!Tropes Common To All Of Them
----
* AsskickingLeadsToLeadership: Their ranks are determined by their ability, with the Alpha Star becoming the new Emperor if the current one dies or retires.
* KlingonPromotion: Encouraged among the Stars to rank up.
* SuperiorSuccessor: The Orders are able to fight and defeat the Veritas, their predecessors, with nary a casualty among them. Later subverted when [[spoiler:several of them fail against the Veritas]].
* ThemeNaming: Their titles all use a Greek letter followed by "Star", with the letter's place in the Greek alphabet corresponding with their rank in the Orders.
* YouKillItYouBoughtIt: The Orders are allowed to engage each other at any time to gain rank.

!Krowa [[spoiler:of the Pi Star]]
A young mage that enters the Order of Aldore with his companion, Regina, in order to join their ranks. He teams up with Lasswell's group in order to make progress. [[spoiler: He was once the Pi Star, but defected when he met Regina and only joined the tournament to find a way to keep her permanently active.]]
----
* CastFromHitPoints: In order to keep Regina operational, he regularly expends his own life force to recharge her internal batteries. In a bit of GameplayAndStoryIntegration, his most powerful buffing abilities cause him damage as well as lower his own stats.
* DefectorFromDecadence: Krowa was [[spoiler: originally ''in'' the Orders, as the Pi Star (Physalis' current position). He left due to opposing Aldore's doings. He's only attempting to rejoin them]] in order to find a power source capable of sustaining Regina permanently.
* DrivenToSuicide: As revealed in his backstory, Krowa was so torn apart by what the Orders did in the name of the emperor that he strongly considered killing himself. Finding Regina and hearing stories from her made him decide to become a DefectorFromDecadence instead.
* HeroicSacrifice: [[spoiler:Dies BuriedAlive in a trap meant for Lasswell after slowing the train in Visectrum down.]]
* IDidWhatIHadToDo: Krowa's stance on [[spoiler: attempting to rejoin the Orders.]] He doesn't ''want'' to, but he feels that he must in order to get the power to ensure that Regina can continue to operate. He does hope that he'll also be able to use her power to institute genuine reforms rather than just be the Emperor's puppet. [[spoiler: He's more than willing to step aside for Lasswell, as he believes Lasswell can make meaningful change that could help both him and Regina.]]
* WeakButSkilled: Krowa isn't particularly powerful at all, but he's very knowledgeable about a variety of topics, including magic itself. It also helps that [[TheKidWithTheLeash he's in control of]] [[PersonOfMassDestruction Regina]].

!Galas of the Omicron Star
The fifteenth of the Orders, and the first that the party encounters. A hedonistic man who only cares about climbing positions in the Orders so he can live more comfortably. His strength serves as a wake-up call for Lasswell that the opponents he's about to face are above the tier he fought in Lapis.
----
* TheBattleDidntCount: Even though he is beaten in his first encounter, he survives without a scratch.
* {{BFS}}: He wields a sword almost as large as he is.
* DishingOutDirt: His primary element.
* GameplayAndStorySegregation: His introduction invokes TheBattleDidntCount and he's discussed as being well beyond what anything Lasswell and company have seen in the world of Lapis. He's a recruitable vision in all versions, and he's rather mediocre - only capable of reaching a five-star awakening, and he's statwise inferior in nearly every way (Galas has a marginally better defense) to a maxed-out season 1 Lasswell (let alone what his season 2 form is capable of).
* TheHedonist: He admits that he isn't interested in becoming a ruler - he only wants to rise in the Orders because he loves money, power, and women, and he'd have even more access to these if he rose in rank.
* NoRespectGuy: As shown in unit descriptions and side events, absolutely nobody has any respect for Galas. He's pushed around and mocked to his face by the other Orders, and he's only feared by the lower ranks of Aldore's military because of his own rank.
* PetTheDog: In his description as a unit, literally - he regularly feeds and cares for strays, in part due to kindness and in part to have a "quirk." Worth noting that he does ''not'' use them for battle.
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: Once Akstar appears and nearly defeats him with a single attack, Galas retreats.

