Eventually, Danny develops an outright HATRED for her because she refuses to take no for an answer, her mistreatment of his girlfriend, her mistreating the rest of his friends, and the lengths that she will go to get him, such as once taking advantage of his amnesia in order to convince him that he was not only her boyfriend but also her fiancé and once trying to use her (temporary) ghost powers to THREATEN in him into a relationship with her. It is made clear that Danny's opinion of her could not get any lower, and he wants her out of his life to the point where he is willing to use physical action if he can get away with it.

She finds Dash way too stupid and boorish even to consider dating, while Mikey is not as bad as Dash but is less attractive and even lower than him when it comes to her standards due to being a nerdy peasant. At first, Dash is just jealous of the attention Colette is showing Danny, feeling that he is better because he is an A-lister, but then he becomes uncomfortable with how obsessive Colette is with Danny and what she's willing to do to get to him.
