!!This is a partial character sheet for ''Series/KamenRiderZiO''. Visit [[Characters/KamenRiderZiO here]] for the main character index. Subjective trope and audience reactions should go on the [[YMMV/KamenRiderZiO YMMV page]].

The many warriors of the past and their comrades and enemies, who Zi-O encounters on his journey. Because of the machinations of the Time Jackers, their powers and stories have been lost, but their hearts remain those of heroes. The blank Ridewatches that Zi-O gives them in the past become the keys to defeating the Another Riders in the present, if he can convince them to lend their aid.

After the ''Another Zi-O'' arc, a temporal paradox has changed the date and nature of the Day of Oma, allowing the previous Riders to maintain their powers and memories, though in some cases they have additional means to do so as well.

For this page list only examples that relate to the Riders as they appear in this series. All other tropes belong in their respective series' character pages.

[[foldercontrol]]

[[folder:Overall]]
* TheBusCameBack: Since this is an anniversary season, we can expect a lot of them to return after a string of absence since their seasons ended.
* CosmicKeystone: [[spoiler:Similar to the lore of Decade, Kamen Riders ''are'' their worlds. Swartz's timeline is fated to never come to pass because there's no Riders in it, while Zi-O bringing the Riders together also merges their timelines into one.]]
* DePower: Due to the creation of the Another Riders, and then giving their Ride Watches to Zi-O and Geiz, the past Riders lose their ability to become Kamen Riders. Episode 2.5 explains that there cannot be two copies of the exact same powers so it's either past Riders or TransformationTrinkets. They can regain their powers for just a few moments if the Another Riders are defeated but not destroyed (something which [[Series/KamenRiderGaim Kouta Kazuraba]] exploits, using that time to throw the path to the BadFuture off course). Circumstances change in the show's second half to allow the Riders to exist alongside their Another Rider counterparts, once Zi-O's own characters have matured enough that this won't result in a StoryBreakerTeamUp, but the Ridewatches can still take their powers away.
** Two exceptions to the rule are [[Series/KamenRiderDenO Ryotaro Nogami]] and [[Series/KamenRiderDecade Tsukasa Kadoya]], who have special protections. Because Ryotaro is a Singularity Point he's unaffected by changes to history, meaning he was able to personally defeat Another Den-O in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER''. Meanwhile, Tsukasa comes from a different dimension, and since the Time Jackers don't know where it is (and couldn't access it even if they did), they can't create an Another Decade in the first place. [[spoiler:Until Episode 43 that is, when Swartz drains Tsukasa's powers from him, and uses it to create the Decade Anotherwatch. Episode 47 however, reveals that Tsukasa already used half his powers to create his Ridewatch, so Swartz only stole the other half.]]
* LaserGuidedAmnesia: In the first half of the series, due to the Another Riders' presence along with the Ride Watches, the Riders lose their memories as heroes. They gain them back briefly when the Another Riders are temporarily defeated.
* PassingTheTorch: Geiz and Zi-O can only gain their powers if the Rider approves of them and willingly gives them their Ride Watch. Zi-O can only obtain his true final form if he gains the powers and blessing of all his predecessors. Anything less gives a flawed, weakened version of the form. His powers can be revoked if the original Rider decides to take their abilities back.
* RetGone: This only happens to their Kamen Rider identities ''and'' their enemies. This may also cause a change in their history or personality as shown with [[DeathOfPersonality Sento Kiryu]] and [[AdaptationalHeroism Masato Kusaka]].
* StoryBreakerTeamUp: Avoiding this seems to be the intent behind the past Riders losing their powers in the first half of the show, as every time a past Rider retains their powers, they're shown to be vastly more skilled and powerful than Zi-O or Geiz (Ex-Aid overpowers them both with little effort and handily deals with his Another Rider. Chalice dominates in a brief battle with Sougo. Decade is strong enough that his base form is more than enough to beat the first Zi-O upgrade Decade Armor. Agito can dominate against a mook army in his base form that the modern riders need to use their most recent upgrades to guarantee success against). It's not until the main characters acquire Zi-O II and Geiz Revive that they can stand with their predecessors on equal footing, at which point the past Riders begin properly teaming up with them.
* SuperEmpowering: The blank Ridewatches that Zi-O gives to the powerless Riders in the past somehow absorb their essence over the years, becoming the Ridewatches that Zi-O can use by the time they arrive in the present. The Ridewatches can also let the original Rider, a matching Another Rider, or the Rider's appointed heir reclaim their abilities by pressing the button, although access to their powers remains tied to the Ridewatch.

[[folder:Characters from ''Kamen Rider Build'']]
!![[Series/KamenRiderBuild Sento Kiryu/Kamen Rider Build]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Atsuhiro Inukai (live)

A (handsome!!) genius physicist, who fought as Kamen Rider Build against Evolto, an extraterresial being trying to devour Earth. Because of Evolto's machinations, his appearance is similar to the band Tsunagizu's lead man, Taro Satou. As the person who defeated Evolto, he remembers all about Build's old world.
----
* CompositeCharacter: As a result of the timeline alterations caused by Sougo claiming Build's powers, he goes by his original name Takumi Katsuragi but still has Sento's friendlier personality and the appearance of Taro Satou. Episode 2.5 pretty openly admits that this doesn't make a lot of sense[[note]]"Sento Kiryu" as we know him only existed because of the events of ''Kamen Rider Build'', i.e. Evolto erasing Katsuragi's memories and giving him Satou's face[[/note]], but tells the viewers [[BellisariosMaxim not to worry about it]].
* FakeDefector: Pretends to be brainwashed by Tid in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'' in an attempt to get more information.

!!Ryuga Banjo[=/=]Kamen Rider Cross-Z
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Eiji Akaso (live), Eitoku (suit)

Sento's partner, a clueless offspring of Evolto who chooses to fight for humanity as Kamen Rider Cross-Z. Just like Sento, he remembers everything about Build's old world.
----
* EverybodyHasStandards: Even a [[BookDumb muscle head]] like Ryuga knows how wrong Sougo's flying physics equations are when he sees the latter prepare for his FinishingMove.

!!Kazumi Sawatari[=/=]Kamen Rider Grease
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Kouhei Takeda (live)

Sento's past adversary, the war representative from northern Japan as Kamen Rider Grease. His memories of old world is returning in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER''.
----
* CastingGag: At one point in the movie, Ataru asks if he's Kazumi or Kurenai Otoya from ''Kiva'', as Kouhei Takeda portrays both of them.
* WhatTheHellHero:[[spoiler: While slightly justified in that he was {{retcon}}ned with no memories of being ''Kamen Rider Grease'' late into the film, he became a huge {{jerkass}} in abandoning Ataru to be killed by mooks. This was what ultimately made Ataru lose his faith in Kamen Riders and encouraged him to end his contract with Futaros, sending Sento, Sougo and everyone else from the ''Kamen Rider'' reality back home while in the midst of battle.]]

!!Gentoku Himuro[=/=]Kamen Rider Rogue
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Kensei Mikami (live)

One of the victims of brainwashing by Evolto's Skywall, as well as one of Faust enforcers, codenamed Night Rogue. After repenting, he aided Sento and co to defeat the alien as Kamen Rider Rogue. His memories of the old world return in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER''.

!!Misora Isurugi
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Kaho Takada (live)

Sento's close friend, daughter of Cafe nascita's owner, and former vessel of an ancient Martian Queen. Her memories of the old world return in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER''.

!!Evolto[=/=]Kamen Rider Evol

An extraterrestrial being from the Planet Blood hellbent on destroying Earth. He also operated as one of Faust enforcers under the moniker Blood Stalk by possessing the body of Misora's father Soichi Isurugi. He faced Kamen Rider Build and was defeated by merging the old world with the new world. He is one of the villains summoned by Swartz in the finale.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Characters from ''Kamen Rider Ex-Aid'']]
!![[Series/KamenRiderExAid Emu Hojo/Kamen Rider Ex-Aid]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Hiroki Iijima (live)

The genius gamer "M" himself, now works as a pediatrician in Seito University Hospital. In the past, he tried to complete the deadly survival game ''Kamen Rider Chronicle'' as Kamen Rider Ex-Aid.
----
* CurbStompBattle: Emu's superior fighting skills are demonstrated in how easily he overpowers Zi-O and Geiz when they clash. They're only saved from an even more brutal thrashing by Ora freezing time in the middle of the fight.
* TheFaceless: Does not appear out of suit in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'' and stock lines are used, but still appears in the show itself.
* GeniusBruiser: A genius gamer and established doctor, also a really good fighter (in Ex-Aid suit anyway).
* InSpiteOfANail: Despite having never been infected with the Bugster Virus as a child, which led to the accident that inspired him to become a doctor, Emu has become one anyway.
* ThisIsSomethingHesGotToDoHimself: Told the Time Riders to stay out of his way, as he has his own way of dealing with Another Ex-Aid. Albeit in a more peaceful way than fighting.

!! Hiiro Kagami[=/=]Kamen Rider Brave
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Toshiki Seto (live)

A genius surgeon at Seito University Hospital, and Emu's companion. In the past, he assisted Emu and the other Gamer Riders to complete ''Kamen Rider Chronicle'' as Kamen Rider Brave.
----
* HypocriticalHumor: He dismisses Geiz's warning about the Another Ex-Aid in 2016 as a fantasy story. This coming from the guy who uses a fantasy-themed video game power to transform into a Kamen Rider.
* ItMayHelpYouOnYourQuest: Gives Geiz a clue on how to go into the games and stop Another Ex-Aid.

!! Kuroto Dan[=/=]Kamen Rider Genm
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Tetsuya Iwanaga (live)

The CEO of Genm Corp, a psychotic video game developer with a god complex that tried to defeat his own game ''Kamen Rider Chronicle'' as Kamen Rider Genm. See the entry for Another OOO on the Characters/KamenRiderZiOAnotherRiders page.

!! Masamune Dan[=/=]Kamen Rider Cronus

Former CEO of Genm Corp, and Kuroto's father. In the past, he is the greatest obstacle against Emu and co's quest to complete ''Kamen Rider Chronicle'', as Kamen Rider Cronus.
----
* FakeShemp: Masamune is played by a stand-in actor, and his face is obscured when Another OOO strangles him.
* DemotedToExtra: He was once the BigBad of the original Ex-Aid timeline, now {{retcon}}ed into a defenseless CEO[[note]]played by a FakeShemp[[/note]] still obssessed with success who was easily killed by his son out of spite for his ParentalNeglect and [[KlingonPromotion his position and power]].

!!Kagenari Nagumo[=/=]Kamen Rider Fuma

A Rider who worked with Johnny Maxima to transfer human into a VR world to save his daughter. He is one of the Another World riders summoned by Swartz.
----
* AlternateSelf: He comes from a world where he presumably defeated his series' protagonist.

