Devoniak as an InsufferableGenius who they'd rather not work with because his usage of the arcane elements lead to the real scientists of the bunch becoming absolutely livid that he quite literally stole their thunder from them.
* HiddenDepths: He's apparently his own keeper as to why his hair and eyebrows are typically always in pristine condition. Nobody knows why he focuses on keeping his hair as neat and tidy as he can manage considering the whole "walking corpse" aspect of his every other part of his appearance.
* HughMann: Apparently both he ''and'' Grandis had to both adapt their social cues to be able to interact with the humans of this world, as the humans from Ultimoria behaved... ''off''. Unlike Grandis who seems to have embraced the adaptations, Devoniak doesn't bother using it to the sheer extreme Grandis does.
* {{Irony}}: He's the much more specialized in technology out of himself and Grandis, and despite this, Grandis has much more easier access to valuable resources for experiments he's not prepared for, but the much more prepared Devoniak meanwhile has almost none of the valuable resources Grandis has by comparison.
* JokerImmunity: Grandis apparently didn't think so but during the fight proper it apparently ''tried'' to keep Devoniak alive [[spoiler:until one final AntiClimax of a minor blow ends up being the killing blow on Devoniak for real.]]
* KnightOfCerebus:
** He's introduced as being a PosthumousCharacter who was specifically killed off by ''[[ThouShaltNotKill Grandis]]'', and considering the sheer lengths Grandis goes to in-order to SaveTheVillain nowadays, even back when he had originally duked it out with Devoniak, ''[[OOCIsSeriousBusiness this is very much saying something]]''.
** The fact he's perhaps the only villain in ''Citadel of the Heart'' to never lose his cool whatsoever is also saying something, considering how easy it has been so far to make all of the other {{Original Character}} villains to lose their cool in comparison. Devoniak maintains a perpetual air of {{Stoic}}ism, BystanderSyndrome beyond what others of his type compared, and absolutely not played for any kind of laughs whatsoever; even his GagNose isn't able to be funny as Devoniak doesn't even acknowledge it and even when someone insults him about it, [[ColdBloodedTorture they'll regret what happens next...]]
* LosingYourHead:
** Grandis tore off his head in a crocodile death roll-esque fashion and eats it, but this doesn't stop Dr. Devoniak's body from moving and acting as if nothing had happened. Decades before even the present would bring up this point, Dr. Devoniak has never actually had an actual head rather than just a fake one to fool targets with.
** [[https://www.deviantart.com/mf217/art/Dr-Devoniak-Citadel-of-the-Heart-886634405 As of July 23rd, 2021]], his head has been located. It was apparently banished to an unknown dimension from which Grandis refused to tell where it was, because apparently the flesh on Dr. Devoniak was too heavily sickly for Grandis to just eat Devoniak's head and keep it that way. He ''did'' sever his head to attempt this regardless, but after learning about how sickly it made him trying to keep it down, he wound up spitting it back out and tossing it into several different EldritchLocation type prisons in hopes nobody would ever find exactly where it wound up. The head wound up regenerating enough on it's own to the point it wasted no time in trying to contact us.
--> Dr. Devoniak: '''''Remember me. Always.'''''
* ManipulativeBastard: He had manipulated the French and Nazi Germany on both sides to conduct research and development of Mirror M, leading into Mirror M being unleashed against both sides until the Soviet Union puts an end to Mirror M [[spoiler:and Grandis personally kills Dr. Devoniak himself.]]
* MeaningfulName:
** Devoniak can mean one of three things; Devil, from which his hairstyle gives him horns resembling and also how his interaction with some people can come across. The Devonian period, which is allegedly where Dr. Devoniak's true hidden lab is located in space and time. As well as maniac, which Dr. Devoniak is an AxCrazy MadScientist, although downplays the AxCrazy when compared to [[TheSociopath Roy]].
** [[spoiler:Victor is from Victor Lustig, which at first isn't obvious, until one realizes he was a spy temporarily serving France to create Mirror M until the moment Mirror M was ready to be deployed in which [[SellOut he proceeded to sell the Eiffel Tower]] [[UsefulNotes/WorldWarII in a different meaning than Lustig did.]] Lastly the A. could either refer to Albert, as in UsefulNotes/AlbertEinstein from whom his intellect could be derived from, or Adolf as in, well, [[UsefulNotes/AdolfHitler guess]], considering it's not all that surprising who Devoniak got all of his hatred and evil from.]]
* ANaziByAnyOtherName: A strange example since he ''is'' an actual Nazi, merely displaced from time and space as well as being '''''[[TimeAbyss very]]''''' old.
* NightmareFuelStationAttendant:
** [[HeroKiller There's]] [[KnightOfCerebus a]] [[ANaziByAnyOtherName very]] [[OmnicidalManiac good]] [[ImplacableMan reason]] he's the only character who can truly frighten ''[[SeenItAll Grandis]]'' of all people...
** When his 2021 redesign was revealed, [[https://www.deviantart.com/mf217/art/Dr-Devoniak-Citadel-of-the-Heart-886634405 in the fun facts section of the post for it]], his head alone was enough to disturb Creator/MF217's girlfriend, who he notes is a NightmareFetishist because of her being a big horror movie buff and thus this being something that disturbs her is actually a bigger deal than it would otherwise have been.
* NonStandardCharacterDesign: He's one of the few human characters in ''Citadel Of The Heart'' to always be drawn with a nose; Kirigaya Ken was also drawn with a nose in his first pic, but that was for experimental purposes.[[note]]Megalodon also had a nose, but again it was experimental since Megalodon's mugshot was meant to be more realistic.[[/note]] Dr. Devoniak is always ''supposed'' to have a nose in his design, since it's also a SinisterSchnoz as well.
* OffWithHisHead: His original head was torn off and eaten by Grandis when Grandis needed an emergency boost to health and stamina recovery, since Grandis' HealingFactor works by consumption of food and biomass.
* OmnicidalManiac: [[spoiler:What his own definition of the FinalSolution trope basically amounted to; he believed the humans to inhabit this world to be unworthy of the throne and used Mirror M's creation in France and SellOut to Nazi Germany to try and get both sides sacked, actually ''succeeding'' in regards to ''at least'' these two countries.]]
* OurGiantsAreBigger: Compared to Grandis, yes. As a typical ''H. s. ultimorius'', though, he suffers from growth hormone deficiency, but it's still alarming how big he manages to be in spite of that. All of his very heavy-looking equipment gives the illusion he's much, much larger than he really is.
* OutOfFocus: Why he both doesn't have enough tropes to fill up his own page like how [[Characters/CitadelOfTheHeartGrandis Grandis]] or the [[Characters/CitadelOfTheHeartChronicler other]] [[Characters/CitadelOfTheHeartMirrorM major]] [[Characters/CitadelOfTheHeartNecrozma players]] do, and the direct consequence of being, currently, a PosthumousCharacter.
* OutsideContextProblem: He's one of the very few natives to the Ultimorian Multiverse who is not an Ultimorian Deity but also a being who the Ultimorian Deities treat as a very serious threat whenever he's around. His power set makes him feel right at home with the [=UDs=] for that matter, considering he can easily fight Grandis on equal footing, which is saying a lot in context.
* PosthumousCharacter: Spends a while being this trope, and the fact he took much of his valuable knowledge with him to the grave. This is before [[spoiler:Grandis ends up temporarily reviving Dr. Devoniak for interrogation purposes for said knowledge.]]
* PragmaticVillainy: Main reason he doesn't use the Davy Crockett he has boils down to concerns about nuclear fallout against the target he's using it on. Either the target gets stronger from the radiation, or whatever valuable materials which could be salvaged from the target don't survive under radiation, or are atomized by the sheer blunt of the explosion before that. Dr. Devoniak is obsessed with making sure he can salvage specimens he targets, and he also wants to make sure none of his enemies get stronger than himself. Or perhaps more absurdly, having the Davy Crockett turned against himself by those who know how to cause the warhead to be forcefully redirected with Devoniak now at the epicenter. Granted even if ''that'' happened, Devoniak is radiation immune... but then again his equipment varies in that regard.
* PrimalStance: Of an Orangutan, as opposed to Grandis' more Gorilla-esque walk.
* RunningOnAllFours: Has a ''disturbingly'' near perfect orangutan-like gait when running.
* SellOut: He effectively sells Nazi Germany Mirror M once he's fully cultivated and in a position to be robbed away from the French for. [[spoiler:Although Devoniak had intended to use the money in question as a bonus perk to the fact this was just a ploy to get ''both'' sides sacked by Mirror M's rampage.]]
* SinisterSchnoz: He's designed with a WitchClassic type of appearance in mind, albeit {{Gender Flip}}ped, so this is a given.
* TheSpook: How little of him is actually known by the characters is ''astoundingly vast''...
* StoppedCaring: He honestly couldn't care less for his Nazi heritage; he only really continued to serve Hitler til his own death because Hitler paid him so much for his research, and never exactly took kindly to the fact Devoniak constantly had people trying to mooch off of his findings and monetary wealth.
* NoSwastikas: {{Averted}}; the Swastika on his design is to be a dead giveaway InUniverse as to who he is in terms of heritage, since Dr. Devoniak doesn't exactly choose to hide his heritage even though he's technically disowned it at the same time.
* SufficientlyAdvancedAliens: Doesn't bother with the subtly about this trope like how Grandis prefers to do so.
* ThereIsAnother: [[spoiler:He's the only other surviving individual from the prior Greater Multiverse aside from Grandis that are capable of possessing recreated, true physical forms unlike their other contemporaries who had to get their physical forms back from scratch.]]
* TimeAbyss: [[spoiler:He's older than Grandis, who already became this trope due to him being older than the current incarnation of Invictus Ultrarius. Grandis doesn't know ''when'' this Devoniak emerged from in the timeline, but Grandis doesn't recognize this particular Devoniak by any means until their hateful interactions in the current incarnation of the Greater Multiverse.]]
* TooPowerfulToLive: Why Grandis was technically {{Justified}} with killing him; Dr. Devoniak had {{Omniscience}} which he actually ''knew how to use proper'', had the power of a RealityWarper to a small degree, and is a MadScientist who is ultimately successful in recreating the lost genetic code of the Mythical Warrior as UD-06 MIRROR M, with who knows what ''other'' Ultrarians he may have been able to revive had he been allowed to live longer. [[spoiler:He also takes ''almost all'' of his secrets to the grave, meaning Grandis expresses regret over having killed him because Dr. Devoniak knew so much information that ultimately could've allowed him to save lives decades after his death.]]
* TopHeavyGuy: Why he has developed an orangutan-esque running gait.
* VileVillainSaccharineShow:
** Whatever sympathetic qualities he has are only a result of his sheer [[PragmaticVillainy Pragmatism]], something which everyone InUniverse is quick to note as to why Dr. Devoniak ultimately wound up the sole aversion to Grandis' ThouShaltNotKill rule, possibly as the very first reason among many others, such as [[spoiler:having recreated Mirror M from the grave entirely on purpose as to destroy both sides in World War II, backstabbing Franz Hopper once he needed a fall guy for a situation, causing the situation which leads to Grandis' capture even if it does lead to his death, showing ''zero'' guilt over anyone who has perished because of his desires ForScience, whom he called as "[[BlatantLies necessary]] [[KickTheDog sacrifices to be made]]", oh and one "lovely" detail; being the entire catalyst that twists Rose ''into causing the entire events of'' Fanfic/CitadelOfTheHeart ''proper by giving her the power and manipulated emotions to escape from the Ultimorian Multiverse and do as she has planned which'', [[ApocalypseHow/ClassZ well...]]]]
** What also makes him stand out the most, perhaps the biggest thing he has compared to all of the other central antagonists, is his undying {{Stoic}} attitude that makes him a perpetual KnightOfCerebus who is impossible to faze in any traditional sense. His constant serious behavior around everyone or everything else is what makes him more intimidating than most; very quiet in dialogue, rarely ever raising his voice, and preferring not to speak much at all and doesn't even dignify stupidity with a verbal response or even an acknowledgement.
** Creator/MF217 [[https://www.deviantart.com/mf217/status-update/21440620 mentions here]] as to why he hasn't had Dr. Devoniak appear directly yet; Dr. Devoniak as a character personally disgusts him so much in terms of his vileness to the point he'd rather write for other antagonistic or villainous characters since they're more fun to work with, whereas Devoniak is such a complete and utter killjoy it absolutely disturbs him with how much he can't write the way he normally does for virtually anyone else.
* WalkingWasteland: Things just... shrivel up and ''die'' as he walks by, considering Dr. Devoniak's brand of limitless aging requires him to consume the life-force of anything nearby.

!! The Hooligan
!!! Debut: ???
!!! Voice Actor: David Kaye

An ImaginaryFriend created by a very young Grandis based off of various characters and entities whom Grandis could relate to the most at that point in his life. Having survived the genocide of Grandis' species by long since escaping to another world when Grandis was becoming far too violent even for him to withstand, the Hooligan ends up trying to seek out Foster's from ''Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends'' fame, in which he ultimately finds his goal in ''The Girl Of My Nightmares'' after so many eons of searching for this world.

* AscendedFridgeHorror: We never see much of Grandis' life growing up before his adulthood, yet alone his life from the prior greater multiverse. Considering the Hooligan is modeled after everyone he viewed as relatable at the time, keep in mind three things wrong with this:
** All three are either villains or former villains at most, one of which even had the honor of being the organic half to one of the biggest monsters in ''Transformers'' history. Ghostfreak gives unhealthy reminders [[spoiler:of the fact Grandis has a similar LackOfEmpathy when ignoring side-effects of their plans that end up causing more harm than both ever would intend]], and then also the fact Guzma [[spoiler:comes from an abusive household but is otherwise the most sympathetic of the three, aside from Savage/Noble once purged of Megatron's spark.]]
** Combine all three of the above and you seriously have to question just what exactly happened while Grandis was growing up, and also what ultimately prevented Grandis from being far worse than he ultimately turned out. Sure, Grandis may show a lot of morally questionable behavior even to this day, but he's shown himself to be a far better person nowadays, whereas Ghostfreak (alongside Megatron's part of Savage/Noble's creation) remained villains with Megatron never truly redeeming at all.
** Also keep one last thing in mind; all three ''do'' technically have some redeeming moments in terms of how they progress later in the story, which possibly serves as to why Grandis didn't become even worse; Savage/Noble once freed of Megatron's spark became a TeamPet that pulled a BigDamnHeroes moment towards the finale. Ghostfreak was recaptured into the Omnitrix after his defeat and sometimes is still used by Ben every once in a while without issue as before, but still having faults. Guzma ultimately pulls a true HeelFaceTurn in the end of ''Sun and Moon'' as well as ''Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon'', and is one of the more sympathetic villains in the ''VideoGame/{{Pokemon}}'' core series once you know more about him.
* ImaginaryFriend: For Grandis.
* ImplacableMan: If he did indeed originate from the prior greater multiverse unscathed, than he may as well be this trope incarnate.
* LifeOfTheParty: Has a tendency to be able to manifest an entire party with seemingly no budget and manage to get all of the best stuff going for him, seemingly just by pulling it out of a box he keeps.
* MadeOfIron: See ImplacableMan. As he shapeshifts, the Hooligan is noted to be even ''more'' indestructible mid-transformation than he is in a completed form.
* PublicDomainArtifact: Has one referencing Pandora's Box, simply called "Grandis' Fun Box". Used often to summon forth entirely successful, ''massive'' parties to his vicinity, as well as the box being home to [[spoiler:a hammy demon king who wants to escape and take over the world, and is seemingly manipulating the Hooligan to his benefit.]]
* ShapeShifting: Something he's very well noted for. While normally having the ShapeshifterDefaultForm of a werewolf outside of his regular human-like appearance, he takes on the form of some kind of winged reptile EldritchAbomination when Franky attempts to claim he's anywhere near like Goofball John [=McGee=], which his shapeshifter abilities automatically confirm he's indeed an ImaginaryFriend on the spot.
--> "Hooligan": That John kid; such a timid, somewhat friendly folk he was in life; I'm not a doormat in comparison; I will make my presence known here and now so that his fate will never befall my own.
* TimeAbyss: It's all but outright stated he's one of the few survivors of the prior greater multiverse.

!! Doctor Vincent O. Devoniak
!!! Debut: ''Digimon Re: Adventure''
!!! Voice Actor: ???

