7	* AccidentalPervert: In "The Last Jaffa" Andy crawls around the floor of a cinema trying to find a chocolate ball, which leads to him accidentally sticking his head up a dress.
8	* AnnoyingYoungerSibling: Jen finds him really annoying due to his jokes, disgusting habits, and insults.
9	* AntiHero: Andy is a trickster, annoying, stupid, crazy, disgusting and outright shocking. Really, the only reason he's considered any kind of hero is because the stories are told from his point of view.
10	* AttractiveBentGender: Andy once trolled Jen by cross-dressing and imitating her up until the school dance. His disguise was so good Craig fell for him.
11	* BookDumb: It was mentioned in one story that he only got one out of ten for spelling at school, and that it's actually a vast improvement.
12	* ClassClown: Tries to be this, but it's implied that his classmates find him just as irritating as his family does.
13	* CompanionCube: Andy is very attached to a rubber ducky. Said rubber ducky becomes the mascot for "Just Disgusting!".
14	* TheDitz: A running gag is that he's pretty stupid and thinks up foolish ideas. In fact one story was actually titled "The Crazy, Bad, Dumb Idea", in which he had the idea to [[{{Balloonacy}} fly with balloons]].
15	* DoesNotLikeSpam: "Brussels Sprouts" reveals that he hates both Brussels sprouts and custard.
16	* DoggedNiceGuy: Andy has the worst luck when it comes to impressing Lisa. She always gives him another chance, which he blows the very next time she appears.
17	* {{Expy}}: Andy is [[Film/FerrisBuellersDayOff Ferris Bueller]], minus the charisma and intelligence needed to actually pull off his schemes.
18	* LaserGuidedKarma: While he manages to get on everyone's nerves, it turns out Andy can be completely outdone by children younger than himself, with his reputation preventing any adult from taking his side (and that's assuming they aren't just getting back at him).
19	* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: In "Beat the Bomb!" Andy pranks some poor kid into believing he'd just won $500. The boy says his family could really use the money since his dad died. Out of guilt, Andy decides to give him the $500 prize money he'd just won.
20	* NakedPeopleAreFunny: Andy has a habit of getting naked at the worst possible moment. Mr and Mrs Bainbridge are usually on the receiving end of it.
21	* NightmareFetishist: Enjoys writing stories in which cute animals die, fantasising about being infested with a fungus, and similar disturbing things.
22	* ThePrankster: He likes to play practical jokes, such as pretending to die in "Playing Dead".
23	* SillySimian: Andy tries to crash Jen's birthday party dressed as a gorilla. To his dismay, he can't get out of the costume.

25	* UnsympatheticComedyProtagonist: Due to a lack of any real foresight, Andy's schemes tend to backfire on him in the most spectacular ways possible. More often than not it's his own fault.

30	* BumblingSidekick: Any time Andy tries to get him in on one of his schemes, Danny ends up causing Andy a load of pain.

32	* WithFriendsLikeThese: Andy and Danny are far from the best of friends. Andy only hangs out with Danny because he doesn't have any other friends. Danny only hangs out with Andy because he's too stupid to see that Andy's a bad influence.

39	* PropheciesAreAlwaysRight: Apparently believes this, as she received a book on fortune-telling from Andy that he'd tampered with to tell her he was her ideal match. She fell for it.

46	* CharacterTics: Apparently, the father always whistles in a subdued way. This is what tips Andy off that he's only pretending to think he's dead in "Playing Dead" -- his whistle sounds too loud and cheerful.
47	* RageBreakingPoint: In "Are We There Yet?" Andy's dad is pushed to the point where he dumps Andy out in the middle of nowhere in order to humble him.
48	* TakeAThirdOption: In both "Would You Rather...?" and "SHUT UP!" , Andy gives his parents an ultimatum. His mother is smart enough to know that doing this will disappoint Andy.

53	* AlphaBitch: She's got a popular boyfriend and has loads of friends, but is nasty to her younger brother. Justified on that last one since he annoys her as well and siblings often argue.
54	* AwLookTheyReallyDoLoveEachOther: In "A Terrible Christmas and a Crappy New Year", one of Andy's pranks ends up working in Jen's favour. Her response is to thank him for it, pretty much the only time they're not at each other's throats.

59	* AxCrazy: In "Mudmen" Sooty inexlicably tears off Andy's bathroom towel and shreds it up, before doing the same to his dad.
60	* BlackComedyAnimalCruelty: After Sooty literally eats Andy and Danny's homework, they put him through all sorts of hell to make him throw it up (though due to their stupidity, they likely don't know that it's cruel). This includes making the dog smoke cigarettes.