!!Gamedeus

The final boss of Kamen Rider Chronicle, he is the most powerful Bugster who has ever existed. He is one of the villains summoned by Swartz in the finale.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Characters from ''Kamen Rider Fourze'']]
!![[Series/KamenRiderFourze Gentaro Kisaragi/Kamen Rider Fourze]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Sota Fukushi (voice)

An alumnus of Amanogawa High School that now teaches there. He is also the founder and supervisor of Kamen Rider Club. In the past, he battled the Zodiarts to protect the school as Kamen Rider Fourze.
----
* TheFaceless: In an odd example, we already know ''what'' this character's face looks like (from his home series), but unlike with Emu Hojo, he's only shown from the back when he makes his brief appearance at the end of episode 4. This was because Gentaro's actor was busy and couldn't show up in person to cameo, but was able to perform some voiceover work. Stock lines were also used for ''Heisei Generations FOREVER''.
* FakeShemp: As mentioned above, Sota Fukushi was unable to reprise his role in person; as such, whenever Gentaro appears on-camera it's a stand-in actor wearing his costumes and his iconic pompadour, and he's always filmed from behind. However, Fukushi does provide his voice (via dubbing) and they show a photo collage from ''Fourze'' which features photographs of him (and the rest of the Kamen Rider Club).
* InSpiteOfANail: Despite the events of ''Fourze'' being erased from history, Gentaro was still able to befriend everyone in Amanogawa High School, still formed the Kamen Rider Club, and still became a teacher at Amanogawa five years later.

!!Chuta Ohsugi
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Takushi Tanaka

Gentaro's old homeroom teacher.

!!Daita Kondo and Chikao Nezu
!!!'''Kondo Portrayed by:''' Kazuyoshi Nagazawa\
'''Nezu Portrayed by:''' Yuya Hara

A pair of Gates and members of the Monster League club.
----
* AdaptationalHeroism: In ''Movie War Ultimatum'', they were part of a terrorist group. Here, they're members of the Kamen Rider Club, practically gushing over meeting Zi-O and Geiz, as well as providing information on Ryuusei Sakuta.

!!Mitsuaki Gamou[=/=]Sagittarius Zodiarts

The principal of Amanogawa High School, he planned to gather the 12 Horoscopes to execute the Day of the Awakening. He is one of the villains summoned by Swartz in the finale.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Characters from ''Kamen Rider 555'']]
!![[Series/KamenRider555 Takumi Inui/Kamen Rider Faiz]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Kento Handa (live)

A man with a mysterious past, who now works for the ''Kikuchi Dry Cleaners'', a laundry service. In the past, he was a passive loner who battled the Orphnochs as Kamen Rider Faiz.
----
* BackFromTheDead: Due to the events of ''Faiz'' being erased from history, Takumi managed to avoid his death in the original timeline and lives on in the present as a normal human, somehow still ending up working for the ''Kikuchi Dry Cleaners''.
* TheFaceless: Does not appear out of suit in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'' and stock lines are used, but still appears in the show itself.
* NiceGuy: Of the highest caliber. Despite the ''multitude'' of horrible things Kusaka has done ([[InSpiteOfANail depending on which of them still happened]]), Takumi still considers him a friend. Though he himself wonders ''why.''
* UncertainDoom: After having to face a potential case of YourDaysAreNumbered at the end of ''555'' and dying at the end of the ''Kamen Rider 4'' special, this is his current state as, even after [[spoiler:Sougo hits the ResetButton]], Kusaka's revival is shown to have stuck in ''Geiz Majesty'' despite having died in ''555''. While this implies Takumi's death in ''Kamen Rider 4'' has also been undone, the aforementioned potential YourDaysAreNumbered would be put back in play as a result, restoring his ambiguous fate.

!!Masato Kusaka[=/=]Kamen Rider Kaixa
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Creator/KoheiMurakami (live)

Takumi's worst nemesis that he reluctantly calls as a friend. In the past, he was a manipulative, selfish man with hatred for all Orphnochs who transformed into Kamen Rider Kaixa.
----
* AdaptationalNiceGuy: This incarnation of Kusaka is depicted as a ''lot'' more nice and selfless than he was portrayed in his home series. He regrets not being able to stop Sakuma from becoming a monster and was close to both him and Karin, the girl he was trying to kill to both stop his obsession and put her to rest. That being said, he is still the old ''[[ManipulativeBastard Kusaka]]''.
* BackFromTheDead: Due to the events of ''Faiz'' being erased from history, Kusaka managed to avoid his death in the original timeline and lives on in the present. ''NEXT TIME'' initially suggests that his death being averted was one of the changes that stuck after [[spoiler:Sougo hit the ResetButton in the finale but this turns out to be one of a series of robot duplicates]].
* TheBusCameBack: Returns to the series in ''Next Time: Geiz Majesty''.
* CrypticConversation: As per usual, he refuses to simply ''explain'' what he's doing.
* DontAsk: Refuses to answer Daiki's question of whether or not he was aware of the consequences that would ensue for him becoming Kaixa in this manner during the events of ''NEXT TIME''.
* EvilCannotComprehendGood: More {{Jerkass}} than evil, but Kusaka is honestly baffled why Takumi would try to save him from Another Fourze.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: According to to Takumi, he has still done enough bad deeds to count as this to him.
* HistoryRepeats: ''Very'' nearly gets subjected to a NeckSnap like in his home series.
* {{Irony}}: He could not comprehend why Takumi would save him, yet he is risking his own life to save his friends.
* ShootTheDog: His idea to get Another [=Fourze/Faiz=] to stop his rampage is to ''kill the person he's been hunting Libras to sustain.'' Typical of Kusaka, he didn't really factor in that no-one else would like this plan. [[spoiler: It was actually Karin's plan.]]
* WellIntentionedExtremist: His [[spoiler: (actually Karin's)]] ultimate plan to save Sakuma was for him to end Karin's life while keeping her corpse away from him to prevent him from bringing her BackFromTheDead again. Everyone else did not agree with this plan, and it almost got Kusaka himself [[HistoryRepeats killed]] as well.

!!Mari Sonoda
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Yuria Haga (stock footage)

Takumi and Kusaka's old friend and love interest, who Kusaka obsessed over to the point of manipulating everyone so he could have her to himself. Only appears in a recreated scene from the past.
----
* TheCameo: Briefly appears in ''Faiz'''s timeline just as it's about to be altered, resulting in Takumi losing his powers.
* FakeShemp: She only appears in recycled footage from ''Faiz'' to recreate the scene it was from.

!!Teruo Suzuki[=/=]Arch Orphnoch

An orphaned boy rescued by Naoya Kaido/Snake Orphnoch, unknowing that he is a unique type Orphnoch who possesses the power to "complete" 'Orphnoch evolution' by removing all traces of humanity while granting him a long life as Arch Orphnoch, also known as Orphnoch King.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Characters from ''Kamen Rider Wizard'']]
!![[Series/KamenRiderWizard Haruto Soma/Kamen Rider Wizard]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Shunya Shiraishi (stock grunts)

A former soccer player blessed with magic power in this modern world, after overcoming his despair and befriending the Dragon Phantom. In the past, he battled the Phantoms as Kamen Rider Wizard.
----
* TheFaceless: As with Gentaro/Fourze, his face was not shown during his brief scenes as well.
* FakeShemp: One was used for his brief scenes in the preview of him being a Legend Rider as well as him losing his powers when Another Wizard was created. However, unlike Sota Fukushi with Gentaro/Fourze, Shunya Shiraishi was unable to do voiceovers for the stand-in actor. Stock lines were also used for him in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER''.

!!Kosuke Nitoh[=/=]Kamen Rider Beast
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Tasuku Nagase (live)

An archeologist that stumbled into a cave containing Chimera Phantom, enabling him to transform into Kamen Rider Beast.
----
* SecretTestOfCharacter: Gives one to Geiz to prove he's worthy of being given the Ridewatches in his possession. Geiz had just earned enough trust to be given only the Wizard Ridewatch, while he continues to retain the Beast Ridewatch.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Still likes drenching mayonnaise onto his food.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Characters from ''Kamen Rider OOO'']]
!![[Series/KamenRiderOOO Eiji Hino/Kamen Rider OOO]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Shu Watanabe (live)

A member of the National Diet of Japan. In the past, he was a wandering vagabond who battled the Greeed as Kamen Rider OOO.
----
* BadassBureaucrat: In a world where he never found the power to help everyone with his own hands as OOO, Eiji apparently did the next-best thing and became a politician like his father before him.
* TheFaceless: Does not appear out of suit in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'' and stock lines are used, but still appears in the show itself.
* TragicKeepsake: Even though in this timeline Ankh never existed, Eiji's bond with him is so strong that he still keeps a red feather on his lapel.

!!Hina Izumi
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Riho Takada (live)

A girl with ridiculous super strength, she is Eiji's friend and one of the employees at the Cous Coussier international restaurant.
----
* CallBack: Hina expressed dreams of becoming a tailor in ''OOO'', and here is one working for the Dan Foundation.
* GrievousHarmWithABody: Probably not what she intended to do, but she tosses Eiji into Another OOO so hard that he's sent flying through a wall off-screen.
* SuperStrength: Which she uses to break both herself and Eiji out of their cell. It is just as inexplicable as it was back in her home series.
* VillainousCrush: The subject of Kuroto's, who decides on a whim that Hina will be his queen whether she likes it or not. She ''doesn't.''

!!Akira Date[=/=]Kamen Rider Birth
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Creator/HiroakiIwanaga (live)
----
A CombatMedic who also a wandering vagabond like Eiji. He was the first user of Birth Driver as Kamen Rider Birth, hired by Kougami Foundation in order to earn 100 million Yen for his surgery. After leaving Japan and underwent surgery with his position now succeeded by Shintaro Goto, he later returns as the user of the prototype version of Birth to end the Greeed conflict.

!!Michal Minato[=/=]Kamen Rider Aqua
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Atsushi Arai (live)
----
A young man from 2050 who became Kamen Rider Aqua. He used to have hydrophobia until he received the Poseidon Driver from the elderly Kousei Kougami to become Kamen Rider Poseidon. It wasn't long until the Core Medals and remains of Kiyoto Maki entered his body to give Poseidon a will of his own and possess him. Through a series of events, he would be saved by 2011!Eiji and a future version of Ankh. He comes from the future to bring Geiz and Tsukuyomi back to their time to prevent further damage to the timeline.
----
* TheBusCameBack: He made his return years later after his last appearance was on ''Movie War Mega Max''.
* EscortMission: The reason why Michal is present in 2019 is so that he can bring Geiz and Tsukuyomi back to the future.
* HumongousMecha: He comes to the present day using a blue Time Mazine that's stated by Woz to be an earlier model than the ones the main cast use.
* KilledOffForReal: He is [[spoiler:mortally wounded by Another Decade in #46, hanging on just long enough to reveal Tsukuyomi's true name to Sougo and entrusting him to protect the future before expiring.]]
* MakingASplash: As befitting his name, Kamen Rider Aqua has water powers.
* SecurityBlanket: Michal has been keeping the underpants Eiji gave him in ''Movie War Mega Max'' on his person to act as one of these.
* SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong: Averted, Michal believes it's wrong to change the past no matter what and he actually gets into a fight with Geiz about this.
* TheWorfEffect: Kamen Rider Aqua is absolutely mangled by every opponent he's subjected to. [[note]] [[spoiler: Kamen Rider Eternal in particular takes him down ''in his own element.]]''[[/note]] [[spoiler: [[RuleOfThree The third major loss against Another Decade]] [[KilledOffForReal is his last one]]]].