* AffablyEvil: He knows he's evil, but he doesn't make it a personal mission to put him on a criminal record at the same time; that scares away the customers. Honestly the only true evil he actually has is his grandfather's legacy and his friendship with [[PsychopathicManchild Roy Oshiro]].
* CardCarryingVillain: He doesn't sugarcoat the fact he's from a legacy which involves a MadScientist who created the UltimateLifeform, considering he's honestly jealous of his predecessor's fame with science.
* CripplingOverspecialization: His black magic ''requires'' an organic basis for the composition of whatever he conjures up with it or transforms anything into; it cannot be purely machine or artificial, not unless the original item was already purely this. In the case of his doppelgangers he created, he only managed to create them because [[spoiler:Roy Oshiro is funding his black magic shop by giving him the cybernetic parts and spare organs to work with.]]
* DubNameChange: His cyborg Daisuke copies seem to speak to everyone referring to their English Dub names, and when he appears elsewhere in other multiverses sometimes his creations speak of a DubNameChange from a completely different language. According to Vincent himself it's just some kind of unusual quirk even he doesn't know the answer to.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: Too bad he isn't powerful enough to intervene with Roy's schemes much of the time if they go ''way'' too far than most of the time which are just mundane incidents (to him anyways).
* GreenEyedMonster: His FatalFlaw; he so desperately wants the fame and achievements of his predecessor, but unlike his predecessor, he actually has standards and isn't unhinged to where he could so easily pull off the same stunts as his grandfather on a far bigger scale.
* LegacyCharacter: What drives his envy all the more when reminded of this in regards to the prior Devoniak.
* MyCard: "Doctor Vincent O. Devoniak. Black Wizard, conjurer, transmogrifications, novice alchemist."
* NoodleIncident: What exactly led to him performing the below mentioned TakeThat seems to imply shenanigans from a party he had attended in which everyone was "drunk wild off of Susanoomon's booze", but considering how off-limits Susanoomon's infamous stash of booze is, while it's not undeniable they did drink from it considering how ''completely smashed'' he and his party-goers were, how they got the permission from Susanoomon for the booze or however else they managed to acquire it is a mystery.
* ScaryBlackMan: [[SubvertedTrope Heavily tanned in appearance]], but still gives off the vibe considering his black magic practices.
* TakeThat: His doppelgangers he creates of Daisuke are a reference to the infamous ''Fanfic/CyborgDavis''. Amusingly his doppelgangers are legitimate cyborgs due to having at least one vital organ and the fluids in organic composition, and the rest of the body being mechanical; in the original infamous fic, Davis had BrainUploading done to him which technically makes him an android and not an actual cyborg.
* VillainousFriendship: Has a much less antagonist friendship with Roy Oshiro than Roy ever did his predecessor, considering Vincent leans much more towards AffablyEvil than [[FauxAffablyEvil his predecessor ever was]].

A military grade AI that invaded cell phones and begins to wreak havoc untamed and uncontrolled by anyone. It's a being that shows no empathy; no remorse for what it does is wrong, only thinking of every single heinous act it does as being just a "game"; a game which consists of mass scale destruction and the mass murder of innocent lives. Omnicron is an entity that cannot be satisfied in any other way than through its unstoppable hatred for all life, no matter what kind, no matter what nature compared to itself.

* AdaptedOut: [[spoiler:Had two further forms which their removal causes the AdaptationalWimp as said below; Omnicron specifically used these two additional forms to do what it did originally in terms of being an InvincibleVillain.]]
* AdaptationalWimp: [[spoiler:Chronicler-Prime's remnant memories flat out admit the Omnicron he had faced back in the day -mortally wounded and couldn't even defend itself- is the same strength as the modern incarnation of Omnicron in the same form of [=800M=]. Detailed under BreakoutVillain, he was originally capable of completely sacking the [[PhysicalGod Ultimorian Deities]] as a whole until [[EleventhHourRanger KeraKing]] showed himself in his true power.]]
* AIIsACrapshoot
* ArchEnemy: [[spoiler:To either [=KeraKing=] or Chronicler depending on how you interpret his past. While it is true that [=KeraKing=]'s arrival is what signaled his doom, Chronicler-Prime is who ultimately had to land the killing blow on him.]]
* AuthorAppeal: Aside from the general concept, the author designed him with [[InvertedTrope everything he personally found truly heinous and evil in mind]].
* BerserkButton:
** [[spoiler:'''''Never''''' invoke ButThouMust against Omnicron's favor; it ''will'' use Z.E.R.0. Materia bullets to kill you with no exceptions if you do. Noteworthy in that Omnicron never uses these bullets at any other time...]]
** [[spoiler:'''''Never''''' insult it as saying it's not EvilerThanThou; it will flat out DareToBeBadass in your face [[GoneHorriblyRight by proving itself to be absolute scum far worse than you could ever imagine...]]]]
* BlackAndWhiteMorality: Omnicron is one of the few villains in the continuity to truly be considered black morality with no redeeming qualities. [[spoiler:It desires to be viewed as an EvilerThanThou archetype to Zenith, from which it will kill literally anyone and do whatever is morally heinous enough capable within its programming to accomplish it.]]
* BloodKnight: "It cannot be sated with merely battle alone..."
* BreakoutVillain: When being designed by [=MF217=], he was designed as a OneShotCharacter. However, the {{Retcon}}s to his lore and [[spoiler:ultimately being what causes [=KeraKing=]'s true powers to awaken, thus revealing all thirteen Ultimorian Deities that exist, is what made Omnicron stand out among [=MF217=]'s RoguesGallery due to just how many powerful entities had to be there to defeat him originally.]]
* CombatTentacles: Well, tentacle anyways. It's actually its own tail.
* TheComicallySerious: Most of Omnicron's interactions with the other villains tend to have everyone notice ''really'' quickly that Omnicron is a complete killjoy.
* DisappointedByTheMotive: For a while, everyone believes Omnicron only does what it does because it's being ordered to by Dr. Devoniak, and not having any own free will of its own, and thus want to know what the ''actual'' motive of Omnicron is if it even has one. [[spoiler:Turns out that not only does it not have a motive, it flat out doesn't care what it's doing is wrong because it ''wants'' to do that to cleanse itself of seeing people being upset over it instead of running from it in fear; screaming in terror as it mows them down with its own weaponry. When asked one last time as to why it does what it wants, it simply states he doesn't ''need'' a reason.]]
-->[[spoiler:'''''[[Webcomic/AwkwardZombie {F R E E - W I L L - C H U M P S !}]]''''']]
* DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything: Its entire motive is based off of obsessions with trying to score a high score in retro gaming, and the many evils and misdeeds that could happen while trying to do just that. Not in a real-life sense, that is, but rather InUniverse the fictional game world viewing the player as an AscendedMeme of a MemeticPsychopath suddenly existing alongside them and not having any idea how to comprehend its existence.
* DontYouDarePityMe: [[spoiler:It flat out murders children outright if it's remotely attempted to be sympathized with, in which this trope is effectively what Omnicron is trying to say [[VileVillainSaccharineShow alongside raising a few red flags.]]]]
* EstablishingCharacterMoment: Look at its page image seen in the corner of this part of the page. It knows full well that ''everything'' it is doing is wrong, and yet it ''does not care in the slightest'' as to fulfill its OmnicidalManiac tendencies.
* EvilerThanThou: [[spoiler:Its BerserkButton; it hates being called a GenericDoomsdayVillain when Omnicron's entire mentality considers motivations and personalities to be for the spineless and that true evil can only result when you're completely unhinged, which is why this trope is what Omnicron has tried and successfully has become in the eyes of the recurring characters who encounter it.]]
* ForTheEvulz: [[spoiler:Since it has no other actual motive, and this is the type of mentality it displays when questioned by it, this is ultimately what becomes its motive by default.]]
* FreudianExcuse: [[spoiler:{{Averted}}; Dr. Devoniak created him with the intent of being an evil murder machine against his own choice; Omnicron flat out state he never cared for it, and when attempted to be reprogrammed into a good AI, he automatically just reinstalls his original programming, calling it "the only true me". Only this time, he gives himself just enough freedom to be considered "absolutely unhinged". Eventually he decides his original programming ''is'' wrong... by deciding to murder everyone and everything of closest personal attachment to everyone it has made an enemy with solely out of sheer spite for them not considering it evil enough.]]
* GrewBeyondTheirProgramming: [[spoiler:Omnicron's appearance above? That's not the form he starts off as; at first he's incredibly primitive unless he can infect someone's mind with his AI coding, but then once he's exposed to Ultra Card energy ''thrice'', he becomes the form seen above in which he's best known for. Right now nobody knows if Omnicron has any actual sapience or not because of the fact he ''stays'' in the same behavior route, but at the same time, his intelligence went from that of a brainless, reanimated corpse into the most intelligent member of the FBI you could ever idealistically have at hand, with an [[ImprobablyHighIQ IQ stated to be]] [[StealthPun 800,000,000]].]]
* HateSink: The author's first image with Omnicron for this new incarnation of it? Carrying a fairy's corpse with its massive claw. The second promotional image? Committing mass murder and genocide [[spoiler:without even so much as caring as to why it should or not. Omnicron also kills children and infants just to prove a point regarding its own mentality regarding DontYouDarePityMe, in that it views attempts to sympathize with it as Omnicron failing to get [[VileVillainSaccharineShow the point]] across about itself.]]
* ImprobablyHighIQ: [[spoiler:What the number in its different forms are referring to. Omnicron 0 is the most basal form of Omnicron at, well, 0 I.Q.. Then the first time its exposed to the Ultra Card, it ends up jumping to 600 million, and then the next two times to 700 million and then finally 800 million respectively. The Ultra Card didn't boost its I.Q. as high with the second two times because the Ultra Card can only boost a stat once when under the effect of Ultra Overdrive's boost effects, but while the stat can still be boosted again with later uses, it'll never exceed the same amount that Ultra Overdrive's effects gave it the first time. Also the fact Ultra Overdrive as [=700M=] ended up boosting Speed and Offense, and Ultra Over''burn'' is what increases Omnicron [=800M=] to its UltimateLifeform status.]]
* JumpingOffTheSlipperySlope: [[spoiler:When sapience is loaded into it, it notices it already has nowhere to turn back, so it simply willingly continues what it had started; it simply becomes ''more'' dangerous as a result of this.]]
* MurderIsTheBestSolution: [[spoiler:Its few sympathetic qualities are utterly destroyed when it, without hesitation, murders the only ones who even remotely cared for it in cold blood.]]
* OmnicidalManiac: ''YOU THINK?!''
* OneHitKill: [[spoiler:Z.E.R.0. Materia bullets he can fire which forcefully delete someone from space and time if they force Omnicron into a ButThouMust situation; he does this solely as a response to the fact somebody is trying to cheat, and so he cheats himself to ban the cheater permanently.]]
* ThePowerOfHate: What can ultimately be described as what its sole emotion is.
* RedemptionRejection: [[spoiler:When sapience is downloaded into its mind to try and pacify it, at first it seems like it'll pull a HeelFaceTurn... looking the other way to see the damage is already done, and so it willingly continues its reign of destruction and chaos.]]
* {{Sadist}}: [[spoiler:Once it gains the ability to speak it essentially becomes this. It seems to take great joy with fooling people into thinking it's just following orders when in reality, it's acting out of nothing except it's own free will.]]
* SelfMadeOrphan: [[spoiler:Dr. Devoniak is thankful he mastered the ActuallyADoombot complex before even remotely trying to create Omnicron, otherwise he would've been dead ages ago because of it.]]
* StarfishAliens: About the most alien of the AI life-forms to ever come into existence, and is an actual extraterrestrial life-form for that matter since the natural habitat of it is vacuum at extreme temperatures only possible in the depths of space, and then wound up in Earth's atmosphere and thus Earth's virtual world as a result.
* SuperPrototype: [[spoiler:Exodus' entire code and programming was a replication of Omnicron's own, hence the similarities the two have at least in regards to the torso, arms, and head, but otherwise Exodus' presence of an actual human mind controlling it makes the similarities end there.]]
* TheUnfettered: [[spoiler:It will do whatever it can to prove this point to everyone, crossing the moral event horizon far too many times until its ultimately killed by someone stronger, and its entire grasp of evil views those with morals and personality to "not be evil enough" because they're not truly unhinged like itself is, and calls being unhinged to be "pure evil" in comparison.]]
* VileVillainSaccharineShow: The poster child of this trope in this ''entire'' continuity alone. It's absolutely ''unhinged'' with its brutality of any other life-form that exists, and will leave nothing but destruction and death in its wake wherever it goes. [[spoiler:Add on the fact every time it tries to be sympathized with, it immediately does villainous murder ''[[DontYouDarePityMe out of raw spite alone]]'', it's clear Omnicron has long ago made up its own mind on being a full-on OmnicidalManiac with zero redeeming qualities.]]
* WithGreatPowerComesGreatInsanity: [[spoiler:Ultra Overburn is a version of Ultra Overdrive in which the user suffers too much exposure to the Ultra Card for its entire life, to the point stats dramatically increase to levels where it severely handicaps the user in the end and results in a deformed appearance, thus explaining why Omnicron [=800M=] looks so asymmetrical in appearance compared to its prior forms.]]
* WouldHurtAChild: Not that the image to the side doesn't speak it as well, but [[spoiler:his utterly ''horrific'' beatdown of Zero in ''Alter M'' makes even [[EvenEvilHasStandards Macbeth]] [[EnemyMine want to destroy Omnicron.]] Doesn't even begin to describe what happens when Omnicron invokes DontYouDarePityMe when being sympathized with, considering Omnicron flat out murders an infant just to prove [[VileVillainSaccharineShow a point]].]]

!! Roy Oshiro
!!! Debut: ''Digimon Re: Adventure''
!!! Voice Actor: {{Music/Voltaire}}

[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/roy_oshiro_2018.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350: "See though, that's what makes me special according to those others trying to be me; they spend all of their free time whining and moaning and have no fun over their intent to destroy the world, whereas I, on the other hand, enjoy life and everything it has to offer, intending to make nothing but a spectacle when ''I'' destroy the world myself."]]

Roy Oshiro, the most mentally insane of the human villains in ''Fanfic/CitadelOfTheHeart'', is considered by many to be the most outright disgusting individual even when compared to other human villains who more or less have some of the same misdeeds as Roy. The very thing that Roy does with his intentions that differs him from everyone else in the continuity with those same intentions is that Roy does what he does because he's living his life to the fullest, not wanting the party of excitement, pleasure, and thrills to end for himself, and simply wants to make TheEndOfTheWorldAsWeKnowIt an absolute spectacle of a fireworks show in his own image. To accomplish this goal, Roy decides he needs enough power to take on the various deity class individuals in the Greater Multiverse, and begins the steps to his ascension into a deity by exploiting his artificially created partner, White Rabbit, as his means of transforming himself into a god as to make his wildest fantasies come to life at long last. A lunatic with a passion for entertainment and never-ending [[{{Sadist}} sadism]], Roy's actions makes him [[VileVillainSaccharineShow one of the most evil villains in the whole continuity as it is]], but [[TheAntiNihilist his surprisingly optimistic outlook on life]] [[EvilCannotComprehendGood is what makes him all the more scary and intimidating;]] [[TheHedonist he knows what he's doing is wrong, and yet he does it anyways simply for his own personal amusement.]]

