* BaseBreakingCharacter: Luna's actions in this story, both the manga version and the film, are highly contentious among readers. Many felt the way she treats Artemis is rather abhorrent, ignoring him and basically trying to cheat on him with Kakeru (while the rest of the girls (save Minako in the movie) think it's great she's fallen in love) and then going back to him at the end like he was on standby or something. It's somehow even worse in the manga where Artemis actually told Luna it was okay to go to Kakeru despite how scared he was of Luna leaving him. This, coupled with the shoddy way Luna tends to treat Artemis in the original series (frequently attacking him when she's mad or jumping to conclusions, cheating on him ''again'' with Yaten), is one of the reasons why Luna's considered UnintentionallyUnsympathetic.