!!Kiyoto Maki[=/=]Dinosaur Greeed

A former top scientist of the Kougami Foundation who was in charge with its biotechnology R&D division before departing and officially joining up with the Greeed. After absorbing the purple Core Medals, he became the reincarnation of the Dinosaur Greeed.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Characters from ''Kamen Rider Gaim'']]
!![[Series/KamenRiderGaim Kouta Kazuraba/Kamen Rider Gaim]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Gaku Sano (live)

Kouta Kazuraba is the human identity of humanity's [[PhysicalGod Man of Beginning]] after protecting Earth against Helheim Forest's invasion as Kamen Rider Gaim. He governs the Inves Planet on the edge of universe.
----
* BeyondTheImpossible: The Time Jackers are among the most powerful villains in Kamen Rider. Capable of manipulating life, death, memories, people’s lives, causality, the multiverse, the fourth wall, and more with nothing more than a simple stopwatch. Kouta is not only able to resist the erasure for some unspecified length of time, but even reverse time himself (if only a moment or two) while holding back his own erasure.
* ButterflyOfDeathAndRebirth: He uses a swarm of blue butterflies to send Sougo back to the moment he destroyed Another Gaim while undoing his destruction in order to teach him an important lesson. It also calls to mind [[ButterflyEffect another butterfly motif]] that summarizes the results of this action.
* CostumeEvolution: Kouta's traded in his bulky Man of the Beginning armor for a much lighter but divine-looking set of clothes.
* TheFaceless: Does not appear out of suit in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'' and stock lines are used, but still appears in the show itself.
* RealityWarper: As the Man of the Beginning he most ''certainly'' is, transporting Sougo to an EldritchLocation he can change with a snap of his fingers and send him back to the moment he defeated Another Gaim, while undoing the Another Rider's destruction to allow Sougo a chance to put his advice to use.
* SmallRoleBigImpact: Kouta's total screentime adds up to about two minutes. His actions during that time are ''the'' most important events in the entire series, responsible for setting off the chain of dominoes that lead to the show's resolution. The lesson he and his arc teach Sougo is even what Sougo ultimately cites as the reason for his final decision: that personal power, especially personal power built on other people's sacrifices, is not what makes someone a worthy king.
* SpannerInTheWorks: Kouta undoes Another Gaim's first defeat and contacts Sougo, urging him to not always resolve everything by himself and to let others grow from their own strength to stand alongside him as equals. This sets off a chain of events that produces the first definitive break from the StableTimeLoop that has defined the events up to that point, teaches Sougo the method of making lasting changes to history, and prompts Woz to employ [[WildCard Tsukasa]] in an act of desperation, bringing about ''the entire rest of the series''. With the show up to that point having been on an inexorable march to Oma Zi-O's rise, it may not be an exaggeration to call this one action by Kouta the most important event in the entire show.
* StoryBreakerTeamUp: Played with. You'd think that Kouta's divine powers would either dominate the plot or call for an excuse to bring him down to Zi-O's level, but neither really happens. The thing is that Kouta can't actually do much against time manipulation so the Time Jackers can still affect him. This was even shown in his own series, as Mai tried to change the past with the Golden Fruit but found herself restricted in what she could do and ended up stranded in an alternate timeline. Even so, his actions in the few moments the original timeline reasserted itself seem to have had a butterfly effect changing the course of the series.

!!Kaito Kumon[=/=]Kamen Rider Baron
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Yutaka Kobayashi (live)

Leader of Team Baron, a street dancing team. In the past, he as Kamen Rider Baron battled Kouta for the Golden Fruit, trying to remake Earth to destroy the tyranny of those with power over those without.
----
* BackFromTheDead: Due to the events of ''Gaim'' being erased from history, Kaito managed to avoid his death in the original timeline and lives on in the present.
* NoOneShouldSurviveThat: Has been living in Helheim for the last 5 years, and yet somehow was able to survive despite having no source of food. Everyone else is also shown to have survived, however, and [[AllThereInTheManual Another Gaim's Helheim is a forgery]], so the fruits there might actually be edible.
* ScrewDestiny: While Kouta imparts Sougo with a lesson in working together with others, Kaito teaches Geiz about this trope while testing the strength of his resolve to kill Sougo. Geiz's resolve doesn't stick despite all his efforts, but the lesson in changing his own fate does.
* SocialDarwinist: As in his home series, Kaito's relationship with this trope is complicated, distinguishing between those with power and those with [[HeroicWillpower strength]] and only respecting the strong rather than the powerful. He kicks Asura out of Team Baron a second time for having stolen someone else's rightfully earned power to get ahead as Another Gaim, making him someone utterly without strength.

!!Takatora Kureshima[=/=]Kamen Rider Zangetsu (Shin)
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Yuki Kubota (stock grunts)

The older brother of Mitsuzane Kureshima/Kamen Rider Ryugen and the team leader and overseer of Yggdrasill Corporation R&D Division. Often referred as the so-called "White Armored Rider" he wields a Sengoku Driver and transforms into Kamen Rider Zangetsu. He also wields a Genesis Driver, becoming Kamen Rider Zangetsu Shin.
----
* CanonImmigrant: The Zangetsu Kachidoki Arms form, exclusive to the stageshow ''Theatre/KamenRiderZangetsuGaimGaiden'', makes an appearance in ''Over Quartzer''.

[[folder:Characters from ''Kamen Rider Ghost'']]
!![[Series/KamenRiderGhost Takeru Tenkuji/Kamen Rider Ghost]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Shun Nishime (live)

Son of the owner of Daitenku Temple that investigates supernatural phenomenon. In the past, he died and revived (repeatedly) as Kamen Rider Ghost.
----
* BackFromTheDead: Due to the events of ''Ghost'' being erased from history, Takeru managed to avoid the multiple times he died fighting the Gamma, but his dialogue suggests he's had some out-of-body experiences anyway in his adventures as a priest.
* BroughtDownToBadass: Even with his Rider powers erased, Takeru still retains his training as a priest of the Daitenku Temple, which gives him considerable superpowers in its own right. Over the course of the arc, he demonstrates skills ranging from being able to keep Another Ghost from absorbing souls to unleashing spiritual force as psychokinesis strong enough to hurl iron girders through the air. It's still not as good as the things he could do as Ghost, but it's remarkably close. Unlike the previous past Riders, Takeru is an active participant in the events of his arc, and even gets in on the time travel.
* TheFaceless: Does not appear out of suit in Heisei Generations FOREVER, but does in the show itself.
* InSpiteOfANail: Due to having been the heir to the Daitenku Temple from his birth, and thus unavoidably involved with ghosts and the supernatural, Takeru's one of the least-changed Riders by the changes to the timeline. He even at some point inspired Akari to create the Shiranui device that makes ghosts temporarily visible and tangible, with dialogue suggesting that he's even been a ghost before.
* ISeeDeadPeople: Much like the Ghost Eyecons allowed those who held them to see ghosts, Takeru can thanks to the Ghost Ridewatch in his possession.

!!Makoto Fukami[=/=]Kamen Rider Specter
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Ryosuke Yamamoto (live)

Takeru's childhood friend that battled the Gammas alongside him, as Kamen Rider Specter.
----
* BigDamnHeroes: Comes in to save Takeru when Heure sends a horde of Gamma after him for ruining the events that led to Another Ghost's creation, reminding him that he is also able to fight them and transform.
* LockedOutOfTheLoop: Was asked by 2018!Takeru to send his greetings to 2015!Takeru before his departure back to the present, though he does not understand why.

!!Shibuya and Narita
!!!Shibuya Portrayed by: Takuya Mizoguchi\
Narita Portrayed by: Reo Kanshuji

Two trainees at the Daitenku Temple.
----
* ThoseTwoGuys: Unlike their original series, they are not seen together; Narita was with Takeru investigating while Shibuya stayed in the Daitenku Temple.

!!Argos[=/=]Kamen Rider Dark Ghost

The first born of the Gamma royal family, he planned to gain the heroic Eyecons to create the Extremer Driver. He is one of the Another World riders summoned by Swartz.
----
* AlternateSelf: He comes from a world where he presumably defeated his series's protagonist.

[[folder:Characters from ''Kamen Rider Decade'' '''(Unmarked Spoilers Ahead!)''']]
!!Common to All:
* RecurringCharacter: Unlike some other past Riders, Decade and Diend are directly involved in the series' events and appear across multiple arcs.
* WalkingSpoiler: It's very hard to discuss the later arcs and the specials without spoiling that Zi-O is a StealthSequel.

!![[Series/KamenRiderDecade Tsukasa Kadoya/Kamen Rider Decade]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Masahiro Inoue (live)
[[quoteright:270:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/masahiro.jpg]]