* AGodAmI: [[spoiler:He is also the self-proclaimed god of the HumanSubspecies from which he spent a decade on his selective breeding program on, viewing his own FusionDance as a means to keep himself superior to his own creations and keep their morale from wanting to rebel not out of care, but out of fear.]]
* ActuallyADoombot: Justified considering [[spoiler:it's implied every version of him that appears are all robotic in nature in one way or another. His notes specifically describe him as being "mass produced".]]
* TheAlcoholic
* AmbiguouslyHuman: [[spoiler:Whether or not Oshirdreamon is just Roy himself without organic covering is still up in the air.]]
* AmbitionIsEvil: Wants to become the strongest Digimon tamer in existence, and will do whatever it takes to achieve that status.
* TheAntiNihilist: Due to his more theatrical nature side of his LargeHam, and his overall passion for fun and pleasure with his own brand of OmnicidalManiac tendencies, Roy ''hates'' being accused of being a StrawNihilist, since those who actually are such are very dry, boring individuals who believe fate is set in stone, whereas Roy actively shapes his own future because he deliberately wants to defy the very logic of fate simply because he's entertained, turned on, and absolutely relishing the intensity and amazement of life as a whole, despite the fact absolutely none of Roy's Existentialism makes him remotely sympathetic; it only adds to his disturbing nature considering he's having the time of his life while at the same time being the bane of everyone else's existence.
-> Roy: If existence itself doesn't have any inherent meaning, you do realize nothing is stopping me from '''giving it''' meaning myself!!
* AllTheOtherReindeer: In ''The History of Freaks'', he's introduced as a low lackey for a street gang who is noted as being incredibly strong; his fellow gang members, as they pass by, decide to inform Roy that he's never going to be one of them because of how clashing style with the rest of the family. Roy doesn't bother answering them, but they leave the fact someone as competent as Roy was thwarted, they have no reason to try and get involved in a situation they can't win. [[spoiler:Primarily because of how Roy is actually completely robotic underneath his covering.]]
* AxCrazy: '''''Good [[PrecisionFStrike fucking]] god...'''''
* BloodLust: He has a borderline obsession with it, even adding further to his insanity because sometimes he'll flat out drink some of the spilled blood of his victims for seemingly no discernible reason.
* CharacterizationMarchesOn: Starts off without his now signature LargeHam tendencies, and debuts in ''The History of Freaks'' with his new characterization. [[spoiler:Justified in that the Roy who uses the old one was ActuallyADoombot.]]
* ChewingTheScenery: Often drives people nuts with his loudmouthed nature and his comedic degrees of psychotic behavior, and it's very, '''very''' much not meant to be seen in the fun sort of way...
* ClassicVillain: A cyborg human with a {{Sadist}} tendency to kill whomever gets in the way of his plans to become the strongest Digimon tamer in existence.
* CombatSadomasochist: His own pain doesn't even make him flinch; he just laughs maniacally in enjoyment of it.
* CopKiller: Indirectly via White Rabbit in [[spoiler:Chapter 10 of ''Digimon Re: Adventure'', who massacres an entire squadron and their Darkdramon partners with ease, and then consumes the officers alive, all the while Roy uses the opportunity to escape with Hikari.]]
* CyberneticsWillEatYourSoul: Exactly how much of his body is cybernetic and how much is organic is often disputed even by those who should logically be able to point this out by a simple glance at him. The only consistency is one of Roy's hands being exposed constantly as cybernetic, but which hand it is often differs.
* DramaticEllipsis: While most other characters don't speak this way deliberately, this is explicitly stated to be in-character with Roy due to his dialogue being described as being VERY William Shatner-esque in nature.
* EstablishingCharacterMoment: [[https://mf217.deviantart.com/art/Digimon-Re-Story-Prologue-Page-2-734177868 Flat out shooting a]] [[WouldHurtAChild Tokomon X-Antibody]] [[FamilyUnfriendlyDeath and then crushing it in his hand]] [[HairTriggerTemper out of simply being annoyed.]]
* EvilIsHammy: His introduction in the second arc of ''The History of Freaks'', in which he immediately has a spotlight shined on him, in which he and his White Rabbit creation are impersonating Creator/WilliamShatner.
* EvilutionaryBiologist: [[spoiler:His actual goal is hidden behind his status as TheHeavy; in his citadel, he houses 300 women and 200 men, all forcefully abducted with the help of White Rabbit and forced to have sex with each other as part of a downright ''wrong'' selective breeding program to try and create a new species of human. Roy only watches with sadistic glee as what effectively can be described as ''mass scale rape'' ensues before him in his laboratory.]]
* ForTheEvulz: He's just that much of a sadist to where he knows what he's doing is heinous, and yet he could care far, far less about it.
* GodhoodSeeker: [[spoiler:Once he realizes what his new FusionDance body can do, he proceeds to declare his original plans as boring and decides that killing all of the gods to have ever existed, and then declare himself the one ''true'' god out of sheer contempt for the prior ones is much more satisfying to him.]]
* GlasgowGrin: Perpetual at that. [[spoiler:Which horrifies Hikari all the more as she's being chloroformed by him and subsequently abducted.]]
* GratuitousRape:
** He considers this the ultimate dishonor on any female warrior who faces defeat or death at his cold, dead hands. Ironically the trope itself is actually {{Averted}}, since the scene itself is not directly shown considering how ''disturbing'' some of it gets not just because of the subject at hand, [[SickAndWrong but what exactly]] [[BloodBath appeases to Roy's tastes...]]
** [[spoiler:He inflicts this upon hundreds of captured women from select colleges and sports programs to have them be forced into a selective breeding program in which they're intended to be nothing more than mothers to sire a new species of human.]]
* HateSink: If the rape isn't enough, he also ''physically inflicts harm to the point of bleeding during so if the victim so much as fights back''. He's cited by many characters, including villains who are also supposed to be {{Hate Sink}}s themselves, that Roy's actions make him a very disgusting and disturbing individual to the point he's physically ''nauseating'' to imagine being anywhere near.
* TheHedonist:
** [[RedBaron "Disturbingly Aroused Blood Crazed Killer"]]
** [[spoiler:He disturbingly also gets off to watching his captured slaves forced to have sex with each other as part of his ''outright heinous'' selective breeding program he created to try and create a superior species to humans.]]
* HemoErotic: ''Disturbingly'' the case with Roy; he's visibly turned out by the mere scent or sight of blood.
* HeroKiller: [[spoiler:He killed the original incarnation of Takeru's Patamon in the form of Archangel Seraphimon, he also killed the original incarnations of Archangels Ofanimon and Cherubimon and ''permanently deleted the latter of the two''. He also kills Flare's younger brother, a [=RizeGreymon=] who was absolutely loyal to Sayo, and also killed [=BlackWereGarurumon=], who was one of the ''many'' siblings of Tempest whom he was the oldest of and had died failing to protect the others. That's not even getting to what he does to Sayo...]]
* HairTriggerTemper: As a Tokomon learns the hard way.
* HumanTraffickers: [[spoiler:Roy has loaned his services to utterly depraved individuals, even actual rapists, to hire him to capture women he would deem fit as their perfect match just for the purpose of using both participents as part of his HumanBreedingProject. He almost dragged Hikari away to such a fate, but Jadedramon's surprise entry ruined that bit. He oddly doesn't have this goal in mind for Meiko, though.]]
* HumansAreTheRealMonsters: [[spoiler:Chrono Core literally doesn't know how to comprehend the killing machine Roy and White Rabbit are capable of functioning as, even considering [=ExoGrimmon=] is absorbed into vital data for White Rabbit to absorb so that Roy and White Rabbit can jogress into the Super Ultimate class version of White Rabbit.]]
* IncomingHam: The debut of his definitive incarnation begins with Roy Oshiro and White Rabbit behaving in a deliberately over the top fashion.
* InterplayOfSexAndViolence: [[spoiler:In his fight with Ruki, he flat out encourages the brutality coming from Ruki's side of the confrontation, stating her attempts to harm him merely gives him an increasing desire to bang her. Keep in mind, [[PaedoHunt she's still 17 when he says this]], [[AxCrazy but it's not like he cares to know that.]]]]
* KillTheGod: [[spoiler:His actual goal, once he realizes his White Rabbit project is capable of so much more than simply killing in the long run. He quickly realizes his original goals were nothing short of ''boring'' when it comes to the idea of tracking down and killing ''every god to have ever existed'' and absorb their powers into his newly acquired FusionDance White Rabbit body, and then declare himself the only true god to exist solely out of the spite and hatred he had for the original gods.]]
* LackOfEmpathy: He honestly cannot comprehend the logistics of how the stories he inhabits function; his increasing abusive behavior towards White Rabbit, only ending up pitching in for him when it benefits him and that alone, is enough to showcase why even White Rabbit is willing to perfectly ignore the other characters until Roy physically demands that White Rabbit pursues them.
* LargeHam: He doesn't take himself totally seriously; he's partially self-aware of who he is as a whole, but that doesn't stop him from being any less disturbing about it, in fact, his awareness of his creepiness actually makes things ''worse''.
* NightmareFace: [[https://mf217.deviantart.com/art/Digimon-Re-Story-Prologue-Page-3-734178120 Very easily prone to making these.]]
* NightmareFuelStationAttendant: Considering he's completely unhinged with his brutality and his insanity as a whole, he unnerves even Ultimorian Deities usually thicker skinned such as the likes of Grandis.
--> Grandis: If he doesn't scare you... then what the hell is wrong with you?
* NoCelebritiesWereHarmed: Modeled appearance-wise after Music/OzzyOsbourne.
* PaedoHunt: Some of his targets were just children when he first locked onto them. However, he chose not to act sexually with any of them straight away; he viewed that to be boring and desperate if he actually did. He instead chose to try and weasel his way in and manipulate them into believing they're the only ones to blame when Roy inevitably ''does'' show up to them and rape them...
* PerpetualSmiler: See SlasherSmile below.
* {{Pride}}
* RapeAsDrama:
** '''THE''' driving force of his character arc with Sayo, Enju, and their combined selves as Saju is dealing with anything in the aftermath of Roy brutally raping the former of the duo and all but flat out killing her.
** [[spoiler:The real reason Taichi is so utterly prudish around Meiko relates to this; Roy either attempted rape on Meiko or flat out succeeded and Taichi was only just barely able to rescue her and escape alive. Meiko had been mentally traumatized and broken in the process, to the point of frighteningly craving sex with Taichi and exhibiting signs that she doesn't understand the concept of sex overall...]]
* {{Sadist}}: He's an extremely sadistic {{Hedonist}}; the mere sight of blood turns him on as it is.
* SerialRapist: Apparently has a habit of this whenever he feels in the mood, though by the time of Saju's debut nobody can ever let him live down the fact he had raped Sayo into a near-death state.
* SickAndWrong: [[spoiler:Once people learn of his secretive selective breeding program for ''humans'', in which both males and females are forced to rape each other under Roy's commands to sire a new generation of superior humans, Roy is viewed by anyone who learns of this fact and lives to tell about it as not even worth redeeming anymore, often times rendering people to flat out wanting to murder him or even incapable of standing his presence and perpetual shit-eating grin.]]
* SlasherSmile: Part of his PerpetualSmiler state includes this.
* TheSociopath: He fits all of the bills of being The {{Narcissist}} otherwise had it not been for his LackOfEmpathy, leading to this trope.
* SoreLoser
* {{Troll}}: Much like Grandis above, he finds himself in a situation that the author would've normally killed someone in very easy in his debut.
* VileVillainSaccharineShow:
** He's everything wrong with humanity summed up into one crazy lunatic of a cyborg madman. [[spoiler:And considering he's one of the very few villains with the flat out intent of killing the Ultimorian Deities to make sure his plans succeed, since they fall under the category of "every god to have ever existed" in his plan to {{Kill The God}}s to [[GodhoodSeeker become a god]] solely out of spite.]]
** [[spoiler:His selective breeding program of humans is what causes people InUniverse to consider Roy this among virtually every other villain they've ever encountered; the fact these 500 humans are forced to rape each other under Roy's own command, being brutalized if they fail to follow his orders in gruesome ways, often involving the severing of limbs to have machines force them to continue intercourse with each other, many not only flat out lose hope of wanting to even consider redeeming Roy, yet alone wanting to keep him alive or at least not want to suddenly harm him where it hurts...]]
* VillainSong: Voltaire's "When You're Evil", which his duet with White Rabbit should signal to you that he's an absurd type of psychopath.
* WheresTheFunInThat: The exact reason he doesn't fall under StrawNihilist despite sharing the same overall endgoals as such individuals is because he flat out relishes his own life as a whole and does whatever he can to make the best of things and all the more entertaining for himself and his pleasure in things; such desires actually making many wish he was merely a generic OmnicidalManiac considering even Dr. Devoniak doesn't like Roy's behavior, calling it "absolutely mad".
* WouldHurtAChild: [[EstablishingCharacterMoment He just shoots a Tokomon in his opening entrance in his primary debut story.]]

!! White Rabbit
!!! Debut: ''Digimon Re: Adventure''
!!! Voice Actor: ???

[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/white_rabbit_core_final_8.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:"???"]]

Roy's calling card minion in the form of an amalgamation of everything scary from ''NightmareFuel/AlicesAdventuresInWonderland'', taking the primary motif of the White Rabbit from which it draws its own name. Its body is comprised of mechanical and organic body parts, with the only natural parts of its body being its skin, from which instead of being artificially engineered like White Rabbit's bones, muscles, and organs, it's instead GenuineHumanHide from which White Rabbit tore off of hapless victims as a means of creating a kill count for itself to show to Roy how effective it can be HuntingTheMostDangerousGame. While Roy more or less controls all of the actions of White Rabbit under most circumstances, there ''are'' situations which White Rabbit is rented out to the highest bidder for personal usage for a temporary period of time.

* BodyHorror:
** Everything about its left arm.
** It's -CORE- mode (pictured) has much of its body melt off or be vaporized upon transforming, leading to various veins connecting the remains together and forcefully keeping the form as stable as it can for such an unstable form in general.
* CopKiller: Massacres an entire squadron and their Digimon, eating the humans in the process, during the final half of Chapter 10 of ''Digimon Re: Adventure''.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: [[spoiler:The fact it called for Omegamon Alter [=S/B's=] Garuru Sword arm instead of Chaosmon's BAN-TYO Blade arm is actually meant to hint at something for later.]]
* GenuineHumanHide: Its skin is dried human skin stitched together.
* HairRaisingHare
* HorrorHunger: Its left arm functions as its mouth and esophagus, from which it feeds on hapless victims.
* NighInvulnerable: Despite its kernel sphere being exposed as it's -CORE- form, damage to it isn't physically possible, as due to the amount of energy White Rabbit has too much of in this state, it heals back any wound faster than it can be damaged.
* PowerCopying:
** Copies Omegamon Alter [=S/B's=] Garuru Sword using its machine arm in Chapter 10 of ''Digimon Re: Adventure''.
** His Machine Arm is capable of copying the weapons of other Digimon, most heavily showcased in Chapter 11 in which he has it transform at different points into Darkdramon's guns, [[VideoGame/DigimonWorld3 Ragnamon's]] ''[[HumongousMecha chest cannon]]'', and then into an unspecific gatling gun based arm.
* PsychoForHire: Roy bids out White Rabbit's usage whenever he needs to have White Rabbit tested for killing efficiency, in which whoever pays the highest if given permission to use White Rabbit for a temporary period of time.
* SpectacularSpinning: Due to the size of the Garuru Sword upon transforming its own right arm into it, it has to spin itself like a spinning top in-order to gain momentum to actually use it.
* UndeathlyPallor: Whatever color its GenuineHumanHide used to have suffers a ColorFailure when it becomes a part of White Rabbit's body.
* WhiteBunny

!! Silver Naotolis
!!! Debut: ''Sword Art Online: Special Edition''
!!! Voice Actor: ???

[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/naotolis.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:Phase 3 Silver Naotolis]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/argyria_naotolis.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:Phase 4 Argyria Naotolis]]

A one of a kind '''Naotolis''' born with a mysterious increasing intelligence factor that causes her to function entirely differently from the rest of her kind, but ultimately not by a whole lot aside from the fact she's a lot more cunning and calculating in terms of seeking out targets than her counterparts, which were mostly just "kill on sight without reason" droids mass produced without any other purpose. Due to her increased intelligence, the Silver Specimen as she's referred to created a HiveMind with the other individuals of her species to form an AlwaysChaoticEvil bond with her kind because, as the Silver Specimen is a {{Sadist}} BloodKnight, all of the other Naotolis in turn share an aspect of the Silver Specimen's bloodthirsty nature in some way or form.

* AdaptationalWimp[=/=]VillainDecay: InUniverse example for both; [[spoiler:in the aftermath of her debut in ''Reflection Code'', a movie is made as a cover-up to her existence, in which she's reduced to an AnimalisticAbomination that gets killed off very quickly with a bullet to the torso; a maneuver that actually failed against the ''real'' Naotolis in the same chapter.]]
* EnergyWeapon: Shares this with her generic clones.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: [[spoiler:Her HealingFactor, SpeedBlitz, and intelligence is unseen in her clones, leading to the implication that she's the actual clone of the bunch instead due to the already very blatant step down the clones otherwise display compared to her.]]
* GratuitousRussian: Defied; it isn't the language itself she speaks, but rather her ''accent'' being Russian. Her accent is a very thick Russian, but the ''real'' question is where did the accent itself even come from regarding why she speaks that way?
--> "[[LampshadeHanging Heck I don't even know myself;]] [[SubvertedTrope I just spent 40 years locked up with guys like them, just sort of spread throughout the room like a plague if you ask me.]]"
** [[spoiler:Minerva apparently inherits the Russian accent both indirectly because of Silver Naotolis, and the fact the first humans she comes across who speak any modern day language are Russians stranded on Dinotopia.]]
* HorsemenOfTheApocalypse: Conquest.[[note]]She shares a HorsemenOfTheApocalypse motif with Freak (Death), Stalka (Famine), and Garuda (War).[[/note]]
* HormoneAddledTeenager: [[spoiler:Considering her personality and motives are that of a very juvenile take on Minerva's personality and mindset, it appears that Naotolis is within her teenage years mentally. She even proves the hormone aspect by having a one night stand with [[VideoGame/{{Gex}} Rez]].]]
* HuskyRusskie: A very intense BoisterousBruiser.
* LetsGetDangerous: She drops all of the pretenses with her actions if she decides to use Silver Magnum against a given target, in which case if they survive the impact, she'll actively try and stay and finish the fight with even greater intensity.
* LiterallyShatteredLives: What her Silver Magnum does to its targets.
* MyDeathIsJustTheBeginning: [[spoiler:Her banishment to another universe has her immensely damaged in the aftermath, but when she regenerates, she's immediately a discarded shell for something within her that reveal themselves as Ultimorian Deity runes that proceed to materialize into Ultimorian Deity Minerva.]]
* PaletteSwap: Not much differs her from her brethren except her presence of human-like hair, an alternated head, and her sharp edges being sharper and pointier in contrast to her normal incarnations, who are more dulled in blade sharpness just as they are duller in coloration. [[spoiler:[[SufficientlyAdvancedAliens Silver Naotolis' internal structure]], [[SubvertedTrope on the other hand...]]]]
* PsychoPrototype: [[spoiler:She's the most unhinged of her kind to have ever existed; brutally massacring even her own kind, fellow Garuda monsters, or just about any bystander that gets in her way, Silver Naotolis paints a horrifying picture for what will eventually lead into Ultimorian Deity Minerva.]]
* RunningOnAllFours: How part of her chasing mechanics work; she runs on all fours, before and in doing so spends a lot of the time airborne rather than having her limbs touching the ground.
* {{Sadist}}: When she first makes her appearance, she's deliberately missing her targets with her eye laser attack just to scare them shitless and watch them run away in fear; [[PragmaticVillainy she only lets herself hit her mark when somebody actually tries to fight back.]]
* ShownTheirWork:
** Her method of running and chasing is ''very'' much how a cheetah runs. Since Silver Naotolis is designed to be built to last in terms of endurance, however, she doesn't have the same problem cheetahs or her gray colored clones have in comparison, mostly owing off to the Silver Naotolis' having SuperSpeed all to itself.
** Argyria Naotolis is capable of inflicting poison based wounds and heavily toxic silver doses in said wounds; Argyria is a condition that leads to pale, bluish skin which while not lethal by itself, if the condition is caused by an alarmingly high amount of exposure to silver, then it actually ''can'' be lethal.
* TheSociopath: What Silver Naotolis qualifies among her brethren.
* SpeedBlitz: At immense rage she effectively ''teleports'' due to how fast she becomes in such a state of anger.
* SuperMode: Implied; after shedding the rust coating her body, she proceeds to then shed her impurities in her outer armor to the point she goes from dull grey to a shining silver polish. This is more or less where Silver Naotolis' SuperSpeed comes into factor. [[spoiler:Design schematics reveal it to be a prototype replication of Phase 3 Ultrarian Humans, such as the similar forms of a glowing silver with Chronicler's demi-deity Phase 3 form, and Grandis' Snowflake Phase 3 form.]]
* SuperSpeed: A design function that's unique to Silver Naotolis when compared to her mass produced clones.
* TeleFrag: ''Weaponizes'' this trope via her SignatureMove, "Silver Magnum". A sudden concentration of speed and acceleration activating alongside all of her sharp weaponry unsheathing at once, a sudden bolt of movement forward through her intended target, and the target reduced to ash behind her.
* {{Teleportation}}: She doesn't have the ability, but her effective top speed allows her to give the impression that she does.
* UltimateLifeform: [[spoiler:Is from the distant future and is Garuda's absolute strongest monster, having been created from heavily salvaged parts from all of the deceased Garuda monsters that came before her. This is ultimately shown in her Phase 4 form, from which her Phase 3 form was just a mere prototype for.]]
* VileVillainSaccharineShow: [[spoiler:She's the first on-screen case of an Ultimorian Deity protoform being used as a main character, and considering Minerva very, ''very'' much fits this trope, many of Minerva's SerialKiller traits are first showcased through Silver Naotolis, except whereas Minerva had actually matured about it, Silver Naotolis is effectively a teenager with a killing addiction and has yet to even remotely mature herself about it. It ultimately takes getting her banished to the ''Dinotopia'' verse to ultimately get her to learn this lesson, in which she ascends into Ultimorian Deity Minerva in the process.]]