!Gudon of the Xi Star
The fourteenth of the Orders, who sets up a trap for Lasswell and friends after their encounters with Galas. A manchild with an ego problem who will violently lash out on anything and anyone who is not the Emperor to sate his own will.
----
* AristocratsAreEvil: He comes from a noble family.
* EpicFlail: Gudon's main attack is an iron ball that his chair flails via an arc of electricity. Its first use knocks down the main party in one shot.
* EvenBadMenLoveTheirMamas: As Gudon makes clear in Physalis' story event, the only person he truly respected was his late mother. Everyone else, he treats with either contempt, fear, or some combination thereof. That said, Physalis gives him a speech that has him briefly consider treating people with more respect...
* HeelFaceDoorSlam: ... only for the Emperor to give another speech that convinces Gudon that he's right to be a bullying tyrant and should keep that up as he's given control over a labor camp.
* ItsAllAboutMe: PlayedForLaughs. He declares that Physalis' story event is all about him, only for Physalis herself to come in and punch him offscreen, [[LeaningOnTheFourthWall declaring herself the protagonist.]]
* MakingASplash: His primary element.
* SmugSnake: He definitely thinks extremely highly of himself, to the extent that one of his passives as a recruitable vision is even called "Gudon, the Mightiest!" That said, the missions he's given are basically grunt work, as a boss he's tied with Galas as the weakest of the Orders, and as a recruitable vision he's only slightly ahead of Galas (and mostly in terms of magical stats... when both are physical attackers) and arguably weaker than Krowa (who both was two ranks below ''and'' no longer in the Orders).
* SuperWheelchair: It hovers, it has protective shielding, and it has an [[ShockAndAwe electric]] [[EpicFlail flail]] on it. It's an impressive armament and practical conveyance all in one.

!Juraga of the Nu Star
Thirteenth of the Orders, a Natura beastkind. [[spoiler:Brother to King Yashka, he joined the Orders for believing that was the only way to ensure Gungan's safety against Aldore's ravaging.]]
----
* IWorkAlone: By his own admission, he prefers to take on his missions completely independent of anyone else from Aldore, including the other Orders.
* NobleDemon: He's dedicated, honorable, and respectful. About the only negative thing shown about him is that he's one of the Orders.
* PunchClockVillain: [[spoiler: It's eventually revealed that he's only in the Orders as part of a deal with the Emperor to keep the two beastkind tribes safe from Aldorean interference. When the Emperor's OmnicidalManiac plan finally comes into focus, Juraga views it as a violation of their agreement and joins the heroes.]]
* TrailersAlwaysSpoil: His image was spoiled by promotional artwork at the 2nd FFBE Fan Festa, leaking his appearance a month early.
* VillainousRescue: [[spoiler: He gives Lid juice from a special fruit so that she can come back from the HeroicSacrifice needed to obtain the Tear of Provenance.]]
* WorthyOpponent: He goes three rounds against Lid and Kunshira when the two try to get the Tear of Provenance, and with each successive round, he grows more and more respectful of Lid, culminating in [[spoiler: using a special fruit to revive her so that she can obtain the Tear of Provenance without performing a HeroicSacrifice]].

!Delulu of the Mu Star
The twelfth of the Orders, half of a pair with Zolulu. The duo intends to make a climb on the Orders' ranks, but neither of them seem to be any brilliant of a mind.
----
* AnnoyingArrows: PlayedForLaughs in the attack animation for Zolulu and Delulu - Delulu fires from his crossbow at the foe while Zolulu bashes and stabs their foe with his instrument. However, because Zolulu gets in the way, Delulu hits Zolulu three times in the butt, though it doesn't hinder the latter at all.
* TheDitz: When he and Zolulu fight together, he combines their ranks to 22. As Raegan points out, not only is he one number off (it's 23), but this would indicate that they're actually weaker together according to the ranking system.
* DualBoss: He and Zolulu fight as a pair.
* EatenAlive: He's eaten by Yego's Malboro for failing to kill Raegan's group.
* PutOnABus: Both he and Zolulu more or less disappear from the plot shortly after their confrontation with Raegen's group, and it seems quite reasonable that they are just eaten alive by Yego's Malboro in a YouHaveFailedMe moment - it's worth noting that their only main plot appearance in Season 2 was in vision form.
** TheBusCameBack: After the timeskip in Season 3, they reappear early on in part of the plot [[spoiler:by Diverti to keep Rinora from running off]]. It's not exactly clear how they survived the above, but given that Mid was shown surviving the same thing, one can presume that Yego just had the Malboro spit them out, too.
* VillainsOutShopping: The unit description for the summonable version of Zolulu and Delulu goes mostly into description of how the two are in their daily lives, down to the fact that the two live together and how they divide their chores.