The dimensional-travelling photographer and the Destroyer of Worlds himself. Seemingly immune to the changes being made to history. He has teamed with the Time Jackers for unknown reasons, later revealed to stop Ohma Zi-O himself.
----
* AllPowerfulBystander: By his own accounts, Tsukasa could simply destroy the world at any time if he wanted to, but he only sits on the sidelines to observe if Sougo will truly go on that path. Indeed, once he actually fights, he's almost always guaranteed to win, and Swartz actively causes an unavoidable calamity just to draw him out and take his powers for himself. Then the final Rider Time special reveals that this is also a [[SubvertedTrope subversion]], since not even his [[SuperForm Complete 21 Form]] can defeat [[WorldsStrongestMan Oma Zi-O.]] [[CurbStompCushion A weakened one at that.]]
* BackFromTheDead: Tsukasa dies protecting Tsukuyomi from a time blast from Swartz in episode 47. Luckily, Kaito was around and using the Zi-O II Anotherwatch, was able to bring him back to life
* BeyondTheImpossible: Even after Swartz ([[BatmanGambit thought he]]) completely stripped Tsukasa of his Decade powers, Tsukasa just ''casually'' summoned a Dimensional Wall to save Sougo and brings him to another dimension, thus signifying his role as the Destroyer of Worlds.
* BroughtDownToBadass: Swartz manages to steal Tsukasa's Rider powers. But as it turns out, being the Destroyer of Worlds is inherent to himself, as he can still make dimensional walls, implying he can still destroy worlds on his own, and reacts to his depowering with mild indifference.
** It turns out he was only using half his Rider powers the entire time since his Ridewatch contains the other half, so he's able to RePower himself through it.
* CameBackStrong: Regains his Decade powers thanks to the Decade Ridewatch.
* CatchPhrase: "[[IWasJustPassingThrough I'm just a passing through Kamen Rider]]. Remember that!" and "I get the gist of it."
* CrazyPrepared:He was ''very much'' aware of the possibility of his powers being stolen, so to counter this, he placed half of his power into the [[ChekhovsGun Decade Ridewatch for the day he needed to regain his Rider abilities]].
* DePower: Due to his status as a Destroyer, he is able to erase the powers of a Ridewatch just by holding it in his hand, reverting them into Blank Ridewatches. He then gets this trope thrown at him in Episode 43 as Swartz drains his powers in order to create the Decade Anotherwatch.
** Inverted as it is only applied to his Rider power. He still possessed his power as the Destroyer of Worlds as he casually summoned a Dimensional Wall, much to Swartz’s surprise.
* DissonantSerenity: [[AmbiguousSituation Even with calling into question why the hell he's there in the first place]], Tsukasa looks borderline ''bored'' even with all of the hell breaking loose within the bus he's driving.
* DragonWithAnAgenda: He plays this role to the Time Jackers in his first appearance, helping them as hired muscle for a string of four episodes while also laying the groundwork for a plan of his own. What exactly he has in mind isn't revealed at that time, but it appears to involve playing StealthMentor to Zi-O, since Tsukasa's annoyed when Sougo gives up his belt, willingly handed over the Decade Ridewatch to help empower him, and set Heure up to create Another Ryuga, an opponent Sougo would ''only'' be able to overcome by gaining the power of Zi-O II. He was also ''driving'' the bus that killed Sougo and Hiryu's parents when it crashed thus also meeting Swartz choosing Sougo to be Zi-O.
* TheFaceless: Does not appear out of suit in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'', but does in the show itself.
* FairPlayVillain: He leaves the Decade Ridewatch with Geiz after depowering the Ghost Ridewatch. When Woz asked him about this exchange, Tsukasa responds that [[NoChallengeEqualsNoSatisfaction there's no fun beating on wimps]].
* {{Foil}}:
** To Yusuke Onodera/Kamen Rider Kuuga from [[Series/KamenRiderDecade his own show]] no less. The two are exact opposites in every way. Kuuga was an alternate using an old powerset, Decade is the real deal. Kuuga was a nice although gullible guy, Decade was... Decade and let's leave it at that. Kuuga started off strong, became a joke, and was never seen again with the role of Kuuga being taken by guys in rubber suits using the originals name, while Tsukasa has become a borderline PhysicalGod able to travel through time and destroy Ridewatches due to his Destroyer of Worlds status.
** As the previous anniversary Kamen Rider for the Heisei era, he also serves as this to Sougo.
* GuardianOfTheMultiverse: Tsukasa plays this role now, traveling through the worlds and destroying any that become a threat to the multiverse.
* IconicItem: Per usual, Tsukasa is never seen without his trademark Magenta-colored Blackbird Fly 135 Camera within arm's reach or with it resting around his neck.
* ItIsBeyondSaving: As the Destroyer of Worlds, Tsukasa's objective in Zi-O's world is to observe what happens in that world, and determine whether it must be destroyed or not. Episode 47 finally has Tsukasa declare that he'll destroy Zi-O's world due to the Ridewatches breaking, bringing forth the worlds of other Riders to converge upon Zi-O's, alongside countless monsters from their respective worlds.
* KilledOffForReal: His final fate in ''Zi-O Vs Decade'' is to be beaten badly by Ohma Zi-O and dissolve into light. However, with his death, he restores the timelines of all the alternate Sougos, just like he did for the AR Worlds in his own series. A comment from Woz about how he believes Zi-O and Decade will cross paths in the future leaves the possibly of his survival in some form, but as [[ActorLeavesCharacterDies Masahiro Inoue intends on this being his final time in the role]], this is effectively the official conclusion for the character.
* MercyKill: As Tsukasa explains to Tsukuyomi in #28, if Sougo truly does become Oma Zi-O, he'll destroy their world as a mercy. Considering what we saw of the future, it's hard to argue with him.
* MyRulesAreNotYourRules: As always, Decade violates whatever rules he pleases. Giving away his Ridewatch doesn't cause him to lose his powers, he can time travel without a Time Mazine by making dimensional gates to "the world of the past", and he can freely remember and transform into Riders whose powers and histories were erased by Zi-O. It's not explicitly shown whether or not his copied Rider powers can destroy the matching Another Riders, but Tsukasa's killed unkillable things before. Even after he gets his Decade powers stolen by Swartz, he still claims that he can still destroy the world to fix the space-time distortions, claiming that it's only a minor nuisance.
* MythologyGag: When he takes Tsukuyomi to 2058, his outfit changes like it did in his own series.
* PowerCopying: As with his original season, Tsukasa can copy the powers of the past Riders to their ''exact'' appearance, unlike Zi-O and Geiz who can only get Ride Armors based on the past Riders. In addition, Tsukasa can ''now'' become Riders past his own season including access to Zi-O's Rider Card to become Zi-O himself.
* RippleEffectProofMemory: Presumably due to his role as a DimensionalTraveler and pseudo-GuardianOfTheMultiverse, Tsukasa is unaffected by the changes Sougo's adventures have caused, including having the knowledge and powers of Riders who've already been [[RetGone retconned]] like Build and Wizard. And he gets to keep the Decade powers even after giving Sougo the Decade Ridewatch. This is because he only gave it half his powers. So when Swartz takes away the other half, the Ridewatch is still able to RePower him.
* TheRival: He's seemingly set himself up to be one to Sougo, claiming that Zi-O won't conquer the world because he's going to destroy it first.
* SoLastSeason: Ironically, though the Neo Decadriver gives Tsukasa the power to turn into the Heisei Riders who came after him, it's pretty well unnecessarry because it ''also'' powers up his base form to the point where it's far stronger than any of them. The only real reasons he has to use Kamen Rides are if he needs to use the Riders' unique abilities (like Wizard's magic) or if he's fighting an Another Rider and needs the KryptoniteFactor of the original Rider's powers.
* StealthMentor: Tsukasa took this role to Sougo early on in the show acting as enemy to hopefully guide Sougo to a better future. Every action Tsukasa took when acting as the Time Jackers' enforcer has ultimately helped Sougo in the long run, the most obvious being giving Sougo the Decade Ridewatch:
** Tsukasa destroying Geiz's Ghost Ridewatch forced Sougo to get his own Ghost Ridewatch which turned out to be vital once episode 41 revealed that using the Ridewatches from Oma Zi-O's timeline made Sougo weaker as shown when Oma Zi-O was still ultimately Sougo's superior despite Sougo gaining the power of Grand Zi-O.
** Tsukasa forcing Sougo to meet Oma Zi-O gave Sougo a much needed reality check about his future. While Sougo temporarily gave up being Zi-O, this meeting ultimately strengthened Sougo's determination to become a benevolent king unlike Oma Zi-O.
** Tsukasa told Heure about the Mirror World which lead to the creation of Another Ryuga, an Another Rider so powerful that the only way to beat him was for Sougo to become Zi-O II. This lead to Sougo accepting both his mirror self and his darker instincts, thus taking the first steps to overcoming them.
* SuddenlyVoiced: In a manner of speaking, and not Tsukasa himself, but rather, the Neo Decadriver. Previously, changing into other Riders often omitted the voiced segments of their transformation jingles, such as with Faiz, Blade, Kabuto, and Den-O. Now, though, the transfomations include the voices. [[JustifiedTrope Justified]], since most post-Decade Riders have henshin jingles that had become wholly increasingly reliant on the voiced parts, to the point the melodic aspects are disappointly lacking without them[[note]]The Complete Selection Modification release of the original Decadriver had hidden sounds for Double to Drive, the latest Rider at the time of the toy's release. The jingles of OOO, Wizard, and Gaim are rather sparse without their famous ditties, which probably would not have worked for any transformation into them in ''Zi-O''.[[/note]]. The DX release of the Neo Decadriver reveals this to be retroactive for the aforementioned pre-Decade Riders.
* TookALevelInBadass: While Decade himself was pretty awesome, his return in Zi-O has him use the Neo Decadriver, a magenta colored version of the Decadriver that grants him access to all the Heisei era riders before Zi-O, but later revealed in ep 47 that he can '''transform into Zi-O''' now, and that it only took ''half'' his powers to create the Decade Ridewatch. In addition to that, he's grown past the need for form changes, being able to use the Flame Saber while still in Agito Ground Form, or water attacks when still in Wizard Flame Style. Putting all that aside, his base form is now much more powerful, completely curbstomping Geiz and Zi-O in one on one fights. Even when Zi-O used his upgrade form (combining the Decade armor with the Build Ride Watch), base form Tsukasa had no problem mopping the floor with him. He later battles Another Zi-O II and seems to at least be comparable to Geiz Revive. Using the other forms is actually a physical downgrade now and he seems to use them for their special abilities more than anything else. When he transforms into Zi-O's base form against Another Zi-O, it's also much more powerful than Sougo's version, holding his own against Another Zi-O when Grand Zi-O is the only form Zi-O has that's definitively more powerful than it.
** A PlayedForLaughs version also occurs at the end of #14 where he snaps a photo of Sougo that ''isn't'' horribly distorted like the pictures he took in his own series. [[RunningGag But something bad still happens to Sougo soon afterwards]], so he's not ''that'' much more badass. However his pictures are distorted again in 41, due to the timeline being altered.
** Zi-O vs Decade introduces an upgraded Complete Form which combines the powers of every primary Rider through Zero-One with Diend’s power set. This is [[MeaningfulName fittingly]] referred to as Complete Form 21.
* WorfHadTheFlu: Tsukasa hid half of his full power in the Decade Ridewatch, meaning every fight he's been involved in up to that point has had him only be half as strong as he would normally be. Subverted as even divided, his powers have grown strong enough that the closest he's come to losing a fair fight was against Another Zi-O II, who is powerful enough that only Grand Zi-O was guaranteed to beat him. If he had access to his full power, his base form would likely be comparable to Violent Emotion.
** ''Zi-O Vs Decade'' has him get severely injured in the first part, meaning in the climax of the second part, even Tsukasa's ultimate form, Decade Complete 21, ultimately gets defeated by Ohma Zi-O.

!!Daiki Kaito[=/=]Kamen Rider Diend[=/=]Another Zi-O II
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Kimito Totani (live)
[[quoteright:270:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/daiki.png]]

The Treasure Sniper, "hired" by White Woz to steal back his Woz Miridewatch. In actuality, he is an agent of Ohma Zi-O, who hired him for purposes unknown.