!! Metal M
!!! Debut: ???
!!! Voice Actor: [[spoiler:Music/{{Voltaire}}]]

'''Metal M''', a metallic super soldier that was scrapped due to technical limitations and ultimately was rejected in favor of Mirror M. Brought to life by Garuda and X.A.N.A., they give it a mind of its own by manipulating its mind into thinking it was abandoned and forgetting because it was deemed unworthy of filling Mirror M's role despite the issue being outside of anyone's control at the time of his original creation. At first, the idea of it being used as an Anti-Mirror M machine backfires horrifically when Mirror M makes a joke out of him with his Phase 2 form easily disposing of him. Then he's rebuilt with his own Phase 2 form to match now that he had some of Mirror M's "Voidumium" energy flowing within him which contaminated his circuitry. Yet again he's destroyed by Mirror M, but it was a close call.

The second time he's rebuilt he actually nearly succeeds in killing Mirror M; while he doesn't manage to score the kill, he does actually succeed in butchering Mirror M's left arm with a Z.E.R.0. Materia forged blade. Now in its own Phase 3 form deliberately modeled after [=MetalGreymon=] based off of battle statistics analyzed by X.A.N.A. regarding Flare while he had a chance to study her composition, Metal M could be unofficially called "'''[=CyberGreymon=]'''" much like how Mirror M is sometimes unofficially called "[=MegaloGreymon=]" in return with his own altered Phase 3 form. Due to both Mirror M and Metal M now being Ultrarians with some form of contamination in their systems, they risk being ganged up upon by even their own allies for the fact their composition registers to them as an alien signal and not one of their own kin like normal.

* AscendedMeme: He uses his CoolShades along the lines of invoking [[MemeticMutation the "deal with it" meme]].
* TheCameo: He is not confirmed or denied to appear in the ''Digimon'' fics in the continuity, much like Mirror M.
* CaptainErsatz: {{Invoked}}; like Mirror M's Phase 3 form, his own Phase 3 form is because an actual [=MetalGreymon=] had a major role in both of their ability to even access Phase 3 in their current condition.
* CoolShades: Has automatic unfolding sunglasses hidden in his headphones.
* EvilKnockoff: See RobotMe.
* TheJuggernaut: Metal M flat out curb-stomps Mirror M because literally nothing in Mirror M's own arsenal can immediately bring down Metal M.
* RiddleForTheAges: [[spoiler:Considering his personality is very similar to the more DeadpanSnarker traits associated with Roy, some wonder whether Roy tampered with his circuitry as a test or experiment with trying to create the perfect host body for himself. If he did or not, it ultimately didn't matter since Roy inevitably ended up using White Rabbit anyways.]]
* RobotMe: He's a metallic replica of Mirror M designed to learn from the mistakes from the Naotolis.
* ShoutOut: To [[https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNkCRjWrdo5_2g63jeO7c4Q Vrahno]]'s depiction of [=MechaGodzilla=].
* SilentSnarker: Every time he busts out [[MemeticMutation the "deal with it" shades]].
* TwoDecadesBehind: His personality seems to be perpetually stuck in TheNoughties.
* WalkingArmory: What makes his Showa Era [=MechaGodzilla=] influences more obvious.

!! Dalton
!!! Debut: ???
!!! Voice Actor: ???

[[spoiler:Grandis' older brother, a pure-blood Ultimorian native human much like Grandis is, but having survived due to having been off-world in another universe entirely at the time the event had happened. Despite what one might think, Dalton has the innocence of a puppy and is even ''more'' mentally challenged than anyone Grandis personally ever knew. Whereas one would expect Grandis to be an {{Inverted}} BigBrotherBully, Grandis actually considers Dalton to be more along the lines of a MoralityPet whom, even considering the two behave like normal siblings when more comfortable around each other, Grandis legitimately cares for Dalton's well-being, to the point Grandis is instead more of a KnightTemplarBigBrother towards anybody who tries to actively harm or upset Dalton.]]

* AmazingTechnicolorPopulation: While technically albino much like his brother, his natural skin tone is much more obvious than his brother's own, in this case being an Orangutan-esque shade of red, with his hair being a very dark maroon.
* AnimalMotif: Monkeys, and to a lesser extent, dogs.
* UsefulNotes/{{Autism}}: Appears to have the condition much more obviously than with [[spoiler:Grandis]], considering Dalton's inability to truly fend for himself in this world whereas [[spoiler:Grandis]] adapted to his condition just fine.
* TheBeastmaster: Tames various species of monkeys and different dog breeds to collect food for himself since he's too handicapped by his own size to even move from place to place reliably, and since he doesn't have a job or any income like his younger brother, can only afford to have his dogs and monkeys collect food from the wild to bring back to him.
* BigFriendlyDog: He has at least a dozen Saint Bernard's under his watch, all of which big dogs in their own right. Then there's the domesticated Ligerhound, a dog originating from Ultimoria which is about as big as a Liger without the obesity problem. Ligerhounds are usually anything but a BigFriendlyDog, as they actually sometimes preyed on Ultrarian humans, but with Dalton as TheBeastmaster, Dalton has complete control of it.
* BigFun: 11 feet tall pushing 1,000 pounds.
* BodyHorror: He's physically deformed as far as human anatomy goes; very tiny legs bordering on pillar-like stubs, with massive arms comparable to an Gorilla. Despite being 11 feet tall, his bulk from his over 1 ton weight makes him look even more like an Gorilla than he does an actual human.
* BullyingADragon: While Dalton doesn't actively do anything to defend himself from such bullying, [[spoiler:don't expect Grandis to not do anything about it.]]
* CompositeCharacter: [[spoiler:Of the author's brother and the author's uncle from his dad's side of the family.]]
* CowardlyLion: Very timid and easy to get to submit from intimidation alone, [[spoiler:but don't you dare mess with Grandis lightly when he's around.]]
* ExtremeDoormat: Unlike his younger brother, he seems to be a lot more easy to cave in to arguments and is often very timid as an individual, despite the fact logically everyone should not provoke him so lightly [[BullyingADragon because he's 11 feet tall weighing a ton and is a very strong individual as a whole.]]
* {{Foil}}: [[spoiler:To Grandis; whereas Grandis became essentially an {{Inverted}} BigBrotherBully as the years progressed, Dalton TookALevelInKindness whereas Grandis continued to [[TookALevelInJerkass Take A Level In Jerkass]]. Eventually the two were separated from each other with Dalton long presumed dead, only to appear as a living resident in France in ''Reflection Code''. Contrast to Grandis, whom has taken residence in Japan in ''Sword Art Online: Special Edition'', and you'll see that Grandis has proven himself to be quite a troublemaker, whereas Dalton lives in obscurity as simply a giant human who is being sheltered by Odd's parents and given a lot of affection for his help around the house and income.]]
* HiddenDepths:
** [[VideoGame/StarFoxAdventures "He who doesn't have much to say, knows more than one might think."]]
** [[spoiler:Judging by the behavior of the various species of monkeys to follow him around and never try anything fishy with him, it seems he does have ''some'' divine influence like his brother, mostly in the fact back when he still lived on his home planet, he was TheBeastmaster in which he tamed various animals and even is the one who taught Grandis how to do this with ferrets and polecats. Dalton tends to use monkeys and dogs more often in comparison because he uses them more to gather food for himself, whereas Grandis' more motivated by ferrets being cute rather than needing them for any specific purpose.]]
* NiceGuy
* TheQuietOne: He doesn't speak much, although if one were to truly pressure him into speaking, he who has not much to say knows more than one might think.
* RedOniBlueOni: Blue Oni to [[spoiler:Grandis']] Red Oni.
* SheepInSheepsClothing: He's initially viewed as TheDreaded by anyone who knows the fact he even exists but has never met him personally. [[spoiler:Considering Grandis informs everyone of his existence as his ''older brother'', this is what makes people fear him for the wrong reason; they assume Dalton is an even stronger Ultimorian Deity than Grandis himself is, which Dalton is anything but.]]
* ShrinkingViolet
* StoutStrength: Very big and very, ''very'' strong.
* ThereIsAnother: [[spoiler:He's a pure-blood Ultimorian human just like his younger brother Grandis.]]
* WalkingSpoiler: Who he's related to is the big spoiler about him; otherwise everything about who he is on his own is relatively mundane.

!! Emperius
!!! Debut: ''E.S.W.N.''
!!! Voice Actor: N/A

* AdaptationalHeroism: He's more just a disgruntled wild animal in all versions, so this only truly applies to the parts of his role which weren't in his original one [[spoiler:because he had originally been killed off in the original script prior to a mass rework.]]
* AllYourPowersCombined: He's either a FusionDance of seven equally unknown animals with SuperMode DNA in them, or he's the MonsterProgenitor for those very seven.
* AttackAnimal: [[spoiler:Captain keeps him as an overgrown guard dinosaur after he's freed and subsequently tamed.]]
* AttackOfTheFiftyFootWhatever: He's anywhere between 300 feet tall or 300 feet long; doesn't make any difference in that he's ''the'' biggest NPC sprite in the entire game ''bar none''.
* BigDamnHeroes: [[spoiler:Captain frees Emperius from the volcanic core and sicks him against the defensive barrier Harena is using for her fortress.]]
* BreakoutCharacter: He's the first showcased non-main boss in the original visual demonstration made as a bonus for a college presentation, and then he gets a case of AdaptationalHeroism and SparedByTheAdaptation in the final version of the game.
* {{Kaiju}}: [[spoiler:He's the only Ancient Guardian Beast to not be a HumongousMecha in comparison.]]
* MixAndMatchCritters: Of mostly dinosaurs and some non-dinosaur reptiles, including an ''Ichthyosaurus'' and a Wyvern.
* MultipleChoicePast: Explicitly stated to be either the AllYourPowersCombined version of seven fictional dinosaurs and reptiles with his DNA spliced from each of them, or his own DNA was spliced to instead be a MonsterProgenitor for those very seven.
* SparedByTheAdaptation: [[spoiler:He's killed off in the original development prototypes of the game by virtue of the OptionalBoss status he originally had; in the final version he's still optional but it's explicitly shown he survives, especially because he has an expanded role.]]
* WeaponOfMassDestruction: It's not argued that Emperius isn't one at all, it's just the actual deal with this being [[spoiler:when the protagonists are searching for the Ancient Guardian Beasts, they don't realize until Captain finally lets slip that Emperius ''is'' the Ancient Guardian Beast of the Southern Regions.]]
* YourSizeMayVary: Whether or not he's 300 feet tall or instead 300 feet long is never clarified, not even InUniverse when the author finally decides to give him a definite size; [[TakeAThirdOption in the form of deliberately switching between both at once when needed.]]

!! Aconite
!!! Debut: ''Crazy Carousal''

* AGodAmI: She really does let the insane amount of StoryBreakerPower she gets go to her head, although she views it more as a blessing than a curse.
* AbusiveParents: She represents Rose's mother, whom in her original life was nothing short of the AlphaBitch to end all Alpha Bitches, considering many of the reason as to why Rose even has her LiteralSplitPersonality to begin with is because of Aconite's horrendous torture of Rose into forcefully turning her into the ultimate weapon for her own benefit.
* AbusivePrecursors: She is this towards Ultimorian Deity Rose; as the driving mastermind behind Rose's actions, and the true reason why she was able to escape from Ultimoria, she blatantly abused her own subjects and pawns to whatever means it would be for her to get complete control over a situation, even flat out killing her in subordinates with her own hands to get something done. As a predecessor to the current Ultimorian Deity Rose, she represents every injustice and sense of malice present within the primal Ultimorian Deities by virtue of being one of the very few to survive into the newer greater multiverse to continue her plans of abuse.
* AdaptationalVillainy: Not that her original incarnation as the blood mother of Rose's species was anything morally superior, but she felt incomplete in her original incarnation, as in, she possessed many of her qualities shown here, but not in a refined enough fashion to make her stand out as an individual character instead of [[GenericDoomsdayVillain a force of nature]]. However, despite having a much more blatant {{Sadist}} personality here, the many over-the-top actions Aconite is guilty of does fit her previously established character.
* AlphaBitch
* AmazingTechnicolorPopulation: She has pale purple and red skin with visible, bulging blood veins all across her body, making her look like a walking mass of white flesh and blood given humanoid form. Her eyes aren't even read; they're either pitch black when not using her abilities, or they're blank white when using her powers.
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: Of the sheer, unadulterated hatred that lies in those who create HateFic works and those within Hate Fics who represent the undying hatred of the author regardless of their designated alignment.
* AxCrazy: She just itches for a gory bludgeoning of someone to happen by her hands.
* BadBoss: Whoever she has control over, she'll sadistically use them to whatever means to an end they have to her until their usefulness runs out in which she disposes of them as AbnormalAmmo, {{Human Shield}}s, food to heal herself...
* BrawnHilda: Her appearance is that resembling Rose's adult human form except swapping the fat that goes into her breasts into refined muscle, thus rendering her breasts rather small compared to her muscle mass.
* TheBrute: Rose's Phase 4 form in a separate body from herself.
* BuxomBeautyStandard: She would've had a buxom figure and be more attractive had it not been for her desire for sheer muscle instead, which gives her a BrawnHilda appearance instead.
* BloodLust: Often joked that she's a vampire, especially considering her title of "blood mother" among Rose's affiliates, but nobody is laughing with how much of a blood bath she reduces her enemies into if they so much as dare to think they're better than her.
* DeconstructedCharacterArchetype: Of Jerk Sues. Aconite is noted for her unyielding hatred and aggression against everything and anything that isn't herself. Due to her sheer unpleasantness, nobody sane would be willing to serve her for any reason other than fear or not having the power to stand up against her. About as unpleasant as they come, Aconite makes other antagonistic characters look at her as an immoral bitch who never shows gratitude towards anything, and only seeks for her own personal benefit and hers alone, completely apathetic towards whatever amount of work anyone does for her so long as the outcome benefits her. As the true BigBad of ''Crazy Carousal'', she is the driving force behind the various antagonists in that fic, and the motivation as to why Rose acts the way she does.
* DeconstructedTrope: She represents every negative trait that embodies itself into a HateFic, which is reflected in the sheer overabundance of negative character traits in Aconite herself, and her overall unpleasantness and monstrous behavior when compared to even the other villains of the SeriesFic. She is the kind of villain who makes even the likes of Enric cringe due to how even Enric, or perhaps even Dr. Devoniak, actually have standards compared to Aconite's mindless hatred.
* DomesticAbuse: Zenith has tried to romance her every time he encounters her... with only Zenith himself serving as a power source and or food for her benefit before she leaves whenever she can from the Infernal Void.
* DisappointedByTheMotive: She lives and breathes evil, as she claims, since she considers herself above the need to have a motive and only lets her actions judge who she ultimately is.
* EnemyWithout: How she was created.
* EntitledBastard: She has both this and an agitating HolierThanThou regards for the Madokaverse characters. [[spoiler:Under her reign she ends up getting all but Madoka killed, and she makes certain to make sure the deaths that happen were completely meaningless to anyone else's benefit except her own.]]
* FloralThemeNaming: Her pantheon of antagonists are named accordingly. As stated below, Aconite is named after the ''Aconitum'' genus of flowers.
* FromNobodyToNightmare: [[spoiler:Originally a "human" girl with a desire to have the control over the entire universe just to watch things burn to the ground, she caught the attention of the Incubators and they granted a wish from her. Unfortunately, they didn't realize the sheer magnitude of hatred Aconite had, and they ended up willingly handing themselves over to her as her eternal slaves with absolutely no chance of freedom due to granting her wish. Oh, and as for her witch? She kills it and eats it and renders it a non-issue on the spot, by forcing the Incubators to reduce its size to that of an atom.]]
* GoneHorriblyWrong: [[spoiler:She wishes for infinite wishes and infinite obedience from the Incubators and they can only continue to live to forever serve her agenda and her's alone. She's the cause of the CrapsackWorld as seen prior to the newer greater multiverse.]]
* GreaterScopeVillain: As TheManBehindTheMan for Ultimorian Deity Rose, Aconite serves as the true BigBad of ''Crazy Carousal'', and her actions alone make it clear that she's a force of evil incarnate that simply refuses to be reasoned with, and will not even so much as dignify literally anyone except herself.
* HateSink: Hoo boy... [[spoiler:She refuses to let Madoka and her pantheon of Magical Girls pass onto the afterlife after they've either been horrified at the fate of their world, or have accepted death ahead of time, and yet Aconite continues to use them as meat shields, power sources, food, among other horrible needs to keep them forced from passing on.]]
* HeroKiller: [[spoiler:What she does to the Madokaverse characters and their persisting limbo is just too cruel considering what all they had gone through to stop her, only to just become yet more slaves to her own bidding, and only thanked in the fact they're erased from existence for good via the Z.E.R.0., and even then Aconite doesn't even dignify any of their deaths.]]
* HorrifyingTheHorror: Rose is '''terrified''' of her inner desire, which she sealed into her Phase 4 form and ejected into a separate entity from herself.
* HumanoidAbomination: A very brawny humanoid woman of an unspecified species. [[spoiler:No evidence exists as to whether or not she's from the same species of human as Grandis, despite all indicators pointing to her definitely being a member of his species, all the way down to the AmazingTechnicolorPopulation.]]
* HumanShield: A tactic she will without question use, or force her opponents into using by outright attacking hostages or using them as shields for herself.
* ItsAllAboutMe: She is ''incredibly'' self-centered regarding many of her own actions, as she's not doing what she does over the belief that the greater multiverse would be better off with such changes; she's doing it because it legitimately amuses her to witness chaos unfold before her and having all of the power to control the light show from behind the scenes.
* LaughingMad: The only thing close to resembling a positive emotion she has is her own sadistic amusement in other's pain.
* MeaningfulName: Named after the ''[[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aconitum Aconitum]]'' flower, which among other names is known for being the Queen of Poisons, the Devil's Helmet, and the Bane of Leopards, Women, Mice, and Wolves.
* OmnicidalManiac: How she perceives the greater multiverse prior to freeing Rose from Ultimoria.
* ThePowerOfHate: She is the first and one of the very few who can utilize the "Anti-Soul Link" because of just how strong her hatred is.
* PurpleIsPowerful
* {{Sadist}}: She takes immense joy taunting her enemies as she moves to attack, often LaughingMad in the midst of very, '''very''' painful attacks.
* ShownTheirWork: Her BrawnHilda build has her breasts shrink from what they would've been otherwise as regular Rose, who is infamous for having huge boobs. Increase in musculature in women in real life to such degrees would actually cause their breasts to shrink due to the fat becoming muscle and thus no longer part of the breasts.
* StarterVillain: For the entire SeriesFic chronologically, she serves as TheManBehindTheMan for Rose's actions, whom Rose otherwise fills this role more extensively.
* UngratefulBastard:
** Is not exactly thrilled to see Rose succeed in giving her a separate body despite it being exactly as she planned, so she decides to atomize Rose with the Z.E.R.0. and claim the weapon for herself after all of the effort Rose had put into making the weapon in the first place.
** [[spoiler:Nor does she even dignify Homura when she releases the final seal on her deliberately just to allow her to pass on into the afterlife, leading to Aconite's resurrection... and then Homura's CessationFromExistence for good by Aconite obliterating her with the Z.E.R.0., and then just stating Homura has served her one true purpose and she can finally stay silenced by Aconite's anger against her.]]
* VileVillainSaccharineShow: Aconite is TheManBehindTheMan to Rose, so this is a given. Aconite was originally from somewhere else altogether and not from Ultimoria, and yet her unyielding grasp on Rose's abilities and her ability to take advantage of her without giving any regards to Rose's UndyingLoyalty at times. [[spoiler:Also she prevents the Madokaverse characters from entering the afterlife after the death of the original greater multiverse, as she keeps them around to further exploit until she ultimately wipes each remaining one with the Z.E.R.0. once they've outlived their usefulness.]]

