* After Mr. Centipede is discovered to be a fraud and he challenges Mr. Grasshopper to a fight, Grasshopper takes him out with a single kick to the face.
* The Centipede redeems himself big time by saving James and Miss Spider from the undersea pirates, and fighting them all off ''by himself''.
** Hell, Miss Spider holding her own against the pirates was awesome in itself.
* James finally standing up to his aunts at the end.
** As does his [[TheReasonYouSuckSpeech listing off all the ways they mistreated him]] in front of the massive crowd, leaving them without an easy escape.
** Following this, the bugs teaming together to put those two in their place adds to it.
* How about James facing the Rhino yelling out, [[NotAfraidOfYouAnymore "I'm not afraid of you!"]]
* Mr. Centipede cutting the peach's stem, beginning James' getaway from his aunts.
* James and his friends fighting off the giant shark. Everyone contributes in their own way to getting them to safety, but Mrs. Ladybug and Miss Spider particularly shine.
** The mechanical shark launches small snapping ones to cut the lines holding the seagulls to the peach and to attack James and Mr. Grasshopper when they catch the loose ones, only for Mrs. Ladybug to come soaring out of the peach and bat them away with her handbag.
--->'''Mrs. Ladybug:''' Hooligans! Ruffians! Degenerates!
** In the meantime the shark has hooked the peach with a line to drag it down, but Miss Spider grabs a big hammer and knocks the hook loose from within, both freeing the peach and directly causing the shark's destruction when the line gets tangled in its inner workings.
* Say what you will about James' aunts, but they managed to ''[[{{Determinator}} drive across the Atlantic Ocean]]'' just to reach James and the peach in New York City.

[[AC: Musical]]
* Spiker and Sponge catch up with James and his new family, leading to this exchange:
-->'''Spiker:''' ''(to James)'' It was very naughty of you to steal our peach.\