!Zolulu of the Lambda Star
The eleventh of the Orders, half of a pair with Delulu.
* CombatPragmatist: He forces Raegan's group to waste their strength fighting weak enemies so they'll be exhausted once the real battle starts. It doesn't help.
* TheDitz: Delulu is more obviously one, but several of his lines (particularly when enhancing or awakening him) show that Zolulu isn't any smarter.
* DualBoss: He and Delulu fight as a pair.
* DudeLooksLikeALady: Was presumed to be a woman (and even called female in game) but full body promotional artwork shows that he's male.
* EatenAlive: He's eaten by Yego's Malboro for failing to kill Raegan's group.
* HostageForMacGuffin: He holds the remaining Children of Hess hostage to get the Mother of Hess to hand herself over. When the Mother arrives, it turns out he's already killed them.
* InstrumentOfMurder: It's pretty hard to tell from his character model, but that weird sword-like weapon he's carrying is actually some variety of stringed instrument. Based on the attack animations of the summonable version, it can be used both as a spear (the only stab is with the tapered part at the end) and an instrument.
* PutOnABus: Both he and Delulu more or less disappear from the plot shortly after their confrontation with Raegen's group, and it seems quite reasonable that they are just eaten alive by Yego's Malboro in a YouHaveFailedMe moment - it's worth noting that their only main plot appearance in Season 2 was in vision form.
* ShrinkingViolet: In Physalis's story he is shown to be cripplingly shy without Delulu at his side. However, with Delulu he loses this trait.
* VillainsOutShopping: The unit description for the summonable version of Zolulu and Delulu goes mostly into description of how the two are in their daily lives, down to the fact that the two live together and how they divide their chores.

!Nazuu of the Kappa Star
The tenth of the Orders. [[spoiler:Disguised as the Shibyran Kong, he causes the beastkind tribes in Gungan to go to war with each other so that he can get more power.]]
----
%%* BeastMan: Or rather, beastkind.
* GreenEyedMonster: Is highly jealous of Hyoh and antagonizes him when possible.
%%* PlayingWithFire: His element of choice.
* SinisterMinister: His cover for most of his appearances is that of [[spoiler: the advisor for the king of the Shibyra.]]
* VillainsOutShopping: When off duty he's shown to hang out with Demoldoa and Galas.
* WarForFunAndProfit: This is his main mission, so that the Orders can get new resources and technology.

!Nagi of the Iota Star
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/nagi_5.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:]]

The ninth of the Orders. Sent by the emperor to dispose of Laswell's group in Crystalis. An energetic girl who recently joined the Orders [[spoiler:after her brother Hyoh died in the Visectrum tournament ten years prior]]. She heavily imprints on Hyoh[=/=][[spoiler:Rain, due to him using her brother's name]], and it's implied she actually fell in love for him.
----
* BigBrotherWorship: [[spoiler:She had an older brother that she adored, named Hyoh. He died ten years prior while attempting to join the Orders. When Rain adopted Hyoh as his name as a member of the Orders, she immediately imprinted on him.]]
* CastingAShadow: One of her main elements is Dark.
* CuteBruiser: She's even noted to be thin and frail in her bestiary description, but she's rather powerful - as of the boss battle against her, only the rematch against Hyoh is a stronger opponent.
* GoodOldFisticuffs: Her primary weapon type (and the below unlikely weapon, when obtainable in-game, counts as a type of knuckle for equipping purposes).
* AnIcePerson: Has Ice attacks as a secondary element.
* ImprobableWeaponUser: She's fighting with extremely long bolts of cloth, one attached to each wrist and one attached to her helm. She's more or less using ''weaponized sleeves''.
* LightEmUp: Has Holy as one of her main elements.
* LikeBrotherAndSister: Late in season 2, she forms a bond like this with Shamlin [[spoiler: after both of them make a HeelFaceTurn upon hearing Sieghard's thoughts on the subject - he becomes their adopted older brother, and both are oddly happy being the younger sibling.]]
* MakingASplash: She can use Water attacks as a secondary element.
* MaskPower: Her mask, available as a Trust Master Reward, is a very potent helmet that boosts both the physical and magical attack power of the wearer.
* MurderTheHypotenuse: She doesn't like how Hyoh seems singularly focused on Lasswell, so she goes out of her way to take him out.
* ReplacementGoldfish: The reason that she's so attached to Hyoh is because her brother, who died trying to protect her during the Orders of Aldore tournament, is also named Hyoh. [[spoiler: Sieghard, who also knows what it's like to miss deceased siblings, offers to become a new one for her... and despite herself, Nagi starts to look at him like one.]]
* SweetTooth: She's shown to love fruit parfaits in Physalis's story.
* VillainousCrush: She has a thing for Hyoh, and will do anything to impress him.
* {{Yandere}}: For Hyoh. Her response to Lasswell gaining his attention is to ''kill'' Lasswell to receive praise.
* YinYangBomb: Yin and Yang are in fact a good chunk of the composition in her playstyle. Her main elements as a Vision are Light and Dark, which further elaborates in this.

