!!Kanae Otowa
[[quoteright:225:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/306665.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:225:]]
-->Voiced by Creator/MikakoKomatsu
The main protagonist and current homeowner/landlady of the Otowa mansion after her grandmother left it for her.

* ACupAngst: Worries about her bust size in episode 2. Her friend tells her it makes her swim faster but ends up incurring her jealousy when she shows off her breasts. The issue comes to a climax when Motes presents her with a breast-shaped cake, causing her to give him a BitchSlap.
** Played for a quick gag in episode 8, where she becomes self-conscious of her flat chest while trying on swimwear and gets offended when Liszt, Bada and Tchaiko tell her to change out of it.
* CharacterDevelopment: She initially starts out as extremely strict and inflexible, and was afraid of what people would think of her if she was seen with the mischievous Classicaloids. Slowly she begins to loosen up around them, even growing fond of them, and no longer cares if they cause any trouble for her.
* CheerfulChild: Flashbacks in episode 1 show us that she used to be cheerful and carefree as a young girl. A photograph also depicts her smiling broadly with her parents.
* CrankyLandlord: A rare and benevolent case of a main character fitting this trope. Befitting her status of OnlySaneMan, she's very strict about the Classicaloids breaking the house rules (not that they listen anyways), and threatens to kick them out when she's really pissed.
* ExpositoryHairstyleChange: As a child, she had long hair befitting her then-{{Ojou}} status. She has shorter hair now, indicating that she's matured quite a bit since then.
* HairTriggerTemper: According to Sousuke, she's scary when angered. Indeed, she often yells at the Classicaloids out of frustration with their antics. She also can get physically violent on occasion, with Sousuke and Motes usually on the receiving end.
** By episode 11, everybody else in the mansion has come to fear enraging her.
* ImprobableAge: She's in her first year at high school, living by herself, and renting out rooms to strangers in a house that she owns. Go figure.
* MeaningfulName: "Oto" means "sound" in Japanese, while her first name involves the kanji for "song".
* MissingMom: Her mother left her father as a result of him wasting his inheritance and racking up debt.
* OnlySaneMan: Usually takes this role while having to deal with the Classicaloids and Sousuke. When it comes to prospective tenants, she is more often than not this trope.

!!Sousuke Kagura
[[quoteright:225:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/306664.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:225:]]
--> Voiced by Creator/NobunagaShimazaki
Kanae's ChildhoodFriend and freeloader at the mansion. A budding musician who idolises the Classicaloids' Musik.

* ADayInTheLimelight: Episode 15 focuses on his attempts to make a band for the school festival with...mixed results.
* ButtMonkey: If any slapstick is about to happen, there's a good chance he's going to be the victim. For a good example of this, look no further than the time he got turned into a "[[RunningGag wrecking ball]]" in episode 2.
* ComicallyMissingThePoint: He has a tendency to do this, complete with overreaction. For example, in episode 1:
-->'''Beethes''': "I feel something coming."
-->'''Sosuke''': "Are you serious? Do it in the bathroom!"
* {{Fanboy}}: Of Clasky:Klasky.
* GiftedlyBad: Schubert found his electronic music so dreadful that he started crying. Sousuke's left none the wiser about it and keeps on talking excitedly about his music.
** Taken to its extreme in Episode 15 where his digital music [[DreadfulMusician causes glass to crack and objects fall down around him]]. [[spoiler: His singing is even worse as it causes everyone in the school to collapse in pain. Beethoven even wonders if they're being assaulted by Musik.]]
* MaliciousMisnaming: Often on the receiving end from Liszt's use of the trope. This comes to a head when the real Sousuke is replaced by a "[=MitsuruLoid=]".
--> '''Liszt, about the [=MitsuruLoid=]:''' Piece of Junk really is a piece of junk, after all.
* MeaningfulName: One kanji of his surname, when paired with the "Oto" of "Otowa", becomes "ongaku" or "music" in Japanese. (Oddly enough, [[{{Irony}} the other means "god"]].) His first name involves the kanji for "to play/perform (with a musical instrument)". [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kagura Kagura]] is a certain type of ceremonial dance and music in Shinto.
* OnlineAlias: His screen name for online gaming is the somewhat embarrassing "Crying Dark Angel".
* PaperThinDisguise: He wears a couple of flimsy disguises (two of them involve merely wearing a girl's wig) throughout episode 8. The most elaborate one so far is when he wears sunglasses and a fake moustache to be a nondescript waiter on Liszt's rented boat. None of the girls recognise him until he purposefully breaks the act.
* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: He gives Bach a well-deserved one in episode 8 on his mistreatment of Tchaiko and Bada. However, when he finds out Bach's true identity, he freaks out and backpedals.
* SmallNameBigEgo: For an aspiring musician, he sure has a high opinion of himself. For instance, he brags to Kanae about using "DTM" (desktop/computer music) but all of the eight views he has on a video about him singing along to DTM are from him.
* StalkerWithoutACrush: He secretly follows the girls around on their day out, presumably because he's a fan of Tchaiko's and Bada's idol personas and wanted to meet them. He manages to avoid being seen and/or recognised by them for the majority of the episode until he chooses to out himself.