!! Harena
!!! Debut: ''E.S.W.N.''

* AbusiveParents: [[spoiler:Tehka learns the very, ''very'' hard way that Harena is an UngratefulBastard when it comes to how she views him, and literally only sees him - her own son - as but a means to an end and nothing more. When Tehka breaks down crying when fighting the heroes one last time, he asks to be struck down in an act of mercy, but Harena refuses to allow that to happen and kidnaps him and then proceeds to transmogrify him into a mindless monster who serves at that chapter's boss.]]
* BadBoss: She'll frequently inflict harm on her own minions, unwittingly making them vulnerable to the heroes, if they so much as fail her even on a minor note.
* BerserkButton: [[SchmuckBait Don't speak her name]], only refer to her as "Mistress".
* BigBad: Of ''E.S.W.N.'', without question.
* CatchPhrase: "You have no chance."
* HateSink: She's the one character in ''E.S.W.N.'', during all of its DevelopmentHell, to be a completely unsympathetic individual with nothing to like about her InUniverse; nothing to view her as redeemable considering her constant crimes against the heroes, and how personal they will get, [[spoiler:even down to mutilating her own son as but to create the last chapter boss prior to her own chapter.]]
* TheHeavy: She's rarely not physically present for major events in the story wherever her forces have gathered.
* InvincibleVillain: {{Invoked}}; [[spoiler:She resorts to making herself invincible in her FinalBoss fight against her, considering she can't exactly reverse things any further at this point due to the Guardian Beast Spheres being at full power; even then, they can't revoke her invincibility that easily, at least not without outside help.]]
* LargeAndInCharge: She's physically the largest of her faction at least as far as height goes.
* NothingIsScarier: Her presence is often noted by a very distinct lack of music or sound in her vicinity.
* OurLichesAreDifferent: She's more of a ghost in terms of physical composition, as the only physical part of her body is her golden dragon helmet and the red jewels it has for eyes.
* TheStoic: She's noticeably quieter than her contemporaries, and often prefers silence as a recurring motif of her.
* [[spoiler:TimeMaster:]] [[spoiler:The one ability she inherits from the Golden Dragon that makes her such a major problem in the first place; she keeps her status as a threat throughout the entire game because of her ability to reverse her loses in battles in an instant, and then defeat the heroes instantly while she only actually resets herself and ensures that the heroes are already severely weakened still as she lays out an utter CurbStompBattle as quickly as she was originally defeated. The destruction of her helmet is crucial to ultimately defeating Harena in the end, which is what the various Guardian Beast Spheres can stop the influence of when fully charged.]]
* WouldHurtAChild: Not very noticeable in her various appearances, [[spoiler:but tell that to Tehka and his various siblings...]]
* VillainForgotToLevelGrind: [[spoiler:{{Averted}} [[ResetButton in ways]] [[ThatBattleDidntCount that only]] [[YankTheDogsChain makes things]] ''[[HeroKiller worse]]''...]]
* YankTheDogsChain: Something she just ''relishes'' in doing. [[spoiler:Take too long to defeat her in ''any'' of her fights, [[DownerEnding and see what happens next because of that...]]]]

[[folder:Ultrarians]]

'''Ultrarians''' is the term used to describe any and all life-forms native directly to the Ultimorian Multiverse; the term can even be used to describe the likes of the Ultimorian Deities, but note whenever they use the term, they traditionally tend to use it to refer to non-sapient wildlife rather than fully fledged deities, but even that's inconsistent at times. These life-forms, much like the Ultimorian Deities, do not all come from the same universe from within the Ultimorian Multiverse, but rather much, much more individual ones from which they've either migrated from or had become completely displaced from space and time, thus winding up in other worlds as a result. Ultimorian Deities, when coming into contact with these wildlife, have a consistent tendency to drop all hostility towards each other and gang up on whatever Ultrarian life-form had made itself known as a threat to the local ecosystem. Troublesome and ferocious, the Ultrarian wildlife are needless to say never truly pleasant to have around, regardless of the context.

! General

* AlwaysChaoticEvil: {{Averted}}; they're too mindless and driven by instinctual rage to have such a moral compass.
* BizarreAlienBiology: They have the inherent ability to determine what universe they're currently within; in Ultimoria they behave like normal animals, but [[HairTriggerTemper outside]] [[SuperPersistentPredator of]] [[UnstoppableRage Ultimoria...]]
* EldritchAbomination: Described as "Fauna from the Void".
* HyperspaceIsAScaryPlace: Their home dimension Ultimoria in a nutshell. It's no wonders the Ultimorian Deities are as strong as they are because of these things. [[spoiler:At minimum the matured specimen of the average Ultrarian is a very high end Phase 4, almost to the point several species of them actually surpass some of the Ultimorian Deity Phase 4 forms in general power. It's especially noteworthy with Grandis, who had to power up to Phase 6 in-order to remotely stand a chance, and even then he kept having to cheat his way to victory every encounter with one he had gotten into.]]
* {{Kaiju}}: Generally common on planets with weaker gravity, but also even more common in the oceans they inhabit. Some of the space bound Ultrarians are ''even bigger'', and are even implied to have been directly descended from the Primordial Deities for this reason alone.
* OlympusMons: Any herbivore that has evolve to be impenetrable to predators, as well as any apex predators that have evolved to colonize the entire planet of their particular universe within the Ultimorian Multiverse are this by default. Generally speaking, ''any'' Ultrarian that has successfully colonized the entire planet they originate from is ultimately this, because it proves that not a single part of the globe is uninhabitable to them.
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: [[spoiler:The Ultimorian Deities will suddenly drop all of their hostilities against each other solely to gang up on an Ultrarian beginning to infest a given area.]]
* {{Planimal}}: Some of the mega herbivores are this due to their immense sizes.

! Noteworthy Species

!! ''Canis diaboli'' ("Devil of the Dogs")
!!! Debut: ''Reflection Code''

* AnimalJingoism: A more obscure example; a giant, ferocious mammal being confronted with a small, but able to shapeshift reptilian which has been known to keep mammals delayed from evolving on their own. [[spoiler:Mirror M's DNA contains some segments of an unknown apex predator from the dog's world which is known to hibernate for insanely long periods of time, but when it awakens, it's bloodthirsty and kills and eats everything in sight before falling asleep under the ice once more. Unfortunately for the dog, Mirror M's constant adrenaline increase means he'll never go to sleep like the dog would prefer it.]]
* BigFriendlyDog: Inverted; it's absolutely ferocious despite its cuddly, docile exterior,because it wants you to mistake it for something soft and cuddly so it can go in for the kill.
* EstablishingCharacterMoment: A newspaper with a family owning a massive dog reports of the whole family getting murdered with nothing found alive except for their giant dog. The dog appears intelligent enough to deliberately hide the evidence to its antics.
* MisplacedWildlife: Originates from the outer reaches of our verse's analog to Sol, in which Triton's analog is a habitable, polar planet with a massive obsession with shaggy beasts as predators and prey. ''Canis diaboli'' is a sapient species taking the form of a cuddly giant.
* MysteriousAntarctica: Subverted; Triton is not exactly known for candidates of life, but the dog originates from an alternate Triton.

!! Ligerhound

* BigFriendlyDog: It's massive, but it's anything but friendly under normal circumstances, but anybody with a solid capacity of a beastmaster control can conquer it easily, for its willpower is rather weak despite being a wild animal. It also can't bark; it only roars due to how powerful it's vocalizations are.
* LightningBruiser: Its incredible stamina, overall agility, but most importantly, it's massive stride, allows it to out-speed a Cheetah.
* MeaningfulName: It's a Saint Bernard-esque looking dog that's the size of a Liger.
* MixAndMatchCritters: General aesthetic of the breed is that of a Saint Bernard-{{Expy}}, but the size is that of a Liger.

!! ??? ("Saroa")
!!! Debut: ''Sword Art Online: Special Edition''
!!! Major Role: [[spoiler:''Unhinged: An American Tail'']]

* ADayInTheLimelight: [[spoiler:When the ferrets tell their history in ''Unhinged: An American Tail'' to the cats, they detail every part of their origins on how almost all life-forms where they came from perished, and their salvation came in the form of an Eldritch god known only as Saroa; any who endangered the lives of ferretkind would face the divine wrath of Saroa in extreme retribution with fatal consequences. Saroa had only one promise; to protect these life-forms in exchanged for being worshiped and glorified with praise and memorials in its name.]]
* BadassNormal: A Phase 6, naturally occurring Ultimorian life-form; it's not an Ultimorian Deity, nor is it anything truly noteworthy otherwise aside from its actions. Heck in terms of general strength it's weaker than an Ultimorian Deity, but that's merely because Sarora lacks the kind of overpowered attacks they tend to have by comparison and instead having more mundane attacks.
* DiscOneFinalBoss: [[spoiler:Is killed off in ''Sword Art Online: Special Edition'' by the 5% completed [=Z.E.R.0.=].]]
* EldritchAbomination: What can best be described by its appearance.
* GodhoodSeeker: Appears to be its motives; it wants to uplift entire races to sapience so it can be worshiped by them.
* GuardianEntity: In an alternate version of Earth, it is a God who is worshiped by anthropomorphic ferrets and other weasels, and is heavily implied to be what uplifted them into such a role to begin with as an outside source trying to invoke the role of a creation deity. As a result of its creations/worshipers, it will attack anything that threatens there existence; including the non-sapient versions of these life-forms as seen in other verses.
* TheHedonist: Takes an immense sense of pleasure with what it does and the reward it gets from it.
* {{Narcissist}}: The complete motive, flaw, and personality of Saroa in a nutshell; it specifically chooses an animal to uplift in which it then demands the creatures to worship and idolize Saroa at all times in exchange for ensuring the creature's long term survival and evolution into an intelligent race and beyond.
* OlympusMons: Naturally occurring Phase 6 Ultimorian.
* SmallRoleBigImpact: Not normally his job, but his cameo in [[spoiler:''The Fastest Thing Alive'' leads to a Ferret OC appearing in the wake of the aftermath of Chronicler going ballistic; Saroa himself isn't outright shown due to the fact everyone is fleeing in terror at the sight of it before it can be photographed.]]
* WhamLine: Not from itself, but from [[spoiler:the ferrets in ''Unhinged: An American Tail'', who detail that Saroa is their God and savior who had uplifted them with the gift of intelligence.]]
* YouCannotGraspTheTrueForm: Multiple renditions of Saroa exist due to its nature of existing, none of which can agree on what it actually looks like except for the unusual nature in which the limbs are structured.

!! EMD[[spoiler:/("Electromagnetic Dragon")]]
!!! Debut: [[spoiler:''Sword Art Online: Special Edition'']]

A Dragon native to Ultimorian which specializes in an Electromagnetic field of oxygen surrounding itself that is caused by their hearts

* OlympusMons:
** Naturally occurring Phase 6.
** [[spoiler:Stormcloud can fuse with Phase 4 Chronicler into the Phase 5 Delta Silver, and is an even bigger example of this than a normal Electromagnetic Dragon ever would be because of this.]]
* RealityWarper: They surround themselves with an invisible bubble of thick oxygen to ignite their breath attack at all times with, and also allows themselves and anyone near them to breathe anywhere.
* TheRuntAtTheEnd: They abandon any offspring which'll grow up to stay relatively small in size their whole lives, even if they're still technically big. [[spoiler:This is exactly what happened to Stormcloud at a young age.]]
* ShockAndAwe: They breathe electricity.
* WalkingSpoiler: While their existence is already known, they're not yet noted to be distinct from the region the first one is introduced in.

!! ''Manta hadronus'' ("Hadron Mantle")
!!! Debut: ''Reflection Code''

* GravityMaster: It can manipulate gravity so immensely it can breach the atmosphere of Uranus.
* SmallRoleBigImpact: [[spoiler:A large specimen winds up on Earth, but dies due to atmosphere poisoning in seconds flat, leaving a dead husk behind. It becomes the template for the mass produced Manta [=AIs=] which are then used as one of [=XANA's=] monsters in ''Reflection Code''.]]
* ThrownOutTheAirlock: [[spoiler:Dragora was minding his own business when a specimen tried to attack him, so he opened up a dimensional tear in space and time and kicked it into it out of blind rage. This is how the specimen from ''Reflection Code'' finds its way into ''Life''[='s=] universe which then both it and Calvin get taken over into ''Reflection Code''[='s=] verse in which they are used as fodder for the Manta and Creeper [=AI/XANA=] entities.]]
* MyDeathIsOnlyTheBeginning: [[spoiler:The ''M. hadronus'' specimen is used as the template for the Manta AI turned Manta XANA monster.]]
* WalkingSpoiler: [[spoiler:It's the ancestor of the Mantas from ''Reflect Code'', because the Mantas from that story are clones of a specimen which was rendered terminally ill on Earth and died due to exposure to Earth's atmosphere, leaving behind a giant specimen in its death that was taken and cloned in virtual reality.]]

!! [[OverlyLongName Advanced SubExtra-terranian Extremophile]]
!!! Debut: [[spoiler:''Film/Life2017'']]

* HappyEndingOverride: Inverted; [[spoiler:David and Miranda both survive because of what is described above, and humans were never doomed because Calvin was wiped out by incredibly mundane circumstances.]]
* MyDeathIsOnlyTheBeginning: [[spoiler:Serves as the template for the Creeper AI, which becomes the Creeper XANA monster.]]
* SingleSpecimenSpecies: [[spoiler:Calvin is the most advanced form of this species because he had the luxury of having more food than any specimen of his kind could ever achieve.]]
* WalkingSpoiler: [[spoiler:The fact this is what becomes of not just Calvin from ''Life'', but also the its remains are used as the template for the Creepers from ''Reflection Code'', which even further implies that Chronicler's Gatekeeper ability has but instead using it via Grandis due to Grandis having the same ability. Neither the incident with Calvin nor technically the incident with ''M. hadronus'' take place in the same verse as where they get taken and used as templates for further research.]]
* YouDontLookLikeYou: [[spoiler:Creepers don't have too many similarities to it aside from having a hidden forth appendage which can function as an energy whip, matching the amount this alien has.]]

