* AngstWhatAngst: How the sequel ends, rather bafflingly - the Nazi super-soldier Karl spent most of the game's first half battling turns out to be Dietrich Schneider, his LoveInterest Maria Schneider's supposedly-deceased brother, captured and converted into becoming a Nazi tool of war until he's defeated in a boss fight. Dietrich regains his memories in time and eventually betrays his boss, Schaeffer, and performs a HeroicSacrifice to destroy Schaeffer and the Ubersoldier facility for good. Maria actually yells "[[BigNo NO!]]" as Karl drag her away from the [[CollapsingLair exploding facility]] and the whole place explodes behind... and in the following cutscene, Karl and Maria are frolicking and rolling around in the snow, less than a mile away from the facility's ruins, with the not-really-that-upset Maria laughing as she sits on Karl. Despite, you know, witnessing her brother's death barely an hour ago.

* DemonicSpiders: Any Ubersoldier mooks with telepathic abilities, who can spam waves and waves of debris flying at your direction and block all your attacks. You'll need to seriously time your shots, and them being among the most durable onscreen enemies doesn't help. Flamethrower mooks in the sequel comes in second.