!Mid of the Theta Star
The eighth of the Orders, tasked with protecting the generators at the Heznudo River. [[spoiler:She is actually the daughter of Cid, one of the Sworn Eight, having undertaken the operation for an immortal heart just so she could wait for her father to return.]]
----
* AnimalMotifs: Wears scales and dragon wings. As she is a dragoon, this is perfectly fitting.
* BlowYouAway: Her Brave Shift [[spoiler:has her don a version of her father's Veritas armor as per her story event]], so it's bound to happen.
* ChainmailBikini: Her armor is pretty skimpy for a Dragoon.
* DishingOutDirt: Her unit's base form uses Earth as her main element.
* EatenAlive: [[spoiler:When Mid becomes the reason Cid refuses to be Yego's adoptive father, [[MurderTheHypotenuse Yego commands her Marlboro pet to eat Mid.]] She gets better though because her familial bond with Cid intrigues Yego enough to not kill her.]]
* GenerationXerox: [[spoiler:Her Story Event has Mid tag team with her father ''while donning his Heavenslord armor'', and this is reflected on her unit's Brave Shift, which has her in the armor and shifts her element to Wind]].
* HeelFaceTurn: She [[spoiler:breaks the Sworn Six out of prison]] and later joins forces with the Sworn Six.
* InASingleBound: Being the Orders' Dragoon, this is natural for her.
* IWillWaitForYou: [[spoiler:Mid undertook surgery for an immortal heart just so she could wait for her father to find a way back to Paladia.]]
* MythologyGag: Not the first time that [[spoiler:Cid [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyV had a child named Mid]]. ]]
* Really700YearsOld: [[spoiler:Became immortal so that she could see her father return to her.]]
* ShockAndAwe: Her main element.

!Shamlin of the Eta Star
Seventh of the Orders. Distorque's student, always keeping a smile on his face even despite Distorque's torture. Has an extreme distaste of lies and will go in for the kill on anyone who lies to his face.
----
* AmbiguousGender: Similar to Yego, it's currently unclear whether Shamlin is a man or a woman. The description in the bestiary claims he's male as of now, though both Yego and Veritas of the Waters were also called male at first.
* BerserkButton: Not honoring your own words is a nice way to get a ticket to the afterlife. [[spoiler:Shamlin killed Distorque ''twice'' for this.]]
* BrokenBird: Heavily implied, as [[spoiler: he is all smiles even after being kicked repeatedly by his mentor.]]
* DissonantSerenity: Is always happy or amused faced with horror and abuse.
* TheDogBitesBack: [[spoiler: Kills Distorque after receiving a particularly brutal beatdown from him.]]
* {{Guyliner}}: Wears heavy eye makeup in promotional art.
* HolyHandGrenade: Literally multicasts the spell Holy.
* HeelFaceTurn: Very late in season 2, [[spoiler: Sieghard]] offers one to him. [[spoiler: Against all sense and odds, by Sieghard showing what's BeneathTheMask as well as calling Shamlin "cute," Shamlin agrees.]]
* IconicOutfit: While he takes a much darker tone with it, his robe still has the red triangles on white trim that ''Final Fantasy'' white mages traditionally wear.
* IGaveMyWord: Shamlin takes promises very seriously, and [[spoiler: kills Distorque]] for failing to keep one.
* LightIsNotGood: Shamlin is an expert in Holy and healing magic, allowing him to rain Holy barrages on the heroes.
* LikeBrotherAndSister: Late in Season 2, he forms a bond like this with Nagi [[spoiler: after both of them make a HeelFaceTurn upon hearing Sieghard's thoughts on the subject - he becomes their adopted older brother, and both are oddly happy being the younger sibling.]]
* NobleDemon: [[spoiler: Spares Hess rebels when they refuse to give up their beliefs even if it might save their lives.]]
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness:
** Try to lie to this guy. ''Just try''. [[spoiler:Distorque eventually learns what happens to anyone who pushes his BerserkButton as Shamlin loses the smile and shanks him out of commission.]]
** [[spoiler:His usually easygoing demeanor is all but completely gone once Quadis reveals his plan to wipe Paladia clean of life and he falls into depression. Sieghard snaps him out of it by teaching him the concept of beauty.]]
* ThereIsNoKillLikeOverkill: [[spoiler: Stabs Distorque once, then goes crazy on the corpse, stabbing it over and over.]]
* StepfordSmiler: Is ''always'' cheery, especially at inappropriate times.
* TheUnfought: [[spoiler: After he kills Distorque, the Veritas prepare to fight him but he refuses to engage them in battle, claiming he's in too good of a mood before leaving with a whistle. He is later fought by Lasswell.]]
* WhiteMage: Shamlin is a white mage (specializing in healing), leading the Veritas to question how exactly he'll engage them in battle. He proceeds to multicast Holy, shutting them up.