Later, after Grand Zi-O defeats Hiryu Kakogawa in the alternate timeline where the latter replaces Ohma Zi-O, he obtains the Anotherwatch for Zi-O II, and later becomes Another Zi-O II.
----
* AmbiguouslyGay: Once again the writing seems to imply that he's attracted to Tsukasa.
* BadGuysDoTheDirtyWork: A non-lethal version. At first glance, the Zi-O/Zi-O II Anotherwatch appears to be indestructible by conventional means, so the Zi-O II arc wraps up with Kaito taking the Anotherwatch as one of his treasures. Subverted in episode 47 after the Zi-O II Anotherwatch takes control of Kaito, Sougo and Tsukasa work to together to defeat Another Zi-O II and finally destroy the watch for good.
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: After using the Zi-O II Anotherwatch to revive Tsukasa in episode 47, it goes berserk, transforming Kaito into Another Zi-O II against his will.
* BroughtDownToBadass: Has his Rider powers stolen by White Woz in ''Geiz, Majesty'', yet is still a competent fighter.
* TheBusCameBack: His last appearance was in ''Chou Super Hero Taisen'', almost 2 years ago, as a brief cameo as part of the Blue Warriors team. His last ''out of suit'' appearance was in the first ''Super Hero Taisen'' movie, where he ultimately took the role of FinalBoss.
* EnemySummoner: Much like in his home series. He has summoned Baron, Knight, Accel and Birth against Geiz and Woz, and Specter and Brave against Another Ghost and Another Ex-Aid.
* EveryoneHasStandards: Even Kaito [[OhCrap is disturbed]] when Tsukasa announces he's finally going to destroy the World of Zi-O.
* {{Foil}}:
** As the previous anniversary secondary Kamen Rider for the Heisei era, he serves as one to Geiz Myokoin/Kamen Rider Geiz. Being determined to find Tsukasa while Geiz at first refused to admit he thought of Sougo as a friend.
** Like before he's Tsukasa's opposite. Tsukasa was called by Black Woz, gives Sougo the Decade Ridewatch and opposes Ohma Zi-O while Kaito was called by White Woz, temporarily stole all of Sougo's Ridewatches and is working for Ohma Zi-O.
* {{Irony}}: His main powers consist of summoning other riders. Take a wild guess which of Another Zi-O's powers he ''doesn[='=]t'' use when he's transformed into Another Zi-O against his will.
* SkewedPriorities: After Tsukasa and Sougo defeat him when the Another Zi-O Ridewatch takes over him, he is at first shown to be more concerned about said Ridewatch finally breaking. Although he quickly gets over it.
* TimeStandsStill: Due to Swartz giving him Time Jacker powers, he can now do this in episode 42.
* TookALevelInBadass: Like Tsukasa, his Diendriver got a cyan colored upgrade called the Neo Diendriver. In addition to his suit having vastly improved speed and power statistics like Tsukasa, he can now summon an additional ''81'' Riders, just counting every listed Rider from W to Build. And then in Episode 42, Swartz gives him time powers…
* {{Troll}}:
** His introduction to Zi-O’s group boils down to this. He makes breakfast for the gang, steals all the Ridewatches, then casually walks out of the house.
** After he gives the stolen Grand Zi-O Ridewatch to Heure and Ora to return to Sougo, he not long after alerts the Another Riders to their hiding spot in order to stay in Swartz's favor, all the while giving them a cheeky grin.
* WildCard: Kaito will happily do contradicting actions in the same scene to gain the treasure he wants. Best shown in Episode 43 where he finds Heure and Ora after they escaped from Swartz as ordered, gives them the Grand Zi-O watch he stole last episode and then reveals their location to Another Riders looking for them to stay in Swartz's good graces.

!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Ryota Murai

Decade’s fellow travelling companion, hailing from the Alternate Ride World of Kuuga.
* AlternateSelf: In addition to already being one, the one on stage for most of Decade vs Zi-O is an AxCrazy alternate self.
* TheDogWasTheMastermind: Was the murderer all along. Unlike other examples this is '''NOT''' PlayedForLaughs.
!!Narutaki
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Tatsuhito Okuda

Decade’s eternal nemesis, who is now working with Ohma Zi-O.
* CanonCharacterAllAlong: The mysterious figure running the King Game turns out to be Narutaki.
* MalevolentMaskedMan: As the host of the King game.
* StealthMentor: He's apparently tired of helping Ohma Zi-O set up the King Game to find a succesor for him, even hoping for Decade to put an end to it.
* VillainTeamUp: With Ohma Zi-O to find the latter a successor.

!!Natsumi Hikari[=/=]Kamen Rider Kiva-la
A young woman who traveled with Tsukasa through the A.R. Worlds.
----
* FakeShemp: She doesn't appear out of suit in ''Rider Time: Kamen Rider Decade VS Zi-O.''

[[folder:Characters from ''Kamen Rider W'']]
!![[Series/KamenRiderDouble Shotaro Hidari and Phillip/Kamen Rider Double]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Renn Kiriyama (Shotaro) and Masaki Suda (Phillip) (stock lines)

The eponymous Kamen Rider that transforms from two people into one body.

Shotaro Hidari is a self-proclaimed "hardboiled detective" who serves as the left hand side of Double, while also being a Rider in his own right as Kamen Rider Joker. His partner, Philip, is the avatar of the True Gaia Memory and the right-half of Double.
----
* FakeShemp: Neither of them appear out of suit in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'', and stock lines were used. Although Masaki Suda explained that he would have reprised his role if it weren't for scheduling conflicts.

!!Ryu Terui[=/=]Kamen Rider Accel
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Minehiro Kinemoto (live)
----
A superintendent police from Futo Police Department's Paranormal Crime Investigation Division and the husband of Akiko Terui (née Narumi), the current owner of Narumi Detective Agency and Shotaro's landlady/boss, as well as the daughter of Sokichi Narumi/Kamen Rider Skull. He lost his family thanks to his own archnemesis Shinkuro Isaka/Weather Dopant. Upon his encounter with Shroud, he dons the Accel Driver and wields the Engine Blade, earning the moniker Kamen Rider Accel.

!!Master of Fumen
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Hiroshi Doki (live)

The owner of Fumen ramen cart.
----
* AscendedExtra: Despite originally being a minor side character that debuted in a [[BizarroEpisode Hyper Battle Video]], he was initially the only character from ''W'' continuity to return, hence he was responsible for passing the W Ridewatch to Sougo in place of Shotaro Hidari.

!!Katsumi Daido/Kamen Rider Eternal
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Mitsuru Matsuoka (live)

Leader of the terrorist group NEVER and a Necro-Over, an undead super soldier.
----
* ActorAllusion: His appearance along with Another Drive alludes to the fact that his actor, Mitsuru Matsuoka, is the vocal performer of ''Drive'''s theme song, SURPRISE-DRIVE.
* AdaptationalBadass: Invoked. While the original Eternal was already a strong fighter, this version of Daido won against his final battle with Double and is far stronger as a result, able to beat the futuristic Kamen Rider Aqua in his own element, create whirlwinds with a wave of his cape, and even handle Zi-O with no problem. White Woz even states that he is powerful enough to destroy planets which makes sense when you consider his powers come from Earth itself especially since he has 26 T2 Gaia Memories including '''Xtreme'''.
* AlternateSelf: This version of Daido hails from an alternate world where he defeated Double and Accel.
* AndThenWhat: It is highly implied in his final moments that this happened to him after defeating Double and Accel; since while he may have won and presumably got his revenge against the Museum, he still lost all his allies, friends and only family member which in the end left him with nothing but misery.
* CanonCharacterAllAlong: A pretty interesting DoubleSubversion. At first he appears to be just another A.R. Dark Rider, but his last words strongly imply that this incarnation of Daido is from the actual canon version of ''[[Film/KamenRiderWForeverAToZTheGaiaMemoriesOfFate W Forever]]'' and ''W'' as a whole, revived in an alternate timeline by Swartz’s power.
* CatchPhrase: "Now, enjoy a little taste of hell!"
* GracefulLoser: After Sougo tricks him into [[spoiler: breaking the dimensional wall to Another World to free everyone, ending his existence along with the other summoned Riders]], he gives him a thumbs up in contrast to his trademark thumbs down, [[GoOutWithASmile smiling as he fades away]].
* InSpiteOfANail: It is implied that despite his defeating Double and Accel and initiating "Heaven's Fall" in the alternate events of ''A to Z'', his fellow NEVER members still remained dead.
* PlanetDestroyer: According to White Woz, Eternal's power can destroy planets; [[spoiler:his plan is to use that power to destroy the Another Worlds created by Swartz.]]
* PunchClockVillain: In contrast to his appearances in ''W'', Katsumi is much less proactive this time around, only attacking the main characters when ordered to by Swartz or [[spoiler: coerced to do so by White Woz's tablet]]. He is also notably more respectful to the heroes, [[spoiler:congratulating them for defeating him and in particular telling Sougo not to worry about his own death.]]
* SuperMode: Strengthening Armament, which utilizes all 26 T2 Gaia Memories at once to combine their powers. While previously needing a massive amount of energy to use in ''A to Z'', he assumes it with no problem in episode 46.
* TogetherInDeath: A non-romantic version. [[spoiler:When Sougo apologizes for "killing" him, he says it's alright because he'll get to see his TrueCompanions once again.]]
* VillainRespect: After being defeated, Daido praises [[spoiler:Sougo for using the power of the Trinity Ridewatch and Eternal's own Maximum Drive against him to destroy the Another Worlds and defeat him]], calling it a clever plan and gives him a thumbs up as he fades away, [[OOCIsSeriousBusiness something he doesn't do.]]

[[folder:Characters from ''Kamen Rider Den-O'']]
!![[Series/KamenRiderDenO Ryotaro Nogami/Kamen Rider Den-O]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Takeru Satoh (live)

A Singularity Point known for his terrible luck and the unique host of 4 Imagins, he protects the timeline as Kamen Rider Den-O.
----
* TheGhost: In the show proper while Ryotaro is referred to by both Momotaros and Yuto, he doesn't appear.
* NoSell: Because Ryotaro is a Singularity Point, even the power of the Time Jackers can't erase him from history, and as such he's fully capable of defeating Another Den-O himself.
* NotHimself: [[spoiler:For the most part. Ryotaro spends most of his untransformed cameo being possessed by Urataros, who only releases control at the last moment after Momotaros gives a speech from the Taros to Ryotaro, telling him they will never forget him for life. He gives a subtle smile of gratitude in return.]]
* RippleEffectProofMemory: More like Ripple Effect Proof Existence. Ryotaro's status as a Singularity Point means that he's immune to anything but the most extreme changes to the time stream.
* TheBusCameBack: In 2 ways - this is the first time since the ''Chou Den-O'' trilogy that Ryotaro is portrayed untransformed (appearances since then but before ''Zi-O'' have either had him stayed transformed or had Momotaros take on the role), and it's also the first time since ''Farewell Den-O'' ten years prior that he's been portrayed by Takeru Satoh.
* TimePolice: Currently works as part of the [=DenLiner=] Police with the Taros under Owner, continuing on from their ''Climax Deka'' movie. Hence [[spoiler: they took it upon themselves to teleport Another Den-O into the Time Terminal during his fight with Zi-O just to personally defeat him themselves]].

!!Momotaros
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Creator/ToshihikoSeki (voice)

The main Den-O personality and form, a hot-blooded oni-like Imagin.
----
* BrickJoke: When he first transformed into Den-O Climax Form in his own series, he panics. During the show's Den-O arc, he later winds up as a part of Zi-O Trinity (which operates in a similar way) while possessing Geiz.
* CatchPhrase: His "I have arrived/Ore, Sanjou" and "from start to finish, I'm always at climax" as always. Woz took the time to insult Momotaros over them after he regained control of his body.
* DePower: Giving Sougo the Den-O Ridewatch means losing the ability to become Den-O (or rather, the belt). Luckily, Grand Zi-O remedy this by summoning Den-O Sword Form from the past for Momotaros to possess.
* HairTriggerTemper: Doesn't take a lot to set him off, luckily it's always played for laughs.
* HowDoIShotWeb: He temporarily takes over Geiz's body to help the heroes but has no idea how to use Geiz's Ziku Driver or his Ridewatches, forcing Tsukuyomi to do it for him.
* SweetTooth: Just before he leaves in Geiz's body, he takes the candies that Deneb handed out.

