* HilariousInHindsight: Jules saying that only "one charming motherfuckin' pig" would cease to be filthy, given ''Film/{{Babe}}'' came out one year later.

Ironically for the movie's plot of avoiding being taken to market by becoming charming, a charming pig would only make Jules want to eat him ''more.''

** At Jackrabbit Slim's, the dwarf host dressed as a bellboy shouts "Call for Philip Morris!" as he walks away from Vince and Mia's table. This is a reference to old Philip Morris cigarette commercials, which started with a [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNci0UfRn8U child bellhop making the same announcement]].

** When Lance sells Víncent his heroin he says "I'm out of balloons. Bag okay?" which Vincent agrees on. When we first see Mia she snorts cocaine and later OD's while snorting Vincent's heroin. For those that don't remember 90s drug culture: You store heroin in balloons and cocaine in bags; likewise, you shoot heroin and snort cocaine. Mia OD'd because Vincent's heroin was mislabeled and she thought it was cocaine.

* StealthSequel: More like stealth prequel, some like to imagine Pulp Fiction not only takes place in the same universe as Reservoir Dogs but is an indirect prequel. The two films share only four actors - Tim Roth, Steve Buscemi, Harvey Keitel and Quentin himself - and it's not hard to imagine the four actors play the same characters.
** The two movies very much share a universe. Vincent Vega is Vic Vega (Mr Blonde)'s brother. This isn't Fanon. Quentin Tarantino has confirmed this and even mused over a prequel starring both brothers. The question is whether or not the aforementioned actors are the same characters in both films.
** Tim Roth's unnamed Pulp Fiction character was awe inspired by Jules' actions in the diner, gave up his life of crime, became an undercover cop and eventually Mr. Orange. Why did he need Holdaway to make up a story for him? Well, telling the Cabot family of that time a hitman inspired you to give up your life of crime isn't the best idea.
** Steve Buscemi's "Buddy Holly" waiter is clearly dissatisfied with his job - possibly enough to eventually partake in a diamond heist. This would add some background to Mr. Pink's callousness towards waitresses.
--->'''Mr. Pink''': If she doesn't like it, she can quit.
*** [[AlternativeCharacterInterpretation Maybe the reason he]] constantly apes on about being a professional is because he's in way over his head an he's [[InferioritySuperiorityComplex trying to play it cool.]]
** "Winston Wolfe" sure sounds like an alias. Larry Dimmick of ''Reservoir Dogs'' could easily have his "Winston Wolf" character for clean up jobs. If criminals he helps gets caught, they don't know his true name. Winston Wolfe/Larry Dimmick, the jack of all trades, plays a part in the diamond heist as Mr. White.
** Quentin Tarantino's cameo as Jimmy could be the same person as his cameo in ''Reservoir Dogs''. Jimmy clearly has ties to crime, seeing as he was once Jules' partner, and could easily take part in a jewelry heist as Mr. Brown.