!Distorque of the Zeta Star
Sixth of the Orders. A highly sadistic man who values no one but himself. Has two disciples with him, both members of the Orders: Yego of the Gamma Star, and Shamlin of the Eta Star.
----
* AbusiveParent: Of the adopted variety - he was the one who raised Yego, and it quickly becomes apparent that his "parenting" technique mostly involves kicking and verbally abusing his charge until he gets his way. He's repeating the technique with Shamlin.
* AmazingTechnicolorPopulation: Has blue skin. Whether it's natural or body paint is unclear.
* BackFromTheDead[=/=]FakingTheDead: He comes back late in Season 2 after Omega Weapon has been defeated and Lasswell and company make their final assault on the Emperor. It's not clear which it is, or if Distorque even knows which it is.
* DidntSeeThatComing: [[spoiler: Reacts in total shock when Shamlin backstabs him.]]
* TheDreaded: [[spoiler: Yego]] is terrified of him [[spoiler: despite his lower rank]].
* EvilMentor: Mentors both Yego and Shamlin. He offers to mentor Physalis, but Moog quickly ushers her away.
* ExtremityExtremist: He wears boots with thrusters that increase his kicking power.
* GladIThoughtOfIt: He kicks Shamlin for making suggestions out of turn, only to immediately make the same order himself.
* JerkAss: An AbusiveParent whose temper flares at his charges for the smallest reasons.

!Demoldoa of the Epsilon Star
Fifth of the Orders. An arrogant giant who loves violence and will kill anyone standing in his way. He joins the tournament for a chance to become Alpha Star [[spoiler:as payback for his demotion, caused by a defeat he suffered on Rain's hands]].
----
* BloodKnight: Is obsessed with battle and tries to kill many tournament participants despite this being unnecessary.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: He grants Lasswell's group a special pass to advance in the tournament preliminaries because he wanted to defeat them in the tournament proper. Then he's forced to fight them at the end of the preliminary round [[spoiler:and is killed by Lasswell]].
* KickTheDog: He kills Pris and Atole at the bridge leading to the tournament grounds just because he could, not even giving them a chance to compete. He also tries to kill Jake when he is unconscious.
* ScrewTheRulesIMakeThem: As a member of the Orders, he uses his authority to grant Lasswell's admission into the next round of tournament preliminaries even though they had only eliminated four out of the five necessary opponents to qualify. He does so because he feels that having such a strong group fail on a technicality would be a waste of potential. He wants them to die in the arena so Paladia will know the power of the Orders.
* TinTyrant: He's clad in very imposing armor and lacks any empathy.
* TheWorfEffect: Inverted in that he's typically suffering this to show how powerful the ''heroes'' have gotten, but he has a bad habit of getting stomped when he makes an appearance. [[spoiler: In particular, in flashback, it's revealed that he used to be the Delta Star, but he got demoted when Rain took him out on an assault on the Emperor. And while he talks about eagerly awaiting the chance to rise back to Delta Star, he notably knows better than to challenge Hyoh for the rank.]]

