** ''The Real Silent Hill Experience'', a fan-made video analysis of the entire franchise made by two fans named Fungo and Rosseter who go by the handle TwinPerfect, is an infamous web series on YouTube that has widely known for the large amount of factual errors that lie within it and the intense controversy its content has created. On one hand, it's a very well-made video series with exceptional production values that create a nice, faux image of knowledge and depth. However, their TRSHE video series has come under heavy scrutiny and criticism in many parts of the fandom (particularly with the long time fans) for insulting and dismissing many commonly accepted theories and facts of the series that are backed with either fabrications, intentionally misconstrued quotes from the developers, or distorted facts from the video games. An example of such behavior is a video mocking the Multiple Dimension Theory while failing to address many arguments that have long since proven the existence of multiple realities to be true (read: the usage of multiple worlds in Silent Hill 4, the drug trade in the first Silent Hill which indicates the cult needing citizens living in the town for their drug trafficking to thrive, and Laura's role in Silent Hill 2). TwinPerfect often respond to their criticism with rude and patronizing remarks and are often noted for removing comments and/or blocking people who question some of the more controversial aspects of their videos. Another staple of their videos is their heavy reliance on dry nerd humor that emulates the style and humor of the popular Angry Video Game Nerd web series. They have confessed that they only like the first four Silent Hill games and refuse to accept any games outside of those as being part of the series. Caution is strongly advised in watching their videos as the misinformation within their TRSHE videos has led many fans to get the wrong impression about numerous parts of the Silent Hill storyline due to the creators' bias against accepting any viewpoints of the games outside of their own.