!!Urataros
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Creator/KojiYusa (voice)

The second Den-O personality and form, a smooth-talking turtle-like Imagin.
----
* TheFaceless: In a sense, he is the only Taros that is not seen as himself in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'', as he spends his entire appearance possessing Ryotaro's body. He eventually appears as himself in the Den-O arc.

!!Kintaros
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Creator/MasakiTerasoma (voice)

The third Den-O personality and form, a noble bear-like Imagin.
----
* SleepyHead: Momotaros states he spends most of his time sleeping and fell asleep when Junichiro was fixing the [=DenLiner=].

!!Ryutaros
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Creator/KenichiSuzumura (voice)

The fourth Den-O personality and form, a childish dragon-like Imagin.
----
* ManChild: He acts much more childish compared to the other Taros. He whined about the food that Junichiro made for them because he wanted a kids meal. And later draws a childish picture of Junichiro as a thanks for him fixing the [=DenLiner=].

!!Owner
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' KenjirĹŤ Ishimaru

Hana's personal contractor, often speaking with incomprehensible riddles.

!!Yuto Sakurai[=/=]Kamen Rider Zeronos
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Yuichi Nakamura (live)

A young man who protects the timeline with his Imagin Deneb as Kamen Rider Zeronos, at the cost of erasing his own existence in people’s memories the more he uses his powers due to not being a Singularity Point himself.
----
* DrunkWithPower: Yuto is determined to defeat Sougo because he witnessed Sougo as Grand Zi-O in the near future and saw it as a sign of Sougo beginning to transition into Oma Zi-O from corruption of the unrivaled power he now holds.
* {{Foil}}: He acts as a foil to both Geiz and Tsukuyomi in the Den-O arc by his actions and reasoning. He also traveled to the past to kill Sougo to stop him from gaining unrivalled power and becoming the greatest and worst demon lord but will work with Sougo for the greater good like early series Geiz, believing Grand Zi-O's powers is too much for a single person to handle and Sougo will be corrupted by them just like why mid series Tsukuyomi turned on Sougo.
* IdenticalStranger: Sougo mistakes him for ''[[Series/KamenRiderHibiki Kyosuke]] [[ActingForTwo Kiriya]][[invoked]]'' during his first appearance, to which he replies that he does not know of such a person.
* JerkassHasAPoint: Yuto's declaration that he's going to kill Sougo to stop the BadFuture is very harsh but at the same time, it is a fact Sougo is still destined to be Oma Zi-O, his time powers are incredibly powerful and even Geiz and Tsukuyomi took half of the series to fully trust Sougo.
* {{Tsundere}}: Platonic version for Sougo. After hearing from Deneb Sougo successfully talking down past Takuya, he accepts Sougo and even tells Momotaros to give him the Den-O Ridewatch but denies trusting him.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: He spends most of episode 39 trying to kill Sougo because he believes Sougo is destined to be corrupted by his power and create a horrible future.

!!Deneb
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Creator/HochuOtsuka (voice)

A humble tengu-like Imagin and Yuto Sakurai's contractor.
----
* NiceGuy: Per usual, Deneb is unfailingly kind and polite. He even hands out Deneb candy to Sougo and company.
* PaperThinDisguise: In episode 40, he dresses as a doctor with a lab coat, fake glasses and fake beard but as an Imagin, the disguise does nothing to blend him in.

!!Shiro[=/=]Kamen Rider Yuuki Hijack Form

A necromancer who planned to alter time to switch the world of the living and the dead with the Ghost Train. He is one of the Another World riders summoned by Swartz.
----
* AlternateSelf: He comes from a world where he presumably defeated his series's protagonist.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Characters from ''Kamen Rider Kuuga'']]
!!Riku[=/=]Kamen Rider Kuuga (original)

The original Kamen Rider Kuuga and the protector of ancient Linto Tribe who battled the Grongi tribe 2,000 years ago.
----
* PosthumousCharacter: He appears as a mummified corpse in the Kurougatake ruins, where Tid [[spoiler: and later Geiz]] steals the power of Kuuga from the Arcle Belt ''still attached to him''.

!![[Series/KamenRiderKuuga Yusuke Godai/Kamen Rider Kuuga]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Joe Odagiri (stock voice; hidden)
A happy-go-lucky and honest young man who became Heisei's first official Rider to protect everyone's smile. He battled the Grongi in the year 2000 as Kamen Rider Kuuga, also called Unidentified Life Form #4 by the police forces.

* CharacterTics: What confirms it's him in the final battle and not Riku. The thumbs up had actually not been invented when Riku originally fought the Gurongi.
* CosmicKeystone: He's this for the Heisei Riders as their first Rider.
* FakeShemp: We never see Yusuke untransformed and he never speaks.
* LegacyCharacter: Succeeds Riku, the original Kuuga of over 2000 years ago.
* TheVoiceless: The only Heisei Rider in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'' to not say a word. Everybody else either had their original actor reprise their role or was voiced by old audio recordings.
** However, his trademark [[{{Kiai}} battle cry]] ("URYAAAAAH!!") by his actor Joe Odagiri can be heard in one scene when he fends of a group of henchmen during the FinalBattle.

!!N-Daguva-Zeba
Also known as Unidentified Life Form #0, Daguva is the AxCrazy ruler of the Grongi tribe, who awoke 200 of his tribe to see who could have a chance at fighting him. He is one of the villains summoned by Swartz in the finale.

!!Shinji Kido/Kamen Rider Ryuki
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Takamasa Suga (live), Yuji Nakata (suit)

An ex-journalist of ORE Journal. In the past, he participated in the Rider War as Kamen Rider Ryuki. In ''Rider Time: Ryuki'', his powers and memories are restored by a mysterious girl in a new Rider War.
----
* AscendedExtra: Is the protagonist of the fan club web-exclusive ''Rider Time Part 2: Ryuki''.
* BigDamnHeroes: [[spoiler:He arrives in Alive A Life just as Odin is draining Sougo and Geiz's life force and fights Another Ryuki.]]
* CallBack: Every window and reflective surface in Shinji's apartment is covered by newspapers, [[{{Pun}} mirroring]] that of episode #1 of ''Ryuki'', where Koichi Sakakibara—the person Shinji was investigating and the intended bearer of the Ryuki deck—did the same to his apartment.
* DrivenToSuicide: Upon realizing the connection between him and Dark Shinji, he attempts to kill himself via carbon monoxide poisoning, but is saved by Sougo and Co.
* EarlyBirdCameo: Makes a voice-only cameo in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'' before showing up in the show proper.
* TheFaceless: Does not appear out of suit in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'', but does in the show itself.
* FightingFromTheInside: [[spoiler:In Alive A Life, he is able to stop himself from Ryuga killing Ren at the last second.]]
* NiceGuy: Rider Time Ryuki shows that Shinji is still very much this.
* PlayingWithFire: Naturally. He also further emphasises this by teaming up with Hibiki and Wizard, who also fulfill this trope, against a horde of henchmen.
* ThePollyanna: Invoked example. Rider Time Ryuki has Shinji act this way despite being trapped in the Mirror World without his memories because otherwise they would just be miserable.
* ProperlyParanoid: Shinji is terrified of reflective surfaces and with a very good reason. That reason being his evil mirror self, Another Ryuga.
* UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom: While coming to terms with his beloved journalism company ORE Journal shutting down due to the rise of social media, a small part of his feelings did not want to let it go and move on from it. These negative feelings motivated [[EvilCounterpart Dark Shinji]] from the Mirror World, whom after being given access to the real world via becoming Another Ryuga, starts attacking followers of the now-defunct news site out of petty revenge.

[[folder:Characters from ''Kamen Rider Blade'']]
!![[Series/KamenRiderBlade Kazuma Kenzaki/Kamen Rider Blade]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Takayuki Tsubaki (live)

The man designated as Kamen Rider Blade by B.O.A.R.D, an Undead-hunting organization. Fifteen years ago, Kazuma became an Undead himself to protect his friend, Hajime. He is now travelling all over Japan to avoid meeting with said friend.
----
* AlienBlood: Green, denoting his status as an Undead instead of a human. This even extends to his bruising being more green tinted.
* TheFaceless: Does not appear out of suit in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'' and stock lines are used, but still appears in the show itself.
* EarnYourHappyEnding: [[spoiler: With both his and Hajime's Joker powers now sealed inside their respective Ridewatches thanks to Another Blade's defeat, the Undead Battle Royale now hangs in a stalemate forever, while he has reverted to being fully human and does not have to avoid meeting Hajime anymore. Sadly this is likely to have been overwritten when Ohma Zi-O rewinds time to September 2018, erasing the last years events.]]
* LetsYouAndHimFight: As a Joker Undead, he's quite literally ''compelled'' to fight other Undead. This is the reason he gives as to why he left at the end of his own series, so he and Hajime wouldn't be compelled to fight and kill each other.
* WhatTheHellHero: He is not happy that Hajime decided to use his powers again after Kenzaki sealed them.

!!Hajime Aikawa/Kamen Rider Chalice
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Ryoji Morimoto (live)

The human form of the strongest Undead, the Joker. He assumes the suit of Kamen Rider Chalice using his Undead ability.
----
* AlienBlood: Green, denoting his status as an Undead instead of a human. This even extends to his bruising being more green tinted.
* AlwaysSaveTheGirl: Hajime arrives as Sougo is fighting Amane and quickly fights Sougo to protect her. [[DeconstructedTrope Unfortunately]], this attitude has very severe [[TheEndOfTheWorldAsWeKnowIt consequences]].
* EarnYourHappyEnding: [[spoiler: With both his and Kenzaki's Joker powers now sealed inside their respective Ridewatches thanks to Another Blade's defeat, the Undead Battle Royale now hangs in a stalemate forever, while he has become fully human and does not have to avoid meeting Kenzaki anymore. 609* LetsYouAndHimFight: As a Joker Undead, he's quite literally ''compelled'' to fight other Undead. This causes Hajime no short supply of angst.