![[spoiler: Nichol]] of the Epsilon Star
A replacement Epsilon Star who joins the Orders late in Season 2. See [[spoiler: Heroes]].

![[spoiler: Sakura]] of the Delta Star
A replacement Delta Star who joins the Orders late in Season 2. See [[spoiler: Heroes]].

!Hyoh of the Delta/[[spoiler:Gamma]] Star
The fourth of the Orders, [[spoiler: later promoted to third]], tasked with guarding the Emperor against the Veritas and Lasswell's party. He is a relatively recent addition. See Characters/FinalFantasyBraveExviusMainCharacters for more details.

!Yego of the Gamma Star
Third of the Orders, dispatched to take care of Raegan's group if Zolulu and Delulu fail. A girl raised by Malboros and eventually found and taken in by Distorque, who treats her as little more than a slave. Seeing Cid and Mid interact causes in her curiosity about the concept of family, and makes her interested in being part of one.
----
* AmbiguousGender: In part due to translation issues and in part due to an androgynous sprite, Yego is frequently referred to as male and female interchangeably, though she is in fact a girl.
* TheBattleDidntCount: No matter how easily you win the battle against her, Raegen's party still has trouble and can only manage to hold her off. This is justified as the party being exhausted from fighting Zolulu and Delulu in addition to all the monsters they had to slay.
* TheBeastmaster: She rides a Malboro into battle and even commands it to attack for her. It's so important to her that, as an enemy, she counts as both Human and Plant in terms of what can affect her for extra damage.
* BlowYouAway: Has several wind-element attacks.
* CoolShades: Sports a nice pair.
* CuriosityCausesConversion: As she was [[RaisedByWolves raised by Malboros]], and then later by [[AbusiveParents Destorque]], she doesn't understand familial bonds between humans at all. Seeing [[spoiler:Mid being willing to betray the Orders for love of her father]] intrigued Yego enough to [[spoiler:join Mid, once it was revealed that Yego didn't kill Mid after all]].
* DishingOutDirt: Has several earth-element spells and attacks, and she can also lower an opponent's resistance to the element as well.
* TheDreaded: Mid is terrified of her, and for good reason. Her Malboro eats Zolulu and Delulu for their failure.
* GoodFeelsGood: [[spoiler:Spending more and more time with Cid and Mid and bonding with the two as family makes Yego feel better, even if [[WhatIsThisThingYouCallLove she's confused about it and can't describe it well]].]]
* HeelFaceTurn: [[spoiler:Joins the Sworn Six once Cid accepts her as a new family member.]]
* MoreThanMindControl: Her mentor Distorque [[spoiler:conditioned her to be unable to resist certain commands]]. She is later able to break this due to ThePowerOfLove.
* MurderTheHypotenuse: When Cid refuses to become her adoptive parent due to already having a daughter, Yego has her malboro eat Mid. Subverted as [[spoiler:she only had the Malboro stick Mid in its mouth and it spits her back out]].
* ParrotPetPosition: A small Malboro rides on her shoulder.
* RaisedByWolves: She was raised in the jungle by Malboros before being recruited by one of the Stars.
* [[ScaryBlackMan Scary Black Woman]]: An evil StatuesqueStunner riding a giant Malboro.
* WhyAmITicking: [[spoiler:Has a bomb implanted inside her by her AbusiveParent Distorque, who threatens to blow her up if she does not return to Aldore with him for reeducation. She's saved by the fact that Distorque [[TooDumbToLive thought it was a good idea to lie in front of Shamlin]].]]
** [[spoiler:She later hatches a plan to weaponize that bomb by [[TakingYouWithMe blowing Emperor Quadis up with it]] and asks Cid to ram her with his spear to ensure it happens when the time comes. Cid ends up refusing to play along, not willing to kill someone he came to accept as his second daughter.]]
* YouHaveFailedMe: Her response to Zolulu and Delulu's consistent failure to bring down Raegen and his crew is to have her Malboro eat them alive.

!Zeno of the Beta Star
Second of the Orders. A man whose entire life is a complete mystery, and a close position to the Emperor, second only to Levnato, the Alpha Star. Many can only speculate his intentions, some even saying that he's in this only so that he can kill the Emperor himself. See Characters/FinalFantasyBraveExviusMainCharacters for more info on him.

