Seeking to perfect the UltimateLifeForm, Devius ordered his creation to destroy planets after he's done studying all he could from their dominant species, causing [[PhlebotinumKilledTheDinosaurs the dinosaurs]] and all but ten of their altered selves to go extinct, while the Deboth Army attacked the Earth to absorb human emotions to awaken Deboth when he first fell in battle. [[VillainNoLongerIdle Personally coming down to Earth]] with his subordinate Salamaz, Devius plans to [[KillAndReplace destroy it himself and create a new planet in its place]]. To achieve this, he recruits the Evil Army Shadow Line through Salamaz, only to betray and leave them to burn to death in their own lair once he steals some of their darkness and uses it personally to gravely injure the Kyoryugers. Destroying the terminal he took from the Galaxy Line in an attempt to bury Right Suzuki and Daigo Kiryu, Devius faces the [=ToQgers=] and the Kyoryugers alongside the Spirit Rangers and the Shadow Line members who survived the attempt, with the intent in [[TakingYouWithMe taking all of them down with the planet]].
