* SpecialEffectFailure: The ending of "Mark Punishes Ethan" has Mark repeatedly fake-hitting Ethan with a stun gun in his fist, with the lighting, camera angle, edited SFX, and Ethan's "reactions" meant to give off the impression that Mark is hitting him for real. However, at one point Mark "strikes" Ethan with a downward swing that is noticeably not covered up by the camera or lighting and thus visibly shows him missing Ethan's face.
* StopHavingFunGuys: Bringing up this channel on any forum will quickly attract people who like to point out that archivists are just going to reupload every video once the channel gets deleted, and act as though that robs the videos of any value they might have.

* DudeNotFunny: While the reception to “Mark Punishes Ethan” was mostly positive, some found it uncomfortable to watch. This was thanks in no small part to Ethan’s frankly stellar acting. Also, the dark comedy premise was played entirely straight through to the end, and the result was far more dark than comedic.