[[folder:Composers (the titular Classicaloids)]]
Tropes that apply to all of them:
* ArtificialHuman: [[spoiler:All of them were created in a lab by Kyougo Otowa. They were originally called "Alcheloids" before Bach redubbed them Classicaloids.]]
* DePower: [[spoiler: Towards the end of Season 2, Wagner manages to successfully steal all nine of the other Classicaloid's Musik leaving him the only Musik wielder.]]
* {{Reincarnation}}: The personalities of the original composers are [[spoiler:reborn into artificial bodies as part of Arkhe’s plan]]. However, the process proved to be imperfect, as several of them have notable differences. Whether it be changes in gender (Liszt and Tchaiko), skin color (Bach), age (Tchaiko and Wagner) or even species (Dvořák). Only Tchaiko appears to be bothered by it as she can't drink vodka due to being under aged.
* MagicMusic: All of them have access to their "Musik", which reality warping power channelled through the playing of their original songs, complete with Magical Girl like transformations.
* PastLifeMemories: The Classicaloids appear to retain some memories from their previous lives, which they would occasionally make reference to (eg. Beethoven remembering a meeting with a young Liszt). Some of the more traumatic ones tend to inform some of their current characterisation (eg. Schubert’s hatred of Mozart came from people constantly comparing their music), or can even be PlayedForDrama (eg. Mozart mourning his mother’s death).

!!Music/LudwigVanBeethoven
[[quoteright:225:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/306662.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:225:]]
-->Voiced by Creator/TomokazuSugita
The so-claimed famous composer, Beethoven is one of the first composers to appear alongside Mozart, claiming to be friends of Kanae's father. Nicknamed "Beethes" ("Beto" to Japanese audiences).

* BerserkButton: Depriving him of the opportunity to taste his gyoza, as evidenced by him unleashing his Musik in episode 1.
* {{Determinator}}:
** He strives to perfect his gyoza-making skills no matter what it takes! He goes through several intensive frying methods (at one point reducing the meat into ashes) as well as trying an array of black-coloured foods in order to achieve the recipe for what he terms as the 'Jet-Black Harmony Gyoza' in episode 5. [[spoiler: He's trying to recreate the taste of the gyoza Kyougo had given to him.]] In episode 13, he's interested in fishing, but he uses gyoza as fish bait.
** He is so intent on wanting to play the guitar that he shuts himself away in his room for weeks just trying to handcraft wooden guitars from scratch.
* FleetingPassionateHobbies: He has a one-track mind and tends to get obsessed easily. This is evidenced in episode 9, where he gains a new fixation on guitars; when asked about gyoza, he answers, "Gyoza? What is that?"
* HotBlooded: Comes with the LargeHam territory. You can't deny that the man has a lot of passion for everything that he does. Case in point: his room has pieces of paper taped to the walls that say "Gyoza is willpower!".
* HeterosexualLifePartners: He and Mozart have shades of this, considering their RedOniBlueOni dynamic and how they're rarely seen apart. They's also on a FirstNameBasis, with their own nicknames for each other ("Wolf" and "Lud-kun") while everyone else calls them "Beethes" and "Motz".
** As of season 2 they even share a room, Mozart having been forced to move out of his room when Wagner moved in.
* LargeHam: He often waxes lyrical about gyoza and/or fate.
* MessyHair: He's rather eccentric and has wild Einstein-like hair.
* PlayingWithFire: He seems to favour using flamethrowers - he uses them to cook gyoza and incorporates one into his guitar's final design.
* RedOniBlueOni: Considered the blue to Mozart's red, he's quite straight-faced and serious whenever he isn't hamming it up.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Gyoza. He loves making it, vocally defending it and eating it, to the point where Motes' ''Eine Kleine Nacht[[{{Pun}} musik]]'' (which has lyrics about making wishes come true) gives Beethes a gyoza suit and dancing gyoza buddies. It's also integral to his character development, too - [[spoiler: Kanae's father had made some unusual sweet gyoza with a black filling to cheer him and Motes up]].
* TransformingMecha: His initial Musik shtick is to create these.
* TheUnapologetic: He's proud, stubborn and cocksure in his actions that he never repents or apologises for anything. This makes him immune to the effects of Motes' ''Requiem'' in episode 7, allowing him to [[GetAHoldOfYourselfMan give Motes a much-needed punch on the head]]. Kanae calls out Beethes for this, saying that he has ''loads'' to repent for.