!!Amane Kurihara
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Hikari Kajiwara

[[folder:Characters from ''Kamen Rider Agito'']]
!![[Series/KamenRiderAgito "Shouichi Tsugami" (real name: Tetsuya Sawaki)/Kamen Rider Agito]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Toshiki Kashu (live)

Receiver of the Seed of Agito that perfectly evolved as the titular Kamen Rider Agito. Prior to the story, he left Japan to train as a chef in France.
----
* BigDamnHeroes: [[spoiler:He arrives just in time to save Tsukuyomi from an Another AgitΩ , recreating his first transformation in the process.]]
* BroughtDownToBadass: [[spoiler:Despite losing his powers as Agito in episode 32, he just suits up as a G3 to help out our heroes.]]
* EarlyBirdCameo: Like Ryuki, he first had a voice role in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'' before appearing in the series months later.
* TheFaceless: Does not appear out of suit in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'', but does in the show itself.
* NiceGuy: When he learned that [[spoiler:Tsukuyomi was scared due to her powers and her memory loss, he took it upon himself to cheer her up due to it mirroring his own experiences. He's such a nice guy that seeing him in danger caused Tsukuyomi to consciously use her time stop powers for the first time to save him.]]
** On top of that, he heads back to Japan from ''France'', no small trip, because he heard of the attacks on G3 units.
* OneManArmy: He is perfectly capable of taking out the Another AgitΩ horde on his own. In Ground Form he was out numbered at least 10 to one and if not for Ora's interference he'd have had no trouble beating them down. In Trinity Form, Shouichi is at least as powerful as Zi-O Trinity, taking out dozens of Another AgitΩs in seconds.
* SupremeChef: He has opened a restaurant between the end of Agito and now. And is good enough that he was training in France when he got news of Another AgitΩ.
* ThemeMusicPowerUp: ''Believe Yourself'' plays when Agito and Zi-O in their Trinity Forms charge against the mooks and Another Agito. It's also the first and only time a song (not BGM) from a previous Rider show plays during a two parter in Zi-O.

!!Takahiro Omuro/Kamen Rider G3 (former)
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Akiyoshi Shibata (live)

Ex-member of the G3 Unit and one of the members of MPD-SAUL, a special police force of Unknown hunters. He oversees the plan to mass-produce G3 Units to aid the police.
----
* FriendOnTheForce: He is friends with Shouichi, with their friendship being strong enough that Shouichi returned to Japan from France to investigate the G3 attacks.
* ReasonableAuthorityFigure: His first instinct upon seeing [[spoiler: AgitΩ running wild and attacking civilians is to call Shouichi to confirm that it isn't actually him, expressing relief that his hunch was right.]]
* RetiredBadass: Retired from active combat that is. He's been promoted in the years since the events of ''Agito'' and is now a high ranking member of SAUL. He never actually suits up himself.

!!Mana Kazaya
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Rina Akiyama (live)

!!Shiro Mizuki[=/=]Kamen Rider G4

A JGSDF soldier who volunteered for the G4 project. He is one of the Another World riders summoned by Swartz.

!![[Series/KamenRiderHibiki Hitoshi Hidaka/Kamen Rider Hibiki]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Shigeki Hosokawa (stock lines)

The titular “Hibiki” of an ancient Oni organization. He is Kiriya’s master.
----
* FakeShemp: Hibiki only appears in his Oni form and his actor Shigeki Hosokawa doesn't reprise his role, though stock lines were used in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER''.
* PlayingWithFire: Naturally. He also further emphasizes this in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'' by teaming up with Ryuki and Wizard, who also fulfill this trope, against a horde of henchmen.

!!Tomizo Todayama/Kamen Rider Todoroki
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Shingo Kawaguchi (live)

An oni who is deeply passionate about his job that he discards his old name for his Oni name, "Todoroki".
----
* BigDamnHeroes: He appears to save Sougo and Geiz when Another Hibiki get the jump of them in episode 33.
* InHarmonyWithNature: Downplayed as he owns modern conveniences like a car, a guitar and regular clothes. He does live in the woods some distance from other people, builds a campfire to cook some fish that he caught and uses the nearby river to do laundry.
* MrExposition: He explains some of the Oni's tradition and that Kyosuke [[spoiler:hasn't become Kamen Rider Hibiki yet.]]
* MusicalAssassin: Per usual, Todayama uses a guitar in his attacks.
* NiceGuy: He’s polite and respectful to the ''Zi-O'' cast. Though he is testy with Kyosuke but that's more due to [[spoiler:Kyosuke not following Oni guidelines]].

!!Kyosuke Kiriya/“Transformed Kyosuke”[[spoiler:/Kamen Rider Hibiki (second generation)]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Yuichi Nakamura (live)

Hibiki’s old pupil, who trained to be an Oni himself. Some years ago, he took Tsutomu as a pupil, but they part ways. [[spoiler:He temporarily gains the ability to transform as Hibiki himself.]]
----
* CantCatchUp: Kyosuke started to feel this way to Hitoshi between the end of ''Hibiki'' and ''Zi-O'', feeling that no matter how hard he trained, he could never be his master's equal.
* EarnYourHappyEnding: [[spoiler: Realizing his selfishness in accepting Tsutomu as a disciple under the ruse of being Hibiki despite having yet to obtain the title himself, as well as the true value of having a disciple that made him feel special, Kyosuke's resolve to save Tsutomu allowed him to be spiritually acknowledged as the next Hibiki, awakening his latent powers that produced the Hibiki Ridewatch, which he used to transform and save him. He later on gives up the Hibiki powers to Sougo anyways, saying he will pave his own way to becoming a full-fledged Oni like Hibiki was.]]
* EleventhHourSuperpower: [[spoiler: Kyosuke temporarily utilizes the Hibiki Ridewatch to transform into Kamen Rider Hibiki to fight Another Hibiki.]]
* IKnowYoureInThereSomewhereFight: He spends most of episodes 33 and 34 preventing Sougo, Geiz, and Tomizo from hurting Tsutomu while trying to get his pupil to snap out of it. It's mostly his interference that Another Hibiki stays around as long as he does.
* InferioritySuperiorityComplex: Kyosuke is arrogant and cocky but deep down [[spoiler:he’s very touchy about the fact that after all this time, he still hasn’t succeeded his master as Kamen Rider Hibiki.]]
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Kyosuke is still as haughty and arrogant as before but he’s softened up due to taking Tsutomu as a disciple and is dedicated to saving him.
* LaserGuidedKarma: Kyosuke in ''Hibiki'' only cared to succeed at any cost and would use any dirty trick he could as a result and was able to become an Oni. But he couldn't handle all the legitimate hard work needed to succeed Hidaka and felt discouraged that his efforts weren't giving him results immediately. [[spoiler:This resulted in him unable to take Hibiki's name by Zi-O and even lying to Tsutomu that he was Hibiki which led to Tsutomu growing disillusioned with Kyosuke when he learned the truth.]]
* LegacyCharacter: Kyosuke succeeded Hitoshi Hidaka as the new Kamen Rider Hibiki after the events of the original series. [[spoiler: Or at least, he claims to at first.]]
* NoNameGiven: His initial transformed state. While in stage plays it is referred to as ''Kamen Rider Kyoki'', in-canon this is an incomplete transformation and thus could not be referred to as a full-fledged Oni[=/=]Kamen Rider, hence it could not be given a name, while official media refers to this form as a generic ''Transformed Kyosuke''.
* PlayingWithFire: As Hibiki's student, he also has fire powers.

The strongest and sole survivor of the Wolfen Race that aided Kamen Rider Kiva in protecting humankind from the Fangires. He also used to, if only briefly, transform as Kamen Rider Ixa as the first user.
----
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: He is seemingly brainwashed by Another Kiva to fight for her. [[spoiler:It is then revealed that he was actually serving her of his own free will, while discreetly observing her. In the end, he deemed her EvilAllAlong and left, and was not seen fighting alongside her again]].
* MiseryBuildsCharacter: In episode 36 he tells Sougo that he'll face immense pain in the future, but that pain will make him grow as a result and wishes him luck.
* OminousMessageFromTheFuture: He recalls to a cafe barista in the present about how he had a future vision in the past of a meteor crashing that spells TheEndOfTheWorldAsWeKnowIt, and notes it to be happening soon. [[spoiler: It makes sense when it was shown that the Garulu accompanying Another Kiva witnessed the aforementioned meteor, implying the Arms Monsters Another Kiva uses came from the past using Castle Doran's Time Door.]]
* TheyChangedItNowItSucks: In-universe example. He thinks that the coffee at his old cafe has gone downhill since Kido had to leave.

!!Ramon/Bashaa

The sole survivor of the Merman Race that aided Kamen Rider Kiva in protecting humankind from the Fangires.

Son of ZECT leader Riku Kagami, he works as one of its field agents and a part-time worker at Bistro La Salle. He briefly used the [=TheBee=] Zecter as Kamen Rider [=TheBee=] and eventually became the user of the Gatack Zecter as Kamen Rider Gatack.
----
* AlwaysSomeoneBetter: Episode 38 shows that Kagami still fully believes that Tendou is that someone to him.
* ContinuitySnarl: He realizes something is off when neither Sougo nor Woz has heard of ''ZECT'', and the Shibuya district of 2019 looks fine and unscathed, as it was supposed to have been destroyed by the first Worm meteorite in 1999. While Kagami is too distracted by the impending meteor strikes and dealing with the Hopper brothers to follow this thread, Tsukasa and Woz both confirm that the time distortions are getting worse, and 1999's events have somehow become entangled with 2019's.
* CurbStompBattle: [[spoiler:The moment he gets the Kabuto Zecter, Kagami starts wiping the floor with Another Kabuto.]]
* HeroicSelfDeprecation: Episode 38 has him lapse into some self-pity as he feels he isn't as good as Tendou thus he could never save the day like Tendou did.
* LegacyCharacter: [[spoiler:In the climax of episode 38 because of his refusal to give up after Another Kabuto defeated him, the Kabuto Zecter finally accepted him, allowing him to become Kamen Rider Kabuto II. Though at the end of the episode, the Kabuto Zecter transformed into the Kabuto Ridewatch which he gave to Sougo.]]
* ThrowTheDogABone: [[spoiler:The Kabuto Zecter finally accepting him after all this time is a major one for him, letting him finally step out of Tendou's shadow.]]

!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Hidenori Tokuyama (live)

A former ZECT agent and the first user of [=TheBee=] Zecter to become Kamen Rider [=TheBee=]. He later acquired the [=KickHopper=] Zecter to become Kamen Rider [=KickHopper=]. [[spoiler: See the entry for Another Kabuto on the Characters/KamenRiderZiOAnotherRiders page.]]