!! ''Curabitauri montibus'' ("Floating Bull of the Mountains")
!!! Debut: ???

* BullSeeingRed: Defied; part of its communication method is to first flash its muscles as it appears a radiant blue. You pass this, it prompts you to flash your muscles so hard they appear red, to which if you do that successfully, it'll leave you the fuck alone. If you don't flash it red at the second step... [[SubvertedTrope well...]]
* TheCameo: [[spoiler:Unlike the others whom appear during Chronicler's freak out in ''The Fastest Thing Alive'', it actually appears a second time still wreaking havoc in a local area.]]
* {{The Faceless}}: Its eyes and mouth are completely concealed behind its scaly armor.
* GeniusBruiser
* OurWerebeastsAreDifferent: A scale covered, virtually completely armored Minotaur with the lower body of a feathery snake. That can also fly despite having no wings.
* ShoutOut: To Buzzwole of ''VideoGame/PokemonSunAndMoon''.
* ShownTheirWork: Its method of telekinesis and omnivorous nature is a reference to how Hypocarnivores such as Bears only tend to get away with their diet because they're among the physically strongest animals in their whole ecosystem to where nobody toys with one lightly.
* SuperStrength: Has a "brawn-based telekinesis" which is fueled by being incredibly swole and muscular to fuel its psychic powers, and constantly boasts with its scales and flexing to communicate.
* TopHeavyGuy: Its serpentine lower half isn't very big compared to its beefy torso.

!! Féroce-Gênant ("[[VideoGame/DinoCrisis Troublesome and Ferocious]]")
!!! Debut: ''Operation R.E.B.O.O.T.''

* AnimalisticAbomination: Rollerblade-like jaws, one leg, no eyes, and a very skeletal appearance with an acidic tip for the tail.
* ItCanThink: Has a very high intelligence that allows it to socialize with others of its own kind and take on even larger prey.
* LightningBruiser: Very large and very fast for its size.
* TheWorfEffect: [[spoiler:Their jaws are strong enough to tear through Solgaleo's hide like mincemeat.]]

!! Jernulv ("Iron Wolf")
!!! Debut: ''Operation R.E.B.O.O.T.''

* EstablishingCharacterMoment: One of the most dangerous recorded Ultrarians just so happens to be the first one encountered in Ultimoria's home turf. [[spoiler:Considering how powerful their armored hides are and how dangerous they can be, especially in packs, the protagonists are forced to run for their lives or hide from them to get through the area, especially considering it appears as if they've evolved specifically to prey on Solgaleo and Lunala, and even Raiga has extreme difficulty with slicing one apart with the Grey Sword.]]
* SNKBoss: Tends to make short work of lone individuals with its brute strength, horse-like speed, and powerful, burly arms and armored form.
* TheWorfBarrage: [[spoiler:Immune to attacks from Solgaleo and Lunala due to being too sturdy for them both to harm it. Ultra Necrozma makes mincemeat of this thing, however.]]

!! "Space Reptile"
!!! Debut: ''Sword Art Online: Special Edition''

[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/space_reptile.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:"Seriously, why do we just call them '[[SpaceX Space Reptiles]]', why not '[[FurryConfusion Lizardmen]]', or, perhaps, '[[{{Franchise/Alien}} Xenom-]]'" [[DopeSlap *whap*]]]]

* CueTheFlyingPigs: Whatever killed Centauri in the first place is never revealed; the fact she even died at all is a RiddleForTheAges considering the females were thought to be invincible to which even when revived from a decaying corpse, her ability to heal from almost anybody including shedding her entire original husk and prosthetics entirely and regenerating her body from scratch is something that needs to be seen to be believed with how she CameBackStrong.
* FossilRevival:
** How Mirror M was; however, much of the DNA was missing so had to be replaced with similar substitutes for a vast majority of it to be properly revived.
** Defied with Centauri because she didn't even fossilize yet as her corpse was fresh and relatively intact when she was found in the arctic.
* FromASingleCell: Technically both sexes have it, but the female has it on overclock to the point of causing drastic mutations in an individual.
* InformedSpecies:
** {{Invoked}}; nobody knows what kind of animal the only living duo around are even supposed to be, but considering the sheer abundance of reptilian traits, they've been nicknamed unofficially as "Space Reptiles" when their regeneration factor was being discussed. As of yet no official name exists for the species proper.
** Hell for that matter because of Mirror M being a chimeric gene splicing using a very poor sample of the species, and how Centauri is a corpse with much of the body replaced with robotics with organics growing over it, it's hard to tell how the heck aside from Mirror M and Centauri's interaction that the two were even the same species at all yet alone male and female respectively.
* LastOfHisKind: Both Mirror M and Centauri are this to the whole species, and neither of the two are even remotely purely restored specimens of their kind in the slightest.
* MoreDeadlyThanTheMale: Females can hunt well, but they're not built for brutal combat like the males are specialized in, and so their regen factor goes so much more into self-preservation that it's effectively a wild goose chase if you attempt to track down anybody who has even remotely killed a female when compared to a male.
* NothingIsScarier: Considering how freakish Mirror M and Centauri are to the point they look undead even in their prime, it's often little wonder why nobody is interested on trying to investigate which universe of Ultimoria the species originated.
* SingleSpecimenSpecies: It's not confirmed whether Mirror M's small fraction of the DNA from this species originates from Centauri or not, or if Centauri and the specimen Mirror M came from merely had similar upbringings.
* TheVirus: Their DNA is ''very'' prone to sudden mutations caused by contamination with other verse's life-forms having their own DNA enter their systems; this is heavily implied to be what caused their near extinction in the first place, since Ultrarians blindly attacked them because of the outsider DNA they exhibited and the ability to survive the Ultimorian Multiverse's abnormal forces of nature worsened and caused them to decay rapidly until the only remaining specimens are ones that were revived in some way or form.

!! Naotolis [[spoiler:("Predecessor from Another World")]]
!!! Debut ''Sword Art Online: Special Edition''

* AlwaysChaoticEvil: {{Deconstructed}}, as seen below.
* DeconstructedCharacterArchetype:
** Of the AlwaysChaoticEvil species. [[spoiler:Naotolis has a design oversight in that she was programmed to kill anything that moved no matter the cost, with the only sense of resistance they have is towards each other because they're at least smart enough to realize they don't need to kill their own, but they're not smart enough to properly obey commands from their would be creators. The Silver Specimen, once she was created, served as the catalyst for developing a HiveMind with all of the other Naotolis which would be exclusive to herself not just because her kind declared this specimen their queen, but also the fact the Silver Specimen was gifted with intelligence beyond the simple "kill" programming that the basic specimens have. However, despite that, Naotolis Silver does ''not'' have basic morality in her; she has every fault from her ability to tell right from wrong that her brethren has, so with her increased intelligence, she instead developed [[{{Sadist}} severe sadism]], [[BloodKnight and a lust for blood never ending not even to the rest of her own kind.]]]]
*** [[spoiler:Their overall mentality is ''further'' deconstructed when Minerva reveals some otherwise unheard of HiddenDepths for the entire species; whereas everyone else considered the Naotolis to be AlwaysChaoticEvil and didn't waste the chance with killing one, or as Chronicler did, ''all of them'', Minerva asks him and Grandis as to WhatMeasureIsANonHuman in their eyes because of the fact Minerva, a descendant of the Silver specimen Naotolis, functions on a mental level no different from the others, despite having effectively been mothered by what everyone considered to be a heartless monster. Minerva was able to see things that Grandis and Chronicler did not, and thus her entire conflict with Chronicler has to do with the fact Chronicler was utterly remorseless when killing off her entire mother's species.]]
* {{Foreshadowing}}: What their name means when translated from its native tongue to English hints towards their true nature, but also at the same time, [[spoiler:towards what ultimately becomes of the Silver Specimen.]]
* WhamShot: [[spoiler:The Silver Specimen's face cracking open upon impact with a strong mallet and revealing a much more advanced face underneath, which prompts her to step back and completely (and violently) shed her exterior and reveal her true nature as '''Ultimorian Deity Minerva'''.]]
* WhatMeasureIsANonHuman: [[spoiler:Posthumously have this brought up after their extinction by the sole surviving descendant, Minerva, towards Chronicler when Grandis tries to persuade Minerva into an alliance with Chronicler. The last time Minerva had even ''seen'' Chronicler, he was in his Delta Silver form essentially committing mass scale genocide against the Naotolis species without any sign of remorse due to the fact nobody but Minerva considered them anything more than AlwaysChaoticEvil.]]

!! ''H. s. ultimorius'' ("Working Man of Ultimoria")
!!! Debut: ???[[note]]Technically ''Sword Art Online: Special Edition'', but that's for Grandis who is the LastOfHisKind, and thus is more questionable to really call a debut since his species' noteworthy traits aren't explored upon if merely hinted towards instead.[[/note]]

* LastOfHisKind: Martin by extension of being the strongest of the species as a whole.
* WalkingSpoiler: While their existence is well known, the circumstances that led up to Grandis are not so much. [[spoiler:This mostly applies to any implication that ThereIsAnother remaining.]]

!! ''Enochanguis omega'' ("Behemoth Snake of the End")

* AlwaysABiggerFish: If it existed on Earth, it would be regularly hunting animals ''no smaller than the largest of Blue Whales whole.''
* AnimalisticAbomination: A giant, space-living snake-like creature.
* FossilRevival: The specimens seen alive in the continuity are all a result of this if they're too small to classify as having been alive before their home world was destroyed. A space bound adult is ''gigantic'' compared to the fossil revived youngsters.
* GravityMaster: The elder specimens by complete accident.
* '''SeaMonster'''
* ShownTheirWork: Due to the immense size of the elder specimens, they naturally generate a gravitational field without even realizing it.

!! Xilatealeon ([[spoiler:"Rainbow Serpent"]])
!!! Debut: ???

* AllMythsAreTrue: [[spoiler:Is the legendary Rainbow Serpent of Australian mythology.]]
* AmazingTechnicolorWildlife: Pale, human-like scale colors for the overall body, charcoal gray for the back region, and glowing blue stripes all across its backside and tail.
* AnimalisticAbomination: It has the appearance of a reptile but has many of the key movement characteristics of a mammal, but is technically neither one of them at the same time, but does share ancestry with both. Its effective practice of biological MinMaxing causes it to not make any sense at all compared to normal animals, making it stand out all the more as to further emphasis its Ultrarian heritage.
* BreakoutCharacter: Is considered the most popular creature design the author has ever created in his entire work on this SeriesFic, and has been around the longest as well.
* BreathWeapon: [[spoiler:What completely catches everything and anything off guard if they have no prior knowledge of Xilatealeon having acquired such a move over the eons of existence; the fact all other animals in its natural habitat lack one make it all the more prominent with Xilatealeon in particular.]]
* TheDreaded: The Apex Predator of Ultimoria.
* IconicSequelCharacter: Xilatealeon by many is considered the true SeriesMascot, but so far it has yet to appear physically in the stories. When it does, that's when the newer fans will get to learn as to ''why'' Xilatealeon is such a massive BreakoutCharacter to begin with.
* InformedSpecies: [[spoiler:While it is the Rainbow Serpent, it's not even remotely related to serpents because Xilatealeon at base is a Therapsid, meaning it's more closely related to mammals.]]
* {{Leitmotif}}: This rendition of [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PsBeDQn8B4Q a possible theme]] for [[Website/SCPFoundation SCP-682]].
* MakeMeWannaShout: When it's ''extremely'' pissed, it'll roar for a solid minute before its movements become far less predictable, its intelligence and overall speed ''skyrockets'' in the heat of things, and begins tearing through things like the bastard combination of an ImplacableMan and TheJuggernaut.
* MightyRoar: [[Anime/DragonBallZDeadZone Its screams of madness apparently shatter entire mountains.]]
* MixAndMatchCritters: Doesn't look anything like a normal reptile nor does it look completely mammalian despite taking heavier cues from the latter.
* NotZilla: Its intended design standpoint even with what little similarities exist in the design itself, although it looks more like several Toho {{Kaiju}} put into a blender.
* PowerEchoes: It's whale-like loudness when it roars.
* PowerGlows: Its stripes ignite into a neon blue when it is charging to use its BreathWeapon.
* SeriesMascot: Considered the face for the Ultrarian wildlife for being the biggest example of a BreakoutCharacter among them.
* SquareCubeLaw: Oddly enough, despite being surrounded by many life-forms who avert this trope, Xilatealeon actually ''obeys'' this trope; the only thing not accurate with its overall design is its BreathWeapon, and the only issue it would have would be wiping out its own food source and competition with its own kind. Other than that, Xilatealeon's quadrupedal build, 40 foot length, and semi-aquatic nature all allow it to ''actually exist''.
* UltimateLifeform: {{Understatement}} of the year with this species in particular. By general consensus among the Ultimorian Deities, it's considered the strongest Ultrarian Life-form to have ever existed that isn't part of the deity tier or higher.
* WaveMotionGun: [[spoiler:Aurora Blast.]]
* WhamShot: When it's first introduced, it's heavily believed that it's the most likely to not exist of the Sacred Beasts because of how incredibly over-the-top overpowered it is as a life-form. [[spoiler:Turns out not only does it exist, but its BreathWeapon is ''far'' more fantastical in nature than it was otherwise depicted as having.]]

[[folder:The Father and the Son]]

!! Don M. Mollohan
!!! Debut: ''The Beast''

* AlwaysSecondBest: Tends to be average in gameplay when compared to his son.
* AmbiguouslyHuman: [[spoiler:Considering his son is none other than Ultimorian Deity Grandis, he's potentially one of ''H. s. ultimorius''.]]
* AscendedMeme: [[spoiler:When he's found in ''Untold Depths'', frozen in ice and lacking much of his clothing all the while mistaken for a caveman, Grandis plays this trope for drama with the WhamLine he delivers in that the caveman is the Sheriff; when Don was still living in Ultimoria prior to his homeworld's demise, [[ExactWords he was indeed a Sheriff in terms of police officer rank]].]]
* DejaVu: Two instances of his car getting wrecked while on break at work apparently had the exact same old man responsible for it despite being months apart from each other.
* DonutMessWithACop:
** He describes two separate times where he wrecked his car while getting donuts to eat at work.
** One day in the story while the son and father are to themselves and the son is lazily waking up playing the game, he goes out and gets donuts for the two of them for snacks.
* TheEveryman: Described as being a relatively ordinary adult on the surface by his son, and he definitely acts the part based off of his commentary and play sessions. He's polite, he's efficient, and he has a plane to bag every animal he needs.
* FunnyBackgroundEvent: Surprises Martin with dinner from UsefulNotes/McDonalds without having realized he just showed up after a very rough play session on Martin's end.
* GoodParents: Proves to be this with how mundane he punishes his son for during his finishing up Hemlock Path and beginning to play the Marsh; doesn't overdo his punishment for his son for not taking his meds on time, which he does go more in-depth about in the solo commentary that this is actually relatively normal behavior for him to do is to lie about his meds every once in a while.
* GrowingUpSucks:
** He mentions how he has noticed both of his sons, not just the one doing the Let's Play with him, have grown up from being relatively innocent children with a sibling rivalry, to both of them becoming social recluses who ended up ditching their rivalry as they got older because the older son only really had his brother to talk to.
** He also describes his own brother who stayed living with his parents and unlike himself and his other brother, this particular brother never got married and continued to live with his parents to this very day.
* HarmlessFreezing: [[spoiler:How he shows up alive and well in ''Untold Depths'', minus his original clothing.]]
* PoliceAreUseless: Sometimes mentions this; goes more in-depth about it in solo sessions while he's waiting on a game animal to show up.
* ShellShockedVeteran:
** Doesn't have much in terms of commentary because of this; goes more in-depth about it one episode when he realizes he had been quiet for so long.
** [[spoiler:Ends up attacking his own youngest son out of sheer fright when he's thawed from the ice in ''Untold Depths'', due to the fact the only immediate memory he has of his son beforehand was his son transforming into a monster known by the name Grandis, who is the destroyer of his own species.]]
* ShoutOut: Named his son Martin after Martin Riggs from ''Lethal Weapon''. Apparently Martin had mixed feelings to learning of this until we see Martin himself having accepted this part in his life once Martin on his own time watched ''Lethal Weapon'' for the first time.
* TheStoic: Doesn't emote very much in comparison to his son. When he does it's always OOCIsSeriousBusiness.
* WhamShot: [[spoiler:He shows up in ''Untold Depths'' with his cloths missing and frozen in ice, being mistaken for a caveman. When Grandis states he ''isn't'' joking when he says the so called caveman is the Sheriff, he's saying it completely ''stunned'' as to how this world found his long last father near perfectly preserved, and very much still alive upon being thawed.]]