[[quoteright:225:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/306663.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:225:]]
-->Voiced by Creator/YuukiKaji
One of the first composers to appear alongside Beethoven. Nicknamed "Motes".

* CasanovaWannabe: He loves the ladies but hasn't actually been in a relationship on-screen yet. Still he flirts with Kanae and calls her hot, and goes out with Sosuke to the festival in episode 3 in order to meet girls.
** While he does have an EstrogenBrigade in Kanae's friends after he impresses them with Musik in episode 2, he rarely has a chance to interact with them afterwards.
* HeterosexualLifePartners: He and Beethoven have shades of this, considering their RedOniBlueOni dynamic and how they're rarely seen apart. They're also on a FirstNameBasis, given that he refers to him as "Lud-kun" and Beethes calls him "Wolf".
* InnocentlyInsensitive: Motes comes across as this sometimes.
* {{Keet}}: So energetic and playful that he chases a rat up a pole just to get back some black beans he'd bought for Beethes in ep 5.
* LaughingMad: Occurs temporarily in episode 7, where he rains down repentance-inducing onto random civilians [[spoiler:out of grief for the perceived death of a fawn he had been caring for]].
* LongHairedPrettyBoy: He sports a long braid, and his hair is shown to be very long when unbraided. He's also the most feminine-looking male character in the show, bordering on {{Bishonen}}.
* ManChild: Frequently seen wheeling around on roller shoes despite looking a little too old for them. He's also rather immature and loves annoying others, especially Schubert.
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: If he's not his happy, upbeat and active self, something is ''wrong.''
* [[spoiler: ParentalSubstitute:]] [[spoiler: Became one to a baby deer in Episode 7 because he sympathized with its mother's death.]]
* RedOniBlueOni: The red to Beethes' blue, he's the more outgoing and energetic of the two.
* RollerbladeGood: Has the childish personality for this and frequently uses this method of getting around.
** The katakana version is actually "Motsu" due to the way "Mozart" is written in that writing system, [[{{Woolseyism}} but "Mot" and "Moz" don't sound like a derivation of "Mozart" in English]].
* ToiletHumour: Passed down to him by his mother, his love of perverted and scatological humour is on par with that of his real life counterpart. Look no further than episode 2, where he makes a cake resembling breasts in order to impress Kanae.

[[quoteright:225:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/310265.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:225:]]
-->Voiced by Creator/MamikoNoto
Moves into the house in Episode 3. Nicknamed "Lisz-chan".

* AttentionWhore: Downplayed. She doesn't demand that she be in the spotlight but she certainly enjoys the attention. She mentions in episode 3 that she loves giving live performances, which had temporarily blinded her to Chopin's fear of them. This is given more focus in episode 11, where she believes that she must become the symbol of feminine beauty at the Otowa mansion while Kanae is away. Instead of doing her given chores, she [[LargeHam hams it up]] and strikes ridiculously dramatic poses in various places.
* GenderFlip: The real Liszt was a man. Lampshaded by Beethes, who recalls meeting Liszt as a young boy in his previous life.
** In comparison to Tchaiko, Liszt doesn't really mind being a woman and even takes full advantage of it at times (eg. experiencing a girls' day out for herself). When being asked why she became a woman, she haughtily says "I don't know. Why does it matter?" and [[AsideGlance winks to the audience]].
* LoveFreak: She's really, ''really'' into the idea of love. She's able to sense the love present in the mansion, which motivates her into using Musik in episode 3. She even gets [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything excited]] just thinking about it.
* MaliciousMisnaming: Frequently calls Sousuke "tool" or "piece of junk", especially when she expects him to do something.
* NoSenseOfPersonalSpace: She's rather affectionate towards Kanae, and is often stroking her face and leaning closely to her while talking. Kanae herself is flustered by this, at one point telling Liszt to stop hugging her so much.
* OddCouple: She's vain, attention-loving and extroverted but cares dearly for the shy and reclusive Chopin. She tries to get him out his comfort zone but to no avail. Notably, [[http://www.pianoworld.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/1474504/1.html there is some historical basis to this]].
* ParentService: She's noticeably the curviest and most mature-looking woman in the anime, and provides quite a bit of fanservice.
* VictoriasSecretCompartment: Downplayed. She sometimes stashes documents in between her breasts, but it doesn't have much bearing on the plot.