!!Shun Kageyama/Kamen Rider [=PunchHopper=]/Kamen Rider [=TheBee=] III
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Masato Uchiyama (live)

Another former ZECT member under Yaguruma's wing and was the final user of the [=TheBee=] Zecter until he was kicked out of ZECT. He later forms a partnership with his former squad leader after receiving his own Hopper Zecter from him and becoming Kamen Rider [=PunchHopper=]. [[spoiler:In reality, he is a Worm impersonating the long-dead Kageyama for his own ends.]]
----
* ArcVillain: Despite Yaguruma being the MonsterOfTheWeek, he is the true villain of the Kabuto arc.
* DeadPersonImpersonation: [[spoiler: This incarnation of Kageyama is just a Worm pretending to be Yaguruma's dead friend.]]
* {{Foreshadowing}}: [[spoiler: The real Kageyama was corrupted into a ''Native'' Worm. However, when we first see "Kageyama" at the start of #37, he transforms from a ''Salis'' Worm.]]
* KickTheDog: [[spoiler:As he lays dying in his true form, the Worm rejects Yaguruma's request to call him "brother" one last time, telling him that he's not Kageyama and that they were never brothers, just to spite him.]]
* ManipulativeBastard: He is perfectly willing to lie to get what he wants from [[spoiler:lying he wants to help Yaguruma to trick Sougo or playing Yaguruma to get him to stop the heroes from destroying the asteroid containing a huge number of Worms.]]
* NeverRecycleYourSchemes: Averted. Kageyama's plan is exactly the same plan from Kabuto's movie, ''God Speed Love'': [[spoiler:crash an asteroid loaded with Worms into Earth, destroy most of the human populace with the impact and have the Worms KillAndReplace whoever's left.]]
* TakeOverTheWorld: [[spoiler:This Kageyama is dedicated to getting the planet sized asteroid filled with Worms to land on Earth to take it over.]]
* UnexplainedRecovery: He seems just fine after getting killed in ''Kabuto''. [[spoiler: Subverted when it turns out it's actually a worm copying him.]]
* WalkingSpoiler: It is hard to discuss him without discussing the big twist of the arc.
* YouDontLookLikeYou: He's noticeably more overweight compared to how he was in ''Kabuto.'' Masato Uchiyama said that if the offer came to him a month earlier, he would have taken the time to lose some weight.
* YouHaveFailedMe: Zigzagged. [[spoiler: He basically says this to Yaguruma, but he himself is the one who's dying. This is to make it clear to him that he was only using him for his and the Worms' own ends.]]

!!Krim Steinbelt
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Chris Peppler (live)

Also known as Mr. Belt by Shinnosuke, he was a genius who invented the Core Driviars for the Shift Cars, as well as uploading his consciousness within the Drive Driver after his physical death by the Roidmudes. Since then, he serves as the support unit for Shinnosuke and the rest of Special Investigations Unit.
----
* TheFaceless: Only appears as Mr. Belt in ''Heisei Generations FOREVER'' with stock lines used, but appears as himself in ''Over Quartzer''.

!!Brain[=/=]Kamen Rider Brain
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Shota Matsushima (stock lines)

Previously known as Roidmude 003, he is one of the Roidmude enforcers. As his name suggests, he is the tactical leader of the group. In ''Kamen Rider Drive Saga: Kamen Rider Brain'', he dreams himself of being a Kamen Rider named Kamen Rider Brain, fighting against the evil organization Mu from wiping out humanity from Earth.
----
* TheCameo: Makes an appearance in ''Over Quartzer'' as a part of the reinforcements against the Quartzers.

!!Paradox Roidmude/Kamen Rider Dark Drive
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' [[spoiler:Ayaka Konno]]

Also known as Roidmude 108, and the [[BigBad main antagonist]] of ''[[Film/KamenRiderDriveSurpriseFuture Surprise Future]]''. Using the stolen Drive Driver from Shinnosuke's son Eiji Tomari, he masquerades as Eiji and becomes Kamen Rider Dark Drive.

[[spoiler: See the entry for Another Drive on the Characters/KamenRiderZiOAnotherRiders page.]]

!!Chase/Kamen Rider Proto-Drive/Mashin Chaser/Kamen Rider Chaser
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Taiko Katono (live)

Also known as Roidmude 000/Proto-Zero, he was Shinnosuke's predecessor as Drive before he was captured by the Roidmudes and brainwashed into becoming their enforcer Mashin Chaser, earning the moniker "The Grim Reaper". After he was freed from his brainwashing and regained his memories as a Kamen Rider, he became a protector of humanity once more, donning the Mach Driver Honoh and Chaser Signal Bike to become Kamen Rider Chaser.
----
* AdaptationalBadass: Mashin Chaser has always been badass, but in terms of power he is very much in the early/mid-season range. Even after enhancements he was soundly defeated by Type Formula. Here he's able to overpower both Geiz Revive and Woz Ginga Finaly, either of which surpass Type Formula just based on their special abilities, let alone their raw power.
* AlternateSelf: Woz theorizes that rather than being one of Another Decade's Dark Riders, this Chase comes from the alternate timeline created by Sougo obtaining the power of Kamen Rider Drive. As a result of this event, the Kamen Riders were erased from existence but their enemies weren't, resulting in a Chase who never underwent a HeelFaceTurn and returned to the side of justice.
* FreakOut: He has one in episode 48 when he saves Tsukuyomi, and is told by Woz that he became a Kamen Rider in the canon timeline.
* LogicBomb: Chase calls himself the "enemy of all Kamen Riders", then tells Geiz that he comes from a world where there are no Kamen Riders. Geiz points out the contradiction (you can't be the enemy of something that doesn't exist), which stuns Chase long enough for Geiz to say that history has been altered, causing him to remember the original timeline (particularly his HeroicSacrifice [[Recap/KamenRiderDriveEp45WhatIsARoidmudesLastDream against Gold Drive]]).
* WhyCantIHateYou: Or rather, "Why can't I hate humans?"; even with his timeline's Kamen Riders erased, he is still unable to bring himself to hurt humans, or let humans come to harm.
* WorfHadTheFlu: [[spoiler:Chase is killed by Swartz in episode 48, but due to being from an altered timeline where Drive and Mach never existed, he stayed as the weaker Mashin Chaser instead of becoming Kamen Rider Chaser.]]
* YouAreNotAlone: [[spoiler:After Swartz deals a fatal blow on Chase, Geiz tells him that he has a friend that wants to save him and he's also friends with the Zi-O cast. Chase can only say how wonderful humans are before he dies.]]

!!Takeshi Hongo[=/=]Hopper 1

An alternate version of the original [[Series/KamenRider Takeshi Hongo]]. Much like the original TV series, he was a college biochemistry student, but he was captured by Shocker and underwent a procedure that turns him into a superpowered cyborg codenamed Hopper. After his encounter with Asuka Midorikawa and and her fiancé Katsuhiko Yano, he reclaims his sense of humanity and later join forces with Hayato to destroy Shocker. He makes his return in Kamen Rider Zi-O Final Stage.

!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Hassei Takano (voice)

An alternate version of the original [[Series/KamenRider Hayato Ichimonji]]. Unlike the original series, his lore was rewritten. Instead of a freelance photographer, Hayato was a Shocker operative and a womanizer who has an uncanny resemblance to Katsuhiko Yano, one of Shocker's victims. He fights as the second Hopper and served as Takeshi Hongo's enemy before he later becomes Hongo's ally. He makes his return in Kamen Rider Zi-O Final Stage.

His lore is rewritten, instead of a biochemistry college student, he is a former CEO infected by nanobots created by Shocker and becomes Hopper Version 3. Unlike Hoppers 1 and 2, V3's body was modeled around using the nano-technology that grants greater abilities that far surpass the original Hopper design. Eventually he becomes drunk with his newfound power until his encounter with Hongo. He later join forces with Hongo and Hayato to honor his younger sister Chiharu Kazami and stop Shocker's plans to turn all of Japan into cyborgs. He makes his return in Kamen Rider Zi-O Final Stage.

[[folder:Miscellaneous Riders]]
Miscellaneous riders appearing in the summer movie. Spoilers ahead.
----
* CanonImmigrant: Applies to all 4 of them.
** ''G'' was in a short movie, much like ''Film/KamenRiderZX'', but unlike ''ZX'', his film was never intended to lead into anything.
** The Goriders can technically also be classified as a Franchise/SuperSentai team.
** The manga version of Kuuga is an alternate version of the original Yusuke Godai, but is different from Yusuke Onodera[[note]]for one thing, this one also fought alongside an alternate version of Shouichi[[/note]].
** Kamen Norider wasn't even an official Toei Rider, being an AffectionateParody from ''The Tunnels[='=] Thanks to Everyone''.
* CanonWelding: Their presence is basically a weaponized version of this, with Oma Form taking them from different continuities to will them into existence.

!![[Film/KamenRiderG Goro/Kamen Rider G]]

A Kamen Rider created for the 10th anniversary of the Heisei Era in the one-shot story ''Kamen Rider G'' featured on Japanese boy band SMAP's television show ''[=SmaSTATION=]''.
----
* MythologyGag: After finishing off the Kashin, a building blows up with his 'G' emblem like in his film.

!![[Recap/KamenRiderExAidKamenSentaiGorider Kamen Sentai Gorider]]

A Sentai Team consisting of Kamen Riders.
----
* CompositeCharacter: Take after the original Gorider costumes, but their older voices indicate them to be the original Series/HimitsuSentaiGoranger rather than those seen in the film or miniseries.
* MythologyGag: Their [[Recap/KamenRiderExAidKamenSentaiGorider webseries]] is given a subtle reference when the five are summoned from a citizen's tablet.

!![[Manga/KamenRiderKuuga Yusuke Godai/Kamen Rider Kuuga (2015 Manga Version)]]
* LimitedAnimation: Being from a manga, he's only animated with a few drawings that move in this manner. He doesn't even audibly speak, instead having speech bubbles pop up alongside him with the sound of a revving motorcycle.
* MediumBlending: Unlike the other characters, Kuuga is shown in a LimitedAnimation style meant to emulate manga pages, using speech bubbles and onomatopoeia to attack.

!![[Series/KamenNorider Takeshi Kinashi/Kamen Norider]]
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Noritake Kinashi (live)

An AffectionateParody of the original ''Series/KamenRider'' aired as a part of ''The Tunnels' Thanks to Everyone'' variety show hosted by the ''owarai'' duo Tunnels: Takaaki Ishibashi and Noritake Kinashi (the latter in particular become a cameo in ''Over Quartzer'', locked up by the Quartzers for [[LampshadeHanging pretending to be one of the lost Heisei Riders]], who are important to their plans). Initially being an unauthorized parody, Toei registered a trademark for the series in 2013.

In a stage show for Zi-O, Kinashi's powers are stolen to create No Rider, a crude-looking Another Rider based on Kamen Norider.
----
* BaitAndSwitch: The movie leads you to initially believe he's Takeshi Hongo from his silhouette, before revealing his true identity.
* BewareTheSillyOnes: Implied. Even if Norider and Jocker were parodies of the original ''Kamen Rider'' characters, it does very little in the context of ''Over Quartzer'' to change the fact that he was still a person who fought real villains. There's also the fact that at some point in time, a Norider Anotherwatch was evidently created, resulting in the creation of No Rider.
* LampshadeHanging: He's in prison with Sougo because he's essentially claiming to be a lost Heisei Rider (the Norider bits aired during the beginning of the Heisei era), even though he wasn't until Toei trademarked Norider in 2013.
* NiceGuy: Even as a bombastic parody, Kinashi takes it upon himself to motivate Sougo out of a DespairEventHorizon after Barlckxs imprisons him, since [[TheUnchosenOne he knows what it's like to be left in the dust for the "true" Kamen Riders]].
* SmallRoleBigImpact: A man hailing from a goofy, obscure parody of the original ''Kamen Rider'' who reminds Sougo what it really means to be chosen as a Rider.
* StealthHiBye: Disappears from the cell he's in after giving his motivational speech to Sougo.
* TheUnchosenOne: Describes himself as someone who fought evil, but was never chosen or recognized as a true Rider. He uses this as leverage to motivate Sougo, who, despite being outed as a "fake" by Barlckxs, was still chosen to become Zi-O regardless of that fact.
