Not quite. To begin with, Kirito gave Klein the item back in episode 3, so neither Kirito nor Asuna had the item in their possession as of episode 14. Not only that, but there's a narrowly excusable continuity error, since the resurrection item in the light novels literally didn't exist until volume 2, which was just a collection of side stories. While trying to chronologically arrange the storytelling of the LN series, the anime production team didn't quite bother trying to patch up any plot holes from the source material.