!!Music/FryderykChopin
[[quoteright:225:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/310266.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:225:]]
-->Voiced by Creator/KosukeToriumi
Moves in with Liszt in Episode 3. Nicknamed "Cho-chan".

* DeadpanSnarker: During times where he does bother to speak, he's usually this trope. It helps that he doesn't think very highly of people in general, especially the ones living in the mansion.
* {{Hikikomori}}: He isolates himself in his room with all the windows walled up. In his introductory episode, the people living in the Otowa mansion are mostly kept in the dark of his presence until Liszt shows up to bring him back to the agency. He's also fairly creepy in the eyes of others occasionally.
** He inverts the trope for most of episode 16 due to a backpacker phase, only to discover Beethes and Motz in the countryside picking tea leaves.
* TheLostLenore: [[spoiler: "Jolly", whom is more historically known as his former girlfriend George Sand. He recreated the latter as a virtual idol due to his loneliness, and used Musik to make her more real - accidentally making her into a Classicaloid in the process. When Jolly willingly allows herself to be deleted, Chopin is shown to not have gotten over her death by attempting to create Jolly 2.0]].
* OddCouple: Despite his shy and reclusive nature, he is best friends with the more outgoing Liszt. He simply finds her the most tolerable out of the Otawa mansion residents, and usually follows her to most places. Notably, [[http://www.pianoworld.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/1474504/1.html there is some historical basis to this]].
* TheQuietOne: He doesn't talk very much compared to the other Classicaloids living at the Otowa mansion, and is usually above their antics to some degree.
* ShrinkingViolet: He seems to have social anxiety to some extent, to the point where he activated his Musik ''just'' to get away from the main cast. Curiously, he's a lot more social online.

[[quoteright:225:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/310264.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:225:]]
-->Voiced by Creator/TomoakiMaeno
Moves into the house in Episode 6. Nicknamed "Schu-san".

* AintTooProudToBeg: [[spoiler: After being turned into a trout in episode 13, Schubert is forced to beg Mozart to help him. Not that it works as Mozart can't understand him anymore.]]
* CosmicPlaything: Heavily implied to be the case, since his Musik always goes wrong and he can't be with his Beethoven-senpai for too long lest there be a problem (either involving Musik or not).
* {{Determinator}}: Vowed to never stop looking for Beethoven until he found him, thus leading to him WalkingTheEarth. Once he stops WalkingTheEarth, he'll go to any length to please his senpai.
* FishOutOfTemporalWater: Because he escaped from the facility shortly after awakening, he didn't initially realise he was in the modern day and struggled to adapt to it, more so than the other Classicaloids.
* ForcedTransformation: He transforms people into fish and other aquatic wildlife with ''Die Forelle'' [[note]]The Trout[[/note]]. In the episode this is unveiled (episode 13), Schu-san becomes both a realistic trout and a more cartoon-like one.
* InferioritySuperiorityComplex: Wagner points out that both of his Hip-Hop and Reggae personas were attempts to be more confident and hide his low self-esteem.
* LoveAtFirstSight: Non-romantic version; upon looking out the window and seeing Beethoven in his flashback in Episode 3, he immediately began idolizing his "Beethoven-senpai."
* TheMindIsAPlaythingOfTheBody: [[spoiler: After being turned into a trout, he struggles to think complicated thoughts and can't stop thinking about food.]]
* NakedPeopleAreFunny: Him waking up naked in the Classicaloid creation facility and idolising his senpai while said senpai escapes. This trope is also the reason why he doesn't have MagicPants at the end of episode 13.
* PowerIncontinence: He can't quite control his Musik powers, thus causing random bouts of infantilisation everywhere he goes in his debut episode.
** It happens again in Episode 13 where he inadvertently uses his Musik via singing and [[spoiler: turns into a trout for the majority of the episode.]]
** By Episode 21 he's fully awakened his Musik and gained full control.
* SitcomArchNemesis: He absolutely ''loathes'' Mozart due to his music being ostracized when compared to Mozart's in his previous life.
* StoicSpectacles: Is normally the most stoic of the group that bases itself at the Otowa mansion. He does have his NotSoStoic moments, however, such as when he fanboys over his senpai.
* UnknownRival: He hates Mozart with a passion, who in turn seems to not even be more than acquainted with him.

