** The film starts with one; a ghost scares Scooby, Shaggy and Scrappy out of their home, and then sings about how, scary though she is, she's terrified of the Boo Brothers; all while shapeshifting into a trio of skeletons and a witch. When the Boo Brothers actually appear, they don't exactly live up to that impressive hype.
