4	* Speaking of the picnic scene, there's also Z's (attempted) rescue of Bala. According to WordOfGod, at that point, Z had to stop being nebbish and start being heroic.
5	* Z unintentionally inspiring the rest of the colony to stand up for their rights.
6	* Barbatus is a highly capable warrior ant who is able to take down giant termites alone, one after another, and saves Z before his death.

8	* Ants are awesomely strong for their size, but Weaver supporting about ten-thousand ants on his shoulders, all alone? That was still cool.
9	* Bala fearlessly standing up to Mandible and revealing her true distaste for him.

Throughout the film, Z has been rather selfish, but now he understands that the colony is just as important as he is.
16	* Evidently some nameless soldier Ant really did succeed in killing the Termite Queen, [[HeroicSacrifice most likely in exchange for their own life.]]