[[caption-width-right:225:]]
-->Voiced by Creator/AyaEndo
Nicknamed "Tchaiko-chan".

* ClingyJealousGirl: Nearly assaults Kanae when she hears that Bach spent an afternoon with her.
* IdolSinger: Episode 2 shows her as one half of an idol group with Badarzewka called "Clasky:Klasky". However, she quits the group over creative differences with her partner following episode 14.
* GenderFlip: In real life, she was male.
* SwarmOfRats: Tchaiko's {{Mook}}s, led by her pet rat King.
* TranslatorBuddy: She is the only one who can understand Bach's use of musical terms out of Clasky:Klasky, and translates for the benefit of Badazewska, who can't quite understand him. However, she doesn't know what Bach's true intentions are since he doesn't give her any further information, which frustrates her. [[spoiler:In episode 13, it's revealed she knows Bach can speak normally - it's just that he doesn't do so for some reason.]]
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Wild mushrooms.
* YouDirtyRat: Turns her rat King [[note]] a reference to Theatre/TheNutcracker, whose antagonist is the Rat King[[/note]] into a [[HumanityEnsues bucktoothed man]] to capture the Classicaloids.

!!Tekla Bądarzewska-Baranowska
[[quoteright:225:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/310262.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:225:]]
-->Voiced by Creator/MaoIchimichi
Nicknamed "Bada-chan".

* BerserkButton: Calling her a "one-hit wonder" is sure to enrage her.
* GreenEyedMonster: She is secretly jealous of Tchaiko's talent in Musik, which leads to her constantly being overshadowed by the latter. This comes to a head when they break up in episode 14, as Bada sees this as her chance to step into the spotlight once more.
* IdolSinger: Episode 2 shows her as one half of an idol group with Tchaikovsky called "Clasky:Klasky". She remains with the group even after the departure of her partner from the group in episode 14, taking on Kanae as a replacement.
* ShipTease: With Sousuke. [[spoiler: She even gave him her personal email contact details in episode 12.]]
** Season 2 also implies that she has a crush on Bach.

[[caption-width-right:225:]]
-->Voiced by Creator/TaitenKusunoki
The BigBad of Season 1.

* AffablyEvil: He is quite polite and cordial to Kanae, even willing to listen to her opinions on the Classicaloids.
* AmbiguouslyBrown: The only Classicaloid to have this skin colour. This is somewhat baffling given that the original J. S. Bach was white and that [[spoiler:the current Bach was created in a laboratory]].
* AntagonistAbilities: PowerNullifier, MindManipulation and PowersDoTheFighting (via GuardianEntity).
* BrightIsNotGood: His composer costume and Musik incorporate mostly whites and golds, yet he is the main antagonist of the series.
* BusmansVocabulary: He speaks near exclusively in musical terms when giving orders. [[spoiler:The first time where he doesn't do this is in episode 6, where he simply utters "Classicaloid" to establish himself to his employers.]]
* TheComicallySerious: Often plays this role when interacting with the sillier characters like Mozart and Kyougo.
* CoolShades: A distinguishing characteristic of his composer outfit that is created during his Musik transformation.
** SinisterShades: He's the main antagonist of the series and his motives for capturing the rest of the Classicaloids aren't made entirely clear at first.
* DePower: In Season 2.[[spoiler: After attempting to squash Wagner's revolution, he gets his Musik stolen and is forced to retreat]].
* HeelFaceTurn: Convinced by Kanae that his methods will only hurt more people than save, and so he works together with the other Classicaloids to save the Earth in the final episode.
* FingerTenting: Initially he does a lot of this. Once he stops doing this, the plot really gets moving.
* MagicStaff: His baton in Composer form is more in the shape of a staff rather than the wand sized batons used by the other Classicaloids. [[GeniusBonus This is a reference to conductors during Bach's time commonly using wooden staffs to beat out time instead of waving it.]]
* MeanBoss: For Tchaiko and Bada. He works them to exhaustion as part of their Clasky:Klasky idol act but they're too afraid of him to make a direct complaint.
* OlderIsBetter: Bach is the original Classicaloid and as a result, is leagues more powerful than the others.
* TheStoic: In his early appearances, he doesn't show any outward emotional reaction at all. Come episode 12 and this trope is subverted - he's actually more expressive outside of work.
* TerseTalker: He strings musical terms together as short, one-word sentences in quick successive order. Suffice to say, he isn't very verbose. [[spoiler: Later averted.]]
* WellIntentionedExtremist: He genuinely wants to protect humanity against the oncoming threat [[spoiler: of the aliens. But his plan to turn all of humanity into Classicaloids would turn music into a tool rather than something to enjoy and share.]]