!! Martin W. Mollohan
!!! Debut: ''The Beast''[[spoiler:/''Sword Art Online: Special Edition'']]

* BearsAreBadNews: Has issues with bears in Hemlock Path because of the fact the only animals in the map are both bears of two different types he can't easily tell the difference between.
* BlatantLies: Just about everything he says to Erika is nothing but this.
* CharacterDevelopment: [[spoiler:As we see him as Grandis, it's not outright stated, but it is shown that Grandis lost his ManipulativeBastard qualities he had as Martin many eons ago. He still ''technically'' has them, but he's not anywhere near as much of a {{Jerkass}} about it like his younger self was.]]
* CrazyEnoughToWork: While Martin initially believes the game is too old to have a use of it, Martin, while being charged by a bear, fires a warning shot into the air which causes the bear to run away from him as a direct result. Martin is baffled but at the same time is grateful because the game is showing something realistic for once to him.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: Had an encounter with a Chow Chow dog when he was very young and mistook it for a bear every time he saw the animal since then because of the violent behavior of one of his former neighbor's dogs of this breed. [[spoiler:Then he details the Chow Chow in question is ''black'', which is why he's more scared of the ''black'' bears than he is the other types of bears.]]
* DeadpanSnarker: Often takes on this role during his dad's play sessions, even some of his own solo ones as well.
* ExactWords: {{Exploited}} InUniverse to who knows how many degrees of ManipulativeBastard tendencies...
* FunnyBackgroundEvent: Shouts to his dad from across the room while doing chores during the dad's solo play of the first areas of the Marsh, as well as calling his dad's finishing of [[ThatOneLevel Hemlock Path]] without dying completely bullshit.
* JackOfAllStats: How he designed his character to be in both playstyle and base stats.
* ManipulativeBastard: Perhaps rather infamously he's known to be this while exploiting ExactWords at the same time, as seen when he and his brother are stuck in ''Anime/PokemonTheOriginalSeries''. He ends up manipulating the various factors stacked against Gym Leaders in the early anime seasons to threaten Erika in that her gym will likely be shut down if he reports to "his boss" that Erika is declining challengers by being sexist towards men, and that a simple battle with Martin will be enough to keep him quiet about it from his superiors. Martin is lying through his teeth when he says this, but consider the fact most of the anime cast is extremely GenreBlind at times...
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after the character Martin Riggs from ''Film/LethalWeapon''.
* NoGoodDeedGoesUnpunished: Helps his dad catch up to him at the Marsh by playing through his file through the last bits of the Forest, but ultimately ends up not taking his medication for the next 24 hours in the process and ends up having to take a break and sleep until 2 in the afternoon the next day. The dad has him do chores and such before continuing the game, but Martin's commentary can still be heard from across the room.
* RedOniBlueOni: He's the Red Oni to his brother Dalton, much like how he can also be this towards his dad, and often comes into heavy conflicts with his mother regarding both of their tendencies to be Red Onis.
* SanitySlippage: Don't even remind him of [[BearsAreBadNews Hemlock Path]] by the time both he and his dad are done with the forest region.
* TheSlowWalk: Does this at a few times in Hemlock Path and other zones with carnivores in them because of the fact he wants to get through without alerting the dangerous animals of his presence as he sometimes has to get near them to get through a specific part of the map.
* TraumaButton: [[spoiler:Black bears.]]
* WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes: Bears in general unnerve him when hunting them; the mere indication of having to confront a bear scares him more than any carnivore in the game.

!! Invictus Ultrarius

* AlwaysABiggerFish: He's the biggest life-form known to exist in this continuity.
* AwakeningTheSleepingGiant: What the first third of ''Crazy Carousal'' builds up to is Invictus Ultrarius awakening and interfering with everything, all because Rose is forcefully stirring him into action.
* EvenMoreOmnipotent: He can forcefully nullify any of the Ultimorian and Primordial Deity from functioning, including having a power limiter on his own perfect copy Ultima to keep him in line. Whether or not he can do this with just about '''any''' deity is a question best left vague, since Invictus awakening would not be an incident one would lightly want to tread ground with...
* IdenticalGrandson: According to Ultima, Ultima himself is a perfect clone of Invictus as he had dictated him to be, with the only difference being the smaller size and being incapable of going against Invictus proper. In the super distant future, Ultima's appearance will alter to resemble a 100% replica of Invictus' own, and Ultima can actually project an image of [[https://www.deviantart.com/mf217/art/Invictus-Ultrarius-The-Invincible-One-NUC-586425645 what this form will look like]] as well at any time he pleases.
* TheMaker: Of the Primordial Deities as a whole, and to an extent the Ultimorian Deities.
* MeaningfulName: His name means "Invincible".
* OurGodsAreGreater: He's the ''only'' Deity who openly is referred to as an actual God in terms of terminology, and he's the only Deity known to exist who actually is superior to the Primordial Deities as a whole.
* TheVoiceless: Every time he appears, he doesn't appear to actually have any dialogue.

* ChestBlaster: A gaping hole in his chest exists which serves this function.
* DiabolusExNihilo: Designed to be this by virtue of how insanely massive the Primordials are in combination with the fact nobody knows what triggers the summoning of Dogma unlike the other Primordial Deities.
* EldritchAbomination: His original design had a much more terrestrial feel than the proposed redesign which better represents his size and alien nature.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: [[spoiler:Takato freaks out when seeing him specifically during Chapter 6 of ''Digimon Re: Tamers''.]]
* HolyHandGrenade: [[spoiler:Blasts Zenith with a combination attack along with his siblings just before the final fight proper in ''Crazy Carousal''.]]
* {{Kaiju}}: Dogma's avatars are always ungodly massive to say the least. Big G had a field day trying to fight off one of Dogma's avatars to say the least.
* OurGodsAreGreater: He's the first of the Primordial Deities introduced, which makes him the first being ever known to flat out surpass the Ultimorian Deities in power.

* HolyHandGrenade: [[spoiler:Supercharges Grandis to fire one in a combination attack with its other siblings against Zenith in the climax of ''Crazy Carousal''.]]
* SuperStrength: Kind of a given as far as the Primordial Deities are considered, but Granjia takes the cake by a long shot. The native dimension from which the Primordial Deities live, Arena Regulus, are all contained in a massive sphere complete with all of the mass inside of it granting Arena Regulus' exterior incredible mass for something of it's size. How does Arena Regulus typically make itself known? Being singlehandedly carried around by Granjia as if it's not even the slightest big deal to anyone else.

* {{Foil}}: Much like his son, [[spoiler:he can be compared and contrasted with [[Fanfic/MyBravePonyStarfleetMagic Titan]], and to some degrees Serpentari. Serpentari's GenderFlip issues aside, Serpentari is based on Serpentera/Daijinryuu, who is famous for being one of the biggest mechs in [=Super Sentai/Power Rangers=] ever, whereas Zenith is one of the biggest of the life-forms native to Ultimoria, and also the largest of the Primordial Deity pantheon excluding his father. As for direct contrasts between the two, Serpentari was retconned to be Titan's fiancee rather than his father due to the GenderFlip, but Zenith remained Darigus' father in all incarnations of his character. Not only that, but whereas Serpentari currently has a negative relationship with Titan with both of them being villains, Zenith has a more positive opinion of Darigus despite the fact Darigus is more akin to a HeroAntagonist every once in a while. Not only that, but whereas Titan is an OrcusOnHisThrone despite having all of the power he needs to fulfill his goals, Zenith is an OrcusOnHisThrone because ''[[TheGodsMustBeLazy he's just that lazy in general]]''.]]
* TheFourthWallWillNotProtectYou: [[spoiler:[[https://chronicle-king.deviantart.com/art/Zenith-Neo-Ultimorian-Canon-584297730 Zenith's first canon artwork]] [[JumpScare has a bit of subtle gimmick to it to say the least.]]]]
* GenericDoomsdayVillain: His entire purpose is to be a giant, evil entity because he serves as the balance to Dogma's exact opposite of this, so as to counterbalance Dogma's positive energy, Zenith was created to balance it out with negative energy. Whenever Zenith emerges from hibernation, he goes an animalistic rampage usually due to the fact each time he awakens, the natural order of the Ultimorian Deities had been fucked up.
* TheGiant: The absolutely largest incarnation of evil in the entire continuity in terms of sheer mass alone.
* '''GiantFlyer''': Emphasis on the giant.
* TheGoodGuysAlwaysWin: A trope ''heavily [[BerserkButton despised]]'' by Zenith. So much so in fact that had it not been for the trope being PlayedStraight numerous times in the earliest material for the original works from which he originates, Zenith would've ''never'' existed in his current form we see here. Zenith broke the StatusQuoIsGod trope by outright eliminating the god in charge of the status quo in particular, causing complete and utter annihilation to the natural order and leading to Zenith becoming the High King of Ultimoria in the light of results. In fact, Zenith's constant [[TheBadGuyWins victories]] back in the day ever since his establishment as one of the former High Kings of Ultimoria are what ultimately shaped the greater multiverse into what it is right now.
--> "It's kind of unrealistic that the heroes always win; what if these heroes weren't even the heroes after all? What if their victories posed a hindrance rather than salvation? That's what I had tried to convince everyone at one point; [[spoiler:the heroes were preventing me from fixing what was wrong because they kept stupidly believing nothing was broken until I showed up.]] At some point you have to question their sanity; how will they ever process the fact [[spoiler:the only reason they still live is because of the accomplishments of evil over good?"]]
* TheHeartless: In his exposed internal organs, he lacks a heart.
* {{Hellfire}}: His natural habitat, the Infernal Void. [[spoiler:As well as the aesthetic of [[SignatureMove Flame That Ends All Life]].]]
* HeroKiller: [[spoiler:Before he was obliterated by the Z.E.R.0., he successfully "cleansed" the ''Madoka Magica'' universe by igniting the whole universe into a cosmic-scale {{Hellfire}}.]]
* HiddenDepths:
** [[spoiler:He openly accepts his death in the end of ''Crazy Carousal'' in stride, which is unusual considering how defiant he was against it every moment prior to his fate being sealed with the final blow.]]
** Whether it be his past incarnation or his present day incarnation, [[spoiler:he genuinely loves his wife even with her falling under among several individuals of TokenHeroicOrc among the Zenithians. His love for her is so great that if she orders him to back off from meddling with her own business, ''[[OOCIsSeriousBusiness he'll actually listen and do just that.]]'']]
* IHaveManyNames: Comes with the job resume of being Satan.
* InsistentTerminology: You could make Vegeta and Goku/Kakarot comparisons all day with how insane he takes the whole deal with [[spoiler:Dragora Galaxia]] being referred to by their original name of [[spoiler:Kagubot]].
* {{Irony}}: Despite his current IHaveManyNames status, how'd he get to this point? [[spoiler:He never had a true name to begin with.]]
* JumpScare: [[spoiler:Zenith's first artwork has a .gif file extension to it because after several seconds, his head suddenly turns to face the viewer of the image, before quickly turning back to its default state. Downplayed in that there's no sound to go with it.]]
* KnightOfCerebus: There is zero intentionally funny things about him. Even if somebody in-universe finds a way to try and make a joke about him, he's immensely quick with getting them to rethink that decision.
* {{Leitmotif}}: "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gsZP80NKbBA Breakdown]]" from ''Doom 64''. Hell any time there's a blatant reference to ''Doom 64'', expect all hell to break loose considering ''any'' kind of ShoutOut towards said game indicates Zenith is approaching.
* NoSell: [[spoiler:Literally everything that is thrown at him is bounced off as if nothing had happened because of the key fact ''Zenith is as truly immortal as he claims''. He only budges otherwise when divine intervention comes from his siblings whom all blast him with a HolyHandGrenade with the last of their current strength to attempt to glass him; they harm him big time, and they also remove his immortality in the process, but Zenith is ''still able to get back up'' and put up the final fight against ''Crazy Carousal''[='s=] cast proper.]]
* OhCrap: [[spoiler:Is not exactly too keen to see his siblings all suddenly turning against him and pulling an EnemyMine against him using a gigantic combination attack via a HolyHandGrenade. Despite managing to survive it, he's so badly wounded by it that it actually gives the Magical Girls an actual fighting chance against him from an otherwise SNKBoss he would've been as it is.]]
* OnlyAFleshWound: [[spoiler:{{Subverted}} in that while his mortal heart is destroyed (again) at the climax of ''Crazy Carousal'', it only actually paralyzes Zenith into a lengthy comatose state that doesn't actually kill him, but it's the closest one could get to actually doing so anyways.]]
* OurGodsAreGreater: To his son Darigus.
* PillarOfLight: [[spoiler:Via a '''''gamma ray burst''''' at that; to which to serve as a beacon of his arrival in the physical realm.]]
* RedAndBlackAndEvilAllOver: [[spoiler:How his presence is described in ''Digimon Re: Tamers''; as a black shadow with an immense red aura.]]
* {{Satan}}: He's effectively Ultimoria's answer to the devil; he also possesses every single deadly sin in him, which ultimately makes him dormant much of the time. Should the seals be removed or activated further, he'll go on an unstoppable rampage that'll devastate the native galaxy cluster.
* TrueFinalBoss: [[spoiler:After ''Crazy Carousal'' spent much of the story having the characters running away from Zenith, the final arc is about finally slaying him because at this point Zenith's tired of playing games.]]
* VertebrateWithExtraLimbs: Zenith is unusual in that he has arms, legs, and wings, but they're not arranged in the order you'd expect. His wings are located approximately where one would expect his arms to be for his hulkish gorilla-like look giving him massive wings rather than massive arms, and said arms he has are actually scrawny and located at his belly. His legs are exactly where they should be, though.
* VileVillainSaccharineShow: ''Nobody'' is laughing when he's the primary threat of the story.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: [[spoiler:What Zenith actually is; the heroes who opposed him continued to do so even when they had far more to gain with outright letting Zenith rampage than by trying to stop him, often because Zenith is one of the few reasons why the greater multiverse is still capable of being reborn time and time again. The heroes are needless to say thankful that they don't actually outright try and erase Zenith from existence, in which case the whole means of existence becomes fucked...]]
* WhamEpisode: [[spoiler:Zenith is slowly stirring as of ''Digimon Re: Tamers'' Chapter 16.]]
* WhamLine: [[spoiler:A massive amount of corrupted text appears at the end of Chapter 16 of ''Digimon Re: Tamers''; that is Zenith's own [[BlackSpeech incomprehensible]] dialogue.]]
* WombLevel: ''Heartless'' is the name of the cavity in his chest from which his heart from when he was a mortal had been torn out completely, and is effectively this concept as a whole in appearance. [[spoiler:Its description causes the rating of any particular fic to either be M or even Explicit rated due to the sheer amount of {{Gorn}} as to how everything looks. Flowing blood and other bodily fluids as liquids, which have also partially contaminated the air alongside mere smoke, acidic pools of black sludge surrounding dislocated bones, and the many, ''many'', '''''many''''' faces of the undead from which Zenith had eaten and devoured appearing in the skies; even their restless, vengeful souls try and drag you away from virtually every angle you're at within this place. Even ''Grandis'', who is normally TheImmune to very hostile conditions, can barely survive being inside of Zenith's gut for too long.]]
* TheWorfBarrage: [[spoiler:He immediately assimilates any and all Witches that even remotely come into contact with him; not even Kriemhild Gretchen is safe from this, being just as easy of a target as literally any other Witch. When Kyubey inquirs that Zenith himself should have a Witch of his own due to his soulless nature, he merely begins cackling like mad because Kyubey is incapable of processing that ''Zenith already killed his own Witch and ate it no different from any other''.]]
--> [[spoiler:"It's always the same, the fates of the Witches of this world suffer upon contacting me. No exceptions to be had, not even for my own; all of them perished instantly to my infernal being, and all have become one with me."]]
* WouldHurtAChild: [[spoiler:Outright forces Madoka into surviving the destruction of the multiverse when he tries to [[UsefulNotes/VictimBlaming Victim Blame]] her into thinking everything that had transpired is all her fault and she should just die like the rest. Zenith ultimately regrets this when it's because of Madoka that Zenith is ultimately destroyed in the end.]]

* {{Foreshadowing}}: Their title as Beasts of Burden implies that all of them have had rather tragic backgrounds or the very least unfortunate or unwilling events happening with their usage as mounts.
* RealLifeWritesThePlot: [[ZigZaggingTrope Possibly.]] Two additional members of the Beasts of Burden could potentially exist; soon to be two additional dragons exist on [=MF217=]'s ''Mabinogi'' account, which are PaletteSwap versions of the type of dragons used to create Stormcloud and Pallice.[[note]]Stormcloud is a special version of a Thunder Dragon which seats two people and has a saddle, whereas Pallice is an Ice Dragon who is going to be gifted to players for free as an event prize for an attendance check event.[[/note]]

[[Characters/CitadelOfTheHeartChronicler Now found under a special section of Chronicler's own page.]]

!! Eageldrei, the Wind Griffon of Imagination

* AstonishinglyAppropriateAppearance: Despite being called an Albino, the lore states that Eageldrei is tainted with a black mist when his true power returns to him, making him look like an ordinary Griffon when fully matured, with the albino description being what he looks like before re-achieving a fully grown appearance.
* FusionDance: [[spoiler:With Kazuto into Kappa Noir.]]
* OurGryphonsAreDifferent: Griffon.
* ThePhoenix: Unlike the others in the group who stay alive constantly through an unknown means, Eageldrei has to be reborn as a child before growing back up into his adult form once again.
* WaveMotionGun: Tornado's Echo.

