* ItsShortSoItSucks: Unlike its [[UsefulNotes/SegaGenesis Genesis]] cousin, ''VideoGame/TinyToonAdventuresBustersHiddenTreasure'', which is a fairly lengthy game, ''Buster Busts Loose'' can be beaten fairly quickly, especially if you play on easy mode (which skips the more challenging second halves of many levels).

* GoodBadBugs: Buster can initiate his dash in mid-air, however the game registers him as being on the ground while he does it. By cancelling the dash and jumping, Buster can essentially jump an infinite amount of times in the air.

* ThatOneLevel: The NintendoHard second half of stage 2, the infamous train level. It's an auto-scrolling level where you're required to make very precise jumps while using Buster's dash capabilities. The DifficultySpike more like a difficulty wall.

* SugarWiki/NoProblemWithLicensedGames: Like many of Konami's ''Tiny Toon Adventures'' games, it's considered a very fun and challenging game that's also very faithful to the source material, visual and audio-wise.