[[caption-width-right:225:]]
-->Voiced by Creator/YoshitsuguMatsuoka
A new Classicaloid introduced in Season 2 and claims to be Kanae's long lost brother under the name "Wataru Otowa".

* AntagonistAbilities: PowerParasite and by extension - [[spoiler: PowerNullifier, MindManipulation & GuardianEntity thanks to stealing Bach's Musik]].
* BerserkButton: Don't call him [[FlawedPrototype blotched]].
* BigBad: Of Season 2. [[spoiler: Cemented by him awakening to his Musik and stealing Bach's.]]
* BitchInSheepsClothing: Acts nice in front of Kanae to win her trust, but secretly sabotages the other tenants in order to make them look bad. Liszt is the only one to see through it.
* BrutalHonesty: Bluntly tells Schubert that his attempts at Hip-Hop are forced and make him look terrible.
* EtTuBrute: He feels betrayed upon seeing Dvořák preform a HeelFaceTurn and is living happily with the others at the Otowa Mansion.
* FlawedPrototype: [[spoiler: He and Dvoak were to be the 9th and 10th Classicoids after the Ocatve in the orginal plan to mass produced them. However Wagner's Musik wouldn't activate and thus was a blotch.]]
* MaliciousMisnaming: Repeatedly gets Sousuke's name wrong, much to the latter's annoyance.
* PaperThinDisguise: Infiltrates Bach's company by putting on a pair of sunglasses and calling himself "Producer Wataru". Both Tchaiko and Bada are completely fooled.
* PowerParasite: The true nature of his Musik. [[spoiler: He manages to steal Bach's Musik and use it for himself]].

!! Antonín Dvořák
[[quoteright:225:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/342452.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:225:]]
-->Voiced by Creator/JunichiSuwabe
A new Classicaloid introduced in Season 2, though seems to be a hippopotamus for reasons unknown. Called "Dovo-chan" by his so-called master Wataru.

* AllAnimalsAreDomesticated: Justified due to his hidden sapience.
* TheMindIsAPlaythingOfTheBody: Similarly to Schubert's Trout transformation, Dvořák retains his human intelligence but constantly has to battle against his "animal instincts" while in the hippo's body.
* HeelFaceTurn: Upon realising that Wagner has forgotten their promise whilst in the midst of conquering Arkhe, Dvořák defects and returns to the Otowa Mansion and assists the other Classicaloids.
* MotorMouth: To Chopin's horror, his "silent companion" turns out to be extremely talkative once he is finally able to speak thanks to the power of Musik.
* MythologyGag: His ability to communicate his thoughts through Musik is a callback to Bach's plan in season 1 [[spoiler: to turn all of humanity into Classicaloids and unite them overcoming barriers of language and other miscommunication.]]
* MinionWithAnFInEvil: Unlike his master, Dvořák rarely does anything antagonistic towards the other characters and usually fails when he's ordered to do so. It's a large reason why he's quickly forgiven when he preforms a HeelFaceTurn.
* PaperThinDisguise: Wagner disguises him as a rhino called "Kuro-chan" by putting a plastic horn on Dvořák's head and everyone is fooled.
* RailEnthusiast: Much like his historical counterpart, he loves trains. His Composer outfit even resembles a Train Conductor's uniform.
* SapientPet: He has retained his intelligence as a human, but masquerades as Wagner's pet in public - much to his annoyance.
* SuddenlyVoiced: Once he activates his Musik he suddenly gains the ability to speak human language while otherwise not possessing the vocal chords to do so.
* TeamPet: Competes with Hasshie for this role.