!Levnato of the Alpha Star/[[spoiler:Emperor Vlad]]
First of the Orders, a nihilistic man totally in tune with the Emperor's intentions and willing to go the full distance and far more than that to protect him. [[spoiler:This is because he is actually Vlad, [[BigBad the first Emperor]], in his most recent body, watching over Quadis and all other Emperors that came before him as they rule Paladia with an iron fist in his name.]]
----
* BigBad: [[spoiler:Easily hijacks the position from Quadis once he's done with him.]]
* BlackMage: An extremely able one at that, being able to cast spells without need to chant them.
* BlankWhiteVoid: [[spoiler:Vlad intended to make the whole world this when he was done destroying it, and his mindscape where the FinalBoss fight takes place is exactly like that.]]
* BodyBackupDrive: [[spoiler:This is how Vlad managed to live for seven centuries, by making copied bodies of himself, having them becoming the next Emperor of Aldore or Alpha Star, and then possessing that person with a Vision Crystal of himself, a process he calls "Soul Replication". He intended to do it with Quadis as well, but thanks to Rain and Lasswell beating him into submission, [[TeachHimAnger Quadis decided that anger was a better source of power than solitude]], which causes Vlad to [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness scrap his plans for the current Emperor]] and [[YourSoulIsMine outright absorb him]].]]
* BodyOfBodies: [[spoiler: The final form he uses to assault Paladia to further his OmnicidalManiac plans in Season 2 is a three-headed HumanoidAbomination that the heroes combat after a ColossusClimb. Close examination of both the map screen version and the in-battle screens show that this monstrosity is made of other bodies/souls.]]
* CastingAShadow: His main element as an unit, often employed as a finisher.
* DidntSeeThatComing: [[spoiler: Is completely blindsided by Physalis' ability to defeat him in one punch and is forced to retreat.]]
* DishingOutDirt: Can use earth magic in battle.
* TheDragon: The Emperor's second hand man and his replacement should the Emperor die.
** TheManBehindTheMan: [[spoiler:He's secretly Vlad, the first Emperor, [[DragonInChief controlling the current Emperor of Aldore]] and preparing to transfer his soul to the Emperor's body once he's ready.]]
* EvilIsPetty: You can easily see he has a serious ego problem.
** [[spoiler:Vlad is on the run for one of the pettiest villains ever in a ''Franchise/FinalFantasy'' game. The entire drive for his actions, his high levels of nihilism and OmnicidalManiac tendencies? The fact that Aldore is ruled by a single bloodline, meaning that he would never have risen to power had he not killed King Rubens.]]
** [[spoiler:His BadFuture counterpart is no slouch either. Bluffing Lasswell into dropping his guard just so he could kill him? Deliberately delaying his entire plan just to spend the following decades making Rain's life complete hell? Really, does Sol has ''anything'' in evil that could make him compete with this guy?]]
* ItsPersonal: [[spoiler:Vlad has serious problems with Raegen and his family due to their royal blood. Raegen reciprocates the feeling, considering he's the guy who banished him and his comrades to Lapis.]]
* MakingASplash: Has access to the Flood spell.
* OmnicidalManiac: [[spoiler:He seeks to destroy all living beings and live forever alone in space, ruling over a barren husk.]]
* OneWingedAngel: [[spoiler:After being completely defeated by the party he transforms into a HumanoidAbomination towering over the clouds.]]
* PlayingWithFire: Has fire magic included in his kit.
* Really700YearsOld: [[spoiler:Or at least his soul is. Vlad kept {{Body Surf}}ing for 700 years [[BodyBackupDrive to keep himself alive]].]]
* ShockAndAwe: Possesses Lightning magic in his repertoire.
* SquishyWizard: While he's incredibly powerful, he's quite sensible to physical attacks if one manages to land a proper hit on him. [[spoiler:Especially if the attacker in question happens to have hybrid Aldoran and Hess blood like Physalis, which grants that person SuperStrength at the very least.]]
* WalkingSpoiler: How do you describe this guy without describing the whole endgame of Season 2?
* WhamLine: This is how Raegen realizes the Alpha Star [[spoiler:is actually the first Emperor]].
--> '''Levnato/[[spoiler:Vlad]]:''' It's been a long time, [[spoiler:[[ItsPersonal Raegen]]]].
* YourSoulIsMine: [[spoiler:He kills Emperor Quadis by absorbing his soul into himself.]]