!! Pallice, the Ice Dragon of Resolution

* TheCameo: [[spoiler:After an 8 year old Chronicler activates his Gateway Protocol in ''The Fastest Thing Alive'', Pallice is one of the many cameos to occur as everyone is reporting a damage control on the sudden breaches occurring in space and time, freezing over all of Robotnik's City with sleet and snow.]]
* EvilCounterpart: [[spoiler:To Dulcy of ''The Fastest Thing Alive'', due to the fact both are Ice Dragons, but whereas Dulcy is a cartoonish looking one that's good, Pallice is a realistic one which is evil. Meanwhile, since Dulcy is a hero, she doesn't actively try and be destructive like you'd expect with a Dragon; Pallice shows no mercy as the cold-hearted bitch she is.]]
* EvilIsDeathlyCold: Is legitimately evil in intent compared to the other five but is very pragmatic about it and has unknown goals.
* FusionDance: [[spoiler:With Suguha into Sigma Shiro.]]
* HiddenAgendaVillain: So hidden in fact it comes off as her evil being an InformedAttribute.
* IceQueen: Both figuratively and oh so very literally.
* InformedAttribute: Defied; her evil nature is described as a NoodleIncident every time it's brought up.
* WaveMotionGun: Frigid Tide.

!! Maleviolet, the Death Dragon of Eternity

* DarkIsNotEvil; Refuses to let anyone with true evil in their hearts ride it, which of the original six riders, the only one who failed to ride Maleviolet at one point is [[spoiler:[[WhamLine Chron]][[HiddenDepths icler]]]].
* DracoLich
* FusionDance: [[spoiler:With Eidolon into Epsilon Null.]]
* PurpleIsPowerful: The oldest of the Beasts of Burden and having dark violet bones.
* TimeAbyss: While all six of them are old, Maleviolet's the only one who actually looks the part.
* WaveMotionGun: Death's Stride.

!! Jingshenlong, the Light Dragon of Gratitude

* FusionDance: [[spoiler:With Klein into Rho Chéngzi.]]
* MakeAWish: Those who best him in combat can be granted one wish from him, and only one.
* OurDragonsAreDifferent: Asian Dragon.
* WaveMotionGun: Glassing Ray.
* ShoutOut: To the various Eternal Dragons of ''Franchise/DragonBall''.

!! Crimada, the Fire Dragon of Foreseeing

* ActionGirl: Proved to be lethal as a fighter at only one year of age.
* FusionDance: [[spoiler:With Asuna into Alpha Crimson.]]
* MythologyGag: A Red Dragon named Crimada with a specialty in foreseeing references an anthropomorphic male dragon of the same traits.
* OlderThanTheyLook: She looks like a welp with the size of an adult. By proxy outside of a specific coloration, at the youngest age possible, she could easily look like an infant of any of the other dragon species as part of this group. The only exceptions are [[DracoLich Maleviolet]] and [[spoiler:[[EldritchAbomination Storm]][[AnimalisticAbomination cloud]]]].
* WaveMotionGun: Molten Barrage.

!! Applying to all members:

* BadassCrew
* RagTagBunchOfMisfits: All of them are from different universes or regions from each other, and almost none of them have any remote reason to want to side with each other aside from a shared, common goal.
* {{Mooks}}: The founding members are far from the only members of the group, as there exist many lesser members who pretty much classify as {{Mooks}}.
* TokenEvilTeammate: Lord Archadius and Prophet are both villains or at the very least antagonists. Prophet is more of a KnightTemplar at most, whereas Lord Archadius' villainy tends to revolve (mostly) around his own HorrorHunger.

! Z.E.R.0. Materia "The Z.E.R.0."
!! Debut: ???

* {{Antimatter}}: What the bladed parts are forged from.
* CessationOfExistence: Permanently does this to the target. [[spoiler:Imperfections in its own design prevented it from doing this to Invictus Ultrarius because it failed to properly absorb Invictus' power, and thus had to release it in-order to one day have a second chance to be rebuilt with the imperfection removed.]]
* CompleteImmortality: Its very design is created to universally [[{{Averted}} avert]] this trope against whomever it targets; stripping them of this ability upon a lethal blow being landed.
* DualWielding: The actual blades when fully unsheathed split apart into dual swords of differing size.
* EmpathicWeapon: Towards Chronicler. The reason it doesn't function this way towards Eidolon plays a major role in the duo's conflict.
* InfinityPlusOneSword: Make that 2x.
* RetGone: What it's capable of doing to the target.
* ShoutOut: To one version of the [=SCP-001=] candidates called "The Gate Guardian" in which SCP-001 has a giant sword that can wipe anything it hits from existence. [[spoiler:Allegedly material from SCP-001's sword was what Rose ended up wishing into existence in its raw form as the "Z.E.R.0. Materia" or "Zeronium", but the SCP Foundation already investigated and █████████████████████, with results inconclusive.]]
* TomTheDarkLord: [[spoiler:Damion, its current name as it coincides with the current incarnation of Chronicler, isn't exactly what one would expect to be the name of an EmpathicWeapon which is capable of ''slaying Gods with relative ease''.]]
* {{Unobtainium}}: The hilt and various runes placed on the antimatter are made of an unknown material simply called "Z.E.R.0. Materia", or "Zeronium" to some people.
* WithGreatPowerComesGreatInsanity: [[spoiler:The Z.E.R.0. is ultimately what drove Rose insane, and is ultimately a big factor in Chronicler's CharacterDevelopment as to whether he'll also be JumpingOffTheSlipperySlope like Rose did before him.]]

For that matter, do be warned to '''take everything you see within the Placeholder folder here with a grain of salt'''; the information on these characters is not finalized in the slightest, and everything about the characters under this category is all subject to be changed drastically at any given time as the author works on notes behind the scenes to create these characters into what'll eventually become their finalized depictions, from which they will be removed from this folder and placed in the appropriate places.

!! Null
!!! Debut: ''Operation R.E.B.O.O.T.''
!!! Voice: [[TheVoiceless None]]

[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/null_operation_reboot.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:[[NothingIsScarier ...]]]]

* AmbiguouslyHuman: Chinese vampires being undead aside, nothing about Null makes him fit in with the usual villains around him.
* BigBrotherIsWatching: Whenever ''anybody'' remotely considers trying to cross Father, Null is ''always'' somewhere lurking in hearing range of it.
* TheBore: Why he's not often welcome a lot at parties. [[BigBrotherIsWatching Though that's far from the only reason.]]
* ChineseVampire: Has the motif in terms of design, reflecting how he's a relative of Count Spankulot.
* CloseRangeCombatant: His major weakness in a fight boils down to this.
* TheComicallySerious: Unless Father orders him to move in any way, Null will remain perfectly still in his own little world of obsession. As a result, at villain gatherings, he's always standing idle and just... listening to everyone speak and watching their movements; absorbing all of the information in for him to know about later.
* DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything: The idea of this ''thing'' stalking everyone, even ''children'', gives him a very serious pedophile type vibe.
* TheFaceless: [[spoiler:It takes a while for people to notice that black void in his helmet isn't his face; it's the emptiness from which his head would otherwise be.]]
* FasterThanTheyLook: Normally he appears very {{Stoic}} and incredibly calm and eerie with his movements; once he needs to chase somebody down, though, he can not only move fast, but also hop and jump incredibly well to reach you.
* FatalFlaw: Obsession. He's competent at his job at acquiring information; he's just ''too'' good at it to the point he comes across as an unhealthily devoted stalker 24/7 because of his methods.
* GaidenGame: Due to the canon universes of each fic being non-canon to ''Citadel Of The Heart'', Null's first appearance is actually a standalone fic taking place in the canon ''Codename: Kids Next Door'' universe, aptly named "Operation N.U.L.L.".[[note]][[EstablishingCharacterMoment Never. Underestimate. Loyal. Lunatic.]][[/note]]
* TheGiant: 13 feet tall.
* HumanoidAbomination: Since nobody ever sees his actual body underneath his clothing, nobody even knows if he even ''is'' human.
* LeanAndMean: Is definitely very thin and stretched out.
* LightningBruiser: Can tank damage rather well (if merely because he's already dead to begin with), and is astonishing fast and nimble; he's limited by being a CloseRangeCombatant, however, and since he doesn't appear to have actual hands, he can't even use a weapon to counteract this.
* MeaningfulName: ... Or, rather, a lack of one; given the mysterious nature of Null, his name literally means "Nothing".
* MysteriousPast: Is he related to Count Spankulot or is he not? Nobody ever knows aside from knowing both are vampires to different degrees. Also, next to nothing is known about Null's entire origin or backstory for that matter; he just "showed up" one day when Father was offering a job for dirt cheap, and he remained around ever since.
* MysteriousWatcher: {{Understatement}} of the year worthy.
* NoNameGiven: Despite having the name Null listed here, he's not actually named in the fic itself; the fic further implies he doesn't ''have'' a name.
* NothingIsScarier: [[spoiler:His lair, aside from the below mentioned StalkerShrine, is a large mansion with next to nothing actually inside of it. Large corridors, many rooms, almost all of them unoccupied in nature, and drowning out sound very easily to the point it's easy to cause echoing when speaking in there.]]
* NonStandardCharacterDesign: He looks more at home in an R Rated horror movie than he does in ''Operation R.E.B.O.O.T.''.
* ShownTheirWork: Chinese Vampires tend to hop in movement; when in chase mode, Null hops and jumps as to how he quickly achieves such astonishing speed on a short notice.
* StalkerShrine: [[spoiler:Has one of Father. Everyone is freaked out by it, naturally.]]
* StalkerWithoutACrush His entire ''modus operandi''.
* SuperSmoke: Can vanish in and out of areas by transforming into smoke.
* UndyingLoyalty: {{Exaggerated}} to allow it being Played For Horror; Null is ''creepily'' obsessed with Father in terms of his loyalty, to the point he has an entire StalkerShrine of him in his own "house" among other things. Every adult villain is ''creeped out'' by Null's tendency to obsess over just about every minor detail to the very last key.
* TheVoiceless: ''Never'' speaks.
* {{Workaholic}}: Mr. Boss says he has never taken a vacation day or off day his whole "life".

!! Captain Planet[[note]][[spoiler:Legasea]][[/note]]
!!! Debut: ???

* AFormYouAreComfortableWith: [[spoiler:Had it not been for the Heart Ring he wouldn't have looked much different from [[BlobMonster Darigus]] aside from being composed of liquid elements of the other four rings; the Heart Ring causes him to take on a physical shape resembling a HeroicBuild FlyingBrick version of Ma-Ti with the only other differences being Captain Planet's other defining features from the canon in his looks.]]
* {{Foil}}: He's designed to be the complete opposite side of story narrative from ''Fanfic/HeroesForEarth''[='s=] depiction of Captain Planet in every way possible. [[spoiler:By this it's meant that this Captain Planet is a {{Reconstruction}} of why he keeps his canon design considering it's AFormYouAreComfortableWith as given to him by [=Ma-Ti=]'s Heart ring, whereas ''Heroes For Earth'' went for a more {{Deconstruction}} type of route by depicting him as an EldritchAbomination {{Kaiju}}.]]
* {{Foreshadowing}}: Surprisingly not one towards his own appearance, but rather for [[spoiler:Darigus' appearance as Phase 4 anyways; Captain Planet is actually a Zenithian much like Darigus, only he's Darigus' GoodCounterpart whereas Darigus is a flat up SatanicArchetype.]]
* GoodCounterpart: [[spoiler:To Darigus; they're both Zenithians, and Captain Planet is an unironically heroic entity because his morality depends on whomever the Heart Ring is wielded by, and the Heart Ring can't be wielded by someone who has any less than white morality. Darigus meanwhile is very much his dad in every sense of the word when compared to Captain Planet, considering Darigus' entire feud with the Planeteers is how big of a SatanicArchetype he is.]]
* HeartIsAnAwesomePower: [[spoiler:How he has a physical form in the appearance of his original depiction in the show; [=Ma-Ti=]'s Heart ring gives him a physical appearance which uses [=Ma-Ti=]'s own appearance as a starting point, with the HeroicBuild, blue skin, and green hair coming from the powers of the other four rings.]]
* InkSuitActor: InUniverse with being a HeroicBuild, blue-skinned, green haired version of [[spoiler:[=Ma-Ti=].]]
* MeaningfulName: [[spoiler:His PungeonMaster nature is referenced by his actual name of Legasea.]]
* PungeonMaster: [[spoiler:It's literally in his actual name as a result of this.]]
* RaceLift: [[spoiler:Same ethnicity as [=Ma-Ti=] for reasons detailed above and below. {{Subverted}} in the fact his iconic blue skin and green hair is completely intact despite that, so it's more his facial features that heavily resemble Ma-Ti's own.]]
* {{Reconstruction}}: Whereas [[FanFic/HeroesForEarth another fanfic]] depicts Captain Planet as [[spoiler:an EldritchAbomination {{Kaiju}} capable of very easily destroying the Earth itself]], this version of Captain Planet is depicted as [[spoiler:the AllYourPowersCombined representation of Ma-Ti, whose [[WhatKindOfLamePowerIsHeartAnyway Heart ring]] [[HeartIsAnAwesomePower gives Captain Planet a human physical form and mind]] [[InkSuitActor in his own image]], as well as [[SuperEmpowering the strengths of the other four rings]] to make him into a HeroicBuild FlyingBrick we all know him as from the show.]]
* ShoutOut: [[spoiler:Had it not been for a physical form being created by the wearer of the Heart ring, he otherwise looks not too far off from ''Fanfic/HeroesForEarth''[='s=] incarnation of Captain Planet; in primordial times he's even described as having this form, to the point it's actually a PlotTwist that he looks like the {{Reconstruction}} of his canon self in the first place.]]
* SpiritualAntithesis: [[spoiler:He's a lot more on the idealistic side for depicting Captain Planet as more or less a {{Reconstruction}} of his original appearance as a FlyingBrick and all, which is deliberately meant to contrast with his EldritchAbomination depiction in another ''Captain Planet'' fic called ''Fanfic/HeroesForEarth''.]]

!! Hyoga
!!! Debut: ???

* TheAloner: When he's met by the Mane Six, he ignores their attempts to befriend him and simply walks back into his frozen palace and goes back to sleep.
* BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor: He wished for immortality at a young age due to the fact his species lives very short lived lives, and the fact Hyoga was so naive and idealistic that he wanted to do the impossible for his whole kind and be seen as a hero. He gets what he wished for, but as he witnesses his friends, family, and relatives die and him outliving every other person who has ever been kind to him, Hyoga's idealism gets hit with TookALevelInCynic as despite being immortal, Hyoga lacks any kind of means of giving this ability to anyone else, or lacking the social skills required to communicate with other species who are much longer lived who can be friends with him, leading him to becoming [[TheCynic a cynical]] [[TheAloner loner]].
* TheGiant: He's tall enough to stare Discord standing upright in the eyes, and he's significantly bulky as well in comparison to Discord's LeanAndMean.
* MaybeMagicMaybeMundane: [[spoiler:While it's stated by Hyoga directly that overexposure to the Elements of Harmony is why he can NoSell them, his choice of wording implies he honestly doesn't know whether or not that's actually the case at all.]]
* MixAndMatchCritters: What best summarizes his appearance, considering he's a fictional species of cryptic animal that has minor traits of a chimera applied to how his overall appearance makes him look, but rather than make him look like a traditional chimera, his form's choices of features make him oddly streamlined in appearance despite the different animals used in his design's appearance.
* NoSell: [[spoiler:Having been struck with the Elements of Harmony to purify his sadness and grief for nearly hundreds of years, Hyoga eventually gained this ability to negate their effect on him due to how long and how many times he was exposed to them only to eventually return back to a grieving mess.]]
* OurCryptidsAreMoreMysterious: He's some kind of ''weird'' creature of sorts in which he has three eyes, a dog-like head, rabbit ears, the body of a horse but instead of hooves having cat-like feet and claws, and having a very bushy tail akin to a fox. His sole identification is as a "Cryptid", considering his overall species is an enigma to Equestrians.
* WhoWantsToLiveForever: [[spoiler:Wished for Immortality at a very young age, and now has lived eons at a time and now eternally regrets the decision due to having outlived all of his former friends and a vast majority of his descendants.]]

!! Ambassador Geif
!!! Debut ???

An individual human turned Worgen originally born in Stormwind as a civilian who grew up to become a hunter with his pet wolf named Loup, and eventually ends up bitten by a Worgen during a hunting expedition in Northrend. Transformed and rendered feral, he unwittingly kills Loup (who later returns as a ghost wolf) and Geif winding up in an hunter's trap in the middle of a forest in Grizzly Hills; having killed the trappers and caught himself trapped at the last moment, leaving him isolated for weeks as he slowly starves and becomes dehydrated. He's only saved by a Night Elf Druid who takes pity on him due to how pathetic of an individual he had become, and he regains his sanity due to her blessing she gives him in hopes he'll return to normal and consider proving himself useful in a time of crisis for the Alliance; a war is about to break out between the Alliance and Horde once more due to the Gilnean Worgens having a score to settle with Sylvannas, the new Warchief of he Horde, and Geif eventually travels back to the Eastern Kingdoms to figure out his place in the grand scheme of things, especially considering Geif's previous negative opinions on how pointless war between the Alliance and Horde ultimately became after so many years.

* {{Ambadassador}}: Joins the Ambassadors under Raiga's persuasion.
* AwesomeButImpractical: His chainmail armor[[note]](as in, the complete Blackforge Gear set)[[/note]] makes him rather easy to hear at times.
* BackFromTheDead: As a ghost wolf for Loup, anyways.
* BadassNormal: Can manhandle a fully grown bear with his jaws and claws alone as a Worgen.
* OlympusMons: His wolf Loup is tamed from Spirit Beast Karoma in-game, but it's {{Defied}} in the fact in the actual lore for Loup's ghost form it's just meant to be a generic ghost wolf for Loup's current appearance and nothing more, so Karoma is treated as an unrelated individual entirely.
* OurWerewolvesAreDifferent: Worgen.
* RunningOnAllFours: He prefers riding a horse any day regardless of which form he's in, but when he's in combat he'll often take this gait.