!!Pad-kun

[[caption-width-right:225:]]
--> Voiced by Creator/AkiraIshida
Sousuke's robotic companion.

* BenevolentAI: He's very talkative and unique compared to a regular tablet. Unfortunately, he also screams in agony when he's forcibly shut off.
* CantStandThemCantLiveWithoutThem: Despite his constant bickering with Sousuke, once he's forced to spend an entire day without him, he realises how much he misses Sousuke.
* DeadpanSnarker: Frequently sneaks in little "Yeah, yeah"s and such when obeying Sousuke's commands.
* HumanityEnsues: Downplayed, as he has an AnthropomorphicPersonification of sorts (a blue-haired butler-looking {{Bishonen}} with eye-covering bangs), but only in {{Cyberspace}}. Sousuke identifies the human Pad-kun like this:
--> '''{{Bishonen}}:''' What are you talking about, Sousuke? We were together until a moment ago, and you've already forgotten? ''(points to his head)'' Are you really that slow?
--> '''Sousuke:''' That sarcastic way of speaking...[[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments Don't tell me you're Pad-kun?!]]
* MrExposition: He provides information on the previous lives of the Classicaloid composers and the songs present in their Musik. Also takes on this role momentarily in episode 13 to identify the types of fish (and single snail) present in the pond, due to the fact fish can't understand human ways of communication.
* SlidingScaleOfRobotIntelligence: Between levels 3 and 4, because while he does have feelings and sarcasm, the most intelligence he has shown beyond that is operating the functions of "The Searcher", the in-universe counterpart to Website/{{Google}}.
* StraightMan: Plays this in regards to his goofy owner Sousuke.

!!Hashie
A blue shoebill that wears a green scarf.

* ADogNamedDog: Hashie is a shortening of ''hashibirou'', the Japanese word for "shoebill".
* AmbiguousGender:
--> '''Motz, looking at Hasshie's chest and tail:''' Hasshie, are you a boy? Or are you a girl?
* NearlyNormalAnimal: Strangely, aside from its involvement with [[{{Pun}} Musikal]] activities, its color, its scarf and the rare human-like expression, it is a normal, albeit out of place, shoebill.
* SpectacularSpinning: Seems to enjoy riding the robot vacuum in episode 10, to the point where it doesn't complain about being spun rapidly on said robot vacuum due to Musik.
* TheStoic: Doesn't talk or emote much, except when it panics.
* TheVoiceless: What do you expect from a shoebill?

!!Kanae's Grandmother
Kanae's deceased grandmother and previous owner of the house which the Classicaloids move into.

* OldMoney: She comes from a distinguished noble lineage and was very wealthy in life.
* PosthumousCharacter: Kanae frequently and fondly remembers her though.

!!Kyougo Otowa
Kanae's father, a scientist and [[spoiler: creator of the Classicaloids]].

* DisappearedDad: At the start of the series, he's away for unknown reasons. He makes contact with Kanae via hacking a video message onto Pad-kun in episode 5 but doesn't elaborate on what he's doing.
* SpannerInTheWorks: Awakening Beethoven and Mozart early and then helping them escape prevented Bach's initial plan.

!!Akira Mitsuru
[[quoteright:225:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/353734_6.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:225:]]
The assistant of Kanae's father and current right hand woman to Bach.

* TheDragon: For Bach, to the point where she distributed the Arkhe Doll program that shot Jolie (and by extension, Cho-chan) to fame.
* GenderBlenderName: "Mitsuru" is a male given name (discussed briefly in episode 18), while "Akira" is a gender-neutral name.
* LadyLooksLikeADude: Can be mistaken to be a {{Bishonen}} due to the GenderBlenderName problem.
* KickTheDog: She joins in on the second attempt to tear down the mansion, not caring that it's Kanae's home, or for her well-being had they succeeded in their task.
* PetTheDog: When Beethoven and Mozart come to her for a job, she sets them up with legitimate interviews with a local school looking for music teachers with no strings attached.
* SexySecretary: It's unclear exactly how much Bach does and how much Mitsuru does since Bach is mostly shown sitting and FingerTenting at a desk, but for the most part she plays this role to Bach.
* UndyingLoyalty: To her "Bach-sama".