!Absolute, True, and Obliterating Stars, the Exostars
A trio of women known as Paradiso, Purgatorio, and Inferno who serve the Emperor and attack Raegen's party in the Rubiena arc. [[spoiler:They're actually what remains of Ignacio's closest friend, Kagane, who had her soul replicated and distributes to monstrous entities that are tortured into submission so that they are obedient to the Emperor.]]
----
* AndIMustScream: [[spoiler: The three women are created by torturing Kagane's soul, and can be remade as the Emperor chooses.]]
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: They are completely loyal to the Emperor and have forgotten their true selves through [[spoiler:centuries of torture. They begin to remember who they are after Ignacio pleads with them]].
* EldritchAbomination: Their true forms, spliced together in a lab.
* HeroicSacrifice: [[spoiler:The last time the Exostars are seen, Inferno starts acting like Kagane for Ignacio and takes the other Exostars down at the cost of herself.]]
* MysteriousPast: Seem to have the same soul wavelength as Kagane, Ignacio's childhood friend thought to be dead. [[spoiler:All the women are generated through the torture and replication of Kagane's soul.]]
* OneWingedAngel: They can all transform into Eldritch beings at will.
* ReforgedIntoAMinion: They were initially [[spoiler:Kagane, who died protecting Emperor Vlad. On his orders, her soul was kept in storage and the current Emperor, Quadis, decided to put it to use when he noted Lasswell's use of the Absolute Mirror of Equity]].
* ThemeNaming: Their titles are named after a different version of the upgraded Mirror of Equity move (Absolute and True versions known by Lasswell, Obliterating version known by Akstar [[spoiler:and, by extension, Zeno, and Lasswell would come to master this one as well]]). Their personal names are a ShoutOut to ''Literature/TheDivineComedy''.

!The Emperor of Aldore/Emperor [[spoiler:Quadis]]
[[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin The current Emperor of Aldore]]. Little is known about him, as he usually keeps his face in shadow and surrounds himself with the Orders as his guards.
----
* ArtificialHuman: [[spoiler:He was created by Vlad to be his puppet ruler and eventually his next body.]]
* BarrierWarrior: His fighting style, as shown in the Sworn Six's fights with him in Visectrum, consists of him projecting small barriers from his hand to defend himself.
* BerserkButton: [[spoiler:The mere fact that someone other than an Emperor of Aldore knows the Absolute Mirror of Equity will cause him to throw far more than his own weight in battle, as Raegen can attest to.]]
* CastingAShadow: He will throw around dark-element damage, which also includes [[PoisonousPerson poison]] damage as well.
* DeadpanSnarker: Has a degree of snark when facing Raegen and co.
* EvilRedhead: Has fire red hair and is responsible for most of the ills Paladia currently faces, such as the prison camps littered over the continent and the earth drying up due to shaving the crystals themselves to keep a barrier around Aldore.
* KillItWithFire: [[spoiler:Incinerates Mombert to a crisp once his assault on him fails.]]
* NoSell: Tanked Hyoh's attacks through the use of magical barriers, [[spoiler:and in Visectrum he seemingly comes out of Mombert's attack completely unharmed and beats the Sworn Six ''twice'' without breaking a sweat]].
* ObviouslyEvil: Sickly pale when he shows his face, wears all black ominous robes, and is very arrogant.
* OmnicidalManiac: His true purpose for activating a Weapon Monster - he wishes to end all conflict on Paladia by killing everyone else off, leaving him the sole living being left, something he calls "the ultimate dictatorship". This reveal causes several of the Orders, sans Levnato ([[spoiler:[[TheManBehindTheMan As this is actually his/Vlad's goal]]]]) to outright rebel against him (or, as the case may be, to stop any subterfuge and make their opposition explicit).
* PlayingWithFire: Uses fire magic.
* PoisonousPerson: Can inflict poison and disease as well.
* SorcerousOverlord: Dresses as a black mage, primarily casts spells, and he's the evil ruler of all of Aldore. A significant portion of the second season involves the heroes searching for a way to nullify his various magical protections so as to even have a chance of defeating him.
* TomatoInTheMirror: [[spoiler:He has a full set of memories of a life as a man named Quadis, but he reacts in horror as he discovers, shortly before his death, that he and all his memories were fabricated in a lab.]]
