The Voice decides to kill Aaron and Sandra, detonating the bomb attached to the former and sending his subordinates to the 911 building to kill the latter while endangering thousands of lives when the Voice shuts down the building's power. Returning upon learning hitman Amir Siddiq knows his identity, the Voice assumes the alias "Terry Easton" to sneak into the 8th Precinct to kill Amir while luring a SWAT team to a secluded warehouse before blowing up the building.
