* UnintentionallyUnsympathetic: the cruise director arguably didn't exactly help everyone have fun by ''singing a song'' about how eventually the fun would have to end. You'd figure he'd know when to stop and just let everyone enjoy themselves considering that's, well, funding ''his livelihood''. But he just kept hammering the point in, ultimately being the spur to make Bart sabotage the controls. Arguably, if there was anyone the cruisers should've been pissed at, Bart could've easily blamed ''him'' for [[UnwittingInstigatorofDoom putting the idea in his head to begin with.]]
** Considering they not only saw him sell off ''everything he owned'', '''''including rights to his food''''', and ultimately spurred everyone in the family to give up their most ''valued keepsakes'' to enjoy this, you'd figure the family would say something to the cruise director, maybe advise him to not sing about how their life will suck after.
